Dear sir, we booked a gas before a month. But we do not recived still now. Because of our agency working very slow and delivery man named ayyappan. That ayyappan's activities are very bad. He charged extra amount for every cylinder. But that agency also supported him. We complaint to agency. But not response. So please do some action for our area problem. Thank you

        Hello, We are consumer of bharat gas. Every time we have facing the gas leakage problem from refilled cylinder. Every time we need to call the particular person for resolving the gas leakage. Kindly request you to take the immediate action on that. Not only me, same problems are faced by all consumer. Please do not neglect this complaint and take the necessary action. Thanks

        Collecting unwanted and excess charges for their duties
        my lpg cylinder leaking from 24 December 2014, I am trying thrugh out the
        night on bpcl gas leakage emergency no that provided in my gas book but
        nobody attended, in morning I am also inform in my agency kunjachan gas
        padamugal by a telephonic conversation, but they tell me no field
        checking person, he is on leave, then they are tell me to bring the
        cylinder in their office.after reaching their they are not ready to
        change my cylinder.they telling several reasons .after some discusion
        with their seniors they concluded this way...paying an amount of 720
        then they will give me a new one.but i have no money to paying for two
        cylinder in a month.after i am comback my home with leakage cylinder
        and use the same in my kitchen.I am a Safety proffosional I know the
        what tragedy iam going to face with my HAZARDOUS Cylinder.
        So kindly I am request u pls solve my dangerous problem.just like all other people trusting in BPCL i am also...,

          i have booked a gas with a no[protected] on date 26.10.2014, which was not yet delivered and your in coming sms shows it is delivered up to 16.10.2014. what is this ? how much you get back. your watch/clock is very slow as well as your deliver gas to service mankind.

            Dear Sir I have applied for new gas connection in Nashik with Distributor Jai Gurudev Gas Services( Distributor Code-139384).The distributor is enforcing as compulsion from Bharat Gas to Purchase Gas Burner.I requested him to allot Gas connection without Burner since i already have ISI certified gas Burner of 3 Stove. Later he is insisting me to Purchase Gas Geyser, or other Utensils such as Cooker, Nirlep Pan, Etc. Request you to look into matter & ask your dealer to issue connection without any such terms & condition mentioned above.               Sir My consumer no.is 25602, Migo services Ojhar, Nasik. My Address is III B 105, I have booked for refill cylinder around one month back my booking no.is[protected] dt:07.09.2014. After this I went and enquired on 30.10.2014, Migo servises distributor asked me to book again and I have booked again on 30.10.2014.my booking no. is[protected]. Sir around one Month is Over Now i am waiting for cylinder In my house Always, not going anywhere leaving my house locked, facing lot of problems without cylinder. And iam not getting Cylinder.                 We removed the seal of the new cylinder. After that as soon as we removed the cap, it began to leak immediately. We transferred the cylinder in open. We tried to put on the cap again, but due to high pressure of the leakage, we were unable to do so. It kept on leaking. It could have cost us the loss of many lives and just because the negligence of the company. Consumer Number : 14620, Biri Gas Service, Sonipat.

                  Dear Sir I have been approved of a New Gas Connection by Bharat Gas in email commumnication and I was asked to report to their Dealer Aparajita Gas at Bhubaneswar. The Distributor Aparajita Bharat Gas at Chandrasekharpur Bhubaneswar is not releasing connnection for Reference no. 12199885 for which I have received the approval email from Bharat Gas . The distributor is asking Rs.8000/- towards their service Charge whereas it is not mentioned anywhere in Bharatgas Poratl as well as communication Please look into this matter seriously Thanks and Regards.                     I am a consumer of gas connection having Consumer No. 2096 of Preethy Gas Agency, Alappuzha. I have booked for getting a gas cylinder refilled on 15.07.2014 to the Preethy Gas Agency through mobile. Immediately after receiving my booking, I have received booking No.[protected] by way of a message. But even after three months no refilled gas cylinder has been provided to me. Whenever I have approached the above saidas agency, they returned me with the fake assurance that they will provide gas cylinder without any delay. If the refilled gas cylinder is not provided to me without any further delay, my family life will be put into serious trouble and hardship. Hence your Goodself may be pleased to direct the Preethy Gas Agency, Alappuzha to immediately provide a refilled gas cylinder to me. It is submitted that the gas agency is intentionally delaying the delivery in providing refilled gas cylinder. There were no such instances earlier. Since it is an intentional delay on the part of the gas agency, it is humbly requested that your Goodself may kindly initiate legal proceedings against the Preethy Gas Agency. It is also requested that your good office may kindly consider this matter as urgent and to issue appropriate orders to provide me refilled gas cylinder. Thanking you, Jiji. V.                           Sir, My Gas Connection No Is 3630 My Mobile No is [protected]. I Have booked a cylinder on 18.10.2014. The Cylinder had not been delivered till 30.10.2014. With out Knowing What to do then my neighbour asked me to try on mobile again I have contacted over phne on the online number it has assigned a new number booking[protected] and cancelled previous booking on 31.10.2014.                                 I, Subrat Mohanty, consumer No.61002902, was booking for refill cylinder dt.30.09.14 but yet I have not received my refill cylinder. Mr.Das of Aparajita Bharat Gas told dt.26.10.14 that gas has returned on 07.10.14 so you have to booked again for refill cylinder which is totally false. So again I booked for a refill cylinder dt.26.10.14.In every month, I am facing the same problem. I was given a complaint bearing reference no.267406.After that I got a SMS that thanks for contacting us and our officer will contact you shortly. I also got a sms dt.22.10.14 that Your complaint with Ref No.267406 is resolved but how can this possible without solving my problem and I have not received any officer's call regarding the above problem. I am also receiving the above sms in every month without solving my problem. So I request you kindly resolve my above problem at the earliest and deliver my refill cylinder as soon as possible in every month and don't send any false SMS that our officer will contact you shortly.                                   Dear Sir, I am consumer (No. 30387) of Bharat Alok Gas Service (B-78, Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh 110043; Distributor Contact No.: [protected]; Emergency Contact No.: [protected]), South West Delhi (Sap code: 113545). This is to register a complain regarding none delivery of refill gas. I had booked for refill cylinder on 19.10.2014 & Booking Ref. is[protected]Order No. 1132618). Till yesterday I did not get cylinder. When checked online status of booking, I got shocked to see that my booking has been cancelled. So I had to book the cylinder once again today. Could you please let me know what went wrong with my previous booking which prompted you to cancel my previous booking. This is not the first time booking has been cancelled as several time this unfortunate thing happened. Please take stringent action against the person who do this type o[censored]nethical thing.                                     Sir, We have Bharat Gas LPG Gas connection no. 8263 in the name of Priyanka Mukherjee, with Divya Gas Agency, Rohtak. We are facing problems from agency side, every time we have to take the Gas Cylinder We made an online booking for Gas cylinder on Sep 30 vide number[protected]. On not getting the delivery till October 5, 2014, we called up the agency and were told by owner Raman Mehta that the booking has been cancelled as it was done within one month of last delivery. On being told that the present rules allow delivery of 12 cylinders in a year with no time separation restrictions within two deliveries he retorted by saying that there are number of rules in this country and all can’t be followed. There after he told me to book another cylinder, which I did vide no.[protected] on October 5 and the cylinder was delivered to me. He showed as if he is unduly obliging me and told me to call him up, in case a booking is made within a month of last delivery. This types of incidents have happened earlier also, where he has arbitrarily cancelled my booking, without even informing me. On October 24, 2014, I again booked a cylinder and called him to inform him, as advised by him. He asked me to visit his office again. He told me that the instructions of the company regarding delivery of maximum number of 12 cylinders in a year with no restrictions on the time gap can’t be followed and have been told by officials of BPCL to deliver one cylinder in a month only. When asked to tell the name of the official, he refused to divulge the name. When I told him that from April to October 2014, I have taken only six cylinders in seven months (not even one cylinder in a month), he was not impressed. On lot of request, he asked his Manager Harpreet to deliver our cylinder on 26th, which of course was not delivered. On 27th, when Harpreet was called on his contact number [protected], he asked me to contact him on 28th as 27th was Holiday. He did not give any reason for non- delivery of cylinder on 26th. Likewise, the owner and the staff are harassing us with their arbitrary and arrogant behavior and are not ready to follow any rules and guidelines. The contact number of the agency is never picked up by the employees which makes it very difficult for the consumers to contact them. Their often repeated plea about the non- availability of cylinders is negated by the fact that the cylinders are available in the market for a premium. Need your immediate intervention in the matter so that we the consumers are not harassed by the owner of the Gas agency and his employees by resorting to blatant violation of rules. And When I contact to Gas Agency they do not give satisfactory answer.And always say tomorrow it will be delivered.But tomorrow never comes for him.
