Dear Sir, I am consumer (No. 30387) of Bharat Alok Gas Service (B-78, Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh 110043; Distributor Contact No.: [protected]; Emergency Contact No.: [protected]), South West Delhi (Sap code: 113545). This is to register a complain regarding none delivery of refill gas. I had booked for refill cylinder on 19.10.2014 & Booking Ref. is[protected]Order No. 1132618). Till yesterday I did not get cylinder. When checked online status of booking, I got shocked to see that my booking has been cancelled. So I had to book the cylinder once again today. Could you please let me know what went wrong with my previous booking which prompted you to cancel my previous booking. This is not the first time booking has been cancelled as several time this unfortunate thing happened. Please take stringent action against the person who do this type o[censored]nethical thing.     Sir, We have Bharat Gas LPG Gas connection no. 8263 in the name of Priyanka Mukherjee, with Divya Gas Agency, Rohtak. We are facing problems from agency side, every time we have to take the Gas Cylinder We made an online booking for Gas cylinder on Sep 30 vide number[protected]. On not getting the delivery till October 5, 2014, we called up the agency and were told by owner Raman Mehta that the booking has been cancelled as it was done within one month of last delivery. On being told that the present rules allow delivery of 12 cylinders in a year with no time separation restrictions within two deliveries he retorted by saying that there are number of rules in this country and all can’t be followed. There after he told me to book another cylinder, which I did vide no.[protected] on October 5 and the cylinder was delivered to me. He showed as if he is unduly obliging me and told me to call him up, in case a booking is made within a month of last delivery. This types of incidents have happened earlier also, where he has arbitrarily cancelled my booking, without even informing me. On October 24, 2014, I again booked a cylinder and called him to inform him, as advised by him. He asked me to visit his office again. He told me that the instructions of the company regarding delivery of maximum number of 12 cylinders in a year with no restrictions on the time gap can’t be followed and have been told by officials of BPCL to deliver one cylinder in a month only. When asked to tell the name of the official, he refused to divulge the name. When I told him that from April to October 2014, I have taken only six cylinders in seven months (not even one cylinder in a month), he was not impressed. On lot of request, he asked his Manager Harpreet to deliver our cylinder on 26th, which of course was not delivered. On 27th, when Harpreet was called on his contact number [protected], he asked me to contact him on 28th as 27th was Holiday. He did not give any reason for non- delivery of cylinder on 26th. Likewise, the owner and the staff are harassing us with their arbitrary and arrogant behavior and are not ready to follow any rules and guidelines. The contact number of the agency is never picked up by the employees which makes it very difficult for the consumers to contact them. Their often repeated plea about the non- availability of cylinders is negated by the fact that the cylinders are available in the market for a premium. Need your immediate intervention in the matter so that we the consumers are not harassed by the owner of the Gas agency and his employees by resorting to blatant violation of rules. And When I contact to Gas Agency they do not give satisfactory answer.And always say tomorrow it will be delivered.But tomorrow never comes for him.           Dear sir, I am regular customer of bharat gas . my consumer number is 64679304.I recieved my connection from Ankita bharat gas gramin vitrak tetariya khurd tetariya, barachatti gaya bihar pin 824201. I did not get service about three month and regulator has been corrupted .I connect with our agency they refused directly, and charges Rs 200/ without bill So i request to you solve this matterand try to connect your agency.I am graceful to you Thanks&regards Suddu kumar [protected], [protected]

            Dear Sir, This is further to our Booking no.[protected] of 08-Oct-2014. This is pending till date (26-Oct-2014) despite multiple follow up calls including visit to the booking centre of Santoshi Gas, Shakurpur. Today we made another booking thru phone. We have been given the intimation that distributor has cleared booking till 12-Oct-2014 and our new booking no. is[protected] of 26-Oct-2014. This is wrong information, since our old booking of 08-Oct-2014 is still pending. This means that the gas booking done by us on 08-Oct-2014 has been allotted out of turn to some other party and the record is shown as complete till 12-Oct-2014. This is legally wrong and Santoshi Gas Service is not following ethical business practices. We want action to be taken against the erring distributor so that other consumers do not suffer the way we have been going thru since the last 3 weeks.                 We booked gas on 08/10/2014 from above mentioned dealer and got a registration number[protected] of 08/10 against consumer number 5762 thru SMS. We got the reply message that the gas delivery has been cleared till 03/10/2014. After that we have been following up with Santoshi gas since the last 10 days. Today is 24/10/2014. We keep getting told that our gas has been dispatched and shall arrive today evening or tomorrow morning and has been marked "URGENT". Today we were told that it was Goverdhan Puja and hence dispatch will happen tomorrow. We have no gas in the festival season and this has caused us a lot of problems. We shall go to consumer forum and launch a complaint against Santishi, since we feel the gas is being sold to other parties at a high cost. This is not the first time that Santoshi Gas has done this. I have launched a complaint earlier also against them and they were ok for a couple of months. I feel such distributors should be stripped of their membership since they give Bharat Gas a bad name.                   as per the decision of cabinet cap of one subsidized cylinder per month has been lifted.despite the clear instructions from bharat gas our service provider is denying to deliver more than one cylinder in a month...as a common household we need more cylinder during festive seasons

                    my customer no is 63...from jaggampeta, east godavari district, andhra pradesh, i had booked my gas in last month, but i had not recieved my refil yet now...when i enquired they are saying it is delivered on 4/10/14...but it is not to me...n they r not respnding so...please consider my complaint
                    i booke my gas on 09/02/2015, but he is not delivering the gas

                      I am bharat gas consumer from 15/10/2011... recently on 20/09/2014 I have done my booking through phone...my booking number is[protected]... but now my dealer told me that my booking number has been canceled...and I cannot get any gas cylinder... he also told me that I have to booking for a cylinder again... my question is why this is happened??? Why my booking number has been cancelled?? please help me ... I need a quick solution... thank u...

                        This is refrence of misbehaviour done by atul guta owner of BHAGVAN GAS SERVISE oprating in LAKHIMPUR-KHERI. This had became the regualar practise of atul gupta of taking in abusing language to the consumers . My name is ghanshyam agarwal consumer id num 11835 registered in home delivery serves, I had registered my cylinder approx 15 day before, now when i had gone to ask why it had not been delevired, he treted me as dog . this is doned 15 times before. now if agency is not going to take any action against him, I had to go to consumer forum.                             We have been given the gas regulator in may 1987 by the company.
                            After 27 years by use the knob is become loose and it is broken.


                            Distributors not changing the regulator asking the money of rs 150 to replace.
                            Please advise what we should do.


                            We are consumer of sidhi gas, pimpri pune 411018


                            We have writen the complain in register but so far no solution.

                              I, m a customer of Haldwani Gas Service bearing Consumer number CX7633659 in the name of Anwar Zahid 14/196 Line no 12, Azad Nagar, Haldwani, I, v booked my cylinder on dated 12/09/2014 by booking no 77476, but instead of several reminder to Agency office I, m only getting AASHWASAN from the office[protected].Sir/Madam please look into the issue and ensure home delivery ASAP, or guide me so that I can portable my connection to other Brand.

We are not able to provide cons number of customer since it is not disclosed to every body.
