as per the decision of cabinet cap of one subsidized cylinder per month has been lifted.despite the clear instructions from bharat gas our service provider is denying to deliver more than one cylinder in a month...as a common household we need more cylinder during festive seasons

    my customer no is 63...from jaggampeta, east godavari district, andhra pradesh, i had booked my gas in last month, but i had not recieved my refil yet now...when i enquired they are saying it is delivered on 4/10/14...but it is not to me...n they r not respnding so...please consider my complaint
    i booke my gas on 09/02/2015, but he is not delivering the gas

      I am bharat gas consumer from 15/10/2011... recently on 20/09/2014 I have done my booking through phone...my booking number is[protected]... but now my dealer told me that my booking number has been canceled...and I cannot get any gas cylinder... he also told me that I have to booking for a cylinder again... my question is why this is happened??? Why my booking number has been cancelled?? please help me ... I need a quick solution... thank u...
      i am a bharat gas consumer from 2006.recently on 27thmay18 i booked for a refill and opted on line payment.while making payment the bank normally sends a one time password .it so happened the password message did come for quite some time on my mobile and as a result the payment could not be completed and my booking no 9178 became pending.because of the pending bill the cash voucher is not getting generated at dealer end and he cannot supply the gas.i am unable to cancel this and rebook again.

        This is refrence of misbehaviour done by atul guta owner of BHAGVAN GAS SERVISE oprating in LAKHIMPUR-KHERI. This had became the regualar practise of atul gupta of taking in abusing language to the consumers . My name is ghanshyam agarwal consumer id num 11835 registered in home delivery serves, I had registered my cylinder approx 15 day before, now when i had gone to ask why it had not been delevired, he treted me as dog . this is doned 15 times before. now if agency is not going to take any action against him, I had to go to consumer forum.             We have been given the gas regulator in may 1987 by the company.
            After 27 years by use the knob is become loose and it is broken.


            Distributors not changing the regulator asking the money of rs 150 to replace.
            Please advise what we should do.


            We are consumer of sidhi gas, pimpri pune 411018


            We have writen the complain in register but so far no solution.


            Please advise

We are not able to provide cons number of customer since it is not disclosed to every body.                             I am a consumer of Bharat Gas. My Consumer No. 7286. Consumer Name - Naba Kr Das Address: C/O - Dr. Deben Das Howly Town, W No.: 01, PO: Howly, Dist: Barpeta (Assam) Distributor Code: C.C. 471720. Ph: [protected] I have booked gas cylinder and the date of receiving it is 28/08/2014 and Refill Booking No.[protected]. But till date (16/10/2014) I have not received yet. On asking the distributor they are delivering of the date 07/08/2014. Till now I got only three cylinders and when I will get the left 9 cylinders as I am in urgent need of a cylinder !!!. Please give me a perfect solution and help me to get the cylinder in time and please treat the matter as urgent. If the delivery gap is very long then how will I get the other cylinders in time !!!

                              I recently got new gas connection from Bharath gas agency at Basaweshwaranagar. and the lady at the countersold this to me saying that its mandatory to take pigeon items along with the connection. and i was charged 6, 750 for single cylinder connection. This is not acepteble . please take action against them.

                                Hi, i ( Mr Sandip Bagwe )went to the Belapur daily by Bike As on[protected] near kalyan Shil raod at BPCL petrol to fill petrol for my bike for Rs -100. Yashwant Sing the employee of the Petrol pump started filling petrol starting from 0 then around the meter reading 50 to next of my Bike .After the same biker has taken Rs-50 Petrol he gone . And started the same meter till Rs-100 & said I fill Rs-100 Petrol in my Bike. I gave 1000 and kept asking for change and took 900 back. He is trying to confuse me by giving change of Rs.1000. Same day my bike Can’t Run 35 Kilometer in Rs- 100. I suffer lots of problem in the road to push my bike to next petrol pump because of cheating by the employee of Bpcl Petrol pump Mr, Yashwnat Singh. For the same in the evening I complaint to the manger he told that the person has working in the morning sift so come as on 12.10.2014. Even I told please the CC TV Footage then they told CC TV not working . There is some technical Problem. As on Sunday morning I ask about the CC TV Footage the Manger Mr. Manoj has told still there is problem. Sorry for the Employee of Mr. Yashwant Singh and fill Rs. 50 petrol in my bike . I told this not solution for my complaint . Shown me the CC TV Footage . You punish the employee . Mr. Manoj told me to come after 2 to 3 day . Today as on 15.10.2014 I reach to petrol pump same answer I got . They told to book the Complaint in BPLC Complaint book Register. I lodge the same complaint in the Name of Mr. Sandip Bagwe Kalyan . So Kindly take necessary action as early as possible Employee Name : Mr. Yashwant Singh at Booth no -7 as on 10.10.2014 Time: Around 9.20 to 9.40 am. Supervisor Name : Mr. Manoj Petrol Pump Location : Next to Tata Power, Opp. Kalyan Octroi Naka, M/s Chitale Petrol Pump .

                                  I am PVNS Shyam Sundar Rao consumer number: 20717 distributor name SRI KALESHWAR BHARAT GAS AGENCY, NAGOLE. I had booked a cylinder on 1st of Oct 2014, so far they did not supply the cylinder, now when contacted them they say that the cylinder got returned because of house lock and the order got cancelled, but whereas My mother and my wife both stay in the house and was not at all locked on the date mentioned by the agency i.e. 11th Oct 2014. They are asking me to book once again. This is not the first time happening. The delivery boy demands for Rs.30/- each time he comes for the delivery and since i dont give him that much, maybe that is the reason they are doing all this. The staff in agency are very rude and arrogant; they do not even answer calls properly and disconnect obtrubtly.When we go there personally they give unreasonable answers and treat us like a unwanted guest. Will somebody take action on this agency, because i am not the only one over here, there are many customers whom i see there when ever i visit the agency with similar complaints.

T Narasipur: 571124 Customer Name: K Ambuja Customer no.: 004049 Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam, we are not receiving our refill in time, they are forcing to book once more (2 times for 1 refill) and it is continued for 2nd time from last 2 booking, i booked for a refill on 28 sep 2014, booking no.[protected] now the agency is forcing to book once more, but i won't booked, b'coz they are continuing like this. So please take immediate action towards this complaint and solve my problem.

                                      I am K.PADMA consumer number: 18239 distributor name SRI KALESHWAR BHARAT GAS AGENCY, NAGOLE. I here complianed many times to the staff of agency of late delivery of cylinder .When HP & Indian gas agencies in our area are supplying within 1 wk of booking Bharatgas is taking 25 - 30 days.First of all they do not even take booking for 15 days after supply.The staff in office are very rude, arrogant & do not even answer calls properly & disconnect obtrubtly.When we go there personally they give unreasonable answers & treat us like a unwanted guest. Last week that too on a festival day gas was over & refill cylinder was also empty. When I called the agency for refill they have cut the call without any assurance. I strongly feel this agency is selling cyclinders at Black market. Sir, I once again request you to investigate & take firm action on this agency in order to disipline the distribution.

                                        On 11.10. 2014 at abt 1.50 pm I went to your filling outlet in the name of Auto Power, phase I, Urban Estate, Dugri, Ludhiana to fill up petrol in my scooter, one of the filling staff misbehaved, used filthy language and manhandled me. When I went to complain to the manager, he also misbehaved, when I asked him to provide me the Complaint Book. he refused and dared me to do anything, hence I am lodging this complaint. Then I asked him to issue me the bill for the filling, he bluntly refused and on persuasion of another benign staff, he finally gave the bill. The bill No. is 83638 dt. 11.10.2014 for Rs. 200.00.I seek a suitable and punitive action by your esteemed establishment to save other customers from such an humiliation. Thanks for listening.
