      Hi Sir, We have booked cylinder on 27/8/14 and they have sent msg saying that it has been delivered on 09/08/14. But till today we have not received. Every time they do same problem. As far as I got information from other source if anyone gives 100 rs extra they give cylinder. When we go and ask why it.happened like that, they say sir cylinder supply was not there that s why it got delayed. But i[censored] open the system log then you wil get how many we have received and how many they sold in gray market. Please take serious action. Please investigate and let me know the action taken against the staff responsible in this regard. Please also note that we are always available at home as self and wife both are retired, and the during the above period our house was never locked. I will not accept any excuse on this point.

          I am D.John Chelladurai, aged 66 years, residing at 369, TNHB, Phase -1, Tirupattur, Vellore district, -635601, Tamilnadu.I had applied on line during the month of September 2013. I was given Waiting list No: 5844810 from Bharat gas head office. As per your order and waiting list I applied for getting new gas connection at Thirumal Gas Agency, Bharat Gas distributor, 61, Vaniyambadi Road, Tirupattur, Vellore -Dt/ Phone No 227272, 228987.As per their request i paid the advance to get cylinder. I received 2 gas cylinders on[protected]. But from that day onwards i do not get gas cylinder properly.It takes 45 to 50 days to get a cylinder.Being an old man I am not able to go to the Gas office often. Now both of my cylinders are empty.               Dear Concern, I have one connection in the name of my wife Mrs. Meeta Devi at Rana Gas Servies, Haridwar to Nazibabad road Village- Laldhang, Post- Shyampur, Distt-Haridwar, Uttarkhand. Here I want to lodge a complaint against the owner of the agency that he is not willing to supply the gas even after timely booking. He does not send the gas after even after 7 days when we contact him, he suggest to re-book the gas and then he does not send the gas and after 2nd times booking when we again contact them he further suggest to rebook the gas and we do as per his advise but after 3rd time he says that there is insufficient supply from company that's why I can't send the cylinder to you and whenever we call him, he said in abusing language I will cancel your connection if you call again and many other threats. In this scenario, we are not able to take the bharat gas services properly and also it seems that the distributor is doing wrong business particles against the company CoC.                 Hi Im a consumer of Bharat gas from last 3 years consumer number 52750027. Got transferred from Pune to Vadodara and from last 3 months following up with different people in Bharat gas to get the same transferred to Vadodara. Pune staff escalated it to Mumbai and Mumbai office is again sitting on my issue from last 1 week. Was co ordinating with a lady named Poonam I believe:[protected] she stopped answering my calls now. Have not seen an firm which takes 3 months to transfer the connection, Please stop my gas connection and give me 100% refund. they have taken all my documents too. .                     TO, Date 16.08.2014 Bharat Petroleum Customer Grievances Cell Sub: Mistake by staff of your petrol pump. Dear, Yours petrol pump is one of the most reputed pump of India, and taking care pouring diesel/petrol in the vehicles is your prime duty . One of the staff at the pump station (Kanodia Oil Store, Neemkathana, Sikar 332713) poured Diesel instead of Petrol in my car, due to which engine got ceased and the car couldn’t start. The Incident happened on 31st July 2014 around 3.15 PM, and the person concerned poured diesel instead of petrol amounting RS 3250/- in the car (SKODA Superb). The expenses are around 2.5 lacs for repairs which is all due to fault of your employee. I sincerely request you to take strict action at the earliest including bearing all the expenses of repairs else against which I may have to take further actions including knocking the doors of consumer court or higher authorities.                       Sir, My registered mobile number is [protected] at Bharat Gas. I booked my gas cylinder on 10th July, 2014, and my booking no. was[protected]. Still now I have not received my cylinder. I went to my distributor and asked when I will get my cylinder? They told me you have to wait at least 45 to 50 days from the booking date. And also I had not received my cylinder on the month June, 2014. I asked them why I am not get my cylinder for June, 2014? They did not give me answered.

                          Hai Gud Evening everybody! I am G.Murugan, working in BCD Travels Pvt Itd. I am living in Thiru.Via Ka Nagar, Chennai –83. In our kitchen we are using Bharat gas LPG and my consumer no is 20345369 via M.K.Enterprises Agency, Thiru. Via Ka Nagar. Last March’14 I booked and received one full cylinder to my kitchen via this agency. Due to my wife maternity, she will go and stay with her parents few months, so that I cannot use this newly booked cylinder in my kitchen for cooking. In this situation last month i vacate the above address and shifted entirely my home to nearby my father-in-law location at No:70, 2nd Main Road, Jayalakshmi Nagar, Thirumullaivoyail, Chennai - 60 and also I transferred my bharath gas at Athipet Main Road, Ambattur, Rajni Gas Agency with all formalities. After one month gap we ready to use that previous booked cylinder (March month) in my kitchen but I wouldn’t fix the regulator in to the cylinder mouth properly, we maximum tried to fix it but could not done. Therefore we use to call the rajni gas agency for emergency. One representative came to my home behind of rajni gas agency forcheck it and he said the cylinder mouth is too larger than regulator mouth so you must be change the cylinder only. And then I asked him when I got the replacement of this cylinder to new one. The represtative of rajni gas agency replied me this cylinder was not supplied by our’s you may ask your pervious agency (M.K.Enterprise) where did you booked and received this last cylinder. I said to him how it’s possible I changed that agency now to our’s (rajni gas agency) ? Supply of agencies may be different but they supplying of product (Bharath gas) are universal okey then u must only changed to me and the representative said to me I convey to my management side they will contact you about this and he is went to back. From the rajni gas agency side I did not received any calls, in-between I booked another cylinder in the month of june ‘ 14 for my kitchen for continue to cooking. Two days back I only called and asked about this, the rajni gas agency said we take back the cylinder (without cost) and deliver the new one with actual delivery cost of cylinder to you else you can replace the cylinder to same agency from where did u received. In continuation above matter, I call frequently both of the agencies to sort out the problem but both of them did not answer me properly. In other side I also registered my complaint to bharat gas toll free [protected] on 18/06/14 and my complaint no is 170486 .Against my complaint two times I have received call from the agency and they said to me you come to direct my office and see the manager but I replied them I am working in travels so I didn’t come to your office directly mean while working days and I explained my problem to them via phone calls. Thereafter no calls from any side. I want to know the status of against my compliant so that I called on 23/06/14 again the toll free number but they said your complaint number 170486 was closed. Its most dangerous to me to kept the old full cylinder without using it in my kitchen past 2 ½ months. If there is any incident happened the whole response will be go to bharath gas and his agency (rajni gas agency). Still the problem was not come to the end from both the agencies. More than three times I was registered my complaint against bharat gas. My complaint number are first time 170486 dt 23/06/14, second time 183147 dt 09/07/14 and now third time 190170 dt 18/07/14. Against my third complaint Ms. Ashima from bharat gas admin called me and get the details about this and she told we will contact shortly . Still no one contact to us. Thanks & Regards, G.Murugan

                            Hi Today at around 0830, I arrived BPCL Patrol Pump namely Ring Road Service station, South Extn-1 and asked sales man to fill patrol in my car. The guy namely Jagdish asked me to wait as their handing /taking of duty is going on. After 10minutes I again requested to put fuel in my car as I was getting late to my office. He said "Cann't you see that our H/T of duty is going on? His tone was rough and arrogant. I told him that you are not suppose to stop sale that too in peak hours when people rushing to their office. I had to wait for 17 min to fill patrol in my car. Since I was badly heart with behavior shown by sales person so I asked for complaint book for which the same salesman Jagdish refused and said this not valid reason, however I got the complaint book when I threaten them to call police. This is ridiculous and very poor on BPCL part and need to take serious action against above named salesperson. Moreover as per BPCL norms patrol pump reps have to give complaint book if asked by customer. Because of that sales man attitude I got delayed for my office.                               I am Mr.N.C.NCHODHURY my consumer No.is 21575931, firstly I was booked on dt.30/06/2014, when it was not delivered, i come to them and asked about my gas, at that time franchise owner told me your empty cylinder was not available.then he told me you book again, ok I booked, still that is not delivered, then again come to ask, another staff told me, we don't have idea about that, again book it, again I booked, still they are not delivered...why they are doing this type of cheating ? Is there any help to help me about my case ?

                                Myself Padmakar Sadashiv Vengurlekar. I am married this year staying with my parents in Mumbai. Now I want to shift at my new home at Dombivali -west, Thana-Maharashtra District, 421202. For new connection of Bharat Gas I twice visited Shakti Gas Servise at Ambika nagar, Dombivali-west. The provided me information like I need to take hotplate & two cylinders compulsary with regulator as this package is not from our agency but it is from direct Bharat Gas. I explained them that I have a Hotplate which was gifted to me in my wedding. So i can not afford for new hotplate. Also we are only two people me and my wife so we dont need two gas cylinders, one cylinder is enough for us. But the Agency people denied my request and told me that total package cost is around Rs. 8000/- and I need to take hotplate and two cylinders compulsary. So I called up the customer care to inform the same. The customer care executives told me to fill up online KYC form. So I am trying to fill up the online application for new gas connection. But I am unable to apply because this Bharat Gas people intentionaly locked that (Distributor) dropdown. so no one can submeet the application form. Even we can not give can not raise complain or query in feedback option as Type option is blocked there. This is my worst experience ever. Now I want to know How can i go ahead in such situation.

                                  I have purchased Petrol for Rs.2000/- on 08.08.2014 from M/s Masum Filling Station, DCM Road, Kota (Rajasthan). After filling the petrol I drive for approx 1 Km and suddenly my car started giving trouble and then it completely off. I had taken to the car to volkswagen service station, they have checked and told that the petrol is contaminated and mixed water in it. The approximate expenses to repair the same is Rs.20000/-. I called to the dealer(+91-[protected]) and he has asked to call next day. Today I again called and he has given the Nos of Mr. Amzad(+[protected]. Mr. Amzad has completely denied the fact and said it is not possible at their pump and he even did not bother to look back to his system and possible causes of negligence. I am surprised that such adulterated petrol is being sold freely in the main city area and no one is bothered to protect the customer interest. It has shaken my confidence with M/s BPCl also.                                     The crap system is run by bharat gas and their online customer care are very rude.
                                    I have called several time to ask how can I create login user id as this the system shows "Input data is not correct."

                                    First they talk very rudely and then they say there is no number registered however I have visited personally and confirm that my mobile no is updated. I have seen this on their computer screen.

                                    Please can anyone let me know how can I do this and file complaint against Bharat Gas for very rude behaviour.
                                    Your help will be much appreciated!

                                      I am one of the consumer, My bharatgas consumer no.59772079, my complaint no 200462 and my mobile no.[protected], Same problems are facing so many peoples. i am a poor man, but he is charged more amount and not given any bills for related. And also not given refill bill to any consumers, if they ask him he is telling like you come by evening, morning or some technical problems. in this issue so many consumers are complaint to Territory Offices Dharwad LPG Territory BPCL Karnataka. No action from territory officer. Distributor and Territory Officer are doing fraud to consumers. Please sir any one please take action.
