Hi, its very sad that your officer posted in raipur CG seems to be corrupt as he been not able check that the air filling point at pujari petrol pump ring road -1, is not functional from last six month. The staff come up with anew excuse each time but this time it was the height that owner said that the BPCL is not able to change the compressor. We have sent them many complaint, request and reminders. IS YOUR COMPANY NOT BOUNDEED TO PRIVE US FREE AIR, TOILET AND DRINKING WATER? Kindly take action against the owner or the official. bhupendra singh

No. 13379, I have got a gas connection on 03.05.2008 at a time I required my second cylinder also, but the distributor reply that second cylinder not available and ask me to approach later, many times I approached the same matter (long period of 6 yrs) now their reply and behaviour very bad.         Respected Sir/Madam, I am consumer of Bharat Gas, consumer no-5581, under distributor- SRI SAI BABA AGENCY, address-NO.46, Pammal Main road, Pammal, Chennai-600075 . Today in the morning when we opened the seal to change the cylinder, we happened to witness the pin was missing and the gas was leaking out with full flow and pressure. A small flame would have blasted the whole building . It was a great escape for all o[censored]s at our home and the whole building . THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY BIG MISTAKE WHICH IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE REFILLING SESSION .It is the duty of of all the Gas agency suppliers that before giving the cylinders to the customer they should recheck the cylinders well.This could have very well ended up in a very big explosion, taking lives of many. Our timely action averted this. we would like to bring this to your notice that it should never happen anywhere else.kindly take necessary action. Email id - [protected]@gmail.com

          Dear Sir,
          I Malaya Kumar Nath is a consumer of Bharat Gas having Consumer ID: 60779881 operated at Chitra Bharat Gas, Karaikal, Puducherry. I have booked for the second cylinder online (having reference no. Second Cylinder Request already made.Request ID No. is 148221). I have also given a complain that the distributor is not giving me the second cylinder (Ref No: 70914 ). I got the reply against the complain mail that the distributor was instructed to distribute the second cylinder in the earliest. But when I went to the distributor he told that come after 15 days I will give the cylinder. I went after 15 days he again denied to give me the cylinder and again provide me a date. This type of misbehavior is made by mr. SELVAMANI nearly four times. Again I have visited to the distributor office on 24/05/2014 (Saturday) and asked MR. Selvamani to provide the second cylinder. Again he denied to give and told me to come after seven days. I told him to give me in writing that u will give me after seven days. But he misbehaved me and told I will not give in writing.
          Kindly look into the matter and issue me the second cylinder for which I will be obliged to you forever.

              I am owner of scooter carrier trucks and my truck number UP 70 DT 6242 had unloaded vehicles at Erode and had subsequently taken diesel at M/s Muthuvel Murugan Agency at SF no.21/5 AIA, NH-47, Gangapuram Post, Chitode (via) Erode - 638102 . The pump has issued computer slip no.0307 for 50 litres diesel dated 13/04/2014 at 11.08 am for Rs.2975.50 and also at the same time issued a manual cash bill slip no. 15 for 70 litres diesel for Rs. . THIS PRACTICE OF OVERBILLING BY PETROL PUMP STAFF AND LOOTING THE VEHICLE OWNERS IN CONNIVANCE OF THE DRIVERS HAS TO STOP . ANY QUALIFIED AUTHORITY SHOULD KINDLY LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE STRICT ACTION TO PREVENT SUCH DEEDS IN FUTURE AND IN CASE REQUIRED BOTH SLIPS CAN BE PRODUCED BY ME IN ORIGINAL. SUNIL KHETRAPAL

                Hi, It has been a trend now that poor delivery has been the legacy for Rajeev Gas service. I have called you guys and reminding that I have a single cylinder still the delivery did not happen. To my surprise the website shows cylinder has been delivered but actually it has not. I don't get any call or any intimation from delivery man . Could you please take strict notice of this I have a small kid and you can understand the problem.When...

                The distributor of Bharat Gas at Dehradun - Amardeep Gas Service, never deliver the Gas on time, ever since they newly started REGISTRATION using a phone number(that uses VOICE-MAIL for registration and a message is sent to us confirming our booking Ph.No- [protected]). They don't ever deliver the gas on time when booked via phone. This is not a new issue. From last 3 to 4 times the same is happening. And when we call them to enquire about our booking, they never pick up the phone. In case of emergency, we have to take the gas from the delivery-man when he comes to deliver gas to others in our locality. For instance: Last booking is done with- booking no.[protected] of 01.04.2014. Distributor cleared booking upto- 16.03.2014 till date. And we haven't still received our Gas delivery i.e 23.04.2014. Also, it is not possible for us to visit every time to the office of Amardeep Gas Service for complaining about the incessant delays, which they never listen to. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of management in the distribution of gas. The authority may take proper action against them.

                  I got my vehicles tank filled with diesel 50Ltrs(Rs 2800) on sunday evening[protected] from M/S Anand Super Service Station, Malkaganj .Next day morning I saw water in diesel light glowing in the panel.I took the vehicle to Renault's authorized work shop at Faridabad .They were surprised to find that more than half of the tank was filled with water, also how could I was able to drive the vehicle as whole of fuel line was filled with water.As I am writing this mail my car is still at the service station as now the whole fuel tank system and filter has to taken out for cleaning and replacement. I am deeply hurt as this kind of practice still prevalent that too in Delhi .When I talked to the petrol pump officials, they simply said the problem must be at your end.Do they mean to say that I have put a bucket of water in the tank an now spending Rs.6000 for repair apart from the loss of diesel.I would like to request the concerned authroity to take a serious action as these are the people who defame the whole system.Kindly give me the feed back of the action taken.                       I am Suresh, I have booked gas on April 3rd. 2014 by SMS booking

                      Consumer Number :8228

                      Now today 15th April 2014. No gas has been arrived.

                      When i went to bharat gas godown all tell stories saying We are not responsible ask that man ask this man and ask the office. and at end i called the office now they telling you have cancelled the gas. Now office people are telling stories.

                      I called the delivery boy "suresh" he saying Iam in Town iam in Leave please go ask the office people all stories are telling.

                      Please help me...

Below find Customer and Agency details Bharat Gas consumer No. : 28605233 Customer Address : TOWER 1, BLUE RIDGE TOWNSHIP, NEAR SYMBIOSYS COLLEGE, PHASE 1, HINJEWADI, PUNE : 411057 Bharat Gas Agency Name: Akshay Bharat Gas Agency, Shop No 5 Echelon Building, Opposite Regent Plaza, Baner Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune - 411045 View Map +(91)-[protected], [protected] and +[protected] At the time of transfer, I got old regulator and 2 old cylinders. I carried both the cylinders in Auto by paying Rs.300 to my home in Phase1, Hinjewadi, Pune. Once I reached house and connected filled gas cylinder, I observed leakage from cylinder. Immediately I called to Baner, Pune gas agency about this leakage. They asked me to bring filled cylinder to there agency to check it. This is not anticipated from agency. Now my query is that 1) Every time customer has to carry leaked/damaged Gas cylinder from Home to Gas agency? 2) There is no service/facility from Bharat Gas, to send technician to customer communication address to check leakage? Your Bharat Gas Company will be responsible for any accident by negligence of your agency...

                            1 of yur emlpoyee cam to chck da gas and da person was drunk ... so he chckd n was tokin rubbish so we didnt ask him to repair nething nd snd him on his way... n told him to cum neytm els.. bt dey tok so dat yu signed nai to acha nai hoga... dis is da way dis ppl tok n we act signed it.. nw todae we are booking bt da distributor has block our connection and askd him y yu did so ..he says da person cam to check n yu didnt allow him.. please look aftr our complain n get back to us as soon as possible... and the distributor name is the bhiwandi gas centre and my gas number is 12569

                                Respected Sir / Madam, My self Shishir Kumar Consumer No 17281 at your SURYA GAS AGENCY 9, JAGBIR SINGH MARKET, NEAR KRISHNAMANDIR, DELHI - SOUTH WEST 110043. I have no any gas booked, but in bharat customer my login id showing booking with out reference no. on dt. 17/02/2014 and delivered on dt. 18/02/2014, again with out reference no. on dt. 12/03/2014 and delivered on 25/03/2014 and again with out reference no. on dt. 01/04/2014 and delivery pending showing till date. In reference to the above booking dates i have saying that again i have no any gas booked in this period and no received any gas. please look into this matter thanking you with best regard.                                   Namaste…!!! This is regarding the gas leakage issue at my home. i have applied for a gas connection as on 28th feb 2014 at Row house no.107, Prayag Dham Society, Wagholi, Pune in the Name of Girish Chhabria. Connection was installed on 2nd March 2014. Since the beginning, continuously it was leaking heavily. The same is reported to your representative Mr.Navnath ([protected]). For the first 2-3 times he committed to come & resolve the same but after that he stopped picking up the call, reason is better known to him only… I am very much worried that your team is not bothered to resolve the issues immediately even the dangerous issues like gas leakages … Let me know at what level or Forum I have to escalate this issue to solve my problem… I believe you will not force me to escalate this mater to higher authorities & solve the said issue on high priority… Thanks in advance for your immediate & positive response… Regards Girish Chhabria +91 [protected]

                                      I have purchased BP gas refill after paying in full amount on 19/02/2014 and I have got the message on 20/03/2014 stating that "Under DBTL Scheme for LPG subsidy amt of Rs. 773.55 is transfered to your bank a/c by BPCL for cylinder delivered by cash memo 130735 of 19/02/2014" but as on this date the amount is not credited in my account.
