I am an old customer of Bharat Gas, Cons No -11256, Distributor-Laxmi Enterprises, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.
I have updated both the agency & Bank with my Aadhar.
Afterwards I boked a refill on 14-Jan-14 & after many pursuals & follow-ups, I received a refill for Rs1189.00 on 9-Feb-14, which was delivered to me without a bill, the delivery person told that they need to raise non-subsidy bill for the same which is not in their system,
I visited the gas agency 8 times afterwards, every alternate day, till-date, each time they take the excuse of doing the task by the next day, but till date they have not raised any bill, nor i got the subsidy.
This is not only my case the gas agency is flooded every day with so many customers like me, but they take no response.
I have already made complaint to their field officer, but yet find any outcome.
Still waiting for the response
A minimal professional approach is expected from their side at-least now.
Bharat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
