Respected Sir / Madam, My self Shishir Kumar Consumer No 17281 at your SURYA GAS AGENCY 9, JAGBIR SINGH MARKET, NEAR KRISHNAMANDIR, DELHI - SOUTH WEST 110043. I have no any gas booked, but in bharat customer my login id showing booking with out reference no. on dt. 17/02/2014 and delivered on dt. 18/02/2014, again with out reference no. on dt. 12/03/2014 and delivered on 25/03/2014 and again with out reference no. on dt. 01/04/2014 and delivery pending showing till date. In reference to the above booking dates i have saying that again i have no any gas booked in this period and no received any gas. please look into this matter thanking you with best regard.     Namaste…!!! This is regarding the gas leakage issue at my home. i have applied for a gas connection as on 28th feb 2014 at Row house no.107, Prayag Dham Society, Wagholi, Pune in the Name of Girish Chhabria. Connection was installed on 2nd March 2014. Since the beginning, continuously it was leaking heavily. The same is reported to your representative Mr.Navnath ([protected]). For the first 2-3 times he committed to come & resolve the same but after that he stopped picking up the call, reason is better known to him only… I am very much worried that your team is not bothered to resolve the issues immediately even the dangerous issues like gas leakages … Let me know at what level or Forum I have to escalate this issue to solve my problem… I believe you will not force me to escalate this mater to higher authorities & solve the said issue on high priority… Thanks in advance for your immediate & positive response… Regards Girish Chhabria +91 [protected]

      Unitech enterprises is gas cylinder distributor of Bharat Gas in Ahmednagar.This dealer is not providing the cylinders within 8 Days.As well as they are not receive our phone calls.I have gave the dealers complaint to the company, but company is not taking any action agenst the dealer.Please do the needful action.

        I have purchased BP gas refill after paying in full amount on 19/02/2014 and I have got the message on 20/03/2014 stating that "Under DBTL Scheme for LPG subsidy amt of Rs. 773.55 is transfered to your bank a/c by BPCL for cylinder delivered by cash memo 130735 of 19/02/2014" but as on this date the amount is not credited in my account.

          Dear Sir, I herewith complaint you that I have applied for a New Connection in Name of Bani Singh, Waiting List Id-9176245 dt.20.03.2014. The applying Agency Name -SHAHEED KULDEEP SINGH GAS SERVICE, GREWAL MARKET, NEAR BDO OFFICE, MEHAM, ROHTAK, HARYANA 124001, agent of BHARAT GAS. The agency having denied to say that you can takes from Madina, But in actually their are no any Dealer in Madina. But they also saying cost Rs.4200 for only One cyclender and regulator. But actual cost of these are nearby Rs.2000.00.Then after I calls to Hissar Territory office Relationship Manager on dt.25.03.2014 12 O, Clock and 3 O, clock on[protected] &[protected]. But Manager say that it depends on Agency. If depends on agency then what are doing company & their regulator or Relationship manager. So, Sir, I want to know the person who is not educated, apply for a connection from their, because before this many connection for the same village. It can be receive or not.

            I m customer of Boricha Gas Agency, Muglisara, Surat. Since the started of this agency, they do not deliver Gas cylinder in schedule committed time of 48 hours. In fact after on line booking of cylinder, they don't give delivery before 4 days. While contact on telephone, they used to say LOCK of Home, but do not show any proof. My wife is a house wife and usually remain at home, so they are teliing lies & escape from their responsibility to customer. Kindly do the needful for timely delivery of cylinder & oblige.

              Sir, my consumer No.20529180. i am a customer of Galaxy Gas Agency, South Civil Lines, Jabalpur. I have booked gas since 22.2.14 but every time i booked gas, it shows cancelled after a few days. i talked with the manager of the gas agency but they have not given any satisfactory reply. On three occasions my booking was cancelled. 1st on 22.2.14, 2nd on 5.03.2014 and last on 11.03.2014 my booking references are[protected],[protected] and[protected] respectively. i booked through mobile ([protected]). today i hv booked another and it's booking reference is[protected]. regarding this i hv talked with Mr. Aggarwal the owner of the agency also send a sms regarding this issue but no response has been received so far. I am requesting u kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

                Sir, Namaskar.
                My Petrocard Customer ID : CU[protected] Bhatt Pravin Ramanlal.
                As on 28/06/2013 there was company' s scheme get Rs.100/ Vodafone talk time by redemption of 6666 points from Petrocard balance. I had used for 3 times. Total points debited 6666*3 =19998 from my point balance. After that I got credit of only for Rs. 100/ . I registered first complain on 01/07/2013 on customer care. According to talk with customer care person within 6 to 7 working dY it will be solved. Complain no. was given 5418450.

                After that so many times I made remainder but my problem as it is. Credit of Rs. 100*2 = Rs.200/ net balance 86*2 = 172/ is out standing. I had make a mail on [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in on 02/09/2013 but they have no reply till today.

                Today' s latest complain No. Is[protected]/03/2014 )

                  Dear Sir, I am consumer of HP LPG cylinder.My consumer ID-9536, My Distributor is- Aparajita Gas, Chandrasekhar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I was ordered the cylinder on- 18/02/2014, booking reference No is[protected], They sms me the delivery sms on 06.03.2014, but till now no one contact me or delivered, every 2/3 month I am facing the same problem.problem.                       I have a gas connection with Bharat gas Dealer “Shreeram gas agency” Pune, consumer # 53348469. Recently I have applied for the second cylinder and the distributor told me to submit the Rs2900 for the same, but I was not carrying that much money in my pocket, so I rush to nearest ATM &amp; upon my return the dealer executive has already prepared a receipt and handed over the receipt &amp; other products worth RS 890( Non-stick tawa &amp; gas cylinder stand) and when I refused for it, they replied the receipt is prepared and you have to take it or else you will be not be given second cylinder ever. Thus in need I have to take those useless products for the sake of second cylinder.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I’m aware of my rights as citizen, but I felt hopeless and very disappointed at that moment of time, that after being educated and professional I was cheated and can do nothing to avoid it. Why there is no action against such distributors, when we all are aware about the same. A common man is being suffered for a daily needs and end up paying a bribe or for useless products, which is deed not required.                             Sir I have booked a gas cylinder on telephone 15 days back . My customer id is 4737 in the name of PARDEEP KUMAR. But till today I didn't get my gas cylinder. When I asked to gas agency they replied that again rebook the cylinder . I want to ask that what was happened to previous booking . And also I want to know where my booked cylinder was delivered to someone else

                              Dear sir, Bharat Gas LPG 1. ORNO. 969268 27/12/2013, CONS NO. 1745, DGCC No.3783692 Subsidy message received on 30-12-13 but amount not credited. 2. CASE MEMO NO.47317, Subsidy message received on 7/2/2014 but amount not credited. Dealer NAME Pushpa Gas Agency JAIPUR subsidy amout not yet recieved in my account, only message came from BPCLPG regarding my subsidy amount has been transferred to the CANERA bank. I checked with bank and gas agency, according to them all the records are correct but the failfure from BPCL. Please check the matter and take necessary step the credit the appropriate amount to my bank account.                                   Hi, i went to the KR puriam TIN factory BPCL petrol bunk today morning to fill petrol for my bike for 200. One guy started filling starting from 0 on the left sideand then around the meter reading 100, another guy, wearing cap with big tummy, came to collect cash from the right side, i gave 500 and kept asking for change and i had to turn my face and took 300 back, he started shouting loudly so that i see him and suddenly, one 3rd guy came and made some changes to the machine and i saw the meter started reading some single digit numbers and finally halted at 200. I told them whats this. you all are trying to confuse me and drive my attention towards something else so that u can change the machine to cheat. He said ...give me two mins, u can take the oil out from tank and check etc etc. I told them i will file a complaint without fail today and left as i had to reach office.

                                    I would like to draw your attation, that i am a comsumar of bharat gas but i am sorry to say that i cant book cylinder using ivrs.I am submit all documents to my distributors before two months ago but there are no solution.
                                    I was also launched a complain as on 26th feb in thair website & the complaint no is 73821 but there are no solution. I am requesting you to solve the problem as early as ppssible.

                                        I am an old customer of Bharat Gas, Cons No -11256, Distributor-Laxmi Enterprises, Bhubaneswar, Orissa.
                                        I have updated both the agency & Bank with my Aadhar.
                                        Afterwards I boked a refill on 14-Jan-14 & after many pursuals & follow-ups, I received a refill for Rs1189.00 on 9-Feb-14, which was delivered to me without a bill, the delivery person told that they need to raise non-subsidy bill for the same which is not in their system,
                                        I visited the gas agency 8 times afterwards, every alternate day, till-date, each time they take the excuse of doing the task by the next day, but till date they have not raised any bill, nor i got the subsidy.
                                        This is not only my case the gas agency is flooded every day with so many customers like me, but they take no response.
                                        I have already made complaint to their field officer, but yet find any outcome.
                                        Still waiting for the response
                                        A minimal professional approach is expected from their side at-least now.
                                        Bharat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
