Dear sir it is sorry to say that your distributor fail to supply refill delivery with in time period now a day all of your odish state's distributor take 15 to 20 days from the date of booking your state office not take any interest to solve the problem. so kindly look into the matter .

    Greetings!

    I am the Customer of Your Company, my dealer name: K..J.Gas Agency, Poonamallee, Chennai and My Consumer No. 24877. I have raising the complaint to you.

    My complaint is i have book my gas 02.07.2014, but till date not recd, they always said you given tomorrow,
    today complete 14 days but they not supplied

    When I am asking for gas cylinder dealer telling "You ask Delivery Boy", he is always giving this type of answers.

    We are facing this type of problems every time.

    . I have made a complaint on your website and also made complaint to the K.J Gas Agency, but they could not respond till now. Kindly Issue my query as soon as possible.

      On 14.07.2014 at 02.00 pm. I have gone to the petrol pump, Mohidin, Verna, Goa for fiilling petrol, the staff was sufficient approx 04 and there was only two vehicles during this time, inspite of this they have kept me waiting for 10 mins.Even after waiting for so long they have not filled petrol in my car, and after saying will complain you, they have said in rudely go ahead and do it.         I availed bharath gas connection facility while i was working at madurai
        Then i got transferred to bangalore and connectuion was also transferred to bangalore
        At bangalore i was staying alone and hence i did not avail gas connection at bangalore
        Within 1 year, i was transferred on promotion to chennai. Now only 11 months over after i got the transfer form
        I went to indane gas agency for getting a new connection. They told me that the connection was transferred to bangalore as per the transfer form and hence they asked me to contact bharath gas
        At chennai where shall i go and contact bharath gas office/

          Sir/Madam, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas, consumer no[protected], under distributor-Jagbharti Bharat Gas agency, NH 28, Bhagwanpur Chowk, Muzaffarpur - 842001. Bihar I have booked for refilled gas cylinder on 15th June ( Booking Number[protected] through my registered mobile Number [protected]. After waiting 5-6 days, I have contacted the dealing clerk at agency and requested to deliver the refilled cylinder at my residence through the vendor. But, no action has been taken by the agency staff. Yesterday, when I again called the Agency staff on pnone number[protected] and lodged my complain regarding non-delivery of refilled gas cylinder he instructed me to go on Vijay Petrol Pump, Khabra, near Ramdayalu fly over and collect my refilled Gas Cylinder through the vendor. Today, I have visited the site and got a third class treatment by the agency staff. Firstly he de-recognized my earlier booking claim saying that the time has been lapsed and roughly crossed the information mentioned on my " Consumer Cade". Secondly without giving any logical reply for non-delivery of cylinder at my door step, which is mandatory for him and for that the company is paying, he compelled me to re-register the demand for supply of refilled gas cylinder. If you feel that the basic right of a Consumer has been violeted by the above mentioned Gas Agency please take necessary step against the distributor or permit me to lodge a case against the agency in Consumer Court. To avail your “bharat gas” connection, please call on us within 15 days from the date of this letter along with this letter in original and the kyc form and documents mentioned as proof of identity and proof of address by you in the same."
            4 months have passed and no response. When ever i called, one or the other excuse is given!

                  I online apply for a new bharat gas connection on 26.06.2014.then 10467752 waiting is generated. I got two mail from bharat gas administrator & other one bharat gas agency kanor ( 113483, Udaipur, rajasthan, pin 313604. In these mail said to me that submit your application form within 15 days. I went to three times in kanor gas agency ( 113483 ). They refused to accept my application form.please help me to submit my application form because 5 day are left to submit my application form.

                    Dear sir/mam Myself Anita w/o Deshveer singh lived in Multan nagar Bhola Road Meerut Gali NO 2. I had given the request for my new gas connection for that I had also also received confirmed letter(no[protected]from your Agency & I also got the waiting list no.but when I reached at your office, yours distributors son misbehaved with me and he refused to give the connection.Although I am ready to give the required amount for this, Sir, I am suffering a lot at become the customer of your reputaed company which is not good for your fame. so you are requested to take strickt action against it & i will be highly abliged to you to help to get my connection as soon as possible.

                      sir, i am customer of BHUPINDER GAS SERVICE[protected]sirsa, haryana) consumer no:- 28133 i did the several complaints for this but still a satisfactory action is not taken previous complain no:158088(on bpc website) previous complaint :"whenever i try to book a refill they refuse it by saying shortage of refill and document uncompleted. and i dont know from where they got the supply when i have to buy the same refill in black from them. one strange thing is that when i check online detail of my account . i was shocked its showing all the refill are delivered to me but i didn't get a get refill from them. According to ebharatgas detail- refill deliver to me in between 1-apr-2013 to 31-mar -2014 i.e 7 refills but i didn't get last 6 of them" for this complaint some officers from hissar and owner of b.p gas service comes to me several of times. first they was give me offer for money to taking my complaint back and to do compromise with them. when i refused they are giving me several kind of warnings and tried to threatened me. i don't want money i want solution not for me for those who are sufferings from same problem. there are 1000 of customer like me who have a authorized gas connection but they still buying the gas in black." hope for a positive response Thankyou

                        I Mr.M.Srinivas my resident BTM layout 1 st stage Bangalore, I have useing Bharathgas connection my consumer no 52694372 past 2 1/2, years. Near by distubutor Bangalore gas agency code[protected] th main BTM layout has supply gas to our residency. I booking gas on 24/06/2014 my booking no is[protected] gas has come again 26/06/2014 booking number[protected] after two days gas not come. I went office I ask two times I booked gas not come.he shouting any thing he react like gunnda without giving respect to Customer and ask me where is delivery card he ask l said delivery card has misplace and he said you want buy new card its cost 1, 000/- why should I pay huge amount for this, if not pay we Will block online booking connection. who Will you complaint I don't care you and company he scold in a bad manner get out in my office.
                        He want activate immediately online booking . And who Will give june month gas distubutor is responsibly this incident he must arrange free of cost gas for this month.So company much take immediately action to distubutor.

                          Dear Sir, I Mr. Balasubramanya BT having a connection at Mahadeswara Gas Agencies at Mandya ( Karnataka State) CONSUMER NO. 18135 which has been blocked and I am not in the position to book the refil cylinder. I alreeady filled and submit the KYC at the office of the distributer. Please ask the distributer or the concerned authorities to release the blocked.                                   Being transferred to Koparkhairane (Navi Mumbai) from Wagle Estate (Thane), we have submitted all the required documents of transfer to Madlik Gas Agency, Wagle Estate, Thane...the same is not being transferred till date. We have submitted the documents on 6th June 2014 (Gas No.[protected]. Please look into the matter and do the needful of transfer at the earliest.

                                    We are one of the valued customers of Bharat gas, receiving this service from your well know agency "Jayaram gas agency" near Anna Nagar. I would like to bring to your kind notice that we booked a cylinder on 10/06/2014 cons no: 24835. And today(12/06/2014) a delivery man brought the cylinder exactly at noon, and he demanded an excess amount apart from the printed bill amount. Though we accepted to pay him with Rs 10/- extra from the bill amount, he again demanded us to give extra. He also got sign in the receivers slip and entered in the customers card book and he left without delivering a cylinder. After getting sign in the receiver's slip with his forgery act he wrote in the bill as though we declined our booked cylinder and left the place without delivering. He also threatened us by saying that he will make us wander like dogs to get this cylinder from the source point, if we didn't pay him extra. This issue is not just first time happening, it has been taking over for months and years. We also made complaints to that agency so many times. Please do the actions as soon as possible to avoid further strict actions on that agency. Note: Along with this I have attached the copy our customer card. In that the man who came to deliver had signed in it, is marked as "not received". Please note it.

I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple messages to emergency numbers of Ratna gas agency in Pune. No one is picking up calls or replying to my message.                                         Sir,

                                        it is respectfully submitted that whenever i book the cylinder from phone every three months neither any boy came nor any delivery man has delivered the cylinder. I have to go by myself to take away the cylinder and the dealer of Priyanka Gas Service has used abusive language every time if we asked that why don't you provide us a delivery man.

                                        Sir you please provide us a delivery boy for deliver the cylinder in our address and do some criminal proceeding against the dealer of Priyanka Gas Service, Hemilton Road, Kashmiri Gate, delhi.
