Sub.: Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & poor service of dealer

I, Paramjit Singh consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons.No.4695 of Simran Gas Service, (Ph: [protected], [protected]), dt: B-24/2275, basti jodhewal, LUDHIANA

for booking gas cylinder I continously try to distributor but they are not attend call & response
continuosly we are chasing up with the distributor directly for delivering the gas.

so, please ensure that give regular service of on line booking
please help for regular and good service & attend all phone calls

    I am trying to change name for gas ownership but they are saying that "SYSTEM IS DOWN / SO MUCH APPLICATION ARE ALREADY PRESENT WITH THEM". This is happening from Dec'13. No one is picking up the phone[protected]/[protected] of their headquarter branch. On their website, costumer complaint page is not working(http://ebiz.bpc.co.in/css/LPGweb.faces). Such ignorance shouldn't be acceptable. Please help/advice me what should i do. My contact number is [protected] and mail ID is nilesh.sule.[protected]@gmail.com.

      I have booked an LPG refill cylinder on[protected] via SMS at 11:58 hrs. but I have not got the cylinder till date, i.e.[protected]. Whenever contacted, the staff reply irresponsibly and they never pay heed to my grievances. More often than not, this has been the situation for the last 3 years. Each and every time, I have to get the refill cylinder by reminding over telephone at least 50-70 times. Also, the delivering men refuse to deliver the cylinder to my home though they are being paid extra money for their service every time. I am totally fed up with the service of BABY GAS AGENCIES, Thiruvalla (SAP Code - 115403).

      Please get my complaint redressed immediately and arrange to get proper and timely delivery of the LPG refill cylinders.

        I got the Bharat gas connection on 2006.my dealer is HLRDC BHART GAS NARAINGARH In my case they are even not ready to accept my request for additional cylinder.           I had received sms that under dbtl scheme for lpg subsidy amt. Of rs.736.80 is transferred to my bank account by bpcl for cylinder delivered by cash memo 70411 of 04/02/2014.

          However the subsidy has not been transferred. As yet even after eight days.

          Your kind attention is invited to the following facts for resolving my complaint: -

          1. That my consumer no. Of lpg with m / s talwar gas service, ludhiana (Punjab) - 141002 is
          20615

          2. That my lpg booking reference no. Is[protected]

          3. That lpg cylinder was delivered on 04 / 02 / 2014

          4. That i had received sms that under dbtl scheme for lpg subsidy amount of rs. 736. 80 is transferred to my bank account by bpcl for cylinder delivered by cash memo 70411 of 04 / 02 / 2014.

          5. That however the subsidy has not been transferred to my bank account as yet even after so many days.

          6. That this has never happened earliar, when the subsidy amount was credited within a day or two.

          In view of the above submission your honour is requested to get the lpg subsidy transferred to my bank account without any furhter delay.

          An early action is requested with intimation to me

            I applied for Bharat gas connection 2 weeks back, by filling online form available on their site. when i visited the agency for followup then only they told me that your connection is approved and it is available with us. my concern is i am already having a expensive glass top 4 burner with me. and the agency person asked me to buy an expensive stove if he wanted a gas connection. Is it compulsary? I said I don't want to buy ur burner. there reply on that is ""you have to buy it or show the bill of your purchased burner.""" Now i am not having that bill here with me. i recently got shifted to pune and not carrying the original bill. Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune.

My dealer has distributed gas till 22.1.14. however i have not recieved cylinder till today. morever he does not answer any phone calls. pl do the needful compainant- shrinivas shastri.[[protected]]

                  Hello Sir, Regarding Adhi Gas ageny, Chennai Repeatedly we tried booking by phone and at last ended up in an online order. The Agency has 3 telephone numbers but 2 does not work and the other one keeps ringing or gives a busy message all the time. We are helpless with such a service. Booked a cylinder on 23rd Jan(online) and till today we have not got a refill. Please look into such agencies and help bharat gas customers. If this is going to continue we have only one option to give up your connection and take a new one with a different gas company. Hope there is someone to give ears to such complaints.                         I am devedra kumar connection no 17367 noticed u sir i have placed order for refill supply on dt.15.01.2014 ref.id 14731815. my refill supply is not delevered to till now and i have reminded to vijay gas service for two times by mail but after all there is not delevered my supply and not receive my call.pl requested to u send my refill supply as soon as possible.thanks u very mutch.
                        I have booked one refill on 28th Feb.2015 but till date(18 March) refill has not been supplied by rahul agencies Jangpura.All of customer care number of bharat gas are silent.

                          sir i am a consumer of BP Gas having consumer no 3421. On 16-11-13 i fieled a compliant against the distributor for not providing the refill on time through home deliveryunder ref. no. 40268284. One month latter on 9-01-14 when i booked for refill online under reference no.[protected] the BPCL/Distributor cancelled the booking on his own. Then two week later on 26-01-13 i again booked for refill under refer. no.[protected] and the fate was same yet again they cancelled my booking. After these two episodes i contacted the distributor for not getting the refill. On this he set a precondition for getting a refill which is "you first withdraw the compliant then only i can unblock your consumer no." on getting this answer i made a compliant under ref. no. 40332778, on which no action has been taken yet for its redresel. so it is my request please take nessecary action at earliest as i have to get the refill from black market on high rates in spite of having domestic consumer status. please make these distributors accountable as they are doing gundagardi with consumers. Thankyou

                            con no 10527 laxmi enterprises bhubaneswar khurda orissa.booked cylinder on 12 nov 2013 cyl delivered(Rs 1070/-) on 28 dec but system not updated and subside not transferred to bank. delivery shows 21 jan 2014 in system. next cylinder delivered 27 jan 2014(Rs 1290/-) subside transferred on 24 jan 2014. booking deliver and subside pattern not undersood and no response from agency

                                I have paid full amount of gas cylinder, but subsidy amount not yet received in my account, only message came from BPCLPG on dt. 08/01/14 & dt.18/01/14 (order No. 652091 dt. 3.1.14 & Cash Memo No. 167950) regarding my subsidy amount has been transferred to the corresponding bank. I have checked with bank and Bhupindra Gas Agency, Sirsa, according to them all the records are correct but the failfure from BPCL.                                   For booking of Refill of Cylinder, we need to visit to Agency office as their phone numbers are always busy, even it rings no one pick up the phone. Once the customer visits to Agency Office and book for refill of cylinder, the delivery will be done after 7 days as per the counter staff. Even after 7 days also it doesn't reach the delivery will take minimum 10-15 days.

                                    my consumer no-617479, i made booking about 25 days back, but gas not delivered, again i booked, again gas not delivered and booking cancelled. now again i booked and booking no-206118. but bolpur majumdar gas says that gad to be collected from the shop and not to be delivered at home.

                                    i, kamalika mitra find it inconvenient to collect the gas cylinder from the shop but many often they force me to collect it from the shop, if not booking is cancelled within 10-12 hours.

                                      Supplied by Milind Gas Agency at Vikaspuri, New Delhi
                                      Today I received the Gas Cylinder with Cash Memo. I am very much sorry to
                                      say that in that Memo - CMNo. 402659 dated 22/01/2014 it has been
                                      mentioned Sub: 2/9. In fact, this cylinder was mine first cylinder to
                                      receive as Subsidy and only once I have received/credited the subsidy
                                      amount in my bank account. To rectify this, I tried the whole day dialing
                                      them. * But to my dismay, the agency never pick up the phone and never
                                      answers. This usually happens with them whenever we try to contact them
                                      through phone and dial up their numbers they never pick up phone and no
                                      answer at all.* This needs to be looked into and kindly rectify the
                                      mistake in the cash memo *as otherwise I will be deprived of receiving the
                                      limited supply of cylinder as otherwise I will be getting only eight
                                      cylinder in the year instead of nine cylinder.*

                                        From.V.Jayakrishnan Kerala City Kayamkulam Bharatgas Distributor KERALA STATE CIVIL SUPPLIES CORP Consumer Number 48277 Sir I send complaint 3 times to BPCL Field Officer NPARVINDAKSHAN through website but not able to see the complaint in status menu or not solve my problem. I have booked for a refill on 01.12.2013 but after some days I show in the date my booking date is changed to 04.01.2014. This is the last week of January but not yet get the cylinder. Now I have get only 6 cylinder in this financing year. only 67 days are left in the financial year. please take intimidate action to get my all subsidy cylinder.
