For booking of Refill of Cylinder, we need to visit to Agency office as their phone numbers are always busy, even it rings no one pick up the phone. Once the customer visits to Agency Office and book for refill of cylinder, the delivery will be done after 7 days as per the counter staff. Even after 7 days also it doesn't reach the delivery will take minimum 10-15 days.

    my consumer no-617479, i made booking about 25 days back, but gas not delivered, again i booked, again gas not delivered and booking cancelled. now again i booked and booking no-206118. but bolpur majumdar gas says that gad to be collected from the shop and not to be delivered at home.

    i, kamalika mitra find it inconvenient to collect the gas cylinder from the shop but many often they force me to collect it from the shop, if not booking is cancelled within 10-12 hours.

      I, Mrs. Vijayalakshmi, R/o WZ-23/CA/1-FF, Ram Nagar Extn., Tilak Nagar, New
      Delhi-110018 is having the Bharat Gas Connection with Consumer No. 24334
      Supplied by Milind Gas Agency at Vikaspuri, New Delhi
      Today I received the Gas Cylinder with Cash Memo. I am very much sorry to
      say that in that Memo - CMNo. 402659 dated 22/01/2014 it has been
      mentioned Sub: 2/9. In fact, this cylinder was mine first cylinder to
      receive as Subsidy and only once I have received/credited the subsidy
      amount in my bank account. To rectify this, I tried the whole day dialing
      them. * But to my dismay, the agency never pick up the phone and never
      answers. This usually happens with them whenever we try to contact them
      through phone and dial up their numbers they never pick up phone and no
      answer at all.* This needs to be looked into and kindly rectify the
      mistake in the cash memo *as otherwise I will be deprived of receiving the
      limited supply of cylinder as otherwise I will be getting only eight
      cylinder in the year instead of nine cylinder.*

I have booked for a refill on 01.12.2013 but after some days I show in the date my booking date is changed to 04.01.2014. This is the last week of January but not yet get the cylinder. Now I have get only 6 cylinder in this financing year. only 67 days are left in the financial year. please take intimidate action to get my all subsidy cylinder.           Sir i m face again and again gas refill deliver late in my home.This 6 th time face this problem.This time my gas booked on 13 jan 2014 bit 9 days completed in gas booking but no gas delivered in my home.I m already talk to agencey person but no good responce.
          All 6th problem registered through on line system bhut no take a nesasary action on ageney person by archit bansal (Field officer).
          So i request to u that this time take a nesasary action on agencey person as not face this problem again with me.

            hi! I have booked cylinder through SMS on 8th January. I am still waiting for the delivery from Prateek Gas agency bangalore karnata.Today is 21st January. when called to their numbers no one will answer thr phone. Its horrible service. I hope you will look into this matter . The prateek is known for poor customer service but we dont have choice to go with another agency as they have decided to distribute the area. They charge 500 for each cylinder. bill amount will be 433 something.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              No delivery of lpg gas booked on 04/01/2014 time 0909 hrs reference number 31299319 until now waiting for cylinder may the distributor dont have enough manpower to deliver the lpg cylinder. Open the one more distributor so it can be easy to deliver the lpg. Please do some favor to resolve the issue.

                Hi, Name: Makarand Ramesh Kulkarni Consumer number: 57233442 I am registered user of bharat gas. My earlier distributor was Sandesh Entp. Pimpri. I took transfer letter from them on 11th January. On the same day i submitted it to Ratan Entp. Rahatani. They gave me receipt for that. But they also told me my connection is blocked because of some reason. And to come after two days. I submitted the necessary papers. And i still don't have any response from them. I think there is some error done by staff while transferring the connection. I am in urgent need of cylinder please look into the matter. Regards, Makarand

                      Dear Sir/Madam, i have a connection of bharat gas dealer VINU gas agency ( Maxima complex, Police Station Road, Ollur, Thrissur, Kerala- 680306). I have ordered my GAS cylinder on 26-NOVEMBER-2013 with Booking reference no.11356126. but still not deliver to us and whenever i have call to agency phone no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], no one is picking up the call. I am fed up of calling regular since two weeks but my cylinder wasn't deliver even when it is available. When they attend the call, they are changing the delivery dates unnecessarily .                         My Bharat Gas Cunsumer no 207281 and i book cylinder no 6, date 22/12/2013 i visit to the gas agency dated 04/01/2014 then the carried to the cylinder get my home, the money paid 1260/- Rs. for delivery i assume that subsidy is included, after about a nothing received in my account last 5days again i visit to the agency, said subsidy credited your bank account massage sen my mobile no .but not credited my bank account Please Help me . .

                          I had booked my refill cylinder on 18 Dec.2013 at 08:26 AM, Booking number is 22445194 but this has not been delivered so far and I am facing a lot of problem due to non availability of cooking gas, its my request to you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                            Respected Sir/Madam, My waitlist ID for applying new Bharat gas connection is 7649174 To submit my documents (POA, POI) i went to mentioned Bharat Gas agency "Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM Layout, Banglore" As i know 1-cylider will cost 1600Rs and 2-cylinder 3050 (inculding regulator) This gas agency is quoting 6100Rs :- 1 Gas cylinder + 2-burner gas stove + 1 regulator + 1 gas pipe 9600Rs :- 2 Gas cylinder + 2-burner gas stove + 1-pressure cooker or grider + 1 regulator + 1 gas pipe when i insisted only gas cylinder enough, gas agency denied & returned my amount & document, saying that they have run their family and im arguing like illiterate. Even i have too run the family, why i should pay 6450 extra to get the subsidy gas connection.

                                My Bharat Gas Customer id is 60914189 and i book my first cylinder, first it was not delivered and fouth day i visit to the gas agency, then the delivery man said that he returned the delivery slip to the agency as he doesnt know the address then, any how he agree to deliver the cylinder and reach to my home he get money 1080/- Rs. for delivery i assume that subsidy is included, after about a month nothing received in my account and again...

                                I am a customer of BHARTA Gas (consumer number 2497 in the name of MUKESH kUMAR ). I get my gas service from KAIN GAS Agency, GOVIND PURI DELHI. We have booked our gas(refill) on 10th DEC 2013 memo/voucher also got generated as but still after 17 days, We are waiting for gas cylinder ( refill), i called toll free number and booked the complaint also complaint # 40298160. We did not get the delivery after that too and We are trying to reach gas agency also on their contact numbers continuously but most of the time, a comes which says this telephone line is not pick. I contact the agency but not sol my problem.Please help!!!

                                    HELLO SIR,

                                    My Consumer No for Bharat Gas is 2756 and distributor is SRI LUXMI TULASI GAS AGENCY from Rajahmundry, Andhra pradesh.

                                    When I am trying to place an order for cylinder online I am getting a message as YOUR CONNECTION HAS BEEN BLOCKED and contact your distributor.

                                    When I contacted my distributor for the same they are not looking into this issue and repeatedly saying that we will work on this.

                                    It has been more than one month and we are facing difficulties without having cylinder for cooking.

                                    Kindly address this ASAP

                                      Gas cylinder subscription no: 41879 Booking Reference no: 17247910 Delivery date as confirmed on sms: 10 dec 2013 However no cylinder received till date. This has become a regular issue. The local gas agency Excel Gas Service is highly non-responsive and it is a challenge to reach their land line nos. even if you mange to get through, all you get is rude behaviour and false committments.
