I am vijay gaikwadl from nakhate wasti, rahatani pune. My consumer id is 19191. I am booked 12 aug 2013.
i have gas cylinder status on ebharatgas.com. order date 12 Aug 13 & cylinder delivery date 14 Aug 2013
but till today gas is not came in my house.

Please take proper action as soon as possible.

    Subject: DELAY IN DELIVERY OF REFILLED LPG

    Sir,
    I regret to inform you sir, the following facts for your kind consideration and sympathetic action please.

    I got LPG domestic Bharat Gas connection from MP Gas Agency, Thachottukavu, Peyad.PO, Trivandrum, Code: 621848 on 10th May 2011 providing consumer No. 48437 with single cylinder facility and second cylinder on 08th November 2011..

    Since then I am facing (not only me alone) a lot of problem for refilled LPG. The complete details of date-wise refilled LPG issued to me is appended below:-

    Now we are waiting since last issue for the re-filled gas cylinder. But no positive steps has
    since been taken by them. This matter regarding delay in supplying re-filled gas has been brought to the notice of the Teritory Manager, BPL refilled station Kazhakuttom through phone at various occasion and finally a registered letter has also been sent to them on 13th September 2012..But no action has since been taken by them to correct system of delivery of re-filled gas cylinder or not ever to acknowledge of registered letter..
    It is also submitted your kind information that refilled LPG is readily available in open market in my locality by paying Rs.200-300 more. Every week I am contacting the above agency for refilled LPG on which dated are scheduled for my area. The ready made answer is “Next Saturday” and they are not even listening any words from me and disconnecting the phone. More over, bill for refilled LPG is never been giving to the customer. These are all against the rules and ethic of the company.

    However I am requesting your high honour that please investigates the matter in detail and do the needful sir. We have no any other way except you to submit our problem.

    Lpg Gas Cylinder — non delivey of gas cylinder since 24.07.09

    Bharat Gas — Non delivery of LP Gas

    This has reference to my earlier complaint dated 05.10.09 and so far I have not received any reply from your side. Kindly note that now in Peermade Area (Peermont Gas Agency) no online booking is taking place and phone booking is also not available. The surprising thing is that the distributor does not tell in which date the LPG will be delivered in Vagamon Area. We are waiting for the same from the last two months and our empty cylinder is resting the shops in Vagamon. Kindly let me know when the LPGas will be delivered and where we approach to get it refilled. Kindly reply me.

    Dear sir
    I am consumer of bharat gas cylinder consumer no 8992. My agency is M/s Madam enterprises gas service,Marruthi nagar ,madivala bangalore , ph no[protected],82,I booked my gas cylinder on 12 th Sept 2009. Our gas agency don't deliver gas on time. They took a month or more in delivery of gas cylinder,neither they pay any attention to consumer complaints.it is repeating from fast 5 months.
    I have a single gas cylinder it is very difficult to cook in without gas.
    When ever enquired on telephone The staff of gas agency replied that they will send the reffile cylinder within one day or today evening
    Positively. I hope that appropriate action will be taken against my complaint.

    I had online Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder Kamala Gas Service ,Nehru Nagar ,Ghaziabad my online Booking No.is 9511457. consumer no. 35153 in the name of Arun Kumar on dt. 07/06/2011 but till today on 20/06/2011. I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

    Jyoti GAS - LPG Distribution — Cylinder refill price as of Delivery date and not as on the Date of booking

    I had booked my gas cylinder refill on 16th June 2011 which got delivered on 25 June 2011.
    The bill was printed with old price which got increased from 25th June.
    Their was a rubber stamp on bill with new price.

    LPG — NONE REFILLING GAS CYLINDER

    I ASHOK SHUKLA is a consumer (MY CONSUMER NO IS 4321) of LPG of the VIRAT ENTERPRISES. But the Virat Enterprises's services are very worst. It takes 7 days to deliver the cylinder. This time is booked vide no.15067196 ONLINE BOOKING dated 21.11.2011 but TILL DATE , I am unable to get my cylinder.No one is listening my request. I have already contact to Bharat Gas but my all efforts are in vain. If someone read it may please help me.

    There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is PRATAP JYOTI (AVANTIKA SECTOR 1 ROHINI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that


    The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think, on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
    It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.

    I have 2 cylinders,i try to book my cylinder and they said u can't book ur cylinder before 21 days.we r 6 in my family.how can we arrange gas .My Consumer no is C 8282.pls do take action against this co.
    And the behavior of the employees whoever is working there is very roude and An Irretating, irresponsible .They don't know how to talk to customers.

      Bharat Gas-lpg — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

      I'm a Bharat Gas Customer Since Jan' 01 and till today.
      We are using two cylinders since Jan'01. We are 7members in our family including small baby. My daughter, son are working & baby is going for school.

      We are not getting the cylinder in cycle vise. Once the cylinder was over, after booking we have to wait for a week or 10days. In prior if we register for booking Agency doesn't accept the registration.

      We are facing the problem for the past one year. If we speak thru phone we were been handled very badly by the agency staff. So we went & met the agency owner & given the complaint letter.

      He promised us to deliver the cylinder 24days once. But what he promised was failed for us.

      If i approach the same agency delivery boys i can get 1cylinder for Rs.600/- I have two cylinders then it is not neccessary to go for Rs.600 cylinder from the agency. If once the cylinder was over if i book for cylinder reg. i should get 3 to 7days. But it is not happening.

      I've got fade up making phone calls & reminders now. I kindly request you to provide training for the agency staff to handle customers.

      If this feedback is being read by Bharat Gas officials, then I sincerely request to give me the solution.

      Bharat Gas LPG — undue delay in refilling

      I lodged a complaint against my Bharatgas dealer City Gas Service,Jamshedpur.There were 3 complaints,mainly.The most important is undue delay in refilling.I booked on07.01.2008 (consumer no.8233 but even today on25-01-08,supply is evasive.this company promises refilling within 24 hrs.

      I was given a complaint no.27299 and my mail was forwarded to many officials including one Amrendra kumar from their Durgapur based principals.He assured me regarding ensuring actual weight and regarding a5 Rs.tip but he was noncommital about speedy supply.
      Is he also a part of the corrupt network?

      Bharat Gas — Delay in LPG Delivery

      Bharat gas makes claims of gas delivery within 24 hours. I booked the gas on 1st of FEb 08 with the dealer in kandivali east. Even after 15 days and constant follow up with the dealer, i am unable to get the cylinder. May be he is waiting for me to come to his shop once the cylinder in use is exhausted and buying on some premium.

EVERY TIME GAS IS BOOKED THERE IS INCESSANT DELAY DUE TO ONE FLIMSY REASON OR THE OTHER AND I LEARN THAT THESE CYLINDERS ARE AVAILABLE INSTANTLY AT A PREMIUM!!! IT IS A SHAME THAT A FACILITY/NECESSITY FOR WHICH THE GOVT. IS ALSO BEARING LOSSES IN PROVIDING SUBSIDY IS BEING MISUSED BY CERTAIN PERSONS AND THE AUTHORITIES MUST TAKE STRONG STEPS TO IMMEDIATELY GIVE RELIEF TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Every time we receive late our booked refill and on asking of reason they told a set reply that it's delay from company. this time we book for refill on 7th March 08 and still we are waiting for delivery. every day we have to visit at agency and get a set reply that will deliver tomorrow, when ever we informed them that we have single refill connection but no such reply from agency.

      kindly provide us solution as it's became a hobbit of agency person and they misbehave also with customers.

      sir me bharat gas ka customer hoon aur aap ki service se bahut paresan hoon. Me jab bhi gas book karta hoon kam se kam 1.5 month me 2nd cylinder milta hai.
      Kabhi koi bahana kabhi koi bahana.
      Is baar to had hi ho gayi, mene 15-11-08 ko gas book karai lekin 15 days ke baad bhi meri gas deliver nahin hui.
      Jab mene office phone kiya to kaha gaya ke 1-2 din me mil jayegi.
      Lekin 23 din ke baad bhi nahin mili to me office gaya pata chala meri slip bhool se hoker ho hi nahin dee gayi thi.
      Tab meri slip mujhe di gayi wo bhi usi date ki.is tarah to mujhe 2nd gas book karne ke liye 44 days ke kareeb intejar karna padega. Aur uske 20-25 din baad gas milegi. Kya 1 gas 55 –65 din chal sakti hai.
      Ek aur baat ke gas ke book karne ke mujhse 385 rs liye gaye aur ek tea packet jabran becha gaya. Kaha gaya ise nahi loge to gas book nahin hogi.kya ye bhi aap ki policy hai.

      This is a serious issue. i have booked my no. in the month of november but i have not received LPG cylinder till date even after continious complaining about the delay.       Myself is Mr. Anirudh Biswas last month 17 Dec 2008 i booked my gas whose consumer number is 25663 from Vishnu Jyothi Gas Service ( Bharat Gas services), A-6, HIG Duplex, brij Vihar - Ghaziabad, i talk to manager so many times but the manager is always tell that ok today i am delivering but today is 8 jan 2009 and still i am waiting ... today is 22 days and still i am waiting, now tell me sir what can i do ? sometimes when i goes to book then they dont book my gas & says ur cyliender has been delieverd but i dont know where they deliver so i dont know what they are doing most time when i called up everytime i got the phone engage & when phone pick the nobody cares of that so it is a request to u plz do the needful action regarding thateven when i call months i m unable to get gas cyliender at time if i book a cyliender today then it takes minimum time of 1 week .

      But till date, gas has not been issued by the concerned person and relavant necessary document like Address and ID proof has been submitted on 21-Feb-08.
      Pls take immediate action on the same, i cant see my mother bear so much trouble in an old age.

      I booked my cylender on 16/09/2009 around 10:30 am in the morning. For the last 3 days, I have not received it. I myself have visited 3 times to the shop. Every time they told me to send it but no delivery have been made yet. today I visited the shop again in afternoon and the person sitting with the compuer gave me mobile no. and told if I would not received till evening, I should make the call on the no [protected] to delivery man named Vikram. When I made the call in evening, he(Vikram) told me to deliver Gas soon. After ONE HOUR when I made call again the No. was switched off. And tommorrow is Sunday.

      I am lodging the complain because we whole family are facing big problem, two member of my family can not have the food from out side due to doctor's suggestion.

      My self is Vidya Nand, R/o - Gali No. 17, H.No - 18 Chand An Vihar West Sant Nagar, Harit Vihar . I am using l.P.G cilinder of Bharat Gas. But they dont deliver it on time. I am having only one cilinder but when they dont deliver on time it creats lot of problem. Their moto is cook food and serve love. What type of commitment they are giving to coustomers when they are not able to deliver it on time. My connection no is 18753. I have submitted a written complaint against them after that they delivered it on time but again they are following the same pattern. Last day i waited 16 days after booking. I called atleast 7 times to get a cilinder. I am a working person. I dont have time to do all this. Sir please do somthing otherwise i have to do somthing that will be against them.

      The service has detoriated even futher. The BPCL contact Nos (Amrendra Kr) is not accessable due to the reason known by either BPCL of BSNL. After booking it takes nearly a month to delever the gas. The rule of booking the cylender as per the distributor is after 14 days. Not suer if it is the rule made by BPCL or the distributor.Earlier it was not there.

This is not the first time; it is their regular response I am getting from the agency. I am not getting any response from you. neither the dealer at Hisaar National Gas Agency nor you are ready to listen to my grivience. I never expected such an irresponsible behaviour from BPCL.       I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt.7/2/11but yet today on 26/2/11 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s.Madori gas services, Naduvattam. Kozhikode(dist), Kerala.I have only one cylinder

      This is to inform you that I am a consumer number of INDANE GAS(Consumer Number 33468) and Distributer is P L Gas Service.
      Previously I was at Survey Park and later on I have moved to Atabagan,Kol-84 and shifted my gas service to P L Gas service from the very first month I am getting refill cylinder after one month and it has become a every month story. IN THEIR SYSTEM SHOWING 450 BUT HE FILLED ONLY 400 THE REMAINING RS 50 PETROL THE PETROL BUMP EMPLOYEE WILL SHARE. I AM PLANING TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT SINCE I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE.

              We got this new Bharat gas connection three months back,Last week we have booked for refilling of cylinder through mobile, we received the conformation of the same from them. But After Five days we received the message from them that of Refill cylinder has been delivered on so and so date but we have not received yet, as a single cylinder customer we are suffering because of delay.Please take further action.
              Delay can be barable for some period but they sold that cylinder for extra cost.

              Bharat Gas — non delivery of refilled cylindar

              Late Delivery
              I had booked for a cylinder on 22.01.2008 . Its more than 10 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the Mukta Gas Agency, Malad (E) Mumbai (nearest service provider) and when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you "today" But this "TODAY" never come till date

              Bharat Gas Cylinder — non delivery of refill

              Dear Concern,

              Our connection no. is 19406 in the name of Pawan Kumar Agrawal r/o A-60, GF, Lajpat Nagar 2, New Delhi 110024.

              This is to inform you that we face delay in refill supply by the distributar Sachin Gas Agency, Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi 110024.

              Generally we get refill from them in 15-20 days. Last month we got cylinder refill in more than 30 days that too after two reminders. They said that they just forget to deliver the cylinder. This month i get the booking done on 19.11.2008. The person on phone (Mr. Uttam) asked me to remind them about the booking after one week because they had so many bookings and they might forgot to send our delivery. Also, the staff taking booking is generally very rude specially with females.

              My other relatives in other parts of delhi generally get their Bharatgas refill in next 2 days time. So, I believe this problem of delay is particulary with Sachin Gas Agency.

              You are requested to kindly take appropriate action againt this distributor and suggest how we can ensure delivery of our refill in time. Is that possible that our connection be transferred to some other agency in our area who is more responsible and sensitive towards its customers.

              We had similar grievance againt them in january 2008 (Reference No:29145) and that was sorted out by your office.

              Bharat Gas — Non delivery of refill gas cylinder

              I had booked for a refill cylinder on 27th April 2009, 11.20 am and they have provided me the booking number 9036. Its been more than 3 week and we havn't received the refill cylinder. We have been calling the booking after from the 12th day of booking he was saying today eveving / tommorow and never delivered and when we called yesterday he says that we havn't booked the cylinder at all. We have been facing this problem for about 6 months now. All this while we were ok when it was delivered late but now being a summer holiday all my sibling with their family have come to our house and we dont have the cooking gas to cook. Its been a big embarassment with my brothers-in-law coming home and we not having a gas to cook. Please help us in getting the gas as soon as possible.               Bharat Gas — NON SUPPLY OF REFILL CYLINDER

              My consumer number is 2632 at bharat gas agency at Khanna district Ludhiana(Punjab). The method adopted by your agenency holder to distribute the refill cylinder is of the poorest standard. The major portion of the refill cylinder supplied to the agency goes to the black market. Any consumer can get refill cylinder at the cost of Rs.630 in black market. I have booked for the refill cylinder on 5-2-10, but till today I am not able to get the cylinder. I have gone to the bharat gas agency four times and the same answer is given every time that we shall supply the cylinder tomorrow, so you can guess my harassment.
              I request you to enquire into the mishandling of the refill cylinder in my presence. The best solution can be achieved by transferring the agency to another person so that the agency may function properly without the harassment to any consumer.

I booked gas on 21/10/2011 booking no 456 cash memo no 208523 but despite my repeated contact and visit i coul not get the cylener refilled. Today when my turn came after delevery of about 100 cylender the delevery man refused to delever stating that your boodking has lapsed. I was shoked that I viseted 5 times since booking of gas. Two times all gas cylenders were distribute before my turn comes an two times I was told that gas is not available. Today when my turn came they refuse to elever the cylender.Kindly instruct the agency to delever the cylender and take appropriate action for their knowingly harassing the customerand advise me on my e-mail jagat.[protected]@sbi.co.in.

              sir/madam,

              I am a consumer of Bharath gas with no 1520. Last delivery was on 3-8-2011. Next booking was on[protected]. I am resident of Vinayaka Nagar .On enquiry with the agency it was said that billing was done and cylinder will be delivered on 5-10-11. It was not delivered, once again it was assured that it will be delivered 12-10-11. On 13-10-11. the staff once again confirmed that it will be delivered on15-10-11. and a mobile no ( [protected]) was provided to get it confirmed with the delivery person. I got it confirmed with him but still not delivered.Today on 17-10 -11.once again the staff of the agency confirmed that it will be delivered today. Even now it is not done. Please take necessary action to address this corrupt practice immediately.

              bharatgas — No Information and refill

              Worst dealers. They do not know how to talk to a customer or even provide information. Keep no records and then say false information. They should be shut down as one of the worst services to be dealt with. I plan to sue them for harassment.
              We booked for refilling of cylinder through mobile on 10th Dec 2013, we received the conformation of the same from them. But After couple of days we received the message from them that of Refill cylinder has been delivered on 14-Dec-2013 but we have not received the refill yet.

                Please follow this to avoid getting cheated:
                1.) Have a watch on the fuel meter & price meter when filling gas
                2.) Never allow any one to divert your attention (Like the cash collector / card swipe person in case of debit / credit card / promotional offers)
                3.) If you find them cheating ensure you register a complaint and take a receipt of the same!

                  I am user of Bharat Gas Service provided by distributor Sandesh Gas Agency,Pimpri,Pune. I took Non Subsidized

                  connection in month of January 2013, spending 6500 INR compulsory buying stoves/hot plates and other extra

                  accessories. After that I asked for so many times in getting the Non Subsidized connection to Subsidized one.

                  Finally in end of June 2013, I was told to fill up the form for getting new subsidized connection and submit the

                  same.I submitted along with required supporting documents for KYC. I was asked to pay 250 INR , don't know for

                  what service and I got new receipt. I asked them if I can get refund of the amount paid extra in Non Subsidized

                  connection, to which they replied that Govt has not taken any decision, you need to wait till then.

                  I asked if I can get second cylinder at subsidized rate for which they said I need to pay additional 2650 INR and

                  home delivery won't be provided by agency.
                  I was so surprised to know all this kind of excuses and looked like the agency was in total mode of fetching

                  money from customers.

                  Can you please help here to get necessary justice to my gas connection refund.

                  Bharat Gas — Charging extra money from the customer for first and second connection

                  I m the consumer of Bharat Gas in Koparkahirne, Navi mumbai from last one year.when i applied for first connection i have been ask to pay Rs.2850/- where i got receipt of Rs.900/-.Other then this they have charge me Rs.1700 for gas stove and requlater.

                  Now when i want to get second connection in the same name they are asking me to pay Rs 2350/- again in which Rs.1400 will be deposited and rest amt will be tken by dealer. they are forcing to for extra money.

                  Dealer is saying that agains ur extra money they will give me USHA IRON with of Rs 400/-.

                  They are expolting customer in navi mumbai ny forcing to pay extra and return they are selling other company product.
                  kindly do the needfull and take the necessary action agains bharat gas and dealer in Koparkahirne Navi mumbai.

                  I have changed house, same thing i have changed Anugraha agency to Harikrishna Gas agency in Bangalore. They given new consumer Number. But main problem is they force to take other food product (Oil, Tea poweder etc..), according to them its must, is really must? is there any Govt, Rule?. If no rules please action with against them, they try to misguiding to public. Iam argue with him lots, no use at end.

                  Even unfortunately i have to take that moment, if you need receipt also will sending you.

                    The supplier of Bharaat Gas under the banner of Deep Gas Servicec has been a nuisance since I applied for the gas services( 11185). They have never supplied the gas in time and if house is closed even for a few minutes , the hawker reurns and keeps us waiting for several days for supply. Now they evolved a new sytenm to book the gas through computer system. But if there is any complain in supply they never attend the phone.
                    I shall be highly obliged if action is taken against the malpractices.

                    Bharat Gas Cylinder — delay in supply

                    My gas suppliers M/s Fuels India, Gopolapuram are very regular in late supply. I have booked for a supply on 27th Aug. 08 and I was told with in four days supply will be made. Till date I have not received supply. This is not the first time. They have two phone numbers which are kept busy always.

                    i am the customer of bharat gas since 3-6-2004 by getting connection from shri balaji agencies, no.7, north gate, s.s.colony, madurai, tamilnadu. without consent and intimation the said connection was transfered to karpaga agencies no.40/5, work shop road, saradha complex, simmakkal, madurai-625001 with effect from[protected]. my consumer no. is 30705. from the date of transfer the new agency is giving all sort of troubles by not delivering the cylinders in time. they are selling the cylinders in the black markets for the higher value at the cost of the pooor customers. when ever this is questioned, they will stop the supply to me. they are compelling every time i should go to court.

                    The automated computer booking system is not a successful experiment and many customers like you facing a problem due to this, all over the country. The problems of this system, with the carelessness of the dealer, makes the situation hopeless.

                    This is mehboob from Bangalore, I have purchase gas connection from Manav agencies at Mosque Road, Frozer, Town, Bangalore, few years back since I have purchse gas connection from Bharath Gas agencies, I am suffering in supply of gas irregular, hundred of times I compalin but no results, even I mail the problem to the head office in bangalore by email, they respond once but after meeting the concerned agency they sit quit silent since then no response from them, even i warnd them that i will complaint with the consumer forum but no use no response, the total system top to bottom are in the same habit of delay in response, non supply of gas in time, i am very much fed up with this agency, even repeated complaint and mail no response from them, even i have also sent a fax complain to the head office at Mumbai but from them also no response to my letter, it assum that they have no answer to reply, nor they have given any instructions to the concerned. Kindly do me a favour either to supply the gas in time or transfer my the gas agency to other company.

                    I woudl also like to inform that on the advise of the company i have
                    taken additonal cylinder but this is also no use becuse of the irregular supply of the gas, after become the first cyliner empty i booked for the gas but the agency will supply after repeated requested on the end of the finishing of second cylinder,

                    I want to book my complaint against "Modern Cookeries, D-160, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-7, they people do not pick the phone for enquiry or it is always busy. If somehow I book the gas refill request, they say they have booked but they do not book it.
                    Even their behaviour of replying is not good showing their carelessness towards the job. Also these people are not ready to listen anything. They say they are not responsible for telebooking. They are refused saying that they cannot book it before 21 days and this is not the first time they repeatedly do this. As of what we have information in case we have two cylinders on a single connection we can fill it before 21 days.

                    The agency book the cyllinder after 21 days of the last delivery date and it has started delivering the cyllinder 12-18 days after the booking date and again book after 21 days. In this way we can get 1 cyllinder in 35-40 days. I want to know under what rule such kind of things are done? If this is the rule, then we have no option other than to buy the cyllinder in black rate and if not, please guide the agency to stop the self processed law because 1 cyllinder can hardly go up to 20 days in any kitchen. Kindly help us.

                      I applied for a new Bharat gas connection in Kukatpali. The dealer deliberately asked me to buy one pressure cooker, One gas lighter and a Stove.
                      When I told that i will buy these items from Market with good quality company, they denied to give me Gas connection if I dont buy these Poor quality items.

                      Please help me to get my money return from the dealer as dont want to use these poor quality Items, which me be harmful to use.

                        ANMOL BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTORS (Bharat Gas agency distributor) is a gas agency distributor having its office at Kamalanagar, Bangalore.

                        I have been a subscriber to their service for a year now. I have booked for refilling the gas and have sent booking sms via from the registered mobile. Besides being 15 days timeframe to deliver (booked on 9-June-13), these agency people have been very rude and have abused me for my regular visit for taking the delivery.

                        Today (22-June-13), they have declined to deliver the gas distribution to my premises and have asked me to collect the same in person.

                        This is against the rule of carry a gas container and the rule says that they have to deliver to the customer at the door step, Why that they are declining? They are even declining to supply as my residence is not in their limits for delivery.

                        Me questioning with them has no effects or results that I gained. It has been very hilarious on my part for getting subscribed to such agency or for such service provider. This is not just my voice to raise this concern / complaint; it has been a cry of others also at this agency.

                        Their customer service personnel’s are very abusive and rude, no commence in addressing the issue / related matters. Delivery is hopeless.

                        Kindly help !

                        My interest is not to punish any individual; our interest is customer engagement and relationship.
                        In my opinion, this agency’s license should be cancelled and the service provider should take the customer’s in confidence to hold company’s reputation.

                        I am Lokesh Chechani, I am staying in Kharghar (Navi Mumbai - 410210) Maharashtra. Here the distributer in Sector is not cooperating and do not have talking sense.                         i am the resident of kashmiri gate and get my gas booking from priyanka gas in kashmiri gate they are totall in rude behaviour first they are not picking up the phone and even after callng too many times to them then they take atleast 10 days to deliver the gas. please do the need ful.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am a customer from South Mumbai from Girgaum area. Here the branch of Bharat Gas is at Majestic. Here we have booked for the gas cylinder for atleast 3-4 times but they are just noting it down and just don't turn up.I have booked before 5 days for the cylinder and they din't turn up so I called in the office day before yesterday and a lady there told that she is sending the cylinder the same day and as usual the cylinder din't reached. They are such useless people, they just chat around either on the phones or in person, its like all joy and no work and still I don't know why the senior authorities are not taking action against them. Do they expect that everyday we should call them and remind them about the booking and if so what are they for??

                        I request you to please take action against such employees.

                        And one more thing...
                        If someone has booked the gas and the day when the person is not at his/her place please take the initiative to alteast give some intimation that the boy has come with the cylinder and no one was at home. This will be easy for us.

                        So please take the complaint in your records and take the action as soon as possible.

                        Super chef Gas Agency,T. Nagar, Chennai, which is dealing in Bharat gas is one of the Worst Agency i have ever seen. I have been calling them daily twice for the past one week but till date they have not delivered. I had booked on 12-4-11. Till today i have not received.A
                        And this is not the first time, they have been doing this for the past two bookings.

                            With very regretfully nad painfully i have to say that the HPCL dealer for distribution of PLG gas here in Nagpur located in Defence Estate Wadi Nagpur is very very bad.
                            I have bokked the cylinder online and i have got booking confirmation messege and no is 252377 dt 13/06/13 is expected to deliver on 19/06/13 but 0n 15/06/13 Mr. Patil of Agrawal Gas Agency vehicle no MH-40, Y-2520 was came along with cylinder and he refuses to deliver at home and also arrogently he behaved with me asking me "do what u want and complaint about me"

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Is it compulsory to purchase new gas burner from same gas agency along with new connection?

                                  I had subscribe the new connection in pune recently for which that gas agency force me to purchase new gas burner (of his own choise of brand and type) from him along with 2 kg of rice. Is it compulsory? he told me so.

                                  And if so why we should not get choice of brand, style, and color.

                                  I have submitted the Affidevit and address proof for applying new gas connection at M/s Marwar Gas Service, Paota, Mandore Road, Jodhpur.
                                  I have asked even time to said distributors but response not satisfactory.

                                  I am holding indane DBC connection from O P Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar, New Delhi (East-1) and residing at M-70, 2nd Floor, street no. 6, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 92. Today i am visited M/s. Avery Gas Services, R-104/1, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar Delhi -92 for New Connection either my name or my brother name, but they straight forward refuse due to i am already holding gas connection on that premises. I am further clarify to you that the my brother residing with me but next month he got married and settle independently so that i want to take a new DBC connection on my or his name. I want to know that can any family take two DBC connection or not?

                                  Iam a consumer of Venus gas(BPCL) Peroorkkada, Trivandrum, Kerala. MY CONSUMER NO IS 1855. I had book on 30/9/2009. Home delivery service of Venus Gas is unsatisfactory since last one year. I call ed them on 8th they say tomorrow they will send the gas (9/10/09). While i called on 10th they say they already send the cylinder, On monday (11th) I called them they say 10th they can't complete delivery today they will deliveryed. 12th I called they they say they issued it on 9th they don't know the status of cylinder. Today (13th) so many requist I am not yet received cylender. I requist you to give proper instruction for regular and timely delivery.
                                  they make us buy the stove... its so unfair... so much so they refuse to give the new connection

                                    I am the new resident of Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. I contacted M/s PACHIM GAS SERVICES, Paschim Vihar for new connection. They are insisting on purchasing Gas Burner, Lighter also from them which I am not interested. They quoted me Rs. 3450/- including Gas Burner-Rs.1300 and Lighter-Rs.120. The lead time is 15 days.

                                    Pls confirm, is it necessary to purchase Burner and lighter from them? I want to purchase the burner of my own choice. If so, please suggest me any other dealer in Paschim Vihar.

                                      I had been here in bharat petrol bunk(sardar automobiles) at mumbai, near nair hospital there is a pump named sardar bharat peroleum, I had given my car for water service here, and was waiting for hours, mean while my stomach was upset and asked to access their toilet, they had deniend me and responded in a real bad manner, what are these? Just think without even basic needs why are they allowed to open up a service like this? This is srtictly rude. I was in need as it was such an urgent situation. Please do needful with the pump authorities atleast to make basic needs available.

                                        I have taken the bharat Gas connection from Kirti Gas agency, Kottayam, Kerala, but i transferred to Tiruvalla, Kerala Pathanamthitta district and approached Baby Gas agency, Tiruvalla, here it shows the invalid TV Number. and the Trivandrum office say that you take another connection , and the person who is in charge of sales is giving no solution for the problem , in Chennai office told Roy the in charge of Baby Gas agency, Tiruvalla that somebody has taken the connection in their respective account in tamil nadu area. . sir it is cheating and assassinating the poor people those who have already taken connection. my name is Leena Thomas ( A teacher of an aided school).                                         Bharat Petroleum Corporation — FORCING TO PURCHASE EXTRA MATERIAL WHILE ALLOCATING NEW GAS CONNECTION

                                        I have registered for new domestic gass connection with Taniya Gas Agency situated at Tulinj Road, Nallasopara (East), District Thane-401209. The are forcing me to take extra item i.e. cocking stove, free gift charges Rs.500/- in aggregate forcing me to pay in aggregate Rs.5,200/- for new gas connection whereas charges for new gas connection is proximately Rs.1,500/- for empty cylinder and Rs. 345/- for filling gas in empty cylinder aggregating amount to Rs.1,845/-. Extra amount of Rs. 3,355/- is illegally and forcefully demanded from me with treating me that new gas connection will not be allotted to me.

                                        Please register my complain and take strict action against accused immediately and direct them to provide me new gas connection as I am ready to pay legal charges as decided by the Competent Authorities.
