Dear Madam Sir,

We are facing lots of problems several times with Bharath gas agency.the Distribute name Priyanka gas agency, Chalisgaon, Dist.Jalgaon - 424101
My complaint is my cylinder is transfer from Pune to Chalisgaon, 20 times i had going to the gas agency but they have not response my gas transfer order since 1 years, i had submit to Original Document / Paper, but the gas agency's one workers SUDDENLY HE HAS DISAPPEAR for the period but distributor has no one action to the compliant, it is not my single person problem the whole village consumer problem for the case ,and the person has rabish word use for every time, so please kindly take a action, i have no one single gas connection for that time how will be the cook for one year it is no bady can help to me, i had a lot of compliant for us but they have not action to the matter.
My consumer no is 15110 (Priyanka Gas Agency Chalisgaon Dist. Jalgaon 424101) we had compliant our cylinder I have not received the gas.Past 1year we are facing this problem.please action please....

Bharatgas cylinder is looking very bad.Because ,when the cylinder is present in my home,that is mosaic floor was over dirty.That is bharatgas cylinder was over dirty dust is presented.So please clean and painted all the bharatgas cylinder.Than only bharatgas looking very good and peoples also live healthfully.It is not my joke,it also safety for all people live in home.OK!Please do immediately painted all
the madurai bharatgas cylinder.OK!Wish you many more Happy Christmas and Happy New Year 2010.That is my bestwishes.

YESTERDAY AFTERNOON GAS HAS ARRAVED ON MY HOME ..
WHEN I OPEN AND FIT IN GAS THAT 16.5 LTR LPG GAS JARS.THAT TIME GAS JAR WORKING PROPERLY AND EVRYTINGS IN ORDRD.BUT NIGHT TIME WHEN ME AND MY FMLY ARE GOING TO SLEEP AND MY HOME IS FULLY PACKET THAT TIME SUDDENLY SMALE(GAS) IS COMING OUT WHITH SOUND.ssssssshhhhhuuuuuuuu..
THAT TIME I THINK TODAY MY LAST DAY @12.45am[protected].

    I have been using HP gas for more than thirty (30) years. I am retired Govt. employee with transferable job of all over India. During each of my transfer, I got my papers moved through your offices in respective towns / cities. In Mumbai, it was through the office near Jacob circle, Mumbai . I was staying in Chembur for more than 20 years. Then I have shifted to Airoli, Navi Mumbai about 8/9 years back. This time also I moved my papers through your offices only. My consumer no. now is 620629, agency now is Vardhavinayak gas agency, Airoli,

    I have been telling your agent in Airoli for more than 8 to 10 months regarding issue of card for refilling every time I booked for cylinder. Then every time I was told that it is not required for you.
    Early this week I again requested for card. I have shown above papers referred at Sl. no 2. I was told that these are not original papers, though I showed them Original copy. Then I showed them other paper referred at s. no 2. , Then he told that, since our boss is not there I should go later in the afternoon
    Mean while I requested for refill through SMS service. The Cylinder was sent to my place. Delivery boy asked again for card. FIRST TIME IN LAST 8 to 9 years. I explained him with all papers. He was NOT ready to listen anything. Only was saying that “as per orders”. He was extremely rude like his office staff. I was harassed by office staff as well their delivery boy.
    I am senior Citizen (73). There is no other person in my house now, my wife is crippled.
    Now my request is that, said Gas Card be deliver at my residence after verification of papers. Meanwhile till the card is delivered, the said agency may be asked to deliver the refill on request as they were doing it earlier.

      Dear sir,

      I am experiencing problem in getting delivery of cylinders from the above dealer in Meerut, & want to transfer from Bharat Gas to Indane gas dealer Ramapurna gas agency Garh road , Meerut due to following reasons.

      1. gas book after 2 months of receiving cylinder, at presen. Earlier gas book after on 26 th day of delivery from receiving of cylinder, & delivery after 11 to 15 days after booking.

      2. I booked gas on 15th Nov till 18 th Noon not received delivery ( Last cylinder received On 15th sept. ).

      In view of the above I want to transfer gas dealer from bharat gas to Indanne gas as mentioned above.
      KIndly hel in this regard & tell me the procedure & oblige.

        I filled petrol for my two wheeler at bharat petroleum bunk near iyyappathangal bus depot(next to Tata Motors showroom) on 12 - Nov -2012 through a credit card transaction of rs 450. But after travelling some distance i faced problem with my bike and my bike stopped. I towed my bike to the nearest auto workshop only to realise that it was due to the adulterated petrol. I found the petorl filled to have the smell of kerosene. Only then i realised the fraud that the bunk people committed.

        I need to take this up to get these fraudulent bunk people punished. This has caused so myuch agony and waste of time for me .

          I, Myself Mr. Abdul Salaam Abdul Aziz having c/o gas connection in the name of consumer by name Sk. Harun Sk. Mehboob (Old consumer No.5527, New Consumer No.[protected] C/o Bhagwan Deokate W.No. 4 Shegaon Dist. Buldana, getting delivery of gas cylinders from Garg Gas Agenies/Siddhivinayak Gas Agenies, Aksa Complex, Khamgaon Road, Shegaon (351879) Dist. Buldana. At the same time, I decide to apply for new connection as per the settled rule and compromise in between the Grahak Panchyat, Gas companies and distributors of the division and in the light of prevailing circumstances. But the service provider told me that your gas cylinder delivery of c/o nature has been stopped till getting the new connection in your own name. Kindly take note of it and issue requisite directions/orders to the concern. Otherwise I will be compelled to go to consumer forum for seeking justice.

          Bharat Petroleum — NON-DELIVERY OF CYLINDERS

          I M A CONSUMER OF BHARAT PETROLEUM WITH CONSUMER NO.4320.
          i have always a probleum in getting my cylinders supply as distributor herte in our town at PALIA used to black cylinders at very high rates so he do not give cylinder to us . i did book our gas on 10-01-09 but till date i do not received any reffil. Distributor says that he is not getting supplies so he will not give.
          although he book cylinder after 25 days of refill received and if he not gives our cylinder upto one month from booking than we are compell to buy it from him in RS 500.
          plz look for this matter as he dont have to give on booking but when we pay Rs500 he manage it

          i booked my gas connection on 20th october 2009 and the gas cylinder has not been delivered this today i.e 7th december2009 I have reconfirmed my booking twice already. i want to quit from your very irritating agency. they are least bothered about customer services in Gwalior.           We are customer of Geena Gas Service Kotkapura with consumer no. 12659. We booked a refill on 21-Jan-2010 but they serve to us on 08-Feb-2010. Many times we contacted the distributer to supply the gas cylinder but he told everytime that the cyliner will be delivered tomorrow. We also registered a complaint at Customer Relation Centre, Bhatinda but no action is taken till date. They always delay in supply from long period and booked next supply after 21 days and say it is according to rule of the company. They also supply 10 to 20 days after billing. Is it according to law? Please brief to us about this.
          Till date sales manager KanwalJeet Singh has not satisfied or contacted us about our issue. It is total negligence of customer care.

          Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER-DELIBERATE HARASSMENT

          I am a consumer of BPCL and serviced by M/s. Shri Ram Gas Agency, Jalvayu, Sector 20,Kharghar Agency 371757. Since last 6 months I am being deliberately harassed by the agency. While other consumers get cylinder delivered within 2-3 days, I am made to wait for 10-15 days and too after lot of persuasion.
          I booked my cylinder on 3-2-2011 and my booking N. 6173, as on today I am yet to receive my cylinder. I must called the 10 times and everytime I am promised delivery immediately.

          1.Underground cable short shircuit. fire occured let off fire with fire extinguishers. immediate action requested. lubs mechine electricity cut off. lubs michne stoped working.
          2.Diesel pump stoped automatically resume for five minutes again stops for two hours. due to short circutge.
          3.Panel board completely not working due to damage of panel board canafee lights damages for every two or three days.
          4. Feward block flooring sincking for the last one week near pumps vehicles fell due to sinking sales efected.
          5.Petrol perculating due to leakage from pipe line or tanks heavy loss of petrol due to seapage to abutting sites.

            Never can get them on phone. If booked online, never give delivery.
            Some times gets empty very soon, suspect they are taking out the gas from cylinder. The Distributer code is 371894.

                  I had booked for refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no.4628 (dealer Ms. Kennady Gas Agencies, Vadamadurai, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore) on 18.10.2012, (i went there in person, they never attend telephone calls, whenever we dial always it rings, but they won't attend the calls)at the time of booking they told me that cylinder will be supplied within 15 days, on 01.11.2012 again i contacted for my cylinder they replied that it will take 20 days to deliver, again i contacted today i.e. 06.11.2012, they replied it will take another 2 more days to deliver.

                  The first cylinder i have received on 22.09.2012, from the date of delivery i have to wait for 25 days Dear Sir,

                    I had transfredd my Bhatrat Gas connection from Gurgaon to Navi mumbai Ghansoli (MH)
                    on June 2012 now i had requested for refilling of my cylinder 28 days back .i also call the agencies distributer center many times also raise a request for cylinder refilling by SMS services two times .when i had called to the distributer center they had assured me for delivery .i did request 5 time but still my cylinder did't refilled .now i don't have any option.
                    how can i servive...........................

                      My name is Naresh Kumar .

                      My family is the consumer of Bharat Gas since approx. 18 years. My gas connection is on my father's name. Due to some unhappening my father expired in July,2012.

                      I am residing in a small village-Dakora,tehsil-Hodal,Distt.-Palwal, Haryana and when i approched our nearby distributor "Sushant Enterprises" at Hodal for transfer the gas connection after death of my father on my name or my mother name, they have denied or said destroy the gas connection copy and apply for new connection.

                      Please suggest what can i do or give me the solution of my problem.

                        The LPG gas connection number 2470 purchased by Shri Ram Pal Singh R/o Laker Mandi. MMB Road , Behind Kothi Kashi Nath , Daliganj, Lucknow 226020 from BPCL agency M/s Sarswati Gas in year 1990 with SV number 1585501.later it was transferred to M/s Ashok Gases - Kapoorthala , Lucknow.After some time it was transfered to M/s Shalimar Gases
                        -Lucknow. Shri Ram Pal Singh expired on 16.01.1993 & Mrs Janak Dulari Expired On 22.09.93 .I am only
                        son of Shri Rampal Singh & Mrs Janak Dulari after completing all legal formalities approached to M/s Shalimar gases.On going through the documents they confirmed they don't have record for this connection.& advised to contact M/s Sarwasti gases- Lucknow . On my personal visit M/s Sarswati gases also replied that they also have no records for this connection & asked to contact M/s Shalimar gases again.
                        I again visited M/s Shalimar Gases for the purposes they ad viced to contact M/s Ashok gas services. M/s Ashok Gas also confirms that they also not have record for this connection.In this context you may kindly refer my letter dated 23.08.2012 for above subject addressing to M/s Shalimar gases - Lucknow marking copy to your office attaching photo copies of all documents send through M/s Trackon courier under docket number[protected].The copy of letter is again attached for your perusal pl.
                        Now don't have option only to approach to your good office for doing the needful under Intimation to me.

                        Despite my close follow-up with Territory Manager, Lucknow LPG Territory, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. UPSIDC Industrial Area, Near Sports College, Kursi Road. Lucknow -226026 no response till date.

                          Sir,

                          Recently the Central Govt has come with a Polcy that 6 nos cooking gas cylinder would be provided on susudised rates per year.

                          I am registered with Rahul Gas Agency in jangpura of Bharat gas, new delhi (south). They say that the susidised cylinder supplied is applicable from 01.01.2012 and as such for balance year supply we need to pay at non-subsidised rates. This is unfair, as when the Policy has come in Sep/Oct.'12, then can Gas Agency claculate from 01.01.12012.

                          Pl issue necessary instrcution to the Agnecy not to harras consumers.

                            but cylinder delivery not now, my refrence number is 27778253, Gas connection my mother name kusum lata,and consumer number 52745065.
                            i have only one connection and one cylinder, the agency said not booked in our record, but i already booked online, or now not taking online booking again,
                            plz give solution,

                            Bharat Gas (BPCL) — not accepting booking for LPG refill

                            I approached the dealer M/S. Singh Gas service, 18/202, Ram Narain Bazaar, Kanpur, for booking of my LPG cylinder refill but were refused and asked to come at 9:00 A.M. on 12-11-09. My connection / consumer number is 14165. Kindly help to get the refill at the earliest.
                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            Me and my husband both are working. From morn. 7:30a.m. to 9:30p.m. house becomes locked, nobody is there to pick my LPG cyln. in working days (i.e. Mon. to Saturday).

                            Kindly help me, that can we pick our refill ourselfs on sundays or saturdays.

                                I had taken new single gas connection thru sandesh gas agency at pimpri on 2 October 2012, since that day one is come to my house for installation. And at they time of new connection they force fully sold consumer durable item .
                                After few days I took double cylinder connection that time also they sold consumer durable item of
                                Rupee 2200/- . Asking for that they refuse to provide second cylinder ,
                                and for refilling or new connection consumer has to collect cylinder from agency Gordon
                                , Which is so inconvenient. Agency person mr. Raju Mawale said they are not given home delivery.

                                  I am Rishi Kumar of consumer of Bharat LPG cylinder, my connection is in the name of great grandfather( pardada) i.e k.Prasad at Bhodan gas Agency, Rosera, samastipur, Bihar, i want to change the connection in my name but i don`t have death certificate of my great grandfather(pardada) as he died on 1989 and i am using his connection since[protected] but i have land receipt and some judicial documents with regard to my great grandfather, can it be sufficient evidence for transfer of connection in my name. pls advice or suggest in this regard on my email- [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    I have booked my gas cylinder refill on 3.10.2012 at Anita Gas Agency, Virar (West) and doing the follow up since last two weeks but till date they replied they will be giving the delivery of cylinder by next two days. Again today at 12.15 am I rang up and spoke to their customer care, she said we can not deliver the cylinder you can come and pick up the cylinder your self.

                                    On 22nd Oct 2012 when I spoke to them they said we have noted the delay of delivery and the complaint is taken into consideration on urgent basis so that gas refill cyclinder with be delivered by today or on 23rd oct 2012.

                                    It is almost 19 days passed booking against consumer no.117843 is not delivered by them.

                                    And Pooja Wadekar (Customer Care) is giving new explanation that I have to change my agency at Bolinj. Why they say this to me now on 19th day and why not at the time of taking the booking of consumber number. I have asked them to connect me to Manager. Those girls (customer care) are saying he will also say the same thing and has not time to speak.

                                    I also said while taking the booking why are not saying that my consumer number is transferred to some other agency with all the details.

                                    bharatgas — No delivery for refill cylinder

                                    We have booked cylinder refilled delivery. However, they have not yet delivered after several reminders also. First of all, it is very difficult to get the number. When asked, they say "tomorrow". Probably they are waiting so that we get tired and take delivery ourselves so that they can earn more
                                    I entirely agree.

                                    We ( consumer # 9482) are waiting for more than 4 weeks for the refilled Gas cuylinder.The Gas agency in Tardeo ( Ph[protected] tells us that there is the delay is attributable to shartage of gas cylinders- I understand this is untrue.We are fed up calling the agency repeatedly and their response is standard: one of the ladies says that the the delivery will happen in 5-6 das while the 2nd lady gives a more optimistic time frame of 1-2 days. What is common between them however is that both of them don't mean a word of what they tells us..

Also I have called the costomer care nos but there no satisfactory response. I have registed the complain but I have not recieved the call. please let me know if my complain will be address or not as i am not getting any response or going to media will be good option.

                                        I Kamal Sarkar, S/o Late Shri G.D.Sarkar , R/o D-265 ,Gali No.11, Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092 , having connection since 13th january 1985 ,Consumer No.6076 with the distributor M/s Kitchen care, School Block Shakarpur, Delhi-110092. Now after the death of my father I had given the application to transfer the same in favour of my mother along with all the relevant documents desired by BPCL and the Dealer M/s Kitchen care on 27th January 2012.

                                        Till date the said connection neither got transferred in favour of my mother Smt.Jyotsna Sarkar nor the cylinder till date after this. We have been following up with the dealer since january 2012 and everytime getting a note that the said documents have been sent to BPCL for further action. We have been hanging around between BPCL and the Dealer M/s Kitchencare and unable to understand our real fault.

                                        After the implementation of new rules the dealer is saying that you have to buy the LPG cylinder in Black and have to Pay Rs 1400/- for this. It is really ridiculous to find the attitude of the dealer and BPCL,Mr.Ramesh Joshi, Sr.Manager (Kichen Care) is forciing us to buy the cylinder in the above mentioned price which is beyond the capacity of my mother.

                                        Our latest complaint no. with BPCL is 40066551 dated :4.10.12 , till now nothing happened.

                                        My pledge is to request for an immediate transfer of account in favour of my mother and supply of LPG cylinder immediately. As a consumer we have been harassed due to the technical and admin problem of BPCL since last 10 month. How long we have live on the mercy of corrupt people forcing us to buy the cylinder on Black price .

                                        Seeking an immediate support from the consumer complaint forum to come out of this problem.

                                        I have the gas connection issue from the above Distributor .
                                        At the time of issuing i was forced to buy the gas stove from the same distributor although i wanted to buy a quality one from outside . Hence i had to buy an inferior quality gas stove .
                                        The distributor is forcing & making it mandatory for each & every new customer to buy the inferior quality
                                        gas stoves . Also on the malfunctioning of the same they charge exhorbitant money .

                                        Point 2 : I want a second connection . However they insist on me buying 10 Kilos of rice or again an inferior quality pressure cooker before alloting me a new connection .

                                        My Point : Why should i be forced to buy
                                        a) Gas stove from distributor ?
                                        b) 10 kilos rice/ pressure cooker from the distributor ?

                                        Where is the useless press & the Govt. Officials ??
