I booked a refilling request on my connection No 25407 on 04/08/2012, which is a bharat gas connection and the dealer is M/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091.

after booking, the delivery is not yet been done after continuous follow ups.

now when i requested for refilling of cylinder on 19/08/2012, the agency persons refused my request and asked us to come to the agency for taking our filled cylinder and also refused that there was no booking on my consumer number. Previous delivery was also late, why the costumer's should suffer all the time due to their negligence i am having the booking reference number also with me. Why all the time we are facing same kind of trouble you tell us what we should do. This is a humble request kindly arrange to resolve the problems and take a strict action against these agency people.

    The gas deliverance on time has repeatedly been delayed since day one. Which gets delivered after 12-14 days from the date of booking.
    And most of the time the numbers given above doesn't gets answered in spite of continuous ringing. And once it gets connected it seems the person over the phone has no interest in listening to my sorrow and according to him the gas should be delivered within 5-6 days from the date of booking but that doesn't happens and it takes 12-14 days to arrive at my doorstep.

    Its getting worst day by day to deal with them.

    Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of cooking as

    I face very poor response from Gas Plaza (tel no: +91 [protected]/98) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.

    If you can avoid taking a connection from Bharat Gas, pls do. After all these hassles I feel private gas agencies are a better option. These agencies like Bharat Gas are just there to make your life miserable

    They never receive the call inspite of constant ringing. If it rings once then the very next time the same number gives a busy tone. Wonder if they are doing this on purpose. Its been 5 days since I am trying to book a cylinder, but they are just not willing to receive the call.
    I have been trying three numbers since last 4/5 days. I found all the lines are busy all the time. By chance any number rings, nobody receives the calls. It is a terrible experience for the customers like me. I would be grateful if someone takes an appropriate action to educate them how to deal with the customers.

          I have applied for Second Bharat Gas connection at Ratan ent. office. I have given application on 31 Aug 2011. Still I have not received second gas connection. I have done enquiry for the same at ratan ent. but no one is giving satisfying answers.They are just ignoring. Please help me in getting the new gas connection.

            Whenever, we get them on phone, they give excuses, and make false promise

            I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 9.12.10 ,booking no. 40 and consumer no. 38145 ,but yet today on 27.12.10 there is not any response and nobody give us the correct status.Every day I am getting same reply that you will get today but partically we do not get cylinder from the distributor of M/s. Arihant gas , Kondhawa ,Pune
            However this is the same story repeating after booking the refill.

              My domestic gas connection is with superlames ,D cruz court road,kazhuthumuttu,16/457,thoppumpady, Consumer no:S-7441.Delivery of gas is taking more than 55days.(we should go directly and collect ie why 55days.).Attending of telephone is very very less.So......many times informed them but the action is zero.Kindly give us justice.

              I had been to Super Flames, to buy a new regulator but their reluctant reply was "it is not available". When asked the available date, their reply was you enquire next week.

              They are oblighed to keep sufficient stock of these spare parts but they just ignore customers. Either their phone will be engaged or it will ring and nobody answers. We should take neccesary action against Super Flames.

                this is to inform that i am a dealer under Bharat Petroleum Limited, at majri kishne waali, khanna-amloh road amloh. the machines at my petrol outlet were not working since 15 days, i am facing a lot problem. i asked so many times at nearby headquarters BPC , sangrur but they did not respond well. the model of machines is HSD 1 type and MS of diesel and petrol respectively. kindly send your appropriate engg. to repair machines. inform me at my email i.d. as soon as possible ([protected]@yahoo.in).

                bharat petroleum limited — my second cylinder is not issued

                I have a gassLPG connection from last ten years consumer no 4986 at friend gass service bharat nagar New delhi. At the time of connection I got only one cylinder and i was told that i will issue second cylinder later but tilldate i didnot get. I try many time but faild When I asked for complain register for lodge a complain they refused for the same. Pl. help me to get the same.

My family including two babies is living (rather starving) without gas for the last fortnight.

                      This is in connection with recent incident of denial for booking of domestic LPG refill (Consumer No. 1975) by my distributor. On contacting in person and gathering information from M/s Bharat Gas, what I could have summed up is as follows
                      My name (unfortunately it is swapan mondal) has been blocked from further booking of refill by the company i.e., M/s Bharat Gas (a subsidiary of BPCL) as there are several consumers named ‘SWAPAN MONDAL’ in the list of my distributor and the gas authority has assumed that myself is fraudulently drawing cylinders through these names (i.e., one person with various Consumer number). But, I have no clue to understand that, why didn’t they think that fraudulence can also be done by falsifying name and address.
                      While asking the distributor about the solution, I am advised to deposit the ‘voucher’ which I have been issued during the time of taking connection along with photo copy of first page of my Consumer’s Book, any proof of address (POA), proof of identity (POI) and an affidavit swearing in that I do not hold any other connection.
                      The idea of submission of ‘POA’ & ‘POI’ again is welcome. To me, after verifying these documents with the originals, one can originally identify the consumers and thus can distinguish between consumers having same names.
                      But the idea of submission of the ‘voucher’ appears to be harsh, since the distributor and the company themselves have retained a copy of at their custody. Moreover, the voucher number and issue date is vividly written in the Consumer’s Book along with all other necessary details.
                      And for affidavit, I would like to know that why I should be forced to submit affidavit to dispel their doubts by swearing in that I have no other connection? But if it is within the rules and mandatory for all consumers then I must comply with. Rather the onus of submission of affidavit should go to the distributor by swearing in that the all consumers having same names in their list are all separate persons staying at separate addresses.
                      From all above, it reflects the draconian attitude of my distributor at the behest of M/s Bharat Gas which is simply mockery of their much touted slogan ‘customer first’ and for me there remains a pile of harassments not only because I am a customer of M/s Bharat gas but also there is no substitute in my locality.
                      Before I end, I would like to state that, I consider myself fortunate enough to have the access of seeking help from you, but think of the several others less fortunate to convey such miseries of theirs to you. Therefore I took up the flag of “JAGO GRAHAK JAGO”

                        On june 29th 2012 I filled up petrol in my newly bought car at Bharath Service/Filling Station and hence gave 5 ltrs coupon (given by Car dealer - Mithra Agencies for any new car sold by them)

                        First I gave 5 ltrs coupon to fill up the petrol tank and once the meter showed 5 ltrs I told the person to fill up the tank full and the meter stopped at 42 ltrs

                        I asked the person filling the petrol when the tank limit is 42 ltrs then how can 47 ltrs would fit in (5 ltrs coupon + 42 ltrs) and for which he says 5 ltrs would fit inside the pipes leading to the tank

                        The petrol tank capacity for my car is 42 ltrs.

                        So that means the 5 ltrs coupon petrol somehow has been not filled by them and filled 42 ltrs for which I paid thru my credit card

                        Most of the petrol bunks do such cheating / malpractices and the the consumers would not get any doubt since meter shows the reading properly

                        I want BPCL company to take notice of this cheating by this Petrol Station and cancel the licence immediately

                        Also want Mithra Agencies to check this and stop issuing 5 ltr coupons on this Petrol Station

                          This is cheating and suce malpractices are done at many petrol stations

                          I want BPCL company to take notice of this cheating by this Petrol Station and cancel the licence immediately

                          Also want MIthra Agencies to check this and stop issuing 5 ltr coupons on this Petrol Station

                              The IOCL gas distributor M/s NCR gas agencies has stopped the supply of LPG cylinder in bhiwadi. We are resident of House no. 207 Zade Block, Sun shine city, BDI Bhiwadi. We have booked the cylinder on 17th July 2012 but the distributor has not given the delivery yet as on 8th August 2012. Our Connection no. is 13813. and the owner name is Mr. Manoj Sharma.

                              We have intimated the problem to the distributor Mr Aggarwal regarding the problem but no reply was given by him.
                              We have intimated the problem to IOCL area incharge Mr. Ravinder sharma regarding the same problem but he has also not taken it.

                              Please register our complaint against this problem and our LPG supply should be regularised immediatly.

                              Domestic LPG cylinder — delay in issuance of second cylinder

                              my name is prem nath .i am resident of city malout (Distt.Muktsar)PB.
                              i am A domestic a consumer of lpg of HPCL agency in malout from the past sixteen years. my consumer number with the hpcl agency malout is 502762.i had been harassed many times for cylinder and was even asked for premium by the agency owners.we had never been given cylinder on time.and now from past four to five years they had been cheating me for the second cylinder and even asking bribe through their subordinates. please save me from this harassment and unwarranted behaviour of the agency owners i.e.sachdeva gas agency malout..kindly do the needful and obliged as soon as possible.

                              Domestic lpg cylinder — Non delivary of LPG cylinder

                              The domestic LPG gas cylinder has been booked on 30-07-09 with M/S. PARDIWALA GASAGENCY, 19, Siddharth Appt. Maneklal Road, B/h. Sandh kuva, Station Road, Navsari-396445, Gujarat state. But even after several requests by visiting personaly gas agency office till tuday cylinder has not been delivered yet. My consumer no. is 11478. It is requested to do needful for geting delivary at earliest possible. This is not the first hapening but this is our regular experience with this agency. Please take suitable action to rectify such irregularities of this agency. I request for detailed inquiry at higher level in this matter because this may not be the only such case with this agency.

                              I am try to book the gas since for a long time for above said agency, but no one pick ups the phone or phone is out of porder/ always bussy/ etcit is always phone out of border but after taking all the details, last month i had booked a cylinder , till date the same is not delivery to me, when i went to the agency to enquire to about it for five times the staff, manager some responsible person told to me tomorrow defintely delivery to your home, confirmed sir, I will try to Indane complaints in chennai 24339240, 2433549 allways bussy/ not get it proper response from marketing division of chennai office, What i will do i am suffering from mental disturbe and i have lost my bussiness for inconvience cause to above saide matter please do the needful at an early as possible please not continue tha above said problem in furture

                                  I booked my gas cylender on 28/07/2012 via SMS as the gas agency (vinay Gas Service) inform that we are not accepting booking in personal & on phone call. after booking we conirmed with agency officials that within how many days we will reveived the cylender, they inform that it will be delivered within 4 day from the date of bokking but now 8 days are over but my cylender is not delevered to us and after making calls no one is picking up mphone calls also. after visiting to office they are just making the promise to deliver but they fails to do so.
                                  from last four days we are taking our foods out due to non availability of gas.
                                  please look into this matter as other than us a large number of peoples are suffering this type of physical & mental harrassment due to these type of service provides

                                    Initially my Gas Cylinder usage was less. Hence Last time I had made booking was October - 11, but now when I applied for refilling at Pushpam Gas Agency they said my connection is blocked. I provided address proof again & their personnel had come for verification three weeks back. So far no response for repeated followup. Calling customer care[protected] from Thursday but not able to connect.

                                    We are suffering heavily with such lethargic approach from such prestigious company for existing customers, without any genuine reason.

                                      Bharat Gas has started a proceedure for booking gas through SMS via registered mobile no. and this they say is the only proceedure to book LPG gas.

                                      My parents are quite old and do not know how to operate a mobile phone and even don't know how to send sms. This system is not only
                                      difficult for my parents who stay alone here and also other old couples who live in the locality.

                                      My complain is what about the people who do not know have mobile phones or who do not know how to operate mobile phones which is mostly the case with elderly people.Kindly look into the matter.

                                        We facing chronic problem of LPG at Guwahati M/S.SANDHAN GAS AGENCY,
                                        DBC issued after more then 45 days (refill cylinder)for domestic use
                                        Please look into the matter norms of agency Booking after 15 days and
                                        Issue additional required 30 days almost not less then 45 days.

                                        So, kindly solve the chronic problem of the above said we much great full to you

                                        Iam a LPG costomer [no.19106] of M/S Panackal gas agencies, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur, Kerala.I have booked a new cylinder on 04/12/2008.till 30/01/2009. I didn't get any respons from my distributor.I contacted them bytelephone.they told, have not received the booking.
                                        I have applied the second cylinder on 31/08/2005 .I didn't get till now
