hi sir,

This is vikas pandey and i am consumer of rahul bharat gas agency. i booked a cylinder on the date of 5/10/12 and my booking no is: 27147198. but it not deliver till date. i have call so many time but no one receiving my call. i don't know when the deliver cylinder. so please do the need full.

my consumer no is 32615 in the name of chaganraj jain . i was booked cylinder on[protected] that booking no is 766279 till they had not deliver cylinder
when i was asked about cylinder they told me it had delivered cylinder on[protected] but me and my family was not in city for 4 days from 28-4-15 to 1-5-15
when i asked to show the coupan and show me my signature for deliverd they told me come after 2 days when i went after 2 days they told me come on 8-5-15
sir i want to take proper action on distributor

    I had taken the gas connection on[protected] from Mohindra gas distributor no. 541853 which is in the name of third person because at the very time, new connection had been banned by the Govt. of India as per version of distributor. Due to compelling circumstances, the gas connection bearing no. 4286 was taken in black marketing. Since then, I am using the gas connection regularly. More over stamp of the distributor also fixed on my ration card also. But connection was/is standing in the name of Smt. Bhagwani Devi. Now the distributor making the threatening to cancel the above said connection. While the connection was taken after paying Rs. 2500/- to the distributor. I have no other connection in my family. Kindly solve the problem.

      Our agency Sap no is 135280 Hailey mandi gas service I am the customer of Bharat Gas under the consumer no 192 from last many yrs My problem is this my Bharat Gas agency holder never coperate us familiarly and never gives us refill on the time and he said he will delivered 27 September I also said to J P Thomas A.S. Manager but after a weak till now this is not delivered. when we book our refill for home delievery we never get refill at home after given date by gas agency by home always we take delievery from godown Rajpura after spending full day and travel expense and after the more waiting of home delievery and refill We have harrased mentally Plz co-operate us

      I have booked for refilling of cylender on 21.7.2012 with Aparajita Bharat Gas at District Centre,Chandrasekharpur. Repeated my persuation, no one is giving care to my booking iven if DGM of the Bharat Gas.my consumer No. 12479. I am suffering similar type of behave in each month.I think, I will takle shelter of Consumer Court.

        Since the bharat gas service office lpg distributor of m/s quick gas servicce has moved from andheri west to jogeshwari west office -M/s rangrai gas shop no 1 tulsi niwas patel estate road opp momin nagar pustikar chs jogeshwari west mumbai-400102
        no one answers the gas service numbers for supplying the new gas service if you try calling anty of the below mentioned numbers they do not answer any of the numbars

        on approaching them they say they are busy there are 4 staff and none of them are bothered and say we cannot pick the calls try the same and have some action taken this is really ridiculious why there is no action taken against such staff attitude

          I was a consumer of bharat gas and my con no was 35157.But due to my transfer i requested to transfer my connection in Leh.But due to administrative reason my transfer has been canceeled within two month.So i want to take my connection again in hospet but the maneger refused me to give it again in hospet thay said we transfered it in leh already.
          So plz tell me the procedure of it. I want it back in hospet only.

          Respected Sir,
          I’m Ravi kumar, residing in Vijay nagar ballabgarh.
          I’m trying to gas connection since last 1yr. but they haven’t issue gas connection for me. I’m giving the application vinod gas agency & tell him I want gas connection without hot plate.
          They are not agreed and tell me hot plate is compulsory as per govt. rules.
          Then I’m showing company web page print (Distributors stock only ISI certified hotplates. However, it is not mandatory for you to buy your hotplate from the Distributor. Any make of your choice will suffice as long as it bears the ISI mark.)
          After that they are agree but give me other excuse after verification reject my application you're not able for new connection because your brother had already use Bharat gas connection.
          Second reason you're use other substitute for cook the food so you're not fulfill the company rules. So we are unable to issue gas connection.
          I’m clarifying 1st reason we are two brothers. My elder bro and separate with our family and hold separate ration card.
          I’m live with my mother and father and hold separate ration card.
          2nd reason all of people use other subtitle for cooking food like Chula, private gas, kerosene etc. before LPG gas connection. So it’s not my fault.
          So requesting to you please solve my problem & issue me gas connection.

          We want new Bharat gas connection. So, we need a process for getting new connection. We are not getting this information on Bharat gas shop.

          I have to take a new bharat gas connection, I visited a Bharat gas distributor in Badarpur he asked me for atleast 2 address proof and cost approx.[protected], I just wanna know is the cost is this much or distributor is asking me for access ? Please clarify in order to proceed further.

          I have Gas Connection of Bharat Gas from Abhishekh Gas Agency, Ashoka Garden, Bhopal

          I have Booked on 24/12/2010 but till date they not delivered Gas and I personnely going from 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 27/12, 28/12 but they every day promise me for deliver or hand over the cylinder tomarrow but till date not given the cylinder.

          Another I aply for double cylinder but Abhishek Gas agency want Rs.2100/-for second cylinder with Tea, Rice and others product cost, I want without any other product, but he say without product not supply the second cylinder.

          Kindly give me suggestion, where I complaint for solve my problems

            I am a Bharat Gas consumer (Consumer No.[protected] since year 2005. But, this is the first time in past 7 year felt guilty of being a consumer of Bharat Bag.
            Due to a change of residence I had to apply for a change of distributor, whichever was near to my new residence. Unfortunately, Ashadeep gas (Bharat gas distributor), Birati, Kolkata- 51 is the distributor where I had take the transfer to. After a harassment of couple of weeks or so, they finally got my connection transferred and registered in their branch just today that to after making me sitting for over an hour in their branch.
            The behavior that I received from them was such a rude, insulting and humiliating that at times I was started thinking of surrendering my connection and go for so other Gas service agency.
            The ways they harassed me was as below….
            1) As per them they don’t take transfer of any connection to their branch if the consumer is not staying on the grand floor of a building. And since in my present residence I stay on 4th floor, thus they forced me to accept that I have to take the delivery of the gas cylinder only on the ground floor, other wise they will not allow me get my connection transferred to their branch.
            2) They are forcefully selling Packet of teas worth Rs 90/- per packet to their consumers and when I refused to take that, they simply refused to process my connection transfer request. So, I finally had to buy that from them despite of my unwillingness.
            3) Extremely bad and rough behavior received from the distributor, which I never expected from a professional distributor of Bharatgas.

            Being a consumer of Bharatgas I am literally surprised as to how a distributor of a Government Gas service company enforces such illegal rules on their customers and misbehave and threat the customer who even ask a question about their illegal rule. This is really unfortunate for us to have such an unprofessional distributors in the chain of Bharatgas.

            We all gents member are working in outstations. So we are not able to pikup gas from the dealer godown. We are 5yeas old coustmer of bharat gas. But if lady of our house telling them to gas delivary they said we cant found the place. For this situation my whole family didnt get gas from 3 months. What we have to do now. If we beat them then who wil respocible.
            I am a married woman, I take a gas connection at Dhekiajuly dist:- Sonit pur (Assam) at the name of my father, after 10year I come at Sardarshar dist:- Churu (Rajasthan). My father's death befor 8 year. I Transfer my gas connection from assam to rajasthan before 4-5 months. the assam gas company transfer the document and connection to sardarshar (Rajasthan) but the sardarshar gas company's owner said that we give the connection only my father but my father's dath befor 8 year I give them the death certificate, but the cant accepect and say that, the connection name transfer to my mother's name. when we contact the assam gas company to change the connection name at my mother's then they answered that, we send the all document to sardarshar (Rajasthan) we cant any change. what can I do at this situation? we request to jago party that please see my problem and take any action at sardarshar(Rajasthan) gas company . And give me my gas cylinder.

              M/s Bharat Petroleum have shifted the supplying Gas Agency for my residential area from a point 2 km away to a new point 10km away for no apparent reason.
              The old supplier - Shanti Gas - was very efficient while the new one - Aravali Gas - has a very poor reputation as can be seen from the many complaints online (Google search "Aravali Gas Gurgaon")
              Furthermore - to effect the change , a consumer has to first go to Shanti gas to collect documents and then proceed to araval gas to submit those documents. In this day and age, imposing such burdens on Senior Citizens like myself is totally unwarranted

                I VISITED SHIVA GAS DEALER GANDHINAGAR JAMMU FIVE TIMES BUT NOBODY ATTENDED ME SINCE SECOND CYLINDER IS GOING TO EXPIRE ALREADY LYING ISSUED ME.IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO COOK MEALS WITHOUT GAS.I AM READY TO OBSERVE REQUIRED RULES.                   Bharat LPG gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder

                  I have Bharat Gas LPG connection at BRCM College, Village Behal-127028, District Bhiwani, Haryana. Our College Mess is getting continue supply of gas cylinder at campus as per the need time to time. After Booking of cylinder the local service provider do not give supply of cylinder on my booking, though my residential quarter is in the same campus of BRCM college. I am suffering a lot. He (Service provider) is supplying LPG cylinder to college mess but do not take care of resident of this campus.

                  Distributor code - 114563, M/s. Navbharat Motor agency, 148-Rly lines - solapur.
                  Consumer no. 34813, name - Ganesh Nair, Address - RB2/8/175-Modi Rly Qtrs-Solapur.
                  Sub: I got 2 cylinders. every time, this firm makes some restriction for 30 days for further booking of cylinders. Last cylinder got on 18.11.08, on 11th Dec onwards tried to register for next cylinder, but refused to accept. Further, that also got exhausted on 15th morning, tried to contact on phone, no reply. went personally with empty cylinder, but flatly refused to give the cylinder. contacted Shri.Joshi-exective-BPCL, he also phoned the firm twise, then only i got the cylinder at my home at 1 PM. i could not arrange food to my children at school at 11AM and could not arrange food for my family itself.
                  What a nasty behaviour?
                  Why you can not give them strict instructions in this regard?
                  When there is no any 30 days restriction, how dare they do to do this?
                  When Mr.Joshi advised, i got cylinder, then why i was harassed for the whole day, by making me to attend the office late by 2 hours. Who is responsible for all these. Being a central govt. employee, my time was wasted on these account. can you reply me and do need ful please.

                    U.G Gas serivices, Agency in Thane is one of the worst Gas agency. They never pick the phone for inquiry or for gas booking. The number keeps ringing or becomes bad intermittently. They don't know what costumer service means. The local authority should check this and make a full stop for the costumer woes.

                      Chaitanya Gas Service — Not delivering gas cylinder

                      We have booked gas cylinder on 5th Octomber 10 , till today we have not received the cylinder, On going to their office they tells today you will get gas and this has happend three times in the last four days

                      Chaitanya Gas Service — Long Delay in delivery of gas cylinder

                      hi,
                      I am a long old customer of Chaitanya Gas Service, Dombivli. This agency has been delaying delivery of gas cylinders unnecessarily. Also there phone numbers are always busy and most of the times they do not pick up the call. The phone operators and employees are alse rude. Also i have heard from people that they are selling cylinders in black and that is why customers like us are not getting the delivery of gas cylinders on time.

                      I think that if they are not interested in providing the service and hence should shut down there agency.

                      I request consumercomplaints.in to take strict action against this agency since they are failing to provide the service they are obliged to.

                      I would suggest consumercomplaints.in to send a legal notice on behalf of all the customers to Chaintanya Gas Service or deregister the agency or I request you to atleast charge them with a hefty fine.

                      Please take a quick action as a gas cylinder is one of the basic necessity.

                      I HAD BOOKED FOR REFIL GAS CYLINDER TWO DAYS BACK AS BHARAT GAS WE UNABLE TO BOOK ONLINE AS THERE IS FAULT IN THE BHARAT GAS WEBSITE I WANT REFIL GAS CYLINDER URGENTLY
                      was registered consumer with Tirupati gas service, opposite bhyanader station on cabin road. my residence is at 308-A, Laxmi Pooja, cabin cross road, Bhayander (E). my consumer number with Tirupati gas service was 43667. i don't know why my number is transferred to all the way at Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Gas service, near indralok. which is far away from my house. above that they don't give proper service. my new consumer no. is 51109509.

                      i am reequesting some way out by re-transferring my consumer to tirupati gas service.
                      COMPLAINT ABOUT CHAITANYA MAHAPRABHU GAS AGENCY IN BHAYANDER EAST. - PINKI MADDAM IS THE SO ARROGANT.

                      myself Neha amod parb resident at bhayander. i being to bharat gas office in Chaitanya mahaprabhu. the staff is all careless. Phones are ringing nobody is attending the calls. When i asked about new connetion details to Madam pinki she gave me on form & told me we dont have any information you can call mr. Gourav Yadav on [protected] but the great thing is he is not attending the call from last 5 days. then he gave us customercare number from where mr, . kadu gave me all the information which quite satisefacory. So i again call madam pinki on[protected] / 94 but after long hold i came to know she dont want to attend my call & she said tell mr. gourav yadav or mr. kadu to call me then only we will accept your form for the submission.

                      all the ladies staff from this agencies are busy on mobile on their personal call. they not even attend the call who call there for booking the gas. public personally visit there to book the gas.

                      Pinki is so arrogant & she dont have any manners how to talk to customer. since there are in customer service their superior should tell them how connect the people. we are fed from the pinki from last three days she is acting like this now we are going to complaint to police about her fro her reaction. let see whatever will happend.

                        This is to inform you that I had applied for fresh Bharat Gas Connection One and half months later.I had been calling the agency a several no of times for request of connection and every time the response has been it will take a week ,it will be done tommorrow etc.i had been waiting since last one and a half month which is a long period .This is a compliant against the SRI SAI Bharat Gas Agency ,I have the receiving of the documents presented by me to the staff,if no action is taken immediately ,I will raise this complaint to higher authorities.

                          This is Jagadeesh from pune bharat gas agency Distributor m/s Ratan gas agency very bad service providing every time to the customer. my complaint is while booking the gas they cmmmited 7 within days will be delivered now they took 20 days wrong commitment and 2nd thing they took 25 RS more while delivering at home despite they are not giving bill also.main problom is during working day all phone more busy if they pick rash talking my cosmer no is 50005 in Ratan enterprise I am not at all happy this kind of service from Ratan Gas distributor. my celll no is 91-[protected]

                              This is Ram Das Swami a Customer/Consumer of Bharat gas(BPCL). My new consumer no. is 51109819 which is being allotted to me recently. I am a customer of Bharatgas since more than 20 years with the same agency.
                              I have being transferred to a different LPG gas agency same as 7000 other consumers of the same agency without any notification or public issue. This is not only me but rest of the other 7000 consumers, and I believe they might be not happy about the harassment they are facing
                              The field officer named Gaurav Yadav (URAN) who had made these changes as he wanted to. and he has not even provided a single prior notice before deciding so.
                              I am the consumer of BPCL, but not the officer who will decide what action to be taken on my account without my permission or without any circular or notice.
                              He had transferred my account to such an agency which is far away from where i reside so it is not possible for me to get my hands over it, and it is terrific way of harassing the consumers.
                              He is an employee of a public sector and as per me all the public servants should serve their consumers/customers with the utmost comfort level which he is failing to do.
                              Also he has transferred the accounts to some other agency so why is he not at the place to answer what made him do so. As i am a consumer i have full rights to question.
                              Even though the contact details are being provided so why does he fail to respond. I enquired of my account being transferred by whose permission. Its my account and he is not the one to permitted to do anything he feels so until i permit or without any circular.
                              I tried reaching him a lots of time but he never reverted. Even though whatever is happening is not at all acceptable neither to be neglected, and as a feedback BPCL should take some strict actions against the officer who is messing up with the customers or their accounts that is the only reason I am escalating this matter to you.
                              I hope U will understand the situation and take some necessary actions to avoid such circumstances.

                                I have two issues regarding my Gas Agency (ABR Gas Agencies)

                                1. I am a Bharatgas LPG consumer at ABR Gas Agencies, Pattabiram and my Customer number is 18667. I booked my gas cylinder by sending SMS to 57333 on 24th July 2012. I received a confirmation SMS immediately after booking that says Dear Manoranjan M V, your booking reference is 25587752. Please check the seal and insist to check for leakages during the delivery of the cylinder. We got busy with our work and when I called today 01st September 2012, my agency say that the booking has been cancelled as we booked 8 days before the actual booking date. They say that booking has to be done after 25 days of receiving the previous cylinder and I booked on the 17th day. They said that it was my mistake in registering before the booking cycle. I accept, but I asked them then why was my registration accepted and I got a reference number and that they could have sent a registration failure message instead. But for that they say it is the consumers duty to check for the cylinder booking or delivery frequently and they do not have a system that sends alerts for cancelled registrations. How is this possible? I was rest assured that my cylinder has been booked as I have received an alert that says that my cylinder has been booked with a reference number.

                                2. I again registered for a cylinder on 01st September 2012 and the reference number is 25587752. In the agency after hearing my registration cancellation issue previously, they said that they will see to that the cylinder will be delivered within 10 days, i.e. on 11th September 2012. But I received my cylinder only on 17th September 2012. The bill has been generated on 07th September 2012 for delivery. Why this delay of 10 days?

                                I had similar issue last year of delayed delivery and the Complaint ticket number received on 11th August 2011 is C[protected]. Just because of the faulty registration process and improper customer service at the Agency I had a total delay of 52 days to get 1 cylinder. I have a family of total 4 members in which two are kids, 1 school going and the other is just 1 year and 3 months old. The problems I faced because of this delay cannot be expressed in words and can only be felt. I raise this issue not to punish anybody, but to see to that not another family man like me would get in to such a bad situation.

                                  Saraswati gas services is providing a gas cylinder refilling service in our area.
                                  They have a following rule that you can book the cyliner for refiling only 20 days after the delivery of the previous cylinder.
                                  Once we book the cylinder, then we will receive the new one only after 12-15 days & after that 20 days again they expect you to book new cylinder ( by the time the cylinder which we are using already being half of...

                                  to the consumer complaint department,

                                  dear sir,
                                  i am narendra R. Tiwari , i have already get number of bharat gas from satish enterprises, resimbagh, nagpur and i have only single connection our gas has been empty from 9th Sept we have already registered my number via telephonically and agency holder ensure that he will delivere the cylinder within two days, but when we not received cylinder as per given date by him and i went to agency than they told us that you have not registered your number.

                                  further we again registered my number on 13 th sept-2012 & agency holder told us that your gas cylinder will be reached at your home till evening but till date we have not received any cylinder.

                                  so kindly assist to consumers & take necessary action against lying services.

                                    For house usage we find difficult to get gas. but how come the tiffin centre gets gas every day.there is a tiffin center and a tea shop in 279,thambu chetty st,chennai 60001 use domestic gas with regular supply as well the tea shop opposite to it.both are the same onwer. i hope you take necessary action,
                                    Two weeks ago, I booked a gas cylinder refill at one of the Bharat Gas Agency, telephonic. After following process on IVR they sound that Refill has been booked successfully & would be delivered in Next 48 hours. But after waiting for 60Hrs the refill was not delivered. When I made a call at customer care they told me that refill has been delivered yesterday. But I got the refill after 2 hrs of making them call. But the cylinder was leaking & due to this my family has to face lots of troubles. I had made complaint to them and they took that refill back but still I am waiting for my ordered refill. I had made call to the Bharat Gas agency at [protected] so many times regarding the matter but still there is no result. So I decided to file my complaint at http://www.consumercourt.in/lpg-cylinder/89634-bharat-gas-customer-care-complain... But still they have also not replied me regarding this.

                                      I want to bring to notice that AIROLI SERVICE CENTR, NAVI MUMBAI Sector 05, is charging more rupees for Speed petrol as today's price of speed petrol is 77.87 Rs in all gas station but they are charging 84.33 Rs for per liter. There is almost 6 rs difference.

                                      I want to launch complaint against this Gas station and look forward to take strict action from your side against them.
