Sir,this is to inform you that myself Pradeep Kumar Varma(Resident-Palia Kalan)booked a cylinder on 12th June 2012.I have not received the cylinder yet.There is a lot of problem faced at home,we can not cook food at home so we need to buy it from the market.We are facing a lot of problem due to non delivery of LPG cylinder.
So,I request you to register my complaint and take the necessary step as early as possible and kindly deliver the cylinder...

LPG — LPG CYLINDER NOT RECEIVED

SIR,

i have requested for LPG cylinder from Sona enterprises nearly a week ago but till now i have not got gas. me and my husband both are working and it is very difficult for us to run after gas agency.
we have borrowed a cylinder from our neighbour. but we have experienced very poor service from this agency, earlier i had applied for gas connection in july but despite repeated requests i got connection in october. agency made the bill for full amount but some of things were not delivered, those things has to be delivered later.i have visited three times after that but till now we have not received those things.we leave home at 8:30 in morning and come back after 7:00 pm so it is very very difficult for us to follow up the things.kindly do the needful and we will be thankful if the cylinder is delivered on sunday. if it has to be delivered on some weekday kindly inform on [protected] or [protected]. it seems useless to give these intruction to the agency as we neither get anything on time nor they inform us for anything.

i have to take one more cylinder. but due to problems i have confronted with this agency, i dont want to take another cylinder from this agency.

Bharat Gas Lpg Cylinder — NON BOOKING OF ORDER

Kitchencare is inisisting on 21 days gap from the date of delivery for the next booking of a cylinder which effectively comes to around a month. Suppose you book a cylinder on 1st September and delivery has been made to you on 7th September then you can do next booking only on 29th September. It is a very pathetic situation for the consumer, while as per Bharat gas there is no such rule.
Totally agree. This guy supplies home use cylinders to shops and harrassses genuine consumers to supposedly to discourage mis-use.

    Dear sir,
    I have book the cylinder in 08/06/2012 in Aadi Shakti Gas Agency K.L.D.A.V Inter college Market, old Railway Road Roorkee. On 20/06/2012 i have go to the agency why the agency have not receiving the gas but the agency employees says that you have receive the cylinder i have proof the signature.
    But those signature is not my signature that is totally fake signature...In my booking dairy that provide from gas agency there is not receiving..

    i am the user of bharat gas,name of my gas agency is priyanka gas agency (kashmere gate). i have ordered for refilling gas on the date.5dec.2011. ref.no.:[protected], due to not supply i ordered it again on 10th dec 2011 ref no:15803014.and third time on 17th dec.ref no:16081243......due to unsupply i complained to the customer care on 20dec 2011ref no:3914988 again on 22dec , ref no:3919651and 3919668..again on23dec 2011.ref no:3921650....... but the cylinder has not yet delivered till now on 27dec .......i want immediate actions........
    i am the user of bharat gas, name of my gas agency is Nirmal gas agency (Vikas Puri). i have ordered for refilling gas on the date.25-jan-2012.due to not supply.i ordered it again on 02 Feb 2012 due to not supply.and third time on 08 -Feb-2012.due to unsupply i complained to the customer care on 09-Feb- 2012 but the cylinder has not yet delivered till now on 10 Feb ...i want immediate actions...

      I m a consumer of PL gas SERVICES AGENCY CODE[protected] Consumer no -25116 ,Address is LAKE PALLY, PO- BORAL, PS- SONARPUR KOLKATA - 700154.
      I never get my gas refill on time. I booked for refill cylinder dated on 27/05/2012 Bokking no is 384928 and status is still i am waiting for the same even after 23 days.

      This is not a single time problem but regular problem we are facing from last so many years. I have made complaint also for the same last time but same problem we are facing again.

      This is completely harassment for consumer and i would like to bring this in a limelight. Request you to please do proper investigation for the same. I am sure something is wrong going on there which is unethical practice.

      When i am trying to call him but unfortunately he refuse to provide me proper solution for the same.

        sir,

        I am amit kumar . my gas consumer id is 53098079. I have made gas booking on 18.05.2012 at bharat gas company, DandiBagg Gaya Polytechinic ke bagal Sinha house me (Bihar) pin code is 823001. They assured me for delivery of refill cylinder within 8days but no supply was made as of 17.06.2012 and their telephones also lying engaged all time.Therefore, I and my family suffered very problems due to non receiving gas cylinder and engaging their the telephones. Our agency does not supply the LPG gas cylinder till month.Another point is that there is large amount of black marketing of cylinders is done here. This is a general complaint among the local persons. Other thing is that it does not give any response regarding the same. They don't hear anything. So I
        request you to please take strict action against this agency.

        Bharat gas/ — Supply of refill cylinder

        Sir,
        I have booked for refill cylinder, Booking No:1841 dated 13th August 2008 with M/S.Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Vellore, the distributor for Bharat gas. The last Refill cylinder was supplied on 30th July 2008 and they book the next refill only after ten days of delivering the refill cylinder. Almost for two months there is no supply of refill cyl. We can use one cylinder for a maximum period of 30 days. If the company gives the information that they can only supply cylinders once in two or three months, it becomes easy for us to make some alternate arrangement. From the last one year, I have submitted many complaints through Bharat gas web site. But, concrete steps were not taken to address the complaints.

        Bharat Gas — LPG delay in supply

        I hv gas connection with your Rohan Gas Agency, Malleswaram. I booked for LPG cylinder on 5th Sep 2009. Till now I hv not received. Everytime they are taking more than 10 days whenever you booked. For examable : If I get a cylunder on 5th of the month , I am supposed to get another cylinder before 5th of consequtive month. They will take booking after 4th r 5th .And they will deliver after 10 days of the booking. SO next cylinder I am getting after 40days. It will go on like that.ie 40 days , 50 days 60 days. etc... etc.. They are mose irregular service. Where as my frined got a connection with BVS enterprise ie Indane. He will get within 3 days after booked the cylinder. It is wondered, How one agency is supplied very promptly and other agency is not able to supply. Kindly look into it. I hv given many complaint but no vain.

        Bharat Gas — refill cylinder supply delay

        I had booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder. (Consumer no. 43789 distributor mahalakshmi enterprise) on 09/10/09 but till today on 25/10/09 i have not received the cylinder yet. many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely careless attitude. There is always shortage of gas in this area because of this. Nobody is here to check up this matter.

        I request to you look into this matter and solve this with immediate effect. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

        Bharat Gas — Delay in supply of refill gas by Bharat Gas Agency

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        My name is Mubarak T M. My consumer no.50516. My Distributer No. is 621826. Distributer Name is Crystal Gas Agencies.I am not at all satisfied with their services. It is taking more than 20 to 25 days from the day of booking to get a gas refill.once they made me come to their emergency counter to get the refill. It took 2 hrs waiting in a queue to get the refilll.. i never knew that this was the meaning of emergency.
        But still here it doesnt end once i book for a refill the suppliers in our area never picks up the phone or keeps it switched off or gives false promises that it will be sent in two days.
        The services are worsoning day by day.Nothing is according to the policy of the Bharat Gas has promised.Please take the necessary action against them.

          I am filing complaint agaist Imperial Bharat Gas Agency Kopaganj Distt-Mau UP for
          1. not provide computerised booking slip
          2. doing the booking after 21 days
          3. not proved gas after 13 day of booking that is done after 21 days mentioned in para 2
          4. fixed the booking time 10 to 1:30 PM
          5. not supply gas at home
          6. manager and employee are rude and misbhave during booking and delivery of gas
          7. supply very old gas cylinder in which gas volve is not present

            The staff at Mahalakshmi Enterprises who are dealers for BPCL, are incompetent to say the least. The phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to answer (I have seen this first hand), the system they have (BSNL from what I heard) was not functioning on both days I went. The staff there is rude and knowing that customer is at their mercy, have absolutely no decency.
            The icing on the cake is, while applying for a gas connection, one is obliged to buy a gas stove or some of the products that are part of the display or else you cannot get a connection. Ridiculous.

              Violating safety standards Bhart Gas Chennai has given piped connection of Gas to a Hotel at 17/36, 4th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. Punjab & Sind Bank is situated at the Ground Floor & the Hotel at the first floor. In a narrow passage adjacent to our bank where EB metres (heavy load) are situated, piped connection is given to the Hotel. Outer units of our ACs (3nos.) are also situated by the side of EB metres.

              At any time a lot of heat is generated. Just at a hand sahaking distance away infromt of the EB metres, Bharat Gas local supplier has given pipe gas connection to the hotel. No. of cylinders (fully loaded) are lying there.

              Please investigate as there is a fire fisk of public & bak's property.

                Sub : Undue delay in getting gas connection

                I am requesting you to please give your kind attention towards my
                problem.Sir, my name is omakant pareek,recently i got transfered from
                jalore to jaisalmer.jaisalmer not gas bharat agency. so I have been
                taking indian gas supply outlet shop no. 738, Air force Chauraha
                jaisalmer with consumer No 25003, from last 2 years.On transfering I
                recieved transfer vouchers,Voucher No TV 058 from the above agency on
                for jalore .After coming to jaisalmer I have submitted Xerox copy as
                per their advice.In the meantime I misplaced my original vouchers,When i
                went to the Gas Agency with Xerox copy of my MISSING TRASFER VOUCHER
                .and i am call to bharat gas agency jalore & jaisalmer but even they didnot treat me
                properly and refused for issuing the duplicate papers.
                I have got a family and I am suffering a lot without a Gas Connection
                from last 2 years .Kindly,put an end to my sufferings and help me out of
                this problem. So I want to gas connecation in jaipur in sanganer please help me

                  THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I HAD BOOKED FOR REFILLED GAS CYLINDER VIDE THEIR BOOKING NO. 150 DTD. 21.10.2009 WITH ABOVE AGENCY. THIS WAS DONE AFTER COMPLETION OF 21 DAYS OF EARLIER DELIVERY i.e. on 01.10.2009, as per the advice of Agency, because they are accepting booking only after 21 days of earlier delivery. Now we are waiting for Gas by 21+31 =52 days. Regularly I am requesting the Agency by 20 days and they are assuring me that cylinder will be delivered i.e. today, afternoon, evening,within 2-3 hours etc. But no action is taken till today. Therefore, please look into the matter and help us immediately as we are facing difficulties in cooking food etc.

                    I have booked Gas(cylinder)throw online(ebharatgas.com) also i got ref no . But T,day i login my login id and password on above mentioned site. it shows''The document you are searching is not found in the server
                    Please type in a correct name'' i thought may be im giving my password wrong.i selected ''Forget option''again i received new password on my mail id.                     So, sir first i would like to know why i am not able to log in with my mail id and password on 'ebharatgas.com whether i got new password from ur side on my mail id and i not write. just copy and pest for login to get all the details which has i got earlier as ref no or status.

When my Toll Flame they told it take 20 days time call after 20 days than I call to help line they refuse to log a case. Sir can you please help me how I close this connection. When i applied for Gas connection at below distributor , he is giving one bottle of jam fruit and mango pickel with every gas connection worth rs.202. Even if customer is not willing to take, he is forcefully giving it. When I asked for return it, he said then you have to buy rice or something. He also asked to block my gas connection if i complain or asked for return.

                                  After a week a they came up with excuse that we try to deliver a cylinder at ypur place but no empty cylinder; responded by some "lady" at your place. This keeps on going every fortnight and ultimately it gets delayed every week and we face a problem.

                                      Yesterday i filled petrol in my bike at Bharat Petroliam gas station near Chenchal Guda jail, Hyderabad..After some distance, the bike stopped and didn't start at all, when I called the mechanic and asked, he said the bike is ceased. He also removed all the petrol and showed me the difference from the petrol taken from my bike and other good petrol, it also had some different smell does not smell like petrol at all..Please take immediate action against them, so that others wont meet up in this kind of situation...

We are unable to understand the rule. If there are more members in the family the cylinder get consumed with in 25 days.

                                        Where in when we are having two cylinder the agency says that we cannot do the booking with in 20 days of receipt of the cylinder and after that 10-15 days to receive the cylinder that also they do not deliver it in time. we are having small kids and then how do we manage; can we know that when we can book the cylinder so that the continuity remains and we donot face any problem.

                                        Its understood that there are people who are running food mess at their house and they do not use commercial cylinder, they use the domestic cylinder and the cylinders are sold in black to them and due to that we domestic people are getting suffered can you just help us what can be done. Several follow-ups are done but no results.

                                        Requested to help us and prevent us from facing such situation, its the children who gets suffered the most.

                                        My coustomer ID is 17810. I am a customer of (Ambika Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur) of Bharat Gas Co. I am sorry to say that this agency have not delivers gas cylinder at my home from few years. So, it is my helplessness to collect cylinder from stock up of the agency after every booking.
                                        I also want to tell a recent incident. I was registered a application for a gas cylinder on 24 February, 2009. At this time the agent said to collect the cylinder from stock up of the agency. So I went to the stock up for collect the cylinder on Feb.13. Deliverymen Mr. Gulab and Mr. Mohan were available there. They said to me "your booking slip is return to gas agency, so you should contact to gas agency". Later then, I went to the agency and met to Mr. Omprakash there. He said that you should collect your cylinder on Monday (6 March 2009) from store. Sir, his attitude is very rood.
                                        I want to tell you that any cylinder is not delivered me till today. It is not a single incident. So I request you please tell me what should I do as a genuine customer and how can any customer receive a cylinder in this against position? There are many distraught customers of this agency in my area. Please take a strict action against this agency and deliverymen, so many customers can get relief.

                                        Complaint 1 - It has been 2 years since i subscribed to Bharat Gas, but still I have been denied a second cylinder. I have repeatedly gone to their office and stated my requirement for a 2nd Cylinder but in reply i got vague answers that there is no stock and it will take years to get a second cylinder.
                                        This has been happening now since 8 months now and I am even denied to do booking.

                                        Complaint 2 - Since I have not been succesful in getting a second cylinder, its imperative that I need the refilling of cylinder within a short time ( at most 5 days ). But to my dissapointment the delivery of cylinder is always delayed by over 10 days which causes a lot of problems in my house where we have a large family. For Example I had booked a cylinder on 6th July 2009 and till today ( 14th July ) I have nor recieved the Cylinder. When I call on the number provided I always get reply that "Sorry sir, toady no load is there", "Tommorrow definitely sir".

                                        Kindly help me as I am not aware how to solve this problem which causes lot of harrasment for our family.

                                        I, S. VEERAPANDIAN, consumer No. is 2179 forced to purchase the cylinder tube by our Agent Jai Chidhambaram Agency, Sivanthipuram-627 425. They told me that the cylinder will delivered only after the tube purchasing. The delivery boy brought the cylinder on 28.7.2009 to my house and forced to purchase the tube, I reveal my financial problem to him and Bharat Gas Agent Mr. Kumar that now I am unable to purchase the tube. But they refused to deliver the cylinder and take back the filled cylinder. It is great insult to me, heavy loss and difficulty of nonavalilablilty of gas in my home.

                                        Sir, any compulsury to purchase the tube from Jai Chidambaram Agency, Sivanthipuram-627 425 and I want to know that the behaviour showned by the Agent is correct or not. It it was correct Please inform me, and it was not correct please do the needful. Thankyou,
                                        I have booked a gas on 10th August 2009, and today is 1st Sept and I still have not recd the cylinder. Everyday they say they will deliver it within a couple of days, but nothing. They are the worst and most corrupt gas agency I have ever dealt with. They ask me to directly call the delivery boy if i want a cylinder, and the deliver boy then asks for a bribe. It's just shocking that people cannot do their jobs with honesty and integrity.

I request to you BPCL company responsibility to look in this matter seriously.
                                        I asked question to BPCL, Why should not we migrate from BPCL to HP?
                                        Let me know the genuine problem? What the responsibility of AREA FIELD OFFICER? For whom is he work?

                                        it was confirmed on booking time that ther was no shortage and i am likely to get refill cylinder withine four to five days.but till date refill cylinder not delivered. since last one and half year ther is average delay of eight to ten days. in the first place booking will not be given if your last cylinder is delivered has not completed 20 days,their phones are always engaged, you are very lucky if you get it within ten minutes time. on phone you will not get responsible reply, they will not hear your problen, after stero type reply your phone will be disconnected.despite demand you will not be given access to managerial staff

                                        Everytime when i book cylinder for refill, i do not get cylinder for 8-10 days and ihave to wait. When i spoke to Mr. Dinesh on his cell phone no. [protected] asking the status of delivery, he was rude in replying and showed does damn care attitude.
                                        Seems like these guys are living in Monopoly market.

                                        This is the case with me also. I phoned Bharat Gas agent on 15-10-10 to request for cylinder refill. I have still not received the gas cylinder. When I told them that I want to apply for a second cylinder since more than a year has passed for my gas connection, they told me that bookings for second cylinder are closed. This is grossly unfair. I have not come across any news regard strike in Bharat Gas.

I booked my reffil gas on 12th of january 2011, but till date i am not getting my gas.For your kind information I have alredy lunched a complain to B.P.C.L. against this matter. After my complain to B.P.C.L. I got two phone calls on monday 7th of february, one from your costumer relation manager mr. P.K. Ray and another from authority of M/S Devi gas.Mr. P.K. Ray discuss with me about my problem and assure me that devi gas give the gas on the same day., but the devi gas authority told me that they could not give me any gas and told that they are make all papers to change my connection to another distributer without any prier notice to me.I have recorded the voice of all discussion with mr. P.K. Ray and the authority of Devi gas in my phone.
                                        so I want a phone call on my cell number from any senier manager of B.P.C.L. (not from Mr. P.K.                                         I Biswanath Sen a Senior Citizen with consumer no. 1942 under City Gas Jamshedpur, Jharkhand has been told that my a/c has been blocked since August 2012. I was told to submit KYC form along with application which i did on september 7th 2012 but since then my agency is not able to help me out in any way and not addressing my problem. I am your customer since 1991 which is almost 22 years but this kind of service was never experienced or expected at your part. Kindly look into the matter and please inform me accordingly.I am facing problems due to this and not keeping well also to follow it up on regular basis, on humanitarian ground i request your to consider my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

On 31st October, 2014 ; I have received a message from the company stating that delivery of my refill has done on the same day i e 31st october 2014. But till today i have not the cylinder and no delievry has been made to our address. In our colony delievry of 26 october has been made but delivery of 24th october's 2014 has not been made to us.
