My consumer number is 380 and the agency that serve us is nirmal gas agency (chander vihar nilothi in west Delhi district),I have booked the cylinder on 05/03/12 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered within 2 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 7/03/12. But till today I have not received the cylinder and while i try to contact them no one is replying about my cylinder status.so i request you to kindly provide me...

Dear sir,

on 28th feb i booked a cylinder on Bharat Gas Agency, Tilak path, Indore. cylinder no. 11394
the told to deliver within 10 days, but when i called today again, they replied that you have not booked any cylinder.
sir they book after 21 days after deliver a cylinder and again they deliver within 10 days.

plz sir take any action against this firm.

I have an LPG connection with "Rashmi Gas Agency", K.R.Puram (Dist. code: 147522) in Bangalore from more than an year now. We have noticed that, they will never deliver the cylinder on time. Everytime, we need to call them at least 100 times to get one cylinder, that too it takes more than a month to get a cylinder. They don't even bother to talk to the customers and they don't have manners of...

I am the consumer of Bharat Gas Ltd under the dealership of DESAI & CO. U.B.Hill Dharwad. There is a non-supply of Gas Cylinder and they insist us to book by SMS (SMS Chare is Rs.3/- per sms), even when they can book the cylinders by phone call or by booking at their office is very much available for the consumers.
Further when I call and speak over the phone about the status of my Cylinder the receptionist at their office speaks...

I have Bharat gas LPG gas. My agency is Bharat gas Wakad. My consumer number is 85016. I booked my cylinder before 15 days. no was 16. but till today the cylinder was undelivered,

The above gas dealer is delaying my supply 24, 25, 29 days they are not giving the actual booking no. and date as they put in my gas booking book in hand (without any signature). This is happening for lot of years. Several times I drawn the kind notice of the authority (Kolkata and Mumbai) but unfortunately they did not give me any reply. I am regularly sending sms for booking my bharat gas cylinder but the same is not getting delivered. There is no point in launching sms service when the same is not getting executed on groud by the distributor. I make 100 calls to distributor landline number but all call goes unanswered. In between i also get number busy, which very clearly states that distributors intentionally do not take call of customers.
