respected sir,
this is to bring to your kind notice that i have noticed a person names arjun singh verma in new hydrabad lucknow filling his car gas cylender with domestic lpg cylenders for driving his ford ikon car.even i also find the vender of m/s gas and gadgets mahanager lucknow selling the cylender in premium price with out genuine booking .
hope a necessary action will be taken soon for a better lpg supplies

Domestic LPG — Cancellation of booking

Booked on 13.11.2008

Because of some family wedding I was not at home from 10.12.2008 to 12.12.2008 (2.00 pm)
Because o[censored]ncertain delivery date and time, I could not presume the delivery date.
on enquirey on 14 and 15.12.2008 I was informed that the delivery could not be made becasuse my flat was not open on 11.12.2008. and my booking has been canceled and I have to book for the gas again which I had to do so on 16.12.2008.

My present gas cylinder will last for a week at the most consideringthe Winter Season. I was given to understand that supply against the fresh booking will take around 20-25 days.

How shall I carry on.

Please aslo confirm whether the position taken by your dealer (Quick Gas, Uttarpara, Bhadrakali) is correct and appropriate.

I also requested him to diliver the cylinder to me at his godown so that I shall carry the same at my cost. But he declined.

Can I request you to intervan in the matter so that I do not have to suffer for want of LPG

    The staff at BPCL chennai anna sali is cheating .I used to fil the petrol there frequently but from last few days I noticed that petrol quantity is less .So today i went with this thing in mind that i have to be careful. I asked for 1000 rs petrol as usual and the attendant started filling the petrol when it reached near 600 -700 then the so called supervisor came and he handed over the bill from other window to distract me and but quickly i turned back and i saw that the attendant who was filling the petrol stopped and he told sir complete .i got down the car pressed the button to get the original bill and the reading in the bill was rs 837 rs.
    then i asked the supervisor and attendant that where is the manager ..to my surprise even manager was supporting them saying its the system fault..power fialure etc and he didnt help me..and he told ok we will fill give remaining fuel..they all are sharing the cheated money i don't know how many times they have cheated me and other people also ...I am having both the original biil (837) and before that he gave me one receipt in which it was 1000 rs...I am having proof but dont know whom to approach if someone knows then please inform me i want to take this complaint to higher laval.

      i know only tamil, please sent your masseage in tamil. i went to bhatat agencis in shencottai and asked a new connection information feb-first week, they told compulsory get gas stove but already i have , so only get a new connection. they asked the amount 5140.

        Sir I am a consumer of bhart gas and my consumer no.is 52352076 .I booked a refill cylinder on 15/02/2012 and till date i.e 28/03/2012 I have not got.I have been regularly in touch of the distributors office but they always says that they will deliver within 2days which never comes but other peoples are taking refill cylinder which they have booked after me.I have also contacted the Area Sales Officer of the concerned company to which he did not responded.So having no way out at last I put my complaint in your forum.

          Dear sir I devendra singh consumer no 6603 has a gas connection in your company {bharat gas~dealer name sushil gas agency jodhpur : this is to inform you that I book my connection on 2nd march 2012 but I can't receive my cylinder yet. Many of times there contact no is no responding and after booking only two times they pick my phone and instead of giving proper response they are giving me useless issues sometime there stalff or sometime there taxi etc.

          Bharat Gas — Delayed in cylinder delivery

          Dear Sir,

          We are having LPG connection Consumer No: 29576 with The Neelam Gas enterprises, Shop No. E-389, MCF-5703, Sanjay Colony, Sector-23-24 Main Road, Faridabad-121005. We are getting the supply regularly from the distributor. But this month we booked on 19 January 2008. But till date we don’t get the delivery. If we contact them they says that they will send in day or two. Every time there respond like this.

          Please look into the matter and do necessary.

          Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of Cylinders

          As i am the customers of Bharat Gas at Nallasopara (W), I have registered for 2 gas cylinders for each month, but their is always delays in delivery, i dont know why it is show. intially they use to book the cylinder after 15days, and at know they say that the duration period of booking is extened to 21 days, i wanted to know whether this is true from their site or not. black marketing of the clyinder are done in huge ways, if want to purchase in black than you have to pay Rs. 550 for per clyinder.

          R/Sir, Iam consumer of Bhupindera gas agency, Sirsa (Haryana) no. 20118. I book my gas on 5 feb.09. Agency owner don't supply the gas cylender till date, but he supply many consumer those book their cylender on 09 feb.09. pls. action againest agency owner. with thanks.

          I have a single gas cylinder. When the cylinder got over I asked the refill. The resopnse was very bad and Customer service rudely replied and said will deliver in 5 to 6 days. We will see if we can deviler it in 2 to 3 days. Then what the person will eat for 5 to 6 days. If he had a single cylinder. And they are not providing the second cylinder.

          booked for refill on 16.03.2009 and the no which i got was 7246 and was said to get the cylinder after 15 days, till now from last 3 days i am regularly calling them and asking for the status and geeting the reply that they are sending today, and we have to keep some or the other person at home to receave the cylinder as it should not go back, now we are frustaded and and are really upset from the service which we are getting, getting their ph. no itself is a tough job and after getting the no after 20-40 redial they pick the phone this is again a frustating task to logde a complaint. my consumer no is 18581, and my dealer is

          It has been 20 days since i have booked the cylinder. They have been delaying without giving right reason. I never these problems with other Distributors. Customer service at Manav Bharat Distributor is worst.

          We are facing problem in delivery of cylinder. Agency people of ashoka gas in jaipur said that the cylinder will be delivered in 45 days as they are getting cfylinder from Bharat gas late.They said maal nahi aa raha compay se.

          He sends some person for checking and after some times again stops delivery
          of cylinder on the pretext that oay Rs 40 and get the connection checked. Checking
          was done three months ago and now again he has stopper delivering the cylinder.

          Our friend has Indane connection and no such things are happening. Please arrange
          to help me change my connection to some reliable agency and who has some ethics
          on dealings. If not then tell me how do I go about this??????????????

          Hi , As i have booked my Bharat Gas cylinder on 2 Jan 2010 and yet no delivery is ther.my consumer number is 36686 and the Agency is laxmi gas Agency,Borivali east,near Welcome Hotel Please do the need ful
          I had registered a refill of Bharat Gas cylinder on 5th Feb'10. At the time we were informed that it would take atleast 10 days for the refill. Today after 18 days when we called to find out why the cylinder was yet no delivered,we got a rude tone message from the lady on phone that the delivery man had visited our house on Sunday evening & found it closed,hence we have to go to their shop & collect the cylinder.
          My complaint is that previously we had been informed by those same people that no delivery would be done on Sundays & public holidays,then how would we know that they were going to deliver the cylinder on a Sunday evening.

          Its more than 25 days i have booked for the cylinder. They said it will be delivered in 10-12 days.I haven't received the same.Everytime i call them they will say 3 days more.... They are very rude to the customer.

          i had filed an official complaint to do servicing of my burner due to carbon formation. one employee named RAO mobile no.[protected] turned up. he did servicing and asked me for RS 600/- as charges. i agreed to pay and asked for the bill. he said it is his personal visit and no bill can be given by him. i insisted on the bill as he was in uniform and he agreed to be paid Rs 300/- that was given to him by me...
          but, since that day no gas delivery is taking place in my houise. i have booked cylinder almost 5 times in past 2 months stilll no delivery. this is a sad state of affairs.

          i urge senior officials of Bharat Gas to monitor such occurance and give suitable punishments such employees...

Consumer No. 30663, Refill Booking No.20373 they told to deliver within 10 days, but when i called today again, they replied that you have not booked any cylinder.           hi my name is barney, I just came across your post on Bharat Gas...I was just wondering have you received the Cylinder?
          Dear Sir,
          Kindly refer our online booking ID Ref.[protected] dtd. 18.12.2014. Today we got a message that cylinder was delivered on 30.12.2014, but we are yet to receive our cylinder. How it is possible?
          Since last three four months your distributor has been troubling us like anything. We received one mail from your distributor on 29.12.2014 (Refer trailing mail) which was beyond my understanding. Only God knows what kind of service you are providing to your customer.
          You are once again requested to provide the point wise clarifications:
          A) Our area PIN no: 530046 comes under which Bharat Gas Agency?
          B) Also provide:
          1) The procedure to transfer the gas connection.
          2) Contact no. of your Gas Agency as both no. given in gas book is not working.

          Sir the reason given by your agency for not delivering the Gas Cylinder is not at all appropriate. This type of casual approach to your customers is not at all acceptable from a company like Bharat Gas.
          If I am unable to get service of Bharat Gas in city like Visakhapatnam, then services of Bharat Gas is really questionable. It is the responsibility of Bharat Gas to provide cylinder at right price and at right time to their loyal customer like us.
          It was advised by your agency to transfer the connection to Indane Gas and the cylinder which is to be delivered today is last cylinder which you are supplying, is not at all practical.
          Please note I have to first surrender both the cylinders and the Regulator to Bharat gas then your agency will provide the transfer letter and with the same I have to apply for Indane Gas.
          Whole process will take minimum 1-2 months subject to availability of the connection. Will your agency provide any alternative for the transient phase as this is your wish to transfer the connection?
          We want delivery (booking ID Ref.[protected] dtd. 18.12.2014) of our cylinder in time, or any permanent solution by evening or I will lodge a complain in Consumer Forum.

          I have booked for LPG cylinder on 16.01.2015 at 11:59 am.by phone through Bharat Gas android application. My order No.[protected]. However, I have not received the Cylinder from my Distributor as on 18.01.2015. While checking with Pending List of Distributor, I found that consumers who have booked on 17.01.2015 is listed and my name is not appearing in the pending list.

          Kindly check the same with the Distributor and advice reason for the same.

            Non delivery of Gas Cylinder
            Dear Sirs,

            My Name is Jayendra. C. Vyas (2/3 Samrat Nagar Society, Opp-mukt jeevan school, Isan pur, Ahmedabad) and My Service No. is 20642326My Gas agency name is Durga Gas Service. Isanpur, Ahmedabad

            I have booked one cylinder on 12/02/12 against above service number eventhough 1 and 1/2 month have already been passed still I have not received any response from my gas agency.

            I booked this cylinder strictly according to your system. As per your rule once cylinder booked after 21 days only another cylinder can book.

            In this case 43 Days aleready been passed
            .
            Please look in to and arrange to supply refill immediately and oblige.

            As your aware as per “Cooking Gas” the person concern cannot live without gas. In case I will not get refill within 24 hours, I am going to write to your bharat gas head office directly which please note

              Dear Sir
              I went to Bharatgas distributor in Tripunithura (Jyothi gas) for applying new connection with valid documents (ration card and ID proof). However the distributor was not accepting my application. They were telling me to take stove from them to get new connection (available in 2 dyas). I said i have very good and expensive stove. They have not accepted my application and commented it will take more time if you dont take stove.

              Since they have not accepted my application , i have no proof for applying for new connection and not sure will get one. This is delaying tactics sell there accessories.

                The complainant consumer varinder kumar house no 2882 ward no 8 cinema road, sirhind district fatehgarh sahib punjab approached the bpcl distributor ranjit gas service sirhind mandi at phone no[protected] and 509500 to rebook order for refil of his gas cylinder 0n 22/3/2012 but the said distributor ranjit gas service sirhind not attended our phone for 2 -3 times with reference to our consumer no rg542.

                  I have booked for a refill cylinder on 27th April 2009, Still today the Gas Agency dealer has not delivered the refill cylinder . This being summer holidays for the schools all my sisters and their family have come home and we don't have cooking gas to cook.
                  This happens every time we book the gas and also the agents speak harshly when we call them to ask on the status.

                      I wanted to take a new connection of bharat gas but the agency said that we cant provide a new connection before 2 months though i dont see any logic behind this.He dint even took the registration request. I am not able to find any contact no of bharat gas administration. Gas agency- sri krupa gas agency. Kindly tell me where to complain for this.

                          Today I went to K.PARAMASIVAN & Sons (In Guindy) who is d dealer of BP. they cheated me while filling petrol. i told to fill for Rs.200. First in the meter it was Rs.50 they didnt fill for me. It was previous reading. they didnt convert the meter in to zero. I fought with them but nouse they didnt fill. then they filled for Rs.150. my fuel indicator also shows low level of petrol. Pls take a necessary action against this petrol pump.

                          i have been visiting bharat petrol pump at churchgate, mumbai near jazz by the bay, i dont understand its almost 4 time the petrol pump attendents simply refuses to fill petrol sayin they dont have change of 500/- so they cant fill petrol worth 200/- and they are busy filling petrol to car owner who fill petrol above 1000/- wats happening to them i am standing there for al most 3-5 min and no response from them
                          they simply stand ignoring you its shameful for BPCL you should take action agains this, i am for sure NEVER gonna visit BP ever no matter what may come and make sure my message goes to all other ppl around

                          This morning I went to BPCL outlets to refill my bike. I asked to fill for 500/- but when I left the gas pump I observed that my pertol reading showing below one marking which usually shows full marking on filling of 500/-.

                          This petrol pump used wrong meter and cheating peoples.

                              I have a gas connection with customer no 9257 with Amar Jwala Gas Service, 463 A, Mumfordganj, Allahabad, a distrubutor of Bharat Gas arvice. They never deliver gas before three weeks. Visiting agency is a real humiliation. No responsible person would be there to entertain you. It is totally left to some ill-mannered employees and they very often humiliate anybody. It is a routine job for them and it was my turn on Sunday (11.3.2012). I was deeply hurt and I returned back. The owner Mr COL. H.D MISHRA seldom keeps his mobile on.
                              Since then I dont want to talk to those people. Please get a solution of the problem.

                              I have a gas connection with customer no 9479 with Amar Jwala Gas Service, 463 A, Mumfordganj, Allahabad, a distrubutor of Bharat Gas service. last four days back we installed bhart gas app in my smartphone due to our Prime Minister shri Narander modi digital India compain unfortunately lack of app knowledge we put the options, "opt out subsidy " kindly request you please correct the options "Yes" in my connection no 9479 because I am unemployed person we are not surrender LPG subsidy. Kindly update and correct in future my subsidy transfer in my bank account.

                                mu complaint is that of not getting the gas . i have booked the gas on march 26, and it is not delivered yet. after two months i go and take the gas.
                                but the office is in one place and the godown is in another place.for th eautoriksha it cost 90 ruppees.so please take necessary steps for this.
                                I am staying at tirupur, laxminagar area. I have taken home gas connection from sri gowri durga Gas agency, tirupur. Consumer no. is : 68746. befor 20 days i have book the gas Till date i haven't received the same. When i contacted their office, they told me that today their person came for delivery. but till date they will not send any delivery. teel first how much time you need for delivery

                                I was booked for cylinder on 14/09/09. Till date I have not received cylinder. I was contacted my gas agency M/s PADMAVATHY GAS AGENCY located at Camp Road, Chennai-73, they told the delivery man is not available and I will go and take the delivery in their outside place at Medavakkam. From the last week after so many times of conversation they replied every day today you get dellivery definitely. Finally still today I have not received. Today also the agency staff told and given one dellivery man cell number. I was contacted him he told me to deliver the cyllinder within one hour. After one hour I was not received again contacted him he told to deliver the cylinder tomorrow around l2 " noon. If there any possiblility to transfer the agency in our area of medavakkm. Kindly do the needful. Last week I am waiting in my house only for more than three consecutive days.
                                Sir.. Iam from NIZAMABD (A.P.) here we are booked gas on[protected] after then the Bharat Gas Distributors (JAYASREEGAS AGENCY) they are not giving GAS on the given (1 week after booked) period . plz check it out sir.. they are not given the GAS till this day... means[protected] plz.... help me sir..
                                I am phasing lot of problem in booking & delivery & behabiour of staff & owner.
                                i have two selender of bharat gas but here i face many problem for taking new selender when one finished here no confirm home dilivery one day i walking whole day for new refling but in last i come back barang my time is totaly waist.here no any rule

                                    My consumer number is 380 and the agency that serve us is nirmal gas agency (chander vihar nilothi in west Delhi district),I have booked the cylinder on 05/03/12 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered within 2 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 7/03/12. But till today I have not received the cylinder and while i try to contact them no one is replying about my cylinder status.so i request you to kindly provide me the contact number of area manager so that i can contact with him regarding the same as this type of problem is occurring again and again whenever i book a cyclinder.

                                      the told to deliver within 10 days, but when i called today again, they replied that you have not booked any cylinder.

                                        I have an LPG connection with "Rashmi Gas Agency", K.R.Puram (Dist. code: 147522) in Bangalore from more than an year now. We have noticed that, they will never deliver the cylinder on time. Everytime, we need to call them at least 100 times to get one cylinder, that too it takes more than a month to get a cylinder. They don't even bother to talk to the customers and they don't have manners of talking to the customers. Customers are treated like dogs in their office or via phone call.
                                        Please look into this and take necessary action against them, else people will loose confidence on Bharat gas.

                                        Rashmi gas agency(Bharat gas agency) — non delivery of cylinder

                                        Hi,

                                        This complain is against rashmi gas agency(dealer of bharat gas agency).Worst gas agency i have ever seen in my life.They don't deliver the gas cylinder.If they deliver eitheir it would be leeked or late.Even they don't pick up the phone.I don't understand how can some one be so craeless.They can't mange the gas agency.I also saw the complains against the gas gaency so many times.But no actions.I am going to change this connection.I am very new to bangalore,but not new to india.because bharat gas agency is famous for all these activity.Nothing new in this situation.Even there are so many complains against it but even then also bharat gas agency have the licence.what is the use of consumer forum then.Had they ever check this.But this is my genuine advice to all the indian plz don't take bharat gas agency connection.You will be cry.worst service provider.they dont have the rights to run the agency.Plaese people those who dont want the headache leave this connection.I am the experienced one.
                                        If some body check these complain plz cancel the licence of bharat gas agency and save country from all these type of people.
