LPG cylinder not gining even after 20 days of booking through SMS Booking Ref: is 18024428
Anugraha Agency is not refilling LPG cylinder timely. From May 1st 2012 its been 15 days I am calling this agency daily for getting my cylinder refilled and everytime I call they say they will give filled cylinder today, but that today which they say has never come neither the filled cylinder. They are very good to lie and nothing else, daily they say they will send today but the result is zero. This agency is really irresponsible and lier, which does not care about customers. I am not happy with their service.

    A.Rajagopalan, a retired IAF man residing at his sons's house at Raj Bhavan at Puduppariyaram, Palakkad-678 731 has multiple LPG Indane Gas Connections (two cylinders each) one in his name and the other in her late mother's name A.Kamalakshi Amma and his son's name Anil Raj etc All the Indane gas connections are serviced thru Aparna Gas Agencies. Muttikulangara, Palakkad. A.Rajagopalan is selling the cylinders on a huge price and minting money. This is not only misuing the govt machinery but missing an opportunity to the needy common person. This A.Rajagopalan is holding office bearer of the Nair Service Society of Puduppariyaram. The stature of that of a retired Indian Airforceman's act amounts to breach of discipline, cheating the government which is condemnable.

    I am lodging this complaint in the interest of Public Interest, as our Govt's policy to give atleast one cylinder to the common people. kindly enquire into this and arrange to cancel A.Rajagopalan's unauthorised gas connections with a view to give it to needy persons atleast a cylinder.

      Respected Sir,

      My consumer no. is 26819. I had booked for bharat gas cylinder on 31.01.2012. They assured me delivery in 15 days. However, till date, I have not been delivered the cylinder. Further, I am not able to get through the phone, as there is no response and the phone is only ringing. I wish to complaint against this agency as this is not the first time it has happened so. Everytime we have to follow up continuously after the assured dates. My aged father personally goes to the office and reminds them/plead to them to get the cylinder delivered. The office incumbent says that the gas has been given for delivery to the delivery boys while the delivery boys complain that the office is at fault. The blame game goes on and in the process it is the consumer who is left suffering. I have twins aged 2 and my cylinder lasts for atleast 34 days. But even after a gap of such long time I do not get the 2nd cylinder, then please guide me whom to approach.

      You are requested to personally look into the matter and do the needful and oblige.

        Allahabad and my customer id is AJ 13531,

        I have book my gas cylinder on 03 February 2012 and
        no was 16. but till today the cylinder was undelivered,
        so i am very sad, it is routine of every month and after
        calling the 20 to 25 phone calls and personal concerned
        then the delivered the gas cylinder.

          Dear sir,

          I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 18499 on dt. 11/02/2011 but till today on 20/11/2011 I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

          I have been calling to Pratab Jyoti Gas Agency, since[protected], their phone numbers are[protected],[protected] but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

          They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

          Kindly help me as soon as possible.

            I have ordered for Bharat Gas on 14th Feb ,My consumer no -RG12408A SV NO & DATE[protected] , My registration no was 139 for booking a gas but till now I have not got my Gas. Gas is very essential but the dealers of Bharat gas are not giving gas in time. I am facing serious trouble please help because Gas is very important for cooking without which I cannot cook. Gas owner and dealers are giving explanation and doing unnecessary argument. Please help me to get back my cylinder.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a consumer of Indane, and the limit is now crossed. One of your service station at Ghaziabad "chander nagar gas service" the lady handling the calls never picks up the phone, always phone get engaged or no body picks up the phone. One More thing. One Major thing is that field boys of this station sell cylinder to other people in BLACK. Once I booked the Cylinder it takes 10-15 days and they do not have any measurement instrument, which this should always be with the field boys. Last month I got 1/2 cylinder, half was empty. When I asked that cylinder is 1/2 empty, the field boy says no no the cylinder is full. And in case of emergency of cylinder, the lady always saying i[censored] need cylinder call the GODOWN directly. Never give proper reply and keep the phone busy everytime. MY CONSUMER IS 7757. Sir it is requested to look into the matter personally and resolve my proble.

              Dear sir,
              The above gas dealer is delaying my supply 24, 25, 29 days they are not giving the actual booking no. and date as they put in my gas booking book in hand (without any signature). This is happening for lot of years. Several times I drawn the kind notice of the authority (Kolkata and Mumbai) but unfortunately they did not give me any reply. Moreover, after making complain in black and white the dealer desperately delayed more (more than one month 34/35 days after booking). Most of the time My two cylinders remain empty though I had to deposit for 2 cylinders.
              They clearly deny my telephone booking and instead they put date as per their own will. Now I have to book physically at the shop of the dealer. I am about 59 years of age which is on the verge of attaining the senior citizenship and as a medical practitioner (registered) I have to keep myself busy on my patients.
              Regarding the same I wrote to the Territory Manager, Uluberia (Howrah, WB) for Twice(14/3.2011, 13/5/2911) and The General Manager, Mumbai thrice( 3/8/2011, 21/11/2011 and 30/11/2012} but unfortunately I got no answer.
              They are not lodging my booking in computer at the time of booking instead they put this in a very rough tally book. They deliver my order whimsically at any date and after delivery they lodge it into the computer.
              Recently I opened my page in www.ebharatgas.com and came to know the fact. They are putting the date actually but no serial no is given concealing my serial no.
              I booked on 4th. February and not get it till now. I shall be able to send the xerox copies of all the relevant papers as and when need.
              I shall be obliged if I get the solution at your earliest.

              With reference to the above complain I got no solution till now. I have opened an a/c in ebgaratgas.com and usually checking the previous order. But could not notice details of my previous order before delivery of the same. The dealer ANAND GAS SERVICE ( a Dealer in Bharat Gas at Serampore w.b) dose not enter my order in computer at the time of taking the order, instead, he put it in a very rough book. After making delivery he enter the record in his computer. Till now I got no reply from the head quarter of the company. Recently I booked on 2nd April but got no delivery of the gas till now (even after above one month). My question whether such type of malpractice would continue and the company will take no measure ?

                I am regularly sending sms for booking my bharat gas cylinder but the same is not getting delivered. There is no point in launching sms service when the same is not getting executed on groud by the distributor. I make 100 calls to distributor landline number but all call goes unanswered. In between i also get number busy, which very clearly states that distributors intentionally do not take call of customers.

                We never get cylinder until and unless you go to distributor office and beg for cylinder. I am having double cylinder but still at no point in time, i have both cylinder at home filled. Every time i have to remain at the mercy of distributor for the cylinder which need to be changed.

                      We have 2 cylinders instead we always have delay in delivering cylinders. It takes more than 5 to 8 or more day’s time to deliver & this is happening from past 2 - 3 months. Enquiring about this with our agency they continuously keep on saying that there is no adequate supply of cylinders from Bharat Gas & we have huge customers. We only get 500 to 600 cylinders on daily basis & we have 1500 to 2000 booking on daily basis or we will deliver on tomorrow.

                      Same problem I have faced in Dec 2011 & at that time it takes more than 10 days to deliver & that was happening from past 5 months.

                      In every year some months their service is proper & in some this may be happened.

                      They also sells cylinders in Black which can be noticed at the time of school vacation when most of the people go to their native place & deliver of cylinder is done within two day.

                      Kindly inspect the same & take strict action against this agency so that not only I but other customers who suffer in our area will be benefit.

                        My name Mahender Singh (Retired from Indian Force)My consumer no 10229.But this is general complained There is malpractices is going on here in Bharat Gas agency.The Gas office is locked for more then Fifteen days.If you want cylinder u have to pay extra money. There is no home delivery as per distributer.I have written earlier on Bharat Gas agency website but no action is taken. Please advised where we have to approach for this?

                          My bharath gas consumer no is 6105 in the name of AMAR MANJUNATH KOLEKAR.We booked LPG (Cylinder) on 16/01/2012 at Vinayak Bharath gas, shiggaon (TIN NO [protected]). We requesting from 24/01/2012 to till date for the delivery of LPG (cylinder). But they haven't responded us properly. As we go there, they just tell us till be delivered soon. There is no proper response from their end. They speak so arrogantly to us as we reach them. Vinayak Bharath Gas distributors won’t give any bill. Last bill we got on date: 20/11/2009. As we request them for the bill they just tell us that, delivery guy don’t know English. So we can’t give you bill. We have only one LPG (cylinder) connection. Since, from two weeks life at home become so miserable. We request you to take the further action against them. So that they cant repeat this again and trouble us.

                            I had booked my LPG cylinder of Bharat gas from Bharat Gas Service, Haily Mandi, Tehsil- Pataudi, Disst. Gurgaon (HR) on dated 23.02.2016 (Consumer No. 2834 Named Yashpal Singh), but till today(03.03.2016) I have not received any cylinder from agency. I had many times contacted to concerned agency but they are delaying me. this happens everytime inspite of booking they use to refuse that your cylinder is not booked.. If it will not delivered in time than I have to go to Consumer Court/ RTI.

                                My gas connection No. 11410. I booked gas cyclinder any time, the agency says "15 days after we will supply". ) Sir, I used Bharathi gas in last 15 years.. I conduct the gas agency through mobil around 20 times, but his answer not satisfacation and they said " cyclinder will come, come, come. The nazareth area getting around 2,000 Bharath gas connections. The pattu gas agency services is not to satisfaction in all the peoples. So, i requested to you please give a seperate agency in nazareth area. The pattu gas agency recived Rs. 40/ per cyclinder extra amount in all the poor people. sir, please howmany days after book the cylinder?

                                  I AM A CONSUMER OF BHARAT GAS FROM LAST TWO YEARS BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DELIVERY OF GAS FROM LAST FEW MONTHS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT DELEVERED ON TIME . I BOOKED MY GAS ON 25th JANUARY 2012 BUT TILL TODAY i.e.(11th FEB 2012) THE GAS IS NOT PROVIDED . I HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED TO OUR DISTRIBUTOR 5-6 TIMES FOR THIS BUT OF NO USE . PLEASE TAKE SOME IMMEDIATE STEPS AGAINST IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

                                    I am a regular customer of M/s. Suryaprakash Bharat Gas Agency situated at Devkar Panand Kolhapur. I want to know that what is the timimg of office to open & close. On the Gas Card of the Gas connection office timing is shown as 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. But M/s. Suryaprakash Bharat Gas Agency open his office 9.30 am onwards. And they also not attended the telephone of office.[protected]

                                    If they are satisfied there customers then they have to handover their business to the HP...

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Sub: chronic delay in LPG cylinder refill deliveries

                                      The Agency Mahalaxmi Enterprises, have chronic records of sorts of NEVER delivering a refill gas cylinder request. Standard delay of 15days are very normal for the agency even with persistent followup both face-to-face & on phones (if you ever managed to catch them on it, they generally keep receiver holder aside & all the four numbers always engaged/out of reach/out of order/ all lines to this route are busy)..

                                      Request the concerned authorities evolve a mechanism to capture the service delivery lead time & inculcate some professionalism & attitude of customer service.

                                        I had booked a refilling request on my connection No 29946 on 02/03/2012. which is a bharat gas connection and the dealer is m/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091.

                                        after so many follow up they inform me cylinder has been delivered already on 6th FEB 2012 but still i don't received, due to this i completely wastage my time in home and lapse my important works, when i call to delievry guy they just told me coming is 30 minuters but i don't know when his 30 minutes will complete, regretally i post to you please resolve this kind of issue, so that customer cannot be suffer.


                                        I hope you will take a strong decision.
