I ,Ramesh Pandit residing at Gulmohar Road,Ahmednagar,Maharashtra,resistering my complaint against Unitech Enterprises,Near New Arts College,Ahmednagar. This agency is the Authorised Distributor of Bhrat Gas LPG Cylinder.After booking the order for LPG cylinder they provide cylinder after 10 to 12 days every time it is very inconvinient for me because I have only one cylinder.Please look in to the matter. My consumer no of Bharat Gas is 923540.My mob no is [protected].

      HI,

      My name is Maya Devi.
      I am consumer of Bharat gas from last 8 or 9 years and between this time I am not faced any problem but now from last 4 months, due to the dictatorship od dealer of bharat gas, I am facing the problem alot.

      from last 4 months is not booking my cylinder. When I am ask for the reason, he told me that I am not residing there. i don't know which kind of informer he has to inform him.

      I done a lot of communication with BHARAT GAS in this scenario but can't get anything. Still I am looking for the resolution. What I have to do to get the cylinder. May I change my address oor what is the option I have?

        hi i m from karaikal.this agency phone response was very poor.if we are going to directly to office, they treat y are coming? .the service employees cheated while the initial connection, he get 7500 rs payment but the company billing amount rs just 4700 rs only.how can i get my amount from this agency
        idiotic fellows take the phone and attend the call. we are trying every time.

        I am K. Rajanediran (Retd: Manager - State Bank of India), Living in Karaikal. i have gas connection with Satya Gas Agencies Karaikal. (Address: 30, Mama Thambi Maricar St, Karaikal, 609602, India. Phone: +[protected].My Gas Connection No: 16146.

        Yesterday (11.01.2021) Cylinder Delivery man (Name: Robert) delivered Cylinder to my home, and we notice that the Cylinder was in Open condition and sealed Plastic paper was in Open condition.

        We requested to change the Cylinder, but the Delivery man Robert was not willing to change it and talking very rudely and challenging to me saying go and Complaint anywhere. Also every time when he deliver the Cylinder he forcefully asking extra money Rs. 50 ~ 60 for Delivery Charges.

        Later i directly went to Satya Gas Agency and complaint to Authorized Person, but still no action taken against the Delivery man Robert.

        Kindly take this issues serious and help us to resolve it.

          i always book gas cylinder but the gas agency do not give us gas cylinder on time they always delay.they say that they dont have stock of cylinder.

          Gas agency - address - vighnaharta agency - bharat gas supplier - koperkhairane - sec -20, navi mumbai. please take some actions. if we go and complaint in the office they do not bother the customer and ignore the complaints.

          Bharat Gas — Delivery not on time

          Hi,

          We have bharath gas subscription in bnagalore. Agency name is "Rohan Gas Distribution", our consumer id is 36152. After booking your next refill it takes 12 days to deliver it, but we face immense issue with Rohan Gas and they do not deliver it on time. They exceed by 3 or 4 days. This is causing lot problem to manage and also it impacts your next booking date, as they would not accept any booking before 20 days of delivery date. So you can understand what kind of problem we are facing. They have given us few contact numbers, which they do not pick calls. It is more like a hotline then a consumer line to call[protected]/05/06/07)

          Request you look into this issue and also a complaint was raised in Bharath gas and have seen no changes even after that.
          Sir, I am Customer of Bharat gas since last 10 years. the present Agency name is "Savita Gas Agency, Gulbarga (Karnataka)". My consumer id is 12749. This agency is very irregular in supply and very arrogant to speak with them. The owner himself is very arrogant person.If we go to him he says do anything possible to you but I will not give you the gas on time.

          After booking it has to come within 5 days but I have booked on 11/03/10 but today 17/03/10 still he is refuzing to give me gas. This is causing lot problem to manage and also it impacts your next booking date, as they would not accept any booking before 20 days of delivery date. So you can understand what kind of problem I am facing.

          I Request you look into this matter and take severe action against such arrogant agency.

            I am a Bharat gas customer . My distributor has given us three contact numbers for cylinder booking.

            Gas distributor :Shri Maruti Bharat Gas Service

            contact number for booking: [protected],[protected],[protected]

            1. However you can try all these numbers, most of the they used the keep them busy by dialing internally to each other number. Incase after trying around 100 times, you get connected no one will respond on your call.

            2. Last time I went to there office with keeping by cell phone on dialing mode. Their cell was ringing in front of her but not picking..I asked why she is not picking this phone. I got badly abused by the represented that they are not my servant(Tere nokar nahi hai hum. Hamari margi hum phone uthaye ya na uthaye).

            3. They had made a automated system so called. I had booked my cylinder long back using that system but its not delivered yet.

            If any one is listening on this forum. Please check this complaint. you can try the same steps if you want, using your identity as a customer.

              I am Alka Sharma wife of Lt. Col Gulshan Sharma, i have LPG Gas Cylinder from "Shaheed Sub. Balbir Singh Gas Agency, Barwala Road, Dera Bassi, 140507, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. i booked a cylinder on 20th December and was assured it would be delivered after 10 days, i rechecked with the agency on telephone no. 0176 2653043, 0176 2284717. i rebooked it on 10th january. I called them today in the morning telling them that my gas has finished , they assured me that it will be delivered by 2pm, i called again, they gave me the deliver's phone number [protected] i called him he kept saying that he will deliver it by 4pm , i haven't got the cylinder till now.
              i was given one more number ie., [protected], no one answered the call. however i requested my friend in Royale Estate which is 1 km from my house to call these numbers and try to buy a cylinder in black , amazing the bharat gas guys were at her door step in about 2 hours and delivered the cylinder in black for Rs. 750.
              Please look into the matter. And ensure that your customers are not harrassed like this. Please intimate me what action is being taken against my complaint.

                  Our Consumer Number is 10884 residing at Dhobhi Talao, Mumbai & our Supplier is Kakad Gas Agency, Kakad House, Opposite Mumbai Hospital & Liberty Cinema, Dhohi Talao, Marine Lines, Mumbai.

                  We had placed order for gas cylinder almost more than 10 days back & got a reply that some service person will first come to check / service. We got the equipments checked at home & they renewed the pipe also. Since we didnot get the cylinder for quiet a long time, I personally called & subsequently visited their office & was shocked to hear from them that yesterday afternoon their man had already supplied the cylinder to our place & some one has signed as accepted on the slip. Matter is still unsolved till now.

                  Their office staff with whom I discussed were very rude, not only with me but with other Customers too who had come to report or book their cylinders. Never have we received the supply of cylinders on time, as some one has to stay back just for supply of gas. We had requested to supply gas before 1000am or 1030am since we both are working, but the response is very bad & rude.

                  Now we know that after this complain is registered, we are going to face lots of problems with them especially during our needs. We are seriously thinking on switching to other brand if we don't get proper response from your Company.

                    Apropos the subject cited above, I am a consumer of BHARAT GAS. Actually it is quite a phrasal expression that hearth gets burnt with the bounty of cooking gas suppliers and specifically the BHARAT GAS-It is a matter of admiration and commendable comments to the Bharat Gas.

                    The HOME DELIVERY System of the Gas cylinders does not reach the so-called ‘Homes’.( The place of my residence lies about 05 kilometers away from the city ,i.e., NEERPUR Near NARNAUL). I along with others suffer a lot to get the cylinders refilled.—be supplied the same to their homes.
                    The directions should be issued to the local cooking Gas distributor, KRISHANA GAS AGENCY, NARNAUL (Haryana) 123001 to make an arrangement for once at least in a week (SUNDAY) at fixed place and fixed time for the delivery of the gas cylinders, if not supplied to the consumers’ HOMES.
                    The solution to the above problem is expected to be made as early as possible. It should be heeded to keeping in view the larger public interest.

                    N.B-It is quite astonishing to note that E-mail Addresses of the officers related to the Organization-Bharat Gas are not displayed on the Website (not fascinating) of the Bharat Gas in the age of IT as today.—should be provided to me.

                      I am a resident of Deoghar District (Jharkhand). I am in need of a LPG Domestic Connection. I went to the office of Bharat LPG Gas namely M/s Modern Enterprises at Deoghar with proper documents and requested to give me a new LPG connection. The Office In charge demanded Rs 5850/- (Rs Five thousand eight hundred fifty only) for a new connection with single cylinder. When I told him that the price is to much and unjustified he told me either deposit the above said amount or go back. Please help me.

                        My Gas Connection is 3005 . I have taken the gas last 4/01. I have gone 4-5 times to book/taken the gas
                        till date i did'nt get my gas refill cylender at Manu gas agency, Rohtak. I have taken the issue slip on 15.2.2012
                        when i gone to warehouse they reply No gas . They are selling the gas in black. & behavour is also not good.

                          Previously we use to do phone and book the gas cylinder but now a days they changed the options they are booking the cylinders through phone we need to book gas cylinders by sending message. If we face any problem in forwarding message and if we try to contact gas company landline number no one is picking the call otherwise the landline number is busy i don't know what customer service they are doing. Really irritating the customer a lot

                          Maine dharti gas agency veraval branch me leagaly 2nd may ko naam likhaya tha aaj 15 din ho gaye hai main kariban 4 baar khud office me lene gaya to mujhe kal parso jaise dil rakhne wale words bol ke return karte hai.. Aur jo inleagaly hai wo 800 rs de kar black me bottle kharidte hai.. Ye hai hamari hindustan? Har jagah bhrastachar hai.? Hotel aur pakode ya chiness ke dukan par extra cylinder ek nahi balke 3 se 4 tak pade maine khud dekha hai jo black me kharid te hai.. Indian govt. Ne har chiz per daam badhaya hai jo hum naa chahte hue bhi de rahe hai.. Upar se is tarah ki fizul ke time aur paise barbad karna padta hai hum jaise middle class ke logoko... Chori daaka ya khun koi souk se nahi karta.. Sayad india jaise desh me bhrast logo ki vajah se hota hoga... Pls hame aapki help chahiye.. My cell num [protected]

Phir jab hum ne kaha ki hum grahak suraksha me complaint kar denge to bolte hai ki "ha ha jao jao kardo complaint". Sir we need ur help..                             Dear Sir,
                            The EXCEL Gas Agency at Jui Nagar have been constantly harassing sr. Citizens for two yrs. Delivery is in three weeks. Each time we book on phone we are given docket number, but the receipt bears a different docket no. We have brought this to the notice of the delivery man as well as at thane office. Now, for the past two turns he brings the cylinder sans receipt. The excuse given by the delivery man is that they informed me Telephonically. Today we have kept the cylinder and informed the Jui Nagar as well as Thane office that payment will be made when proper Receipt is provided, and thane have agreed. If we don't have a receipt and lets say tomorrow if there's a leakage how do we justify that the cylinder was supplied by the agency. The main problem is with the distribution centre and not the delivery man. I have visited recently Jui Nagar centre but the shutters were down. Getting refills is nuisance. Kindly take Early remedial action. Thanking you.

                            LPG Cylinder — delayed delivery

                            I am based at Pune. residing at plot no 25, Raksha lekha society, Dhankawadi, PUNE 411043. Our LPG gas Dealer is Rajaram Gas Agency- Dhankawadi. Pune 411043. Vrey often I am experiencing delay in delivery of gas cylinder from this dealer. After the order is booked it takes @ 8 days minimum for delivery. This time I have booked on January 10, 2008 Till today there is no delivery. The dealer last four days is promising me to deliver the cylinder. MY CONSUMER NO IS 9345. If I try to book a cylinder even on after 14 days of previous delivery, the dealer refuses to book my order saying that the order booking before 21days of previous delivery is not allowed by Bharat gas company.                             My consumer no: is 3365 with Chitra Bharat Gas Services, No: 21 Bharathiyar Road, Karaikal-609 602Pondicherry ( UT).The agency do not practice the deivery as per the booking date and every month I need to go and request for the delivery.Besides the agency refuses to give the complaint register.
                            It is requested that suitable action may be taken against the agency.

                            LPG Gas Conection — Delivery not in time since Last 4 months

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am consumer of HP LPG. My consumer number is 614984 in Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra. I have booked my LPG on 07/10/2008. For Home delivery On my residential Address but I could not get delivery on time, this is not the first time. Last 4 months I am having this problem. It takes about 22-25days after booking the same. I have been to Gas Agency Mr/s Kankaria Gas distribution code is 963660 Sangavi. Ph no is [protected]/65303724for checking my Address which is clearly mentioned and no chance of wrong address, still we hear that we could not find your Resdence from the delivery persons.
                            As I could not produce any proof but the LPG is sold for Rs 500.
                            (Black Marketing) By the delivery persons.
                            This not the case with me, there are many consumers who are having same problems. I will be obliged if you do the needful.

                            VERY SORRY TO COMPLIANT AGAINST PANKAJ GAS SERVICE AT U BLOCK MANGOL PURI. I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 22 SEP BUT THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY CYLINDER ON TIME. THEY ALWAYS DO THIS DELAY THE DELIVERY. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 18780. PLS FIND MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE SOME ACTION IMMEDIATELY. PLS SIR. WE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM.

                              I name is Jai Chand S/o Sh. Sudama Lal residing at 3/277 Khichri Pur, Delhi 110091. My Father is costumer of Bharat Gas having consumer id 4286. My dealer name is Sobhagya Agencies, D-1/239, New Kondli, Delhi 110096.

                              Every time when I book cylinder for refilling the dealer does not deliver me the refill cylinder within prescribe time. Each time it takes 05 to 10 days to deliver the cylinder.

                              This time I have Already booked cylinder on 02nd Jan. 2012, having online booking no.16614691 but still on 04th Jan 2012 they have canceled my booding, so I have to book again on 04th Jan2012 My booking no. is 16693737 now it is not delivered to me.

                              Please take the right action against dealer and concerned staff.

                                  I am a regular costumer ON Gaytri gas enterprises, Kantabanji (Distributor code[protected] since last many year and my consumer no. is 605048, every month we book the Gas in due date but the delivery is done at a late 10 to 30 days every month, every time we have a hot talk but the out come is zero. I have all the proof since last 3.5year. i am mentally disturbed due to their harassment. This is not fair in the democracy, hoping for your quick response.

                                  It has become a practice of one of the delivery boys of M/s. Flamecraft to charge Rs.335/- or more for a cylinder of LPG to the first floor at my residence when the cost of a cylinder (including delivery cost is Rs.328.70 only).

                                  Today while delivering a cylinder, the delivery boy has threatened that he will not supply cylinder to the first floor if we do not pay him Rs.335. The same person has created similar problems with my wife in the past. Reporting the matter to Flamecraft did not yield any result.

                                  We do not know whether we have to pay extra amount for delivery to the first floor. If that be so, kindly advise us accordingly. Otherwise I would request you to Advise M/s. Flamecraft, that they should stop threatening their subscribers in future and the delivery boys should accept amount mentioned in the Bill.

                                    we had booked a gas cylinder on 02/09/2011 from bharat gas office in HAILEY MANDI, DISTT- GURGAON(HARYANA). But Every day call in the office, they say it will be delivered today. now three months passed .we have not received any cylinder.And on their website(www.ebharatgas.com) they had shown that cylinder is delivered, but i have not received any cylinder from three months .We request you to kindly look into the matter urgently, since for about one week, we are buying food from hotel .

                                      Hi This is Smita staying at Aundh.
                                      Our Distributor is R And D C C S Limited, Aundh.
                                      i consider myself very unfortunate that my distributor is this.
                                      they never give the delivery on time. i m not exaggerating but i need to call
                                      them almost for 3-4 days just to book the cylinder as their landlines are either busy or out of service..
                                      and also if you enquire them after 15-20 days why the delivery has not
                                      happened they coldly say it will be delivered in next 7 daya,, and if i say that my new cylinder
                                      is about to finish now please send it asap then their shameless reply -- "i[censored] want cylinder , come here and take delivery...
                                      why the hell i should spend almost 100 bucks for 2 way Rickshaw to get the delivery... cylinder price is already 400 ...
                                      why the government paying free salary to bharat gas delivery people whereas they are not doing their duty..
                                      this is quite harassing... i dont what actions you will take on my complaint , or whether you will take actions or not I dont know...
                                      but I AM FED UP NOW...

                                      I have sent a book packet of 8 Kg. at Upleta, Rajkot, Ahmedabad. the Couriers Service in Bhajanpura Delhi, have taken the packet from me on 12-01-08 and told me that they have the service in Upleta, Rajkot but on 19-01-08 when my customer complaints that he has not received the book packet as yet then we have sent complaint to blazeflash courier and now they have told me that they don't have the service in Upleta, this is very ridicioulous service and we have decided to take action against them.

                                        sir ,i am paul davis 78 year old retired bank manager residing at koratty.i have barat gas connection for more than 25 years.i am refilling the cylinder from govind gas agency,koratty.nowadays they are not customer friendly and they are not even interested in service also.my connection number is 11394.now its been 45 days since i got the last cylinder and 24 days after the booking.now also they are telling that it will take some more days to get the cylinder.when we complaint this to them they replied like if you want to get the cylinder you change the company.is this the way how the barat dealer is responding to a customer.
