Hi This is Smita staying at Aundh.
Our Distributor is R And D C C S Limited, Aundh.
i consider myself very unfortunate that my distributor is this.
they never give the delivery on time. i m not exaggerating but i need to call
them almost for 3-4 days just to book the cylinder as their landlines are either busy or out of service..
and also if you enquire them after 15-20 days why the delivery has not...

sir ,i am paul davis 78 year old retired bank manager residing at koratty.i have barat gas connection for more than 25 years.i am refilling the cylinder from govind gas agency,koratty.nowadays they are not customer friendly and they are not even interested in service also.my connection number is 11394.now its been 45 days since i got the last cylinder and 24 days after the booking.now also they are telling that it will take some more days...

sir/madam mera connction number 2998 vinod kumar adders mo barouliyan sadabad main hai maine dvc ke liye apply nov11 ko kiya tha jo ki aaj tak mujhe prapt nahi hua hai jis ki complant maine salempur plant pe bharatgas officer se kai baar ki hai lekin mera dvc con aaj tak nahi hua hai kis complaint no. 3890937 date 8/12/2011 aur[protected]/12/2011 ko bhi kiya tha lekin aaj tak koi kar bahi nahi hui hai na mujhe dvc mila hai plant per baithe...

They are giving LPG gas connection only if we will buy a gas burner with it.If we tell them that we don,t want gas burner we have it so they are saying that you have to buy a gas burner along with a gas connection even we don't want ....

I want to inform you that my CONSUMER No. is 2599. I make booked my bharat gas refill on 01/12/2011 but yet today I did not receive the refill. When I go there to write complain they abuse & say that if I inform any officer then they would not give me refill. I know that they have BLACK MARKETING of gas refill.
So please solve my problem.

Our consumer no. with Bharat Gas for LPG cylinders is 52078 and our distributor is Chitra Gas Service, Sector 55, Noida. They claim that they do not accept any online booking (done from ebharatgas.com). When we try to do manual booking, their phone number keeps going busy for hours. After years of poor service, I am completely fed up now. It seems the only way to get work done is by bribing the agency's people...

This agency is not at all delivering the gas cylinder at proper time. We were calling them for lot of times even we booked through mobile only but still we didnt get the cylinder still now.. I think they were doing some business with the cylinder that is the reason they were not delivering the cylinder on correct time. I have called now also and she is telling some server problem blah blah and she is very confidently telling that today it...

Still it is not delivered to us
Again re booked on 13/12 Ref no: 15925274, we are yet to get full sylinders, for this complaint is also sent to bharat gas (Your feedback reference number is 155896.)

STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE, LOCAL OFFICE IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING....

coco pump halvad me salesman ko kam tankhwa milti he. salary sirf 1500 +1000 hai.. jabki company salesman ko 5395.59(total 7012.16-PF) deti hai..baki ki tankhwa manager kha jata hai.. manager kehta hai ki bank of baroda me jo account hai usme se sirf 2500 nikale.. tankhwa 5395.59 hai aur woh salesman ko kehta...

I am consumer of Bharat Gas I stay in juinagar,I Transfred my gas conetion from parel to juainagar that time they told me whenever you submit all docunmets.They will give you the conection immegiatlly. I submit all documet (7th Dec 2011) that time they give me one Reciept and Regulator.
But so far they are not provide me cilender.whenever i give call from my side they always tell me Tomorrow we will send .br...

I have redeemed 37333 points from my petrocard no.CA[protected]/CU[protected] on 7/9/2011 thruogh your outlet near K.H.Road Circle to get gift voucher of Rs 500/-. But till today I have not received gift vocher. I have a Bharat Gas connection bearing the consumer No. 50631 at my residence in Ghatkesar Mandal of RR District. The gas cylinder is being supplied from Varshini Gas Agency, Bharat Gas dealer from Bibinagar Mandal of Nalgonda. I am trying to make booking through phone on [protected] and [protected] numbers, but the dealer is not receiving the phone for the last 10 days. Also the dealer is not willing to supply the gas cylinders by door delivery....

I want to say that I have booked my home delivery gas cylinder at my nearest gas agency "NARAINA" up to 1.5 month before today but they are not sent my cylinder yet. Many time i call them to my booking but no satisfy answer received toward them.

I want to bring to your notice a case where a cylinder is booked from last 37 days and till now Local office Rudrapur has not delivered gas. We have a 25 yr old connection with Bharat Gas and this is really sad to say that your services are really disappointing and worst now a days in rudrapur.My Mother 55 yrs of age, is visiting and calling...

I have booked for L P G Cylinder on Bharat gas website online with the robin gas service which is one of the worst distributor in delhi where phone lines are continuously busy or no body will pick the phone and even if your are lucky enough then the person who will pick the phone is very rude and non cooperative. i have booked the cylinder on[protected] and got the cylinder on[protected] after pursuing personally going there twice they deliver...
