I had booked a gas cylinder on 15-June, 2011, token no. 15815. I was informed it would be delivered within 2-3 days. However, it was delivered ONLY after the hike in cooking gas was declared last week. I received the cylinder at my residence on 25-June and had to pay the hiked price of Rs.395/- instead of when it was booked @Rs.345/-. Kindly look into the matter, as the stock seems to have been hoarded and then sold at a hiked price.

    I am Consumer of Bharat gas Kalyani Gas Service Branch. Cylinder lete time 150gm. Tea packet Rs 30.00 ka bhi sale kerte hain aur kahte hain ki compulsory hai.
    pahli Baat to ye ki cylinder hi badi dikkat ke baad milta hai. Aur usme apna business bhi Daal diya.
    Please Take any action.

I complint to 2 times in this Bharath gas head office no [protected] But no use. Till i have no gas . Please to get the problem solved.

        I have first connection of Bharat Gas , Now 5 years later i want 2nd gas cylinder. gas card is on my husband name but he had no photo identity proof document.but as a wife i have the photo id proof document.We have document of addressproof , gas connection document.then why they need the photo id proof . all these process going since 3 months.please do something for me.i am doing job so we dont have time to do every day to gas agency office.they did not accept as a wife's document.what can i do if pancard or driving licences we had applied but it get at least one month for that ans i want the cylinder on urgent basis.i have gone tothe Bharat Gas Shop Name : Rajram Gas Agency.

          Dear Team,

          My name is C V Mane residing in Pune Hadapsar. I have a gas connection for 1 cylinder. Now I have booked the 2nd cylinder and also the number has come. So when I wen to get the 2nd cylinder connection they told me to pay 2500 and the actual price is not more than 1200. So I asked them why are you charging double the answer was they were giving a rice bag, tea powder, or cooking oil. I told them I don't want these items but the reply was then you will not get the 2nd cylinder connection as this is mandatory.

          The same thing happended when I went 1st time to get the new connection. At that time I paid because I had no option as I didn't any connecion.

          Please look into this matter at the earliest and also waiting for your reply. My contact details are as below:

            Sir,

            I am a consumer of Sini Gas Agencies, Kadavanthra. Their performance in delivering the refilled gas is not up to mark. Every month we are getting gas after 30 days. They are not giving any positive response to our repeated enquiries. They always tell that there is no sufficient staff to carry the gas. We booked the gas on 19.05.2011, but we have not received it yet (20.06.2011). We are fed up with Sini Gas Agencies. Hence, I request you to please make appropriate steps to deliver the refilled gas in proper time to avoid difficulties in our house.

              I face very poor response from Calcutta Flame (Bharat gas distributor), 9B/1 R.K.S. Road, Kolkata-54.
              Tel No:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] .This is the 1st time I try to do a cylinder booking.I experience all their phone lines are busy all the time. After 2 days try, lucklily I was able to book my cylinder which they promise to deliver within 15 days which was not happen. After 20 days I try to enquire about the status and after getting the line(luckly after several tries) they ensure I will get within 2 days but it also not happen.From then in every 2 days I am trying to contact with them and able to contact 5 times(after several tries -for their busy lines), with the same answer every time but could not get the gas yet after 45 days of booking.
              If it happens in metro city you can easily assume what will happen to those who lived in rural areas.
              Please help me.

Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. 1260 I had booked a cylinder on dated 04/08/2008 but till date the same is not delivered to me.               Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

              BHARAT GAS/PADMA GAS AGENCY — SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER

              I AM NOT GETTING LPG CYLINDER URGENTLY OVER TELEPHONE BOOKING NOT RESPONDING DESPITE MANY REPEATED CALLS
              I, R.Srinivasan, resident of Chennai have booked with Local Bharat Gas agency dealer " Sri Venkateswara Gas agency " and my consumer # is 18674. It is disgust to mention that inspite of my and and wife's constant follow up with this dealer's office, we were not getting the LPG Cylinder as comitted by them ( it was promised on 30.01.09) but no action.

              Will there be any other way to make these things alright since every time we are suffering like this and every time this dealer is coming out some sort of lame execuses or other.
              I have booked the cylinder on 6th July 2009 and it is not delivered on my home till today (15th july 2009).They makes the booking after the 30 days of each delivery and they takes the 10 or 20 days to supply it and they always repeat this mistake (Delay in delivery) again and again .they have three telephone connection ([protected], [protected], [protected]) which are either always going to busy or dead. So it is not possible to use the one cylinder for 2 1/2 month with a family. Sir I am NOT satisfied with their services.

After one weak of my visit also it is getting delay... I am calling daily, every time i was told that it will come tommorrow, still not received the cylinder.They do not bother about the consumer.

              I am customer of lpg bharat gas. Even after 18 days of booking I have not received my lpg cylinder. I have booked my cylinder on 4th sep, 2010. Name of agent is Jagannath gas co. Near samrat hotel, P.Dindayal rd. Dombivali west. My Id no. is 19924. I want concerned authority take action against the agency. Minimum 20 days are required to book a cylinder after the first booking and they take 20 days to deliver it. what we do if our cylinder empty after 30 days. They are giving headache to the housewives.

              Every time I book the cylinder, the agency take minimum 1 week to deliver the Cylinder, that too after making various calls. But this time they made height, they literally took 15 day to deliver. Every time they told me that their vechicle has been breakdown. I told them that your service is very poor then they asked me to take another agency.

              The Bharat Gas dealer by name " Sadshill Bharat Gas" located at Mapusa- Goa is not delivering the LPG cylinder on time.
              For your kind information, the cylinder was not delivered even after 30 days of booking the same on telephone. Thenafter when I contacted the dealer's Office saying my second cylinder was also become empty, the staff asked me to collect the booked cylinder in person. The said complaint was also being heard by the dealer Mr. Mahesh korgounkar and further Mr. korgounkar assured me that the second cylinder would be delivered after eight days but till today the second cylinder has not been delivered to me.
              The above fact causes us a lot of inconvenience as there is only one single dealer operating throughout our locality viz.Karaswado area in City Mapusa- Goa and as such I cannot change my dealer.
              Hope you would certainly look into the above matter and give me a justice at earliest since the matter is pertainint to the essencial commodities.

              Hi I am a consumer with Goa gas services mapusa. I can afford only one cylinder I cannot buy another cylinder I have now shifted my residence and have requested Goa gas services to deliver my gas to the new address. They told me that they do not have service in my area. So i have to make special trip to their godown or to my previous address which is very difficult as I have to take leave from work. also if I go to the godown by 9.00 they tell me they are out of stock as there is a long line. now I really need help to solve my problem. I also asked them to give me the name and address of the distributer who supplies in my area to which they replied " I dont know".

              I have booked gas under consumer no.17275 on 29/03/2012 with dealer M/s Shaheed Sub.Balbir Singh Gas Agency, Barwala Road, Derabassi District S.A.S Nagar,Mohali ,Punjab. At the time of booking they ensure the delivery after 10 days, but even after 13 days they refuse to supply the gas and require 3-4 days more for the delivery of gas.Every time they book the gas only after the 20 days of earlier supply and accordingly they took minimum 35-40 days to deliver the next LPG Gas cylinder.How can one manage their kitchen if the gas will be delivered to consumer after the 40 days.The behaviour of booking executives are also not appreciable they talk very rudely over phone and even disconnect the phone during discussion. kindly look into it and take strict action against above said dealer.

                  Bharat Gas - Mahim Gas Agency. A few days back a mechanic from Bharat Gas came home, stating he wanted to do a routine check to see if the gas was ok. In addition he should me a circular dated May 2010 saying the check would cost Rs 70/. He came in lit 2 burners of the gas stove and said pay Rs 70/-. I refused to do so. He did not check the regulator, the rubber pipe, the oven, grill. He started arguing that this was mandatory and I must pay. Firstly I did not call him. I would like to know that if there is nothing wrong why does BharatGas have these checks and demand Rs 70/-. As it is the Gas clynder prices are soaring, is this another way to make money? This high handed demand of making money from consumers is not justified. I would like to address this with the authorities concerned to take appropriate action. HOw can this organisation demand money for nothing.

                    My Daughter in law MRS. NIRA FATEHPURIA is holding a BP Lpg Gas Cylinder Connection vide consumer no 9043 at M/S SREE KRISHNA GAS SERVICE AT 237 G.T.ROAD, BELUR,HOWRAH-711106 SINCE 26/12/2001.

                    TILL DATE IN A SPAM OF APPROX TEN YEARS I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY 32 CYLINDER REFILS INSTEAD OF 120 APPROX I.E 1 PERMONTH
                    EVERTIME WHEN SHE BOOKS A CYLINDER THEY DELIVER THE SAME AFTER COMPLAIN TO BP OFFICER AT KOLKATA REGEIONAL OFFICE.
                    SO AFTER EVERY COMPLAIN SHE IS PROMISED THAT NEXT TIME DELIVERY WILL BE ON TIME.

                    I am a customer of indane with customer no 19401 and have been registed with Anbu gas agency Arumbakkam , chennai[protected]. i am trying to booked the gas on 09/10/09. they agree to book the gas but after taking all the details the delivey is not being made till today 24/09/09... and also safety seals are broken on the cylinder... we request you to do the neeful

                    Mainye complaint is wajah se de rahi hain kyun ki jo bhi mujhe paise paid kiye the us hisab se toh mujhe chije nahi mili .or jo rule main hain wohi chije mujhee chahiye.or jo bhi hain uske hisab se gas ki jarurati chije chahiye bs or maine already 8830 Rs/ paid kiye hain so plz jo bhi ho muje nyay chahiye bs.Thnx

                      This is to inform you that I had applied for fresh Bharat Gas Connection One and half months later.I had been calling the agency a several no of times for request of connection and every time the response has been it will take a week ,it will be done tommorrow etc.i had been waiting since last one and a half month which is a long period .This is a compliant against the Bharat Gas Agency ,Sector 10 ,panchakula ,I have the receiving of the documents presented by me to the staff,if no action is taken immediately ,I will raise this complaint to higher authorities.

                      I requeted to transfer my bharat gas connection from hospet to leh but within two month my transfer has been canceeled and during this time i could not take my connection in leh so i submitted as it is in hospet.
                      But the maneger refused me to give the connection in hospet.They said that have take it in leh and after that you have to transfer in hospet.But it is not possible.
                      So plz tell me the procedure to take it

                          BPCL — light not working of petrol and diesel unit in petrol pump

                          In bhagirathi automobiles in hathkhamba the light on disel and petrol pump is not working.So BPCL goa division please take a note of this . its a kind request.

                            I booked a gas cylinder in Raayan Bharat gas Agency, Chennai for April month . They brought the cylinder on 21/5/2011 at 3 P.M . but that time i was not at home. The delivery boy got the signature in the delivery bill from my land_lord lady without deliverying the cylinder. The delivery boy told to her that he will deliver the cylinder on monday (23/5/2011). he also gave the mobile number of the Raayan gas owner to remaind the delivery on monday. I called that mobile number, they told me that they will deliver it on next day. i waited for 2 days. but no response from the gas dealer. For 1 week they said many excuse to deliver the gas cylinder. i again called the land line of bharat gas (because the mobile number is switched off). they said they wont deliver my cylinder. i asked them why were they get signature without delivered the cylinder and mobile number to remind them. i told them that i am going to complaint about your action. They never feel bad for their action. and they told me to go for complaints.

                                The Bharat Gas outlet in Poonam Kirti appt in Andheri east (Poonam Nagar)...Om Vinayak Gas services. is illegally selling new connections to public for 5200/-. However the amount displayed on the notice board is 1250/-. when asked they say if you want to buy new you have to pay 5200/-.......they are fooling the public and taking undue advantage of their monopoly in the market.

                                    I am the customer for BPCL for last 18 years.

                                    I am facing severe problem with regard to the Gas cylinder
                                    My Consumer No. 31342
                                    Gas Agency: Excel Gas, Vashi

                                    Many a times I don't receive the delivery of gas for 15/20 days after booking. After 20 days again
                                    I have to call the agency and tell them about my booking, they reply that it will be send within 2 or 5 days. Even after promising for 2 or 5 day the cylinder does not come. Again I have to call up and remind them. Though I have 2 cylinders I have to suffer, because of this agency.

                                    It is very difficult to contact this gas agency because most of the time the telephone nos given are
                                    either busy or when get contacted nobody respond.

                                    I tried to book the cylinder through the email given by them. I get the feed back with booking no. but again the same no delivery. I have to call them to remind about my booking.

                                    I am really fed-up with this agency.

                                    I request you to kindly take a note of this and look into this matter. I feel there are some malpractices going in this agency.

                                      For Cylinder Code 11 Quantity - 1 Rs. 1250/-
                                      SV stamp duty (BPCL) 100/-
                                      Insidential charges (Incidental charges??) 45/-
                                      TOTAL Rs. (Cash memo. No.RCM/03/387/09 dt.20.5.2011 1,395/-
                                      Cost of Gas 350/-

                                      In addition to the above, he made us purchase 1no Fortune Refined oil SF 5ltrs. Costing Rs. 450/-
                                      (Cash memo no.03/271 dated[protected] time 11.00 hrs. Operator Anjali.)as scheme floated by
                                      BHARAT PEROLIUM for 2nd Cylinder. TOTAL PAID RS. 2,200/-

                                      I am wondering why BPCL who is in Petroleum products , want to force its customers to buy
                                      Vegetable oil by linking it with issue of 2nd Cylinder??.

                                      If one protests, then one gets a rude reply that “We will not sell you extra cylinder.(2nd cylinder has become a necessity due to short/irregular supply).

                                      I seek your explanation/clarification on such transactions by your dealer, when you regularly advertise that your dealers can not force a customer to by Hot plate etc from same dealer.

                                      Bharat Petroleum Corpn — Late Gas delivery and misbehave

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am your gas consumer of bharat petroleum connection no. K-34199 in the name of Rajiv Kr. Agrawal, C-2/306, Gulmohar Enclave, Rakesh Marg, Ghaziabad. My connection is registered with M/s Kamla Gas Service, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. This dealer is always supplying gas after 5 to 15 days of booking after repeated request on telephone and visiting their place, for example I have booked the gas on 21Dec2010 but they supplied on 05Jan2011 and then booked on 29 Jan 2011 but supplied on 3Feb2011. Every time they are telling that the consumer has to take delivery from their godown and if the troubled customer is visiting their godown they are telling come after 2 days but they are showing all the deliver from their staff after charging the delivery charges because the troubled customer has no option to pay the full money for cooking their food. They are entertaining the booking only after 21 days of supply of the previous cylinder. In this way a cylinder is given to the consumer after 30 to 40days which leads to unfair means for which if a person is giving Rs 100/ per cylinder extra they are giving the gas without booking. After all the discrepancies the person attending the phone and customer is always talking in a abusing manner and in such a manner that he is supreme and the person before him is none a person. So you are requested to please take action and examine the record that whether they are supplying the gas to the consumer after recording on the consumer card or not. and also please take action regarding behavior of the dealer to the consumer.
