I Mrs.Jamuna Shetty residing at Challenger tower-3/1403,Thakur village,Kandivli(e),Mumbai-400101 is a Bharat gas user since the last 32 years.I shifted from my last residence at 53/33, 2nd floor ,Kamathipura,5th lane,Mumbai-400008 to the above mentioned address about 10 years back.I have been continuing with the same gas service since then.
I would like to inform you that at present we are 11 members residing at our present address and due to the large size of the family we cannot afford one cylinder a month.I had applied a request regarding the same to Laxmi Gas Service, Borivli(w), Mumbai along with a copy of my ration card and I was quite satisfied with their service as they took my request and immediately i was given the service as per my request.
The Gas Service later on got shifted to Mahavir Gas Service, Lokhandwala, Kandivli(e), Mumbai.When i informed them about my prior request they told me that they had not recieved any history of their customers from the former Gas Service.On cross checking i was informed that all the customer information has been forwarded to the new service centre.Despite of this to avoid any kind of problems i have submitted a request again at the latter service centre (Dated 16th March 2011).
After doing all this what i get in return from your staff there is "JAb SAHAB AYENGE TAB REQUEST FORWARD KARKE DEKHA JAYEGA." , "SAHAB APNE HISAAB SE AYENGE UNKA KOI BHAROSA NAHI HAI." , "JAB HO JAYEGA TAB APKO PATA CHAL JAYEGA." instead of a straight assurance that my work would be done as soon as possible.I fail to understand as to is this the kind of service that is offered from such a renowned corporate company.I am thoroughly disappointed with the behaviour of your staff as they do not know how to talk to a 62 year old woman.
I would like you to look into the matter and please take the necessary actions as soon as possible.Thanking you in anticipation.

When I bought this connection, it was informed that if I owe a single cylinder can come n collect a refill on the spot after booking, if I can come personally as it takes time for delivering. Later when I approached for my first empty cylinder to get it refilled, they refused to give, saying that it takes 1 days time at least to get one. Now, I didnt had a singel mean to cook food for that day n the next day but managed, but now the second time ( on 02/01/2012) when I went for the second cylinder to refill, they say it takes 4 to 5 days to come after booking. So no ways getting a cylinder write now pr for next 5 days.
When I asked for a second cylinder, they say that I need to buy a gas stove along with the same. But they already made me buy a gas stove when I bought the complete connection, n asked me to buy the complete connection for 5000/-.
Now, for a new cylinder they r charging 2000/- along with a gas stove, which I already have apart from which I brought as per my requirement, so in any case I cant hav the third one. But when I took the connection, I asked for the procedure for the second procedure, n I was informed to buy a PRESSURE COOKER along with the second cylinder, now which is quite different.
n THE LADY STAFF IS SO WORST. THAT THEY DONT RESPONSE TO WHAT V ASK. N IF V CAL THEM THEY MAY DISCONNECT TH CALL BEFORE WE ASK ANY OTHER INFO OTHER THAN BOOKING A CYLINDER.
N THE WORST SITUATION IS THAT THERE IS NO OTHER BHATAR AGENCY CLOSE BY TO CHANGE.
