Maine 4 March Shiv Shakti Gas Services jiska pata 1/10, Indira Vikas Clny, Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi, 110009 hai apna cylinder booking karwaaya tha . Kai dino tak intazzar karne tak kai baar phone karne par bhi abhi tak mujhe cylinder ki delivery nahin mili. Meri last booking ki delivery bhi inhone 62 dino baad di thi. Main ek naukri pesha naagrik hoon mere paas itana waqt nahin hota ki main baar baar agency ka chakkar laagun. Mera connection number 6882 hai. Harsh samay ya zyadatar mauke par ya toh agency ka landline number kharab hota hai ya phir woh phone hi nahi uthate hain unka phone number[protected], +[protected] ye hai. Aap meri last gas delivery ka pata bhi laga sakte hain ki unhone mujhe 2 mahine baad delivery di thi jo ki delivery man ke reciving book mein bhi darz hai. Kripya mujhe gas ki sucharu rup se uplavdhata sunishchit ki jaay aur gas agency ke khilaph kathor kanooni karwaayi ki jaay.

mera naam surjeet kaur hai. mera gas no.17811 hai.main B block himgiri enclave, burari me rahti hoon.mera gas shiv shakti gas indra vikas colony se ata hjo mere ghar se kafi door h.mera pechla gas 5 feb ko deliver hua tha.uske baad mene23 march ko gas book karwaya.19 april ko pata kiya ki Q nahi aayato unhone kaha ki data uad gaya hai. hum apka no.book karte h agle din aajaega lekin abhi tak unka na gas aaya h or na wo phone uthte h.yeh samasya do saal se chal rahi h.1 month baad gas to aata h lekin 5, 6 baar wahan jakar complient karne ke baad unka coustmar se behave bhi satisfied nahi h.kirpya meri samsya ka hal dundiye ya agency ke khilaaf koi karwaiye kijiye.

My name is Prashant Kumar Lal. I am consumer of Bharat Gas. My Consumer No.18734. I booked my gas cylinder for refilling vide Booking No.87547001 on 24.10.2013. No delivery is made to me of the refilled cylinder till date.An incorrect sms Massage was given to me on my Mobile No.[protected] that cylinder is delivered to me on 02.11.2012 which is false and incorrect and incorrect. No delivery is made to me till date.
Kindly look in to my grevince. I am a poor man with two minor children and wife are facing the acute difficulty in absence of cylinder as we can not cook our meal in absence of cylinder.

Please forward my complaint as early as possible

      I am authorised customer of Bharat Gas sohan agency from when it opened.. i am very distrub from sohna gas agency service.. my book no. is 100 & 1417..last month deliver salender[protected]. then we did call for book salender[protected].. but they did not book and replied that salender will book after 2 days. then we have tried many times but phone mostly not pickedup.;then finaly book on 19 march..when we call 22 march for deliverd salender then they replied your salender did not booked it will book today..then we call 23,24 march they did replied same as last reply.. & said it will delivered after 2-3 days...

      it is hight of tolerance ? what is serivice? i am doing complain bcs i couldnt bear more & want to tell wht is going there. . its very bad impression on your Brand. in future nobody like to take Bharat Gas..So i request you kindly take action on priorty basis..& setup a good system & one thing more is may be reason of Black bazari of GAS salender. kindly stop it ...

      if they are not ready to provide good service then i am agree to take your agency in sohna only due to provide better service bcs its every person need & you understand that without this no body can survive..we have no gas at home from last 3-4 days. now you can understand very well how are we doing manage...hope so u understand & kindly provide Gas asap..& setup the good system else i have no option to take another gas agency in sohna..due to only provide gud service...

      dear sir,

      yes i am agree of above statement of Mahender Singh Rana.. every time when we give call in sohna gas agency office for the book salender...mostly phone not picked up and they give confirmation for the book salender and we confirm for the delivey salender after 2-3 days then we found that your salender did not book. it will book today. it is cheation with the customer. really if the system going like that no anybody belive in Bharat Gas..& they will perfer to take salender from other gas agency if anyone come.so kindly take option on priorty basis.

        my customer No.18052 in jay jyoti Gas Agency-
        bharat gas-Vejapur, Ahmedabad. I had booked my LPG refil on[protected]with W/L 9379 but i have not got till the date. I have inquired regularly on phone from[protected] and they replied that you will get refil within 2 days. To day I visited office but they replied that your refil is booked on[protected] and you will get refil within 2 days.Thus they have cancelled my booking and rebooked themself and not giving the refil after lapse of 15 days.

        Jay Jyoti Bharat Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad — Not received Gas Cylinder

        We have registered for refiling gas cylinder at Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad 15 days ago. They have delivered the cylinders to those who have registered later to us but replying us that they do not have sufficient stock.
        jay Jyoti gas Agency is full o[censored]nprofessionals and stupid people and not at all customer centric. Their suppliers are selling it in black and therefore they are harassing us. Even after making the booking for 15 days we did not get the Cylinder and today there is no gas at our place asking them they said that our house was locked but even after making request they said it will be delivered today by 4:00 p.m. and when it did not delivered we sent somebody to collect it personally and no one there was ready to listen. i think their licence should be cancelled and if you cannot do this you should close this website also.
        sir, i am nasir shaikh and i have got bad experience of jay jyoti gas agency. sir, mene 5 november, 2013 ko refill book karay he lekin mobile karke lekin jay jyoti gas agency mese mera refill 8 nove, 2013 ko book kiya or abi tak muje cylinder deliver nai kiya he sir, pehle bi esa huva he or wahanse bataya jata he ke 2din me apko refill mil jayega lekin agency wale mera cylinder kisi or ko bech dete he or kisi or ka cylinder muje 15din ke bad bhijwate he lekin abi to 9din se book karvaya he or cylinder abi tak nai aaya sir me kya karun jay jyoti gas agency vejalpur se itna kharab response mila he muje.

          A few months back my wallet containing my BPCL Petro Card(along with other creditcards,driving licence etc) was lost. I do not remember my Petro Card number, and on contacting several BPCL petrol pumps for a duplicate petro card ,they expressed their inability to help me,unless I could give them my Petro Card number..

          Surely BPCL would be having an alphabetical Master List by which a customer could identify his Petro Card number by giving his name and address?

            I face very poor response from M/s.Krishna Gas Service, 237G.T. Road Belur Howrah. Tel No:2654 0990,2654 6899 every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in 15-16 days time doesn't happen for at least 30-40 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. For example now I had Booked for the cylinder on dt. 16.02.2011but yet today on 22.03.2011. there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s.             Sir, I am a consumer of bharat gas at Ranchi & my consumer no. 22584391. A gas cylinder was booked online on 14.09.2015 but so far the cylinder has not been delivered by M/s Sashichandra Gas Agency, Kadru, Ranchi. This is not the first instance of intentional late delivery of cylinders.It is requested that, please look into the matter and deliver the cylinder immediately to retain the reputation of M/s Bharat Petroleum and to avoid further litigation.

              THE GAS AGENCIES IN DOMBIVALI MAKE THE CONSUMERS TO BUY GAS STOVE, BASMATI RICE, PRESSURE COOKER ALONG WITH A NEW CONNECTION. IF NOT, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THE GAS CONNECTION. BESIDES, THEY GIVE SINGLE CYLINDER GAS CONNECTION IN THE BEGINING AND GIVE SECOND CYLINDER AFTER SIX MONTHS. FOR SECOND CYLINDER THEY ALSO MAKE THE CONSUMER TO BUY UNWANTED THINGS AS MENTIONED ABOVE. KINDLY LOOK IN THE MATTER AS COOKING GAS IS A BASIC NEED WE CANNOT WAIT AND HAVE TO BUY THOSE THINGS EVEN IF WE DO NOT WANTED. THIS IS AN ILL PRACTICE.

              I m a new customer, n had been to the gas agency for the second time to collect my first refill.
              When I bought this connection, it was informed that if I owe a single cylinder can come n collect a refill on the spot after booking, if I can come personally as it takes time for delivering. Later when I approached for my first empty cylinder to get it refilled, they refused to give, saying that it takes 1 days time at least to get one. Now, I didnt had a singel mean to cook food for that day n the next day but managed, but now the second time ( on 02/01/2012) when I went for the second cylinder to refill, they say it takes 4 to 5 days to come after booking. So no ways getting a cylinder write now pr for next 5 days.

              When I asked for a second cylinder, they say that I need to buy a gas stove along with the same. But they already made me buy a gas stove when I bought the complete connection, n asked me to buy the complete connection for 5000/-.
              Now, for a new cylinder they r charging 2000/- along with a gas stove, which I already have apart from which I brought as per my requirement, so in any case I cant hav the third one. But when I took the connection, I asked for the procedure for the second procedure, n I was informed to buy a PRESSURE COOKER along with the second cylinder, now which is quite different.
              n THE LADY STAFF IS SO WORST. THAT THEY DONT RESPONSE TO WHAT V ASK. N IF V CAL THEM THEY MAY DISCONNECT TH CALL BEFORE WE ASK ANY OTHER INFO OTHER THAN BOOKING A CYLINDER.
              N THE WORST SITUATION IS THAT THERE IS NO OTHER BHATAR AGENCY CLOSE BY TO CHANGE.

                I want to register complaint against BPC Khanuja Petrol Pump, Dewas and also against Sales Manager Anjali Yadav.
                Yesterday in dewas, khanuja pump is selling speed petrol by indicating the unavailability of simple petrol. So a customer named Arun Parmar made a complaint to the Dept.of Food and Public distribution and it became a big issue and came in the news also. I do not fill fuel in my vehicles from that pump because the fuel provided by m/s khanuja pump is impure.The smell of Petrol is different and I also face engine and average problems. I had done the Litmus test and informed personally to Ms Anjali Yadav(Sales manager) in the Depo about this few months back. But i think that either she is sleeping of the whole BPC employees are careless. I want to know that why such a big company has made a VILLAGE GIRL a sales manager.

                  we went to dealer in Medchal (check post) Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. we asked for new connection. so they are asking us 6500 Rupees for the connection. this is too bad this much money they are asking.so can you check this gas agency. this is too much high. so please try to understand middle class people and poor people. actually what is the cost of new connection for one cylinder or two cylinder. what is total cost for new connection.

                    Kind Attention of The District administration and ADM (Supplies) Kanpur Nagar and Indian Oil Corporation Authorities in Kanpur.

                    I am registered as consumer of LPG with Sarvatra Gas Agency (Dealing Person cum owner of the Agency Mr. Rajeev Verma) at Brahma Nagar, Kanpur(UP). My complaint regarding irratic, irrational and indefinite schedule of booking and delivery of LPG cooking cylinder for the last 4-5 months. I am always at tenterhooks, since there is no clear cut response from the agency and uncertainty of supply looms large. This is not only problem in my case, this is the problem of all the consumers of the agency at large.
                    In case there is no solution to this problem, i will have to knock the door of the Consumer Forum.

                    For Kind attention of the Indian Oil Corporation and Ministry of Petroleum :

                    To complain the above problem I tried Indian Oil Helpline No. [protected] from my Mobile today[protected] at 3:47 PM till 6:17 PM) in one single call of 2 hours and thirty minutes which gave me the recorded hope of wait for two minutes and your call shall be attended, which was an unending single call for 2 hrs and 30 minutes continuously and ultimately i had to disconnect that call after 2 and half hours.

                    Jai Ho INDIA!!!!! Jai Ho CONGRESS GOVT!!!!!!!!! Who will do Justice with the citizens of 21st Century's INDIA in this God's Own Country, Sab Ram Bharosey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a Shameful situation and the Joke of the Gullible Poor Janta. What an awful good governance of our Country's Leadership !!!!!!!!! Is there anyone listening to this humble voice crying in the wilderness?

                    I stumbled upon your comment while trying to find a solution to the gross misuse of subsidised cylinders by a distributor in West Delhi.

                    I booked a cylinder on 11.01.2013 but have not received it till today. After following up with the gas agency I was told to wait for another 2-3 days. Not wanting to accept this delay I decided to file a complaint at Indian Oil's transparency portal which turned out to be fruitless. Upon further research I also found out that my LPG distributor is systematically misusing my share of subsidised cylinders. Since I live alone my LPG consumption is quite low. I made the last booking way back in March 2012. Now that I wanted to book another refill I found out that my share of 3 subsidised cylinders allotted from 14th September until 31st March 2013 have already been used up. On top of it, my customer account shows that another 3 non-subsidised cylinders have been issued under my name. This misuse has been going on since 2011. Numerous bogus bookings have been made under name without me getting a hint of it. Basically as per their records I have been booking a cylinder after every 21 days!!

                    I tried to call the toll free number for complaints but it does not connect. As you pointed out it is just a hogwash. Lodging a complaint on the transparency portal did not help either as it showed an error that "your complaint cannot be registered in the Master database"(!!!).

                    When I told the delivery boy who is a regular in my area that I suspect a foul play and if they don't mend their ways I would complain. Upon this he said "you can do whatever you want to, nothing would happen"! Unfortunately he is right!

                    I am shocked at such a blatant misuse of these subsidies. Basically, these distributors, their assitants and their delivery boys are minting money without any fear and that too at the cost of an unsuspecting consumer.

                    Is there any way out?
                    My consumer No. is 24694 and I want to book my another cylinder for refilling after 15 days. The agency M/s. Aravali Gas Agency is refused to book and replied that he can not book within 21 days period. I would like to say that when we bound to take the subsidised refill cylinders of required numbers as declared by the Central Govt./State Govt, then why should we bounded for number of days. Kindly consider my complaint and inform the Aravali Gas Agency, Udaipur(Raj.) to book and supply the refill cylinder of my consumer number.
                    I am from Bangalore and I am really shocked with the service of the service given by [protected]. It is indeed a shame, better they close this helpline number, absolute waste. All industries helpline is what they call themselves and it is all industries helpless(hopeless) line in fact. The customer service representatives don't know the basic manners. I called 8 times in a day and got 6 calls hung up on me and 2 of them absolutely no clue what I was asking them. I don't understand what is the purpose of such a helpless line to be free in fact. shame on the part of jobless people who attend our calls and don't even respond leave alone giving a solution. all industries helpline management is hopeless...

                      sir i am a consumer of BHARAT GAS,my consumer No is-8395,my agency name is BALAJI GAS AGENCY, THONDI, they sap code is-113434.i made a web booking on 10/02/11 booking ref No is-6547166. until today (20/03/11) i didn't get the refill,several time i spoke to the agency and the plant manager,but they are not ready to solve my problem,and i made a 2 online complaint also on their web site.the complaint No is-125175 on 12/03/11 and another complaint No is 125363 on 14/03/11 still today no reply from them.so what i have to do,and where to talk please help me.

                      My consumer No.13943. I have booked for a refill on[protected]
                      It is more than 15 days now i did not get my supply. Since last 2 days they have promised that the gas is on the way. We have been waiting for the gas without going out from the house. We are house arrest. They are selling the supply to others for premium without giving to consumer. My Gas Agency is Ms:Padmavathi Bhart Gas Agency, Selaiyur.

                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am facing this problem everytime i book the refill.

                            I Mrs.Jamuna Shetty residing at Challenger tower-3/1403,Thakur village,Kandivli(e),Mumbai-400101 is a Bharat gas user since the last 32 years.I shifted from my last residence at 53/33, 2nd floor ,Kamathipura,5th lane,Mumbai-400008 to the above mentioned address about 10 years back.I have been continuing with the same gas service since then.
                            I would like to inform you that at present we are 11 members residing at our present address and due to the large size of the family we cannot afford one cylinder a month.I had applied a request regarding the same to Laxmi Gas Service, Borivli(w), Mumbai along with a copy of my ration card and I was quite satisfied with their service as they took my request and immediately i was given the service as per my request.
                            The Gas Service later on got shifted to Mahavir Gas Service, Lokhandwala, Kandivli(e), Mumbai.When i informed them about my prior request they told me that they had not recieved any history of their customers from the former Gas Service.On cross checking i was informed that all the customer information has been forwarded to the new service centre.Despite of this to avoid any kind of problems i have submitted a request again at the latter service centre (Dated 16th March 2011).
                            After doing all this what i get in return from your staff there is "JAb SAHAB AYENGE TAB REQUEST FORWARD KARKE DEKHA JAYEGA." , "SAHAB APNE HISAAB SE AYENGE UNKA KOI BHAROSA NAHI HAI." , "JAB HO JAYEGA TAB APKO PATA CHAL JAYEGA." instead of a straight assurance that my work would be done as soon as possible.I fail to understand as to is this the kind of service that is offered from such a renowned corporate company.I am thoroughly disappointed with the behaviour of your staff as they do not know how to talk to a 62 year old woman.
                            I would like you to look into the matter and please take the necessary actions as soon as possible.Thanking you in anticipation.

                              My consumer No is 6858. we had booked(on[protected] cylinder 3 months ago(today[protected] but after repetitive attempt at the distributor office (Pavithram Bharat Gas Agency,11/588-c, cherpulassery, Palakkad Dist. pin 679503) still cylinder is not delivered at home. The staff at the office are not behaving properly and also they make only false promises and statements(there is no stock right now).
                              Repeatedly for last few months they were showing the same attitude.

                              Please do the needful. and take some strict action against such irresponsible distributors otherwise they will gain more and more power to do such an nonsense.

                                i am having a gas connection in national gas agency, hisar bearing consumer no. N84 in the name Satpal r/o 577 sector-14,hisar.Me and my son are residing outside hisar and we are unable to take inperson delivery.Actually i got book a cylinder in 2nd week of january,2011 for home delivery and my booking no. is 3302 after that number of times i called them and also visited to agency for cylinder delivery but till now i have not receive.
                                Sir i am very harassed and in urgent need of gas.So plz do the needfull as soon as possible.I shall be thankfull to you for this.

                                    We booked request for cooking gas supply on 1-3-2011 with our gas distributer M/S Jagadamba Gas Service and booking number -60 was given to us. We were promised the delivery after 15 days. On inquiry on[protected] as we were totally ran out of supply, we were told that supply will be made after another 3-4 days, as there was shortage in supply. Consequently, we are forced to depend on restaurant food for our lunch/dinner. This can not go on.

                                    I do not believe that there is some shortage in Gas supply, as HP has supplied Gas in 2 day in my building.

                                    My wife complans that they always promise and deliver only after 15 days.

                                    I request for a solution to this problem.

                                      I have registered my booking for gas cylinder before two weeks but yet agency has not delivered me the cylinder .

                                      I HAD BOOKED BHARAT GAS ON 14 /09/2OO9, CONSUMER NO:10193 AT SANDHYA GAS THALAYOLAPARAMBU TRIVANDRUM.SINCE NOW IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED .SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER AT THE EARLIEST.

                                      online booking ref. no. 587311 dated 03/02/2010,distributor not accept the online booking & they book fresh order on 10/02/2010,on contacting the distributor daily they are sending the cylinder but has not been reached to me so far.
                                      how bharat personnel responds[protected],35,02,01,57,30 as per telephone nos available on website : diverted me delhi's office nos are 23316473,23766656,23324847,23326770.:diverted me to the area personnel theno is [protected]:and she gave me an other no.which I later came to know that the no concern to distributor.I got so many nos but nobody heard my complaint.

                                      Bharat Gas — Non delivery of gas cylinder after two week of booking

                                      I have a LPG gas connection with Neelam Gas Faridabad of Bharat Gas.I have booked for my cylinder refill on Dt. 22 April 2010 and beside several reminder I have not received the gas till date.This is there routine habit that they never deliver in time (I have proof for this),they hardly attend the customer phone and there behavior towards customer is not good.Usually they book the cylinder in 30 days and give delivery in more than 15 days.Can a cylinder be sufficient for 45 days for family of 5.

                                        myself sarbjit singh vill sikhan wala distt. teh faridkot punjab i have a gas connection of bharat gas company ( GEENA GAS SERVICE KOTKAPURA) at city kotkapura distt faridkot the distrbutor has deleivered me only 1 cylinder at tine of issuing of gas connection now when i contacted with the office staff of this they replied that now we can't issue 2nd cylinder because the company has stopped to issue the 2nd cylinder so pls tell me the solution of this probkem when the company will issue the 2nd cylinder

                                        There are 2 types of cheatings happening in a petrol bunk which is located in Peda alavala padu, P.C palli mandal, Prakasam dt, 523111, Andhra pradesh.

                                        No:1: There are mixing heavy quantity of kerosene.
                                        No:2: There meter readings are wrong.


                                        If they continue the same malpractices, your company gets bad name very soon, they have been doing this same from so many months, people do not have any other options unless using their petrol.

                                        Please take necessary action against them otherwise i will take to court with proofs what i have currently.
