It is experienced that services of Shahjahanpur Gas Agency distributor of Bharat Gas are very poor as the receiver of telephones are not kept properly resulting it goes whole day busy during their working hours due to which a lot of difficulties are faced by the customers during refill booking and enquiries. They also decline to book the refills within 21 days from the last delivery. While personal contact they stated that all the bookings will be entertained after 21 days and delivery will be made after 10 days (minimum) of booking which cause a great problem for a joint or big family. their Home delivery charges are also not justified as they charge Rs.360.00 per refill inclusive of Home delivery Charges. Please e-mail the rules for booking of refill, period of delivery after booking and home delivery rates to [protected]@gmail.com.

    Sir I am costumer of Bharat Gas. Local doistibuter is KAMLA GAS AGENCY , NARMADA NAGAR CHOUK BILASPUR CG . He is having 3 phones for booking No[protected],420392,420702. All 3 phones are out of order since 15 days / not attending the phone . Supply in railway colloney bilaspur is worst. Always it requires 15 to 20 call for booking and for supplyn also . I have booked my gas on 20.4.2011 on mobile no given by owner after serching on net and now supply is not sour at all as this mobbile number frequently told that i am not in ofice . pl do needfull

        Dear Sir,
        It is most unfortunate that Bharat Petroleum, which was once an icon for efficiency, is now grossly riddled of ineptness, malafide delays and corruption.
        I'm senior citizen aged 78, live alone with wife, though mostly oversea during the summer. We are also the equity holder in the company.
        DEMO Enterprises, who enjoy Defence privileges, seems to have a vicious & corrupt staff in connivance? It shows that we were given supply where as for obvious reasons, we use very limiited gas. Without connivance, Dayawati Ms., cannot be so insensitive first to ignore calls & then give evasive replies.
        My K no. being 10778 from landline 22306840, could be booked as late as on 19/4 vide 83385231 or 8335231. The online booking must repeat the priority number very clearly & distintly.I'm yet get gas refill.
        Kindly take action.

          vashi excel gas service is very bad service.boking cylender after 30-45 days not coming.all three lines are busy if ringing not pick phone.staff is talking time pass on phone.very bad service.very dirty service. customer service people behaviour is very bad, they didn't listen customer request

          Hi

          I m a resident of Dombivili (Thane). We here are facing a major problem regarding LPG cylinders. Out agency name is CHAITANYA GAS SERVICE, DOMBIVILI EAST. people who have booked their cylinders from 3rd january 2012 onwards have still not received their orders, our one gas cylinder has been finished and second one is to be finished in 3-4 days, but still we havent received our booking. we have a little baby at home for which we have to prepare time to time meal, hot waters... it is very difficult to manage.
          People at the agency are not picking up phone, when we go to their office, we do not get any response from people working there..

          We, here at dombivili east are facing a lots of problem, due to this late service. please try to resolve this problem at earliest..

              THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

              Here,we had booked our cylinder for home-delivery on 15/04/2011 at sr no.333. The delivery has not taken place despite our daily reminders till today 28/04/2008.

              The behaviour of employees of Jagannath Gas Agency with us is worst.

              Bharat Gas — Gas not deliver after booking

              Dear Sir /Madam

              I have the Bharat Gas connection. I have book the my cylinder at 6 May 2008. I get the confirmation note for getting the cylinder at 11 may 2008.. But i can not get the cylinder at proper time because of the staff's weekness. They have not told me the reason for late delivery and they have not give me proper response on telephone.Ihave shoked to the misbehaviour of booking staff.

              I was booking the Celender in last Nov 2010. But till date i have not received. I call the Gas Office. He ask me that service man goes to your home 2 days but you have not available. but i think that is wrong because my house is under construction so my family members any one always at home.               Bharat Gas — Not delivered the gas after booking

              Dear Sir,

              We have a account with Bharat Gas agencies in vasant Kunj Branch (Shyamji Gas). Every time i have to call them around 5 or 6 times and to reach their office then they will delivered the gas after 20 days of booking. Some times they sold the gas in Market in BLACK and not to delivered to us.
              This time i have booked the gas on 15th or 14th January 2012, even i have the booking number which was registered through online. I have complained 2 or 3 times, first they said that you will received the gas by tomorrow but i haven't received now they are saying that you had already received the gas before booking thats why we will not delivering your gas. How can it be possible that they delivered the gas BEFORE BOOKING. Each and every time they do the same thing. They always sold the gas in Black.
              Even after account or after booking i have to purchase the gas in Black.
              Kindly help me for the same.

              Consumer Code :31689 we have done the booking on 30-11-12 till date Gas delivered to use. Today on 25.12.12 me along with my family went to their office. Their same reply will be delivered today. Instead of Christmas waited in house for delivery. No hope. When called at 6 PM saying its delivered to Some other Nair. Disguising service. The problem is they are selling the cylinder to some one in black price not delivering the genuine customer. Is there somebody to report in this issue.

                Non-delivery of gas even after 1 month

                The consumers at 56th mile at peermade thaluk are not geting gas cylinders refilled even after one month. We do not have the facilty for advaned booking. There is no fixed or regular visit. Always they deliver half the quantity of the reqired number of cylinders. Please help us for the reddrasal of our grievences.

                I am consumer of bharat gas from last so many years, and your supplier GREWAL GAS SERVICE, NEAR MODI COLLEGE, PATIALA,is one of the rude. unmannered dealer. He has no courtesy that how to speak with people or olders or ladies when they come to get there supply of gas cylinder. Whole staff over there is unpolite.They damn know how to behave with others. I am heart patient lady of 60 years and as I went there to get my LPG supply. they behaved rudely with me...did not gave appropriate time for delivery, they do not pick phones and have no courtesy to answer properly. I asked for home delivery and they said they dont know when it could be delivered. Is that the way of behaviour? Are they not aware of there connections and supply? How could they do this? I would request to take strong legal action against them so nobody suffers from them. They should be taught a good lesson of Life. There rickshaw suppliers sell connections in black and whole staff is aware about this but to no use... people are facing there wrath ...... I would again request a strong action against them.

                Grewal Gas Service — Rude Behaviour

                i had visited the Grewal gas service to get my connection transfered to another area as we had shifted our residence.
                The executive at the agency lack manners and willingness to work...they behave as if they are doing a obligation even when they have to make a slightest move to work.

                A. First he was making a fuss that the signatures were not matching, as the specimen was almost 13 years old.
                Then he told me to purchase a CD from the market to get it loaded with data for transfer.

                I was told to take the CD with me personally to the other gas service where it was supposed to get transferd...i understand its a internal and official work and the consumer has no reason to run from pillar to post carrying his doccuments fora simple work like this.

                LPG — Supply not on time

                we live in pataudi distt. gurgaon haryana
                there is gas agency of indian oil corporation called pataudi indane
                they can't supply refil on proper time
                they booked refil after 21 days
                they give delivery date after 15days of booking date
                they deliver the refil after 7 to 8 days after delivery date
                it means 21+15+8=44days
                one refil is give us after 44days of privious one
                one refil is not enough for a family of 10-15 person for 44 days
                it is enough only for 15 to 20 days
                the agency holder donot gives us the refil in between
                we gives us the detail to u for further necessary action

                    I am consumer of bharath gas,my bharath gas dealer is SRINARAYANNA GAS AGENCY[VADAKKANCHERY]this is in palakkad district.
                    I am really feel bad to give compliant against this gas agency,here the situation is really pathetic as a consumer we are not atall enjoying the facility.In my case i booked my cylinder approx 30days before and it has been sanctioned and they where supplying on 27th aug,but unfortunatily i was not available on that day hence i missed the chance of getting my cylinder.after 12days i came back and visited the gas agency,the staffs who where available there told me to come on next day and they comitted to me for the filled cylinder..
                    Here the things get mismatched,i travelled 15kms and reached the office with cylinder but they where not sanctioned my cylinder and said it will only dellivered at my house at the time of their supply.Hence both of my cylinder was vaccant iam tottaly disappointed with this peoples.
                    so heir i am requesting you to take a rellevant action against this irrresponsible gas agency.

                    Status as per you record : D on 16-Apr-2010.

                    Till today I have not received my refill and simply they have mention the status as "Delivered". Every time I book the refill I've to book the complaint also with that then only I'll get my refill, other wise I won't get. I sent you lot of complaint mails to them, they are not at all taking any action. Better they can suggest all the customer to book the the complaint also when they book the gas.

                      mai indu singh aap se ye kahna chahti hu ki aap jitni jaldi ho sake allahabad me LPG GAS ko start kare. mujhe roj 60 km. car chalani padti hai jo kafi mahangi padti hai.
                      LPG GSA ke allahabad me aane se paisa bhi bachega aur pradusan bhi km hoga.please aap jaldi se allahabad me ise layea.
                      maine 1 petrol pump wale se kaha ki aap log LPG GAS allahabad me kyo nahi la rahe hai to unhone bataya ki government ke indian oil ki taraf se tender niklega tabhi to hum log ise laga sakte hai. petrol pump ke malik ne bataya ki mai aap se kahu to meri problem dur ho jayegi.allahabad bahut badi city hai isliye aap yaha ke liye 5 tender nikalne ki planing kijiye.naine, jhunsi. fafamau ke liye aur city area ke liye kam se kam 2 station ki planing kar ke jaldi staition start kijiye plz.

                        I have Bharat LPG gas connection. we have being delivered the gas on 28/3/11 by the agent of raja gas agency , gwalior M.P. and he has written this date in our book but I found that the gas delivered date is being changed in the agency record it has been dated as 8/4/11 it should be noted that this this mismatching of dates is being happeing with me since last three month as i have complaint about this to the distributor but till date no action has been taken..

                          compland against Bhart Gas Service Haily Mandi. Dear Sir,

                          The time taken between the booking and supply is too long. The booking waiting period is 21 days from the date of receipt of cylinders but this agency demands us to book only after One Month days.When contacted, the person answering the phone use abusive language. After booking they again take 15 days to deliver at Godam from Rajpura .this Godam placed 8 KM of haily mandi. Every bady is torchar by misbehave.every bady recised cyliender by 3 hours of line in Rajpura village.Please help as this is become a mental torture to deal with them. By the time we receive the cylinders, we are almost run out of gas at home. Please help us to come out of this problem.this gas service is not diliverd at home .

                              Dear Superior

                              This complaint is regarding delivery of Bharat Gas cylinder.We have Booked a cylinder 14 days back i.e. on 7th of April 2011 .We have not recevied the same till now.We have called the respected agency for enquiry, but hadn't got any positive results till now. The booking no. of gas is 8027572 and today we hav again booked a new gas cylinder at 12:55PM 21st April 2011


                              I am very dissapointed from such service.What the hell we are that we have to suffer a lot jst for a simle gas cylinder.
                              This is happening on regular basis.

                              Kindly take a necessary action on priority.

                                I am the consumer of Bharat LPG having Connection No. 8107. The gas distributor agency name is Shri Guru Kripa Gas Agency, Pilkhuwa, Dist. Ghaziabad, U.P. We are not getting delivery of gas cylinder even after 10 days of booking date. The owner says that the problem is from the depot whileas the depot officials say that there is no such problem. We can easily take the gas cylinder from black market after paying Rs. 700/- per cylinder which is more than twice of ordinary rates. On the one hand company claims that delivery will be made available within 24 hours but the consumers have to suffer a lot.
                                Please take strict action against the Agency owner and his employees who are involved in this black marketing racket and ensure that the delivery to the consumers is made within 24 hours of the booking, as is being claimed by the Gas Company.
                                I shall be grateful if a prompt action is taken and the distribution of gas is made smooth i.e. delivery is ensured within 24 hours.

                                  I AM CUSTOMER OF BHARAT GAS IN LONAR MY AGENCY NAME IS RAHUL GAS AGENCY LONAR.
                                  THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
                                  HERE,WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY

                                  THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY

                                  Bharat Gas — NON Delivery Of Gas Cylinder After Booking 24 day

                                  I booked a gas cylinder on 19th dec 2007 through online order service thats reference no-248138 but till this date they did not delivere my cylinder.
                                  I have booked for refill cylinder on 4th Sept 2008 over phone. The agency name is Ganapathyraj Enterprises, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore. Still they have not delivered the cylinder, today date is 19th Sept 2008. The telephone line will be always busy, we have to waste nearly 2hours to get the phone connection every time. After we get the connection they will take the cosumer number, without giving the booking number they will disconnect. The telephone operators, I think they use for personal chatting which should not be allowed. You can try these numbers (Phone:[protected]/ 134) randomly in a day. I also advice to disconnect the telephone line every 2mins, by putting some instruments. So that no calls exceeds 2mins.
                                  I have booked for refill cylinder on 6th April 2009 at 3.52pm booking ref no 317517 online. The agency name is MSD Enterprises, Rajajinagar Bangalore. Still they have not delivered the cylinder, today date is 9th Apr 2009. when i contacted reg this by phone 23509295/23509188/ they said it will take more 15 days and they are very rude to customers and use slang language when i asked the person name he said this is the privacy of thier agency, and they will disconect the calls, they will give promp service to hotels by block and then to customers this is happening to me from last one year, i have only one cylinder after 3 months i have booked this, i am not satisfied the service which they are giving to all customers
                                  The Bharath gas Santhekatte Branch not delivering the Gas after booking of 1 month.
                                  In case cylinder has been allotted to other peoples ignoring your turn, complaint should be lodged with concerned Food & Supplies Deptt. who are to watch their activities

                                  my cunsumer no.166 in sweta gas agency, jaripatka, nagpur. i have register a gas cylender number for this agency on dated 10/09/2012.
                                  but no responce received from this agency & cylender is not dilivered in my home till date. i requested to you provide the gas cylender as early as possible.

                                    AS PER COMPANY RULE I HOLDING ALL NEEDED DOCUMENT LIKE RENTAL AGGRIMENT,COMPANY LEETER HAD,PAN CARD XEROX.

                                    KINDLY TACK ACTION REGARDING THE SAME AS PLEASE HELP TO GET NEW GAS CONNECTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      my attendent Mr. Muzammil applied for a LPG gas connection at Jyoti Flame Sikandrabad ,Distt Bulandshahr who is the dealer of B.P.C.L. LPG.As per rule He submitted copy of his family Rasan card,Three photos,copy of bill of his gas stove .Dealer refused to allot him connection without procurement of Gas stove from agency therefore I provided phone no. of BPCL sales manager ,Sales manager Noida circle Mr.Sanjay Chaube told him that stove purchase is compulsory also suggested him to request dealer without gas stove which he already have.He requested so many times to dealer Mr.Jain& sales manager Mr.Sanjay Chaube within one month of his application finally dealer deposited Rs.200.00 without bill & send two people for gas stove verification ,Dealer's people asked his wife to arrange one cylinder & regulator from her neighbor to check her gas stove,They checked stove.
                                      After it He contacted dealer for connection,Dealer told him that he has send verification to BPCL & after one week of time connection should be released ,After one week dealer refused to provide him connection & refuse to return him fee deposited alongwith application form . He contacted sales manager of BPCL noida circle Mr.Sanjay Chaube,He does not responded,Hefailed to get connection without Gas stove during one month of teasing,If He procure gas stove from dealer ,He can get connection within one week.
                                      Basic price of gas connection with single cylinder regulator,tube is Rs.1950 +Rs.200 for stove verification but he charges Rs 5000.00 with stove.I do not know why B.P.C.L. has no control on such type of dealer forcing to procure mandatory purchase of costly gas stove from them for getting a new connection,There is no system for applying new connection depend on dealer's approval,there is no application No. for consumer's record.
