I have gas connection (cylinder ) of bharat gas ,ahmedabad from shivam gas agency,chandlodiya. my service number is 16721 .
I have registered my booking for gas cylinder before two weeks but yet agency has not delivered me the cylinder .
very bad service of bharat gas!! shame on indian services!!

I HAD BOOKED BHARAT GAS ON 14 /09/2OO9, CONSUMER NO:10193 AT SANDHYA GAS THALAYOLAPARAMBU TRIVANDRUM.SINCE NOW IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED .SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER AT THE EARLIEST.

Bharat Gas — non delivery of cylinder even after two weeks

online booking ref. no. 587311 dated 03/02/2010,distributor not accept the online booking & they book fresh order on 10/02/2010,on contacting the distributor daily they are sending the cylinder but has not been reached to me so far.
how bharat personnel responds[protected],35,02,01,57,30 as per telephone nos available on website : diverted me delhi's office nos are 23316473,23766656,23324847,23326770.:diverted me to the area personnel theno is [protected]:and she gave me an other no.which I later came to know that the no concern to distributor.I got so many nos but nobody heard my complaint.

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of gas cylinder after two week of booking

I have a LPG gas connection with Neelam Gas Faridabad of Bharat Gas.I have booked for my cylinder refill on Dt. 22 April 2010 and beside several reminder I have not received the gas till date.This is there routine habit that they never deliver in time (I have proof for this),they hardly attend the customer phone and there behavior towards customer is not good.Usually they book the cylinder in 30 days and give delivery in more than 15 days.Can a cylinder be sufficient for 45 days for family of 5.

    myself sarbjit singh vill sikhan wala distt. teh faridkot punjab i have a gas connection of bharat gas company ( GEENA GAS SERVICE KOTKAPURA) at city kotkapura distt faridkot the distrbutor has deleivered me only 1 cylinder at tine of issuing of gas connection now when i contacted with the office staff of this they replied that now we can't issue 2nd cylinder because the company has stopped to issue the 2nd cylinder so pls tell me the solution of this probkem when the company will issue the 2nd cylinder
    2 The distributor above said i.e Geena gar kotkapura deleivers smething extra with cylinder at the time of deleivery of cylinder

    There are 2 types of cheatings happening in a petrol bunk which is located in Peda alavala padu, P.C palli mandal, Prakasam dt, 523111, Andhra pradesh.

    No:1: There are mixing heavy quantity of kerosene.
    No:2: There meter readings are wrong.


    If they continue the same malpractices, your company gets bad name very soon, they have been doing this same from so many months, people do not have any other options unless using their petrol.

    Please take necessary action against them otherwise i will take to court with proofs what i have currently.

      Subject: Autonomy rules by Sun Rise Gas, Sector 7, Chandigarh.

      Sir,

      I am Sunil Dutt Attrey from Modern Housing Complex, Manimajra Chandigarh would like to bring your kind attention that

      1. My Gas Connection (DBC) Number is 11682 as provided by said Gas Agency.

      2. They have provided different contact nos. but theirs recievers always remain on cradles and hardly
      pickedup by the concerns.

      3. Specifically therefore have to visit at sector 7 in their office to book for refilling.

      4. Earlier This Distributor was not booking the refill before 15 Days and that was always even tackenup
      by the date of supplying date of refill.

      5. Bharat gas claims of supply period within 2 days for the cylinders but it is very strange to note that
      said agency never ever supply before 12-15 days and that were always with the various requests on
      reaching that office every time.

      6. It may please further kindly to note that concern office members always exploit costumers like me and
      behave stupid by posing illogical and irrelevent self made rules and thus not only make the matter of
      harrasment but also knowingly contemt the Govt.norms.

      7. Being a respected costumer I have all the rights as per framed norms of Government and the said
      Distributer is duly abide to do so. And withwhich no one has right at all, to harras me or my family for
      such essential commodity.

      8. If Distributer fails to perform as per norms then his distributership/dealership may either be withheld or
      terminated as this action not only will make such distributers accountable but also to be set a good
      example for others.

      I whole heartedly request to your goodself please take a sincere action against Sun Rise Gas Agency, Sector 7, Chandigarh and make a stepping stone to prevail Justice.

      Further to add here that from this time the same SUN RISE GAS AGENCY, SECTOR 7, CHANDIGARH incresed span for booking the refill instead from 15 days to 20 days from the date of his supplying date.

      And this has been more emberessing. It can be imagin easily How the family like us can be cope up.

        Bharat Gas- new conncetion delay and harrassment
        Dear sir,
        I stay at CRPF CAMP AMRABATI, DURGAPUR, DIST- BARDHAMAN WEST BENGAL. I appeal for a new connection at usha gas agency of bharat gas in crpf camp amrabati durgapur. I gave them all the documents on 02/02/2011.

        near about 1.5 month has been spend and the connedtion not sanction till now which is highly unfair and unlawful.

        I understand that Bharat Gas is one of the finest company to deal with and they listen to the consumer complaint quick and fast.
        I am in dire need of a new connection as I am getting married.
        Could you please intervene and get the gas conncetion by immediate effect please

          there is always delay in providing lpg home gas cylinders from Bharat Petroleum's one of the gas agency and the details are : Vijay Gas Service, Kher Nagar, opp. Ram Mandir, Bandra (east), Mumbai - 400051. the lady staff always holds the line unnecessary and talks very rudely. The concern agent Mr. Yadav never takes this things seriously and always out of the office all the time. the another problem of this gas service station is there are total four telephone line available on the label/ receipt of the lpg gas but out of four only 1 or 2 number works and it connects very rarely. i personally told all these problems to Mr. Yadav but it doesn't work.
          i request you to please look into this matter quickly or please provide me any telephone number so that i can contact concern person to look into this matter seriously.

            Respected Sir, I am Saurabh Solanki. I am a authorized consumer of Bharat Gas. My nearest Bharat Gas Agency is Sohna ( Gurgaon). There are many leak poles in the system. Firstly they book the gas after thirty(30) days. After booking the gas they distributed after 10 Days. Secondly, If the consumer forgot booking in few days then even after the consumer found the cylinder after 10 Days. In today Many home uses the facility of gas. Every type of work held by cylinder. The cylinder finish in 30 to 35 days. Now I want that after 20 Days the gas booked & the cylinder is hand over within 10 days. The whole procedure completed in thirty days. A consumer show his braveness within 30 days in the field of cylinder.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I am Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT DM Jabalpur) residing at Apsara Apartment C 302, South Civil Line.
              I am having gas connection (Customer No. 12401, single cylinder) from Bharat Gas Agency near Jackson Hotel Jabalpur (Tel:[protected]. The agency has been a real trouble, every month I have to beg for the GAS cylinder after booking well in advance (several days). In spite of several telephonic reminders expressing acute need, they fail to deliver cylinder in time. Sometimes they refuse home delivery asking me to come in person for getting the cylinder which sounds too awkward. Can’t they arrange someone for delivery after all we pay the delivery charge too!
              I have a single cylinder (since 1.5 years), requested for double cylinders but they always say its not possible.
              Kindly look into the problem and help me to get out of this trouble ASAP.

                My Bharat Petroleum Petro Card No. is [protected] and Ac Id is CA[protected] . My card was blocked because of the wrong pin which i have forgotton and submitted the card at Bangalore Bharat Petroleum Service station at Old AIrport Road opposite to Manipal Hospital station since last year and i have not received the card since then and dont know also where it is. Again my old address has been chaned from N3-209 IRC Village Bhubaneswar -15 to 1099/3698, Satabdi Nagar, Unit-8 Bhubaneswar .

                I requested for a new card long back but in vain,

                  I have continuos visited and communicated with the local dealer of Bharat Gas:-
                  Pankaj Gas Agency,
                  Mangol Puri,New Delhi

                  That dealer demand money for provide me new connection. When I said, I pay genuine fees whichever required for new connection, he said, you have to pay money other than that fees. When I have said that was bribe. He abused me and threatend me and said "I see how can you get your new connection without paying me."

                  I request to all concerns please take positive and strict action against these type activities and provide me new connection.

                        Hi,

                        I have been using Bharat Gas through my gas agency. Connection No 44830. My mobile number is[protected]. I feel the sevice provided from the above agent is just too much to handle and the worst so far.

                        They promise delivery within 7 days but its always over a month or so that I get the cylinder. Also they never delivery on the time requested. I have always asked them to deliver after 6pm in the evening but they always make a delivery in the afternoon when no one is available. I booked my cylinder on Feb 10th at the outlet in Vashi, Sec 26 and everytime I call them they say that they would deliver it the following day. Yesterday they came on a Sunday 6th Feb to deliver when I was in church and I kept someone at home to collect the cylinder on my behalf but the guy refused to go up and deliver. Making me subject to calling again and doing booking. Now they say they will deliver on Wednesday 9th Feb but cannot be sure of the time inspite of telling them repeatedly that no one is at home in the afternoon and that the delivery is expected in the evening after 6pm.

                        They give excuse that the load has not come or there is no vehicle. It is just to impossible to get them coz they never pick up the phone. Once I called them from outside their store thru my mobile and I could see that they were not picking up the phone and was ignoring it. For every refill required I struggle a lot to get thru to them and lose a lot of valuable time in calling them up and continue asking for delivery or even for booking. Please do help as it is very frustrating. The number of the gas agency is[protected]/[protected].

                          The distributor of Bharat Gas "navin Gas Agency" (shajapur m.p.) refuses for delivery of LPG cylinder at home, even while i have booked for refilling on 27/03/2012, i have not been served yet. My consumer number is 31892

                          Non delivery of LPG cylinder Had booked the cylinder on May 1st 2015 have not recvd an SMS saying the cylinder has been booked.
                          However called on Sat ie May 2nd & confirmed that the cylinder wd be sent on Monday 4th May before 11.am. Once againc called today & was told that the cylinder will be sent tomorrow.

                            sir,
                            I Deepanjali Mishra , bearing consumer no- 5564 under Maa Bharat Gas, Odagaon complains that I had received the last refill cylinder on dt. 01.02.2011 against booking references 5573636 dtd, 03.01.2011. I further registered my booking on dtd. 04.02.2011 with reference 6404146.But when I came to contact with the dealer today 05.03.2011 I got to know that my Registration has been canceled due to booking was not held after 21 days of last delivery.

                            I have Complained That why they received my booking and gave their reference if I am non-eligible.

                            If they canceled my booking due to 21 days period, Why the company does not delivery the refill cylinder within the 48 hours after booking.

                              SALUJA GAS CENTER,SANOLI ROAD,NEAR CHANDNI BAGH POLICE STATION

                              this distributor service is worst in panipat. he even not pick phones for booking or any queries.with the help o[censored]r forum i would like to appeal to concerned authorities that
                              immediate & serious action should be taken against SALUJA GAS CENTER in panipat & his license to distribute cylinder immediatley cancelled & new distributor should be appointed for better service so that people not harrased by such distributor

                                ganga Gas agency (garhmukteshwer) the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer. Because he is supply for more amount paid peoples. The supply date of book is not correct. my cylinder gas is finished, i booked my celnder 1 month ago but cylender is not deliverd yet. my book no 908. agency people said delivery in 4 to 5 days, but deliver 1 or 2 mnths. daily i call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone . they are regurarly irresponsible for the customer to give the service that i am complaint with you regarding to this letter please take necessary action the negligence of the customer.

                                i am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Pattammal Gas Agency, Tambaram is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 30/01/2010 and i will again my booked 23/02/2010and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder.                                 Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneshwar, is delaying (Every Month) the delivery of LPG Home Gas Supply .

                                Booking Date 28.9.12.

                                Till Now I am unable to find the Gas
                                Every day they are saying waiting for two days.and gave me their delivery man's mobile no.[protected] his name is Mr.Devraj ,which mobile is always switch off.

                                Sometime they are saying me , we don't know any thing .

                                Hence my family face problems & we are forced to purchase gas at higher cost from the market in Black

                                  Manglam Gas Service, Sardarshahar not issue applied domestic gas connection an Indian lady.

                                  Sir,
                                  I am an Indian lady and residing in sardarshahar. I apply a new domestic gas connection nine months before. My apply connection waiting no is 6318. My applied connection Manglam Gas Service, Sardarshahar not issue till date. Agency said I finished all old waiting number and again apply you, your connection. Sir, Manglam Gas Service clearly cheating me this time. When agency allotted a waiting number my application. This is a very big cheating with a Indian Hindu lady by Manglam Gas service, Sardarshahar.
                                  Please help me and protect my rights.

                                    Sir,
                                    My name is Anil Soni S/o Sh Babu Lal Soni. I apply a new domestic gas connection in Manglam Gas Service before four month ago. Manglam Gas Service give a waiting no is 6178. I am enquiry to my applied connection in agency February month. Agency not satisfied reply. He said you are not purchase Gas Chulha, Gas Lighter in agency. So agency not released your connection. Your connection in not any benefits agency.
                                    I am very painful situation and not faith Manglam Gas Service in my applied connection. Please help me and release my applied connection as soon as possible. I am very thankful your help.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am residing at Nallasopara (East), Gala Nagar since 8 years. Tanya Gas Agency one of the Gas agency (Bharat gas) in Nallasopara (East) whose telephone numbers[protected] & 2440999) both they are keeping engaged since morning to evening everyday and we are unable to contact them for booking the gas every month. Since it will take 8 to 10 days for delivering the gas after booking date, customers are facing severe problems for booking the gas.

                                        Sub: Non-Delivery of Domestic LPG Cylinder at Bhagwanpur (Talla) & Himmatpur(Talla), Haripurnayak,Gaurgaja Near Kamaluwagaja Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Uttrakhand due to Black Marketing of Domestic LPG Cylinders.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Please refers letters of Gas Manager (Kumoan Vikas Nigam Limited), Nainital, Uttrakhand wherein he has mentioned that M/s. Indane Gas Agency (KVNL) Bholanath Garden, Kaladhungi Road, Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Uttrakhand representatives will decide the LPG Cylinder delivery schedule and point mutual discussion with consumers of above said villages.

                                        To discuss the matter some of Consumers approached above referred Indane Gas Agency but Indane Agency persons have denied to discuss on the above said matter.

                                        It is sorry to say that a period of one and half year has already elapsed till date neither Indane Gas Agency discussed the matter with consumers neither any concrete action taken at their end.

                                        In this connection I would like to draw your kind attention and disturbing your valuable time that most of consumers of this area always noticed that a lorry having 30 - 40 Domestic LPG Cylinder used to come once a week i.e. Tuesday and delivered full of lorry of domestic LPG Cylinders to a Boarding Institute at Kamaluwagaja, Haldwani, Distt. Nainital.

                                        Many times consumers have requested them to deliver us Domestic LPG Cylinder also but they told consumers that why you do not go Indane Godown for refilling. This type of words does not tolerable to the consumers.

                                        Also it has been noticed by some of consumers that Domestic LPG Cylinders are being sold at a higher prices i.e. upto Rs. 450 per LPG cylinder to the Small Dhaba/ Restaurants and Banquet Halls/Tea Stalls etc.

                                        You are, therefore, requested to kindly instruct concerned GAS AGENCY to fulfill the requirement of Domestic LPG Cylinder of above said villages. Otherwise our Society will be compelled to approach IOC Highest Authorities regarding Black Marketing of Domestic LPG Cylinder.
