Our BharatGas distributor in Chennai, Besantnagar is uncooperative to say the least. Not only do they take ages to deliver, the responsibility taht it gets delivered is on the customer too! They give the mobile number of the delivery man and wash their hands off the matter. It is the responsibility of the Distributor that his man gives the cylinder on time. The delivery men are also frequently obnoxious and demand tips when even the company policy insists that tips be not given. Bharat Gas should make these policies clear when doling out distributorship.

I have facing problem about gas delivery & distributting with La flame gas agencies which is located at badkhal road NIT FARIDABAD I am regular chasing them about my cylader delivery & they are always says that you will get today from last 7 to 8 days but till time I have not recived.
Kindly advice how to proceed & take action & against them.

    1. My Consumer Number is J 201100. I am a registered user of Cooking Gas with Satish & Co., Hauz Khas, New Delhi .
    2. I booked for a refill gas cylinder on 23 Aug 09 . I have been calling them up every day but they have NOT supplied the same as yet ie. 29 Aug .
    It is almost impossible to get them on telephone. After wasting over an hour, when I do get through, I am told it will be supplied by the evening . This has been happening for last three days .
    Please help.

    Every time we call [protected], after one or two rings the call is disconnected.This happens most of the time.
    On 19thJan 2011 i called the above number atleast eleven times but failed to book for a refill.Phone no [protected] is purpetuly busy.

    first of all i would like to say that this online service is really rubbish. early on cyl would come in 4-5 days but after this service it will be taking 10 days to reach to our places.
    i am also a customer of satish bharat gas agency.and i am really disappointed with their service.
    if its possible kindly remove this online booking service.

    For 24 years when I lived in Sheikh Serai Phase I, I was your customer and took regularly two gas cylinders from your agency. Before I shifted to Dwarka, where I got piped gas, I deposited a letter dated November 22, 2007 whereby I asked that my membership No. P 23981 be cancelled, and to acknowledge receipt of the two cylinders (one full of gas, the other partial) plus the regulator which I deposited with them.

    I was told by the lady staff there that I needed to get the original document in order to proceed further, but my connection is very old, in fact we got this in 1960s before we shifted from Karol Bagh, and it was transferred to Sheikh Serai in May 19, 1986. Now I cannot find any of the old documents.

    I have been informed by the Piped Gas company to produce the document from Bharat Gas re cancellation of my membership, and I have not been in touch with them since 2007, nor taken any gas cylinder.

    I am a senior citizen, and in poor health and cannot run around, and live very far, in Dwarka. Please could the concerned authorities in Bharat Petroleum advise me as to how to get the cancellation papers after so long at the earliest.

    I agree with the consumer who complained about the phone not being picked up. The agency at hauz Khas deliberately ignores the incessantly ringing of both their phones on the counter. I was there for an hour and they didnt even bother to look away from their computers. When I mentioned this to their supervisor Mr. Gupta, he said that there was some problem which was being fixed. He asked me to call him at 7 p.m. to followup on a complaint. As I feared, when I called at 7 no one picked up the phone. It means that we have to run time and time again to Hauz Khas where there is no parking space, and made to sit down as "Sir is busy in meetings". Bharat Gas, please wake up. I suggest you post a senior official there to take care of what is an essential commodity to us Delhi-ites.
    I agree to most of the complaints made by the consumers above and I am suffering at the hands of M/s. Satish & Company.

      Dear sir,

      I had booked the LPG cylinder two and half months before but as of now the agency who has a competent authority distributor in karaikal M/s chitra agency Ph.No.[protected], 222012 not supplied the cylinder and saying that while asking today we will going to deliver. Further I had registered in Bharat gas web site my ref, no. is 400156 and the same web site have complaint option but the option said after regester the complain as "your complaint is un able to delivered". I was quite vague on that how I could take up this mater further.

        . Skandha Bharat Gas, 14, V.K.R Street, Pollachi, 235635. My consumer number is
        1251 by the name of mr.k.Balaji. I have booked a gas cylinder for the
        delivery on dated 21/06/2014. But they neither send me any delivery at
        time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time
        on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be
        send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is
        this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?i got my last cylinder before two months from now..?
        every time they do like this only... how can i cook for my family..?

          Non delivery after 13 days of booking

          Sir,
          I booked Bharat Gas cylinder nearly after three months on 22-8-09. When I called the agent Tel No she said that it was booked on 30/7/09. But I did not book the gas. The fact is that the agent booked the gas on the some customer name in their records and selling in the block market for higher price. I called to them nearly 6 times till 25-8-09. Every time they lie that the gas is on the way. It is very irresponsible and wasting my time calling every time and receiving their reply that they sent and on the way. These type of agents and who trouble the customers by talking in this unethical way gives very bad impression and image to the Bahrat gas. Necessary action should be taken such the agent should properly provide the service to the customer.

          The Bharat Gas agent is near Mylapore tank close to Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, Chennai - 4.

          its very much common happening with the bonafide lpg users. agent selling lpg cylinders in black market in bulk at a high price. daily i see the three wheelers loaded with gas cylinders ( domestic ) supplied to factories and restaurant. i will try to upload video on u tube how this nexus works

            Bharat Gas — Refusal of new Connection by Distributor

            Hello,

            We have recently moved to Vile Parle (E) and we approached Bharat Gas distributor in Vile Parle (E), Rahul Gas for a new connection.

            The owner of the distributorship Mr. M. P. Chaudhari asked me to purchase some other goods while applying for a new connection.

            When I mentioned that I am in no need of any other products like Cooking Oil, Pressure Cooker etc and I only need a new connection, I was told that without buying anything addition a new connection wont be provided.

            When I asked if this was a Bharat Gas rule, he refused to confirm this and also could not provide any notice that supported this demand.

            His staff acknowledged that this was not officially needed and depends on each distributor. The Bharat Gas website also mentions that it is not mandatory to buy a cooking stove from the distributor.

            Mr. Chaudhari even asked me to get a Bharat Gas official to call him if I wanted to have the connection without buying anything else from him.

            I was surprised by the attitude of this distributor towards the consumer.

            I am sure this is not in accordance with the way Bharat Gas wants to treat their customers.

            Can you please ensure that action is taken against this distributor and we are provided a new connection?

            Hi,
            I have got a new connection recently. The distributer forced me to buy the gas stove from them and i did that because it was urgent to me. But when i visited to the website of BPCL i came to know that it was not mandatory. now i want them to accept their mistake and stop the selling the goods forcefully.
            How can i do it.

            For providing new connection the distributer is forcing to purchase gas oven from his shop which is very costly in comparision of market price. He is demanding Rs.4, 500/- for providing single cylinder connection. When he was asked to give the receipt of the total amount an excuse was given by him that for getting distributorship lot of money was spent that's why the extra money is charged. I want to know ; (1) whether it is a price rate which is approved by the company or it is just decided by the distributer and it is not mandatory to provide the receipt on the actual money which will be paid for new connection. (2) it there is any hard & first rule to purchase gas open from the distributor's shop only.

              I got one connection transferred from M/S Milind gas service(code-581852) N delhi-18 on 22-08-06 to M/S Prakash bharat gas(code no-140740).Once the regulator knob got stuck and on giving extra pressure it had broken but the regulator was not replaced by Prakash bharat gas since the no. of regulator issued by previous distributor was not written on the SV issued previously.Checklist for the consumer before receiving SV is nowwhere seen which would have been confirmed.My consumer no. is 6199.

              Bharat Gas — non replacement of regulator

              my regulator's knob supplied with LPG gas connection is broken and Gas agency is asking me to take new regulator for Rs 250/- .As per my opinion it should be replaced free of cost as it has fallen accidentally and broken.

                Today Vinayaka Chaturthi i.e. 23.08.09. When i changed the refill cylinder, the gas is found leaking with sssssssssssss sound.

                I called the Customer Service cell, only the watchman picked u to tell he has no idea of emergency complaint service.

                I went into the website and found the contact number, but in vain. One of the number is switched off; and the other no response. Actually these are called emergency numbers and to be used for complaints outside regular working hours of my supplier.

                The situation is pathetic without gas at home ; dont know how long to wait. Certainly 24hrs is too long for a household for this critical product.

                  Dear sir,

                  My name is Nilesh Gurjar, leaving at daman. I having the gas connection of the company named "Bharat Gas" (Customer no.: 18437), purchased from C.P. Gas services at Khariwad, nani daman. At the time of purchase (February 2008) the gas agency had commited to give me the second cylinder connection (Extra bottle) after six month from date of purchase. But after six month the agency replied me that you have to register the same now and cylinder will be available after six month or say after one year because the company is not started yet to give the second cylinder connection. So I register my customer no to the agency in Aug 2008. After six month, nine month they are replying the same. Before few days I inquire for the same againg but there is no positive responce from their side.
                  Kindly help me how can I solve this problem.

                  Bharat Gas — Not giving additional cylinder

                  Hi,

                  My name is srividhya v and my consumer number is ME 49322. I am a customer of Mahalakshmi Enterprises, Banaglore. For the past 3 monhts i am requesting for getting an additional cylinder because i have only one cylinder. They are not taking my request at all. I am keep on calling them and meeting them but they are saying to come after 1 month, 15days, 1 week etc. They are not registering my request even. Today (3-dec-2008) i called them in the morning, they said that talk to manager at 11 am, he will come by that time. I called by 12, and still he has not come to office. Is this the way Manager is doing his job? What the hail they are doing? Is this the way they entertain customers?

For the past 1 YEAR i am requesting for getting an additional cylinder because i have only one cylinder. They are not taking my request at all.                   My name is Mahernosh Dadiba Damania staying at Ahmedabad and Daman. I was surprise to receive you
                  email stating that I have applied for new Bharat Gas connection with C. P. Gas Services, Daman and my wait list no. is 359137 on[protected].

                  As a matter of fact I have gas connection with the above agency in the name of my late father Mr. Dadiba Sorabji Damania and I have requested to transfer the same in may name i.e. Mahernosh Dadiba Damania from my late father Dadiba Sorabji Damania. In the month of October I have submitted all the required documents with requisition fees and I was told that transfer will take a month or so and the gas agency will inform about the same. However I did not receive any communication from you but communication about application for new Bharat Gas Connection. I would like to know as to who has applied for new gas connection in my name fictitiously. As I have gas already has connection question of applying for new connection does not arise.

                  Please note that any action taken on fictitious application will be at your costs and consequences.

                  Hope to hear from you soon.

                    I had asked the petrol pump attendent to fill petrol worth 500 Rs but petrol worth only 414 Rs was put in my car and machine was stopped.After protesting against this cheating balance petrol was put in. this has happened at petrol pump BP 44 at gurgaon Haryana. This kind of fraudulent activity of putting less petrol is prevailing in gurgaon. earlier also i have experienced same situation but have not got the petrol pump attendent red handed. This time I have got the attended red handed and jotted down my complain in the complain book. please take strict action against the erring petrol pump. i have also called Mr Kuldip of Bharat Petroleum on his mobile number [protected] and appraised him about my complain.

                      THE STAFF OF PRAMUKH GAS AGENCY AND THE GAS CHECKING PERSON AND THE YEARLY CHECKING PERSON'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS CONSUMER IS WORST. THEY USE A VERY CHEAP SLANG AND DONOT DO THEIR WORK PROPERLY AND ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY WITH US AND THE GAS PIPE WHICH HAS A GUARANTY OF FIVE YEARS THEY FORCE US TO CHANGE IT WITH IN THREE YEARS AND IF WE ASK WHY TO DO SO THEN FOR THE NEXT TIME THEY DONT BOOK OUR CYLINDERS.
                      TAKE SOME SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THIS THING. AWAITING FOR YOUR REPLY.

                        We've booked the gas with our consumer no: 9318 on 30th July, 2009. At the time of booking, they said that they will deliver within ten days. Till now(20th August 2009), they hasn't delivered the cylinder yet and alternative cylinder also almost ending.

                        We've been calling them from 13th August, 2009 and those people are saying that they will deliver right now. But days are going and no cylinder is delivered yet.

                          I have booked for a refill on 13th July, 2009.(Regn.No.49003). The refill Cylinder has not been supplied till today, 19th August.2009. Earlier refill was supplied on 10th July, 2009. ie; even after 40 days the refill have not supplied by the agency. It is very difficult to manage a family like ours, having no other source of fuel for this much days.
                          Kindly look in to the matter that, the supply of cylinder delaying after 40 days is due to accute shortage of gas or any other reason known by the agency or their staff. You may also note that, there is no provision to know the current status of booking No. and upto which date of booking they have supplied the refill.
                          I shall be greaetfull, if you are taking action to deliver the cylinder to me at the earliest and take necessary action to make the booking and delivery of refill cylinder more transparent.

                          My Gas Connecation No.6905, I want to book my Gas since 17 Nov 2009 but Your Mathura Delar M/S. Deep Gas Service is not book my gas, after that I was given the SMS to his Mobile Number [protected] and [protected] on 19 Nov.2009 But the above are not suply the Gas, after that I was given the Three SMS on 24, 25, and 26 Nov 2009 to Mr.Deepak Goel Owner of Deep Gas Service but the above are not giving my gas. In this regards I had also give a Complent to Your Area Manager Sanjaya Palace Agra and DM Mathura on 23 March 2009 .But there are no any action till now.
                          Kindly do the nessesary action Immideatly.

                            I am the resident of Mulund (W), we are getting the gas cylinders from Jai Bhavani Gas Agency situated at Mulund (W). My father has booked gas cylinder with this agency and they have committed him to provide the same by Monday i.e., on 17th August 2009, since we have not received the cylinder till today i.e., on Tuesday. I spoke to this agency to provide us the cylinder. I had the conversation with Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi who is working in Jai Bhavani Gas Agency. When I told him that the commitment was given of 17th August and still now we have not received the gas cylinder he started answering very arrogantly. He said that we are giving commitments to so many people and we can not keep on fulfilling such commitments. Infact he had asked me talk to some Mr. Kedarnath Dubey (unknown to me) and ask him to know who is he i.e., Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi. His language was – “Kedarnath Dubey ko phone kar ke pucho main kaun hu toh tumhe pata chalega”.

                            It means that the common people like us should face such gunda type people in order to fulfill our basic requirements.

                              I, Seethalakshmi Naskar, the regular consumer (Consumer No.:42440) of Bharat Gas Cylinder for domestic purpose from ARIHANT GAS AGENCY, SR.NO. 24-1/B/2, Kondhwa Budruk, Somji Bus Stop, Pune-48, Phone No.:[protected].

                              We would like to bring to your notice the following issues, which are being faced every time:

                              1. This dealer always takes at least 10 days from the date of booking to supply the Gas Cylinder; whereas Bharat Gas commits to deliver gas cylinder with in 48 Hrs.
                              2. Telephone nos.[protected]/26330344/[protected] are most of the time not reachable and even after reaching with great difficulties the response is really very poor. They do not even listen to the consumer's request properly. Telephonic follow ups are just not possible.
                              3. Whilst visiting them personally for follow up, they just do not bother to listen to the consumer and even the staff members misbehave with consumers.

                              I have personally visited one of you head offices and it has been displayed that " Customer is God"; I think here we have been treated like Dogs.

                              As per rules, it seems there should be a gap of 21 days between the two consecutive bookings and this people take 10 -15 days for delivering the cylinder every time. So we are suffering for this poor arrangement/management of delivery system from this particular dealer.


                              We have tried our best to give you some of the important feedbacks and hope that it will be rectified on war footing basis.

                              We now request you to give your action plan to resolve these issues and it will also be appreciated if you let us know your inability to resolve the same; so that we can proceed further...

                              Bharat Gas — Delay in domestic cylinder

                              My consumer no. is 9578 with Rana Gas, Ludhiana. Earlier cylinder was booked after 21 days from previous booking date. Now a days, cylinder is booked after 25 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. Usually, it take 12 to 15 days to deliver a cylinder after booking. This means a new cylinder can be booked after 21+15=36 days. Is this period jutified? As everyone knows that a domestic cylinder last for 22 to 25 days only.
                              I, hereby request you to switch to earlier method of booking i.e. 21 days from previous booking or if this seems to a little difficult, then reduce the delivery days to 2 to 4 days, so that a new fiiled cylinder is available before the earlier one is finished.

                              Today (28.06.08) i went to book a domestic cylinder for my home to one your delaer Lakshmi gas service located at Patel Road, coimbatore, they said for two members of family, they accepted booking after 40days from the last booking date.
                              Last month i was bookded my cylinder on 27.05.08.

                              Kindly confirm the next booking date for me to get the cylinder at the earliest (or) what is the procedure to get the cylinder every month without delay?

                              With a great regret to inform that, i am a customer of Indian domestic gas holding only a single cylinder. It is very painful that i booked the gas on 22/09/2008 morning even on 30/09/08 i called to the agency and requested them for the delivery. But with out no mercy they told it will take further 4-5 days. But the cylinders are still available in the market for extra cost. As i am only having one cylinder it is very difficult to send my daughter's to school and for my daily work. The same thing they done with me during the last supply also after 15 days only they supplied the cylinder to me. While i went to the office and asked them to provide the complaint book they deny to provide it. Also i came to know that, for single cylinder holder's the cylinder charge is Rs.120/ but this agency is collecting Rss.150.0 +.

                              I booked my gas on the 11 Dec. 2008 in Ambika Gas Agency, JAIPUR and was told to wait for 7 days for delivery. Our agency changed on 17 Dec. 08 from Ambika to Gulab Gas. I contacted to Gulab Gas Agency and was told to wait another 7 days. However when I personally contacted Gulab Gas today to remind them they told me I should wait another 10 days as my booking was on 30 Dec.08 and said the gas was delivered to me on the 8 Dec.08. NO one came to deliver the gas and I still have the empty cylinder. My family also at home all the time. I showed them that there is no entry of delivery in my gas diary after 20 Nov. 08. I also called the delivery boy and he said that they did not tell him to come. My Consumer No. is 31043 at Gulab Gas Agency, Queens Road, Jaipur.

                              To receive that I had made so many phone calls and I spent my valuable time in visiting them to request in person.                               I have booked the domestic gas in Pragati Enterprises (Vishrantwadi) on 30th March. I have not received the Gas delievry yet. Whenever I called to them, they are not picking up the phone. In case tey picked up after trying many times, many hours their communication is very rude. They no speak softly to the customer. Also before listening our speech fully, they disconnects the phone.

                              We are the wroking peros and do not have that much time to follow up to the gas agent. This is very disgusting that the normal person gets the cooking gas after 15 to 25 days after the booking... Sometimes after one month as well.

                              This is not the first time experience but everytime we need to face and struggle a lot to get just basic facility like cooking gas.

                              Yes, the service and customer care for Bharata gas Vashi (this office ion particular) is pathetic. No one ever picks a phone.. If they do, they give very hard to understand replies. Not sure how many people have so much time to chase them so much and get their work done. I am palaanning to see if I can switch my gas p[rovider. I am fed up. Have never seen any worst service.
                              Yes its true, they dont deliver gas on time. Its always takes 6-7 days to deliver even after 4-5 follow ups on call.

                              Dear Sir,

                              As i want to inform you that after booking we get gas celender after one week then next booking calculation starts from the date of delivery. While in other agencies booking date won't chage and even they get celender withing 1- 2 days from booing.

                              This things i wanted to discuss over phone but get your telephone line is very difficult it will be always engage and after great difficulty i got the number but they disconnected the line 2 -3 times. I just wanted to clarify but i got very disappointed.
                              My name is Ramesh Kanodiya, Residing at 57 Bagarang Nagar Sirpur Indore Consumer no.11156 & Distributor Code No. CC-341726. Shri Sai Gas Agencies is vendor of Bharat Gas in my area. They are not giving me any slip at the time of delivery & they are not delivery it at my home, they miss behave with the customer including me. If it will not solve i will change the gas connection to indian gas. This show that they may indulge in some unethical practices.

                              Yes I fully agree with the complainant because whatever points written by the complainant is same as my complaints. No proper service, rude behaviour of staff, no customer care. Services of delivery men are good for the hotels and Chinese stalls because they get extra money for selling refills in black market, Rs. 550 each.

                              My gas Consumer No. 2754 I have booked the gas on 12Th Oct Booking No. 206478 cash memo 671 generated on 25th Oct as per recorded MSG till 19Th gas has been delivered but still I have not recd the cylinder last 1 week i am calling over phone getting the response that today we are sending but we are not getting the gas cylinder pl see into the matter It seems that they are doing in the Black market.

                              Bharat Gas — Gas booking and cancellation and complaint no not reachable

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              My consumer no for Bharat Gas is 51704 and I had ordered a LPG cylinder from Madam Enterprises few months back. Inspite of repeated reminders I have not got that cylinder. When I finally went there I was told that I dint book the cylinder. So I decided to cancel the connection. Towards this I was told to return the cylinders and the regulator. When I told them to collect the cylinders from my house they refused to come to my house to collect the cylinder. When I told them that I would complain they merely said ok and Mr. Senthil - the person whom I spoke to in Madam Enterprises was very unreceptive . Please do the needful as I do not want to continue with Madam Enterprises.

                              I tried to do a complaint in the Bharat Gas toll free no. There are 2 no's . One of them is always busy and the other is connecting to IRDA no (this is very strange). Also I tried reaching their head office in Bangalore and regional office in South but no response from them either. However I managed to send a feedback on their portal and the complaint no is 163755.

                              i have booked for refill a gas with on line ref. no 18252863 on16-Feb-2012 til date the distributor has not deliver the same to me.
                              yes even i agree with all the complaints mentioned above. I want to know have they given any response to our complaint..

                              New service benchmarks being established every single time by Bharat Gas and your distributor. Do not expect any response / improvement either.

                              The first complaint says it all. They took Rs. 4000 for name change and after going there 5 times they finally gave the smart card and registered my mobile #. Then when i tried to order gas they said this number is not registered! Pathetic!

                                Dear sir it was 14 aug 2009 when we was at jaipur & my car need refuling.Then i take my car on bpcl coco on sehkar marg, jaipur. I ask to sales man for top up my car's tank with normel diesel but he denie me.After reqeting he show me other unit.Then i take my car on that unit but nobody came there to refule my car.After 15 mins i ask them again to fule but they ignore me. Then i demand for sales officer number.They give me this number..([protected]). I make a call on this number but nobody pic my phone.After all of this i decide to comlain on online desk..Plese sir do something for me & for all customer...I hope you do ur best.

                                COCO jaipur. on sehkar marg — Poor customer service

                                Der sir,
                                I belonge to srigangamagar. It was 14 aug 2009 when we are at jaipur.
                                When my car need refuling then i go at coco jaipur.there i demand normal diesel but they are intrested to sell premium diesel after requesting for normal diesel they show me other unit i park my car front of that unit.But nobody(sales man ) came there to refule my car.After 15 min i ask them to refule my car but nobody listen to me.After all of this i demand for sales offiser contect no.([protected]) i make a call on this number but nobody take my call..After all i decide to complain on line desk. Plese do somthing for me and other cutomers...

                                  BHARAT GAS GAS CYLINDER — non supply oc cylinders

                                  I am a resident of Jamshedpur. I have got connection with Bharat gas since lst many many years. My consumer number is 10519. I had booked a ga on 28th of December. I was told that it would be supplied in 10 days of time (This itself is shocking). However gas was not supplied in 10 days time. I have been callin up this City Gas agency of Bharat Gas since last 10 days but no one was lifting the phone. Finally today some one has bothered to lift the phone and I have been told that it would take a minimum of 1 week for the gas to be supplied. This is not the first time this has happened. It is a reular phenomenon with this distributor and Bharat Gas

                                  My FATHER is a consumer having C.No-37869 of 'Pal Gas Service', Opp Hanumanth School, Pal Road, Jodhpur - 342001, Ph-+[protected], Rajasthan. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 15 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 21/7/2008 and they assured us that we will get the cylinder within 15 days but till today date we haven't recieved the new refill gas cylinder, then i went to their office, the owner of the agency was not present their, then i talked to staff members about my problem but they doesn't know how to talk to customer such a harrish bad language they were using, then i ask for complaint book they told that we have no complaint book and again and again i was try to talk with staff memners but they were not listening to me, so pls solve my problem as in my house their is no lpg gas cylinder.

                                  I have booked Gas cylender on 26.9.08 with Bharath Gas in Bangalore, Peenya with Saimangala Gas Agency.Till today ie 11.9.08 I have not recieved gas.
                                  My booking No is 1814.

                                  Every time I book the Gas this is the same situation.
                                  Is there no solution for this.
                                  Can you people cannot help the cosumers at all.
                                  I request your kind attention to this problem and help us to get good service in the future atleast.
                                  If this not possible kindly help me in getting a gas connection with Indane Gas which is giving good service ( many times better than Bharat Gas)

                                  Domestic LPG Gas Cylinder — No supply

                                  We have booked for a gas cylinder on 08th November 2008 at M/s. Ela gas agency, sec-93, Noida (Greater Noida), U.P. . Even after extensive follow ups till date gas is not supplied to us. Presently we are running out of gas.

                                  Our consumer no. is 002529.

                                  This is 3rd time in this year we are facing such problem. We are disgusted with the supply problem of this agency . We are deciding to change the source to other agency of Bharat gas who are having far better service than this Ela ageny ( of Indane).

                                  My request to the concerned authority is to check why this agency is operating like this ; I believe they must be manipulating in blacking these cylinders to the market. pls. take necessary steps for this.

I have Indane gas connection in Rja Flame gas agency, address at Shop no.11, shanti market, Rama Park, Bus stop Mohan garden, Main Nazafgarh Road, New delhi-110059.My consumer No. 11079 and I had booked gas on 26/11/2008 and our gas booking no. is 12599 but till date we didnot get cylinder. I had already came that agency in five times agency clerk always tell me today send your cylinder but not give any proper respond.

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A RIFFLE CYLINDER ON TELEPHONE NO.25611260 ON 16.09.09. ON 24.09.2009, I PERSONALLY VISITED TO ABOVE GAS AGENCY FOR KNOWING THE POSITION OF MY RIFFLE CYLINDER. THE STAFF OF GAS AGENCY REPLIED THAT THEY WILL SEND THE RIFFLE CYLINDER WITHIN ONE OR TWO DAYS POSITIVELY. AFTER THAT WHENEVER I ENQUIRED ON TELEPHONE , COMPUTERISED RESPONSE ANSWERING MACHINE ANSWERED THAT YOUR CYLINDER HAS BEEN BOOKED .

                                  BUT TILL NOW THE RIFFLE GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AT MY RESIDENCE. ON 02.10.2009 I AGAIN BOOKED ON TELEPHONE, BUT ALL EFFORTS IN VAIN.

                                  PLEASE ISSUE STRICT WARNING TO ABOVE GAS AGENCY WHY THE RILLED CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER 20 DAYS.

                                  This gas agency from several months doesnt supply gas cylinders within 3-4 days inspite of booking. Whereas other gas agencies in Goregaon (w) supply cylinders within 3-4 days after booking. And their staff's say, " If you are having two cylinders then you have to book the same 18 days after gas cylinder gets finished and thn later after 8-10 days of booking they supply the cylinders. But this the same with One gas cylinders also"
                                  Now this is really ridiculous & harrassing ! ! Daily the Truck comes with loads of cylinders but where it is supplied that only the Owner can tell ! Even on requesting them we dnt get cylinders on time. I think the cylinders are being sold in black maybe in some hotel or soo. But to the surprise here even the local people doesnt raise their voice against this agency in fear that they might not get the service or supply of cylinders even if they are getting late supply of cylinders.

                                  It really becomes difficult & feel ashamed that even Senior Citizens are not spared by this problems.

                                  I dnt knw wat actions will be taken on this complaint, but still I want to share with all people who might be facing the same problem.

                                    I am holding LPG gas connection for my home since 4 years, My agency name is: Munusamy agencies in Velacherry. My name is Illayaraja i got the hand book in the name of Illayaraja but i am getting refill bills in the name Iyyappan, even after inform numerous times there was no action from agency side. Last 4 years i am trying to resolve this issue but could not.Since Gas bills in the different name i could not able to produce anybody in terms of residence proof and so on

                                      the performance of the agency is too poor. the delivery is not done infact even after 20 of booking.
                                      and we need to get our cylinder from him after going to his agency and we need to even pay him before getting the cylinder gas. After complaining to agency holder no. of times no active steps were taken. the condition is so poor that in the market few gas mafias are existing and they are creating a mess and selling the cylinder at very high rates up to 600 per cylinder .

                                      Bharat Gas — TOO MUCH LATE

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I'm a custmer of Bharat Gas M/S Chaitnya Gas Agency,Dombivli-e Branch. I have booked Bharat Gas Cylinder on telephone on 04/07/2011 . but still i'm getting the cylinder as on today i.e. 15/07/2011. from 21/07/2011 to till date i'm calling daily the custmer executive regarding the same but no is bother to supply the cylinder. I requested your good self to please take some action against them so that no custer of Bharat gas will face this problem in future. This is my humble request to you sir.
