Refill Delay

Hello sir,

Warm greetings !!

We've booked the gas with our consumer no: 9318 on 30th July, 2009. At the time of booking, they said that they will deliver within ten days. Till now(20th August 2009), they hasn't delivered the cylinder yet and alternative cylinder also almost ending.

We've been calling them from 13th August, 2009 and those people are saying that they will deliver...

I am holding LPG gas connection for my home since 4 years, My agency name is: Munusamy agencies in Velacherry. poor services and too late delivery

the performance of the agency is too poor. the delivery is not done infact even after 20 of booking.
and we need to get our cylinder from him after going to his agency and we need to even pay him before getting the cylinder gas. NON BOOKING OF GAS ON TELEPHONE

DEAR SIR

I USUALLY TRY ON TELEPHONE TO BOOK THE GAS CYLINDER. BUT THE OPERATORS OF RAVINDER GAS, SARABHA NAGAR, LUDHIANA PUNJAB ARE NOT ATTENDED THE TELEPHONE OR DISCONNECT THE PHONE WITHOUT LISTENING OUR VOICE.

i am having a connection of bpcl lpg consumer no - 98641, facing the problem of delay in delivery 7 to 8 days, while calling to the agency everytime get the feedback of shortage of stock.
if agency facing the shortage of stock, then how they can easily supply for black connection, this state the clear indication that shortage is only for genuine connection customer and not for black connection.

Short quantity petrol filled

I filled up petrol worth Rs 500 at the above retail BPCL petrol pump on 9th August, 2009 at 4:30 pm.
I checked the indicator on the pump and it showed Rs 507 and 10.5 litres. As I drove away I thought that my petrol tank indicator showed less than what it should be for 10 litres but I didnt pursue it. Today when I had driven for hardly 40 kms my tank was empty.
Normally my wagon R car gives a mileage of 12 - 14 kms in city...

Worst LPG distributor is Gas Centre, Ujjain

I got transferred from Ahemdabad to ujjain; i have come across many distributors in past; but i think worst LPG distributor is Gas Centre, Ujjain; late refill delivery, imposing other products to purchase, bad behaviour of staff are some e.g. I think Bharatgas company should take some action against Gas Centre, Ujjain....

Second gas cylinder connection

I had registered to apply for second gas cylinder connection 2 years back.The registration was done at Tejaswini Gas service, Sinhagad Rd. I had visited their office several times for second gas connection enquiry. Everytime I get a common reply "Second gas connection has not yet been started due to shortage". This is hapening since last 2 yrs. Its very difficult to manage without second gas connection....
