DEAR SIR,
i have applied for a new connection at SWASTIK gas agency, ballabgarh, Faridabad for BHARAT gas connection.THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY
ON 20/06/09 AT SRNO.1273
THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY
REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 16/07/09...

This is to highlight that, I have been a customer of PRAGATI ENTERPRISES, ALANDI ROAD, PUNE since last one year and never ever my cylinder has been door delivered without repeated follow up. At least 3 times I had to collect from the distribution van due to late in delivery. My last booking was done on 3rd July after a gap of nearly 2 months vide booking serial # 50, and till date the delivery has not taken place.

I have booked a LPG gas cylinder from Bharat gas through his authorised agency named Nirmal Enterprises A-19, Chander Vihar Nilothi Extn New Delhi -110041 on 7.7.09 and requested several time via telephone for the delivery of the cylinder but the till date i have not received LPG cylinder. My connection/consumer no is 9683 in the name of Mrs Bimla Rani.

You are requested to resolve my complaint.

The bharat petroleum bunk near Pallavaram bus stand often for two stroke vechile, the pumb of 2T mixed. petrol always set for less amount. For eg if 100 rs is told it will be fixesd 92 stating 8 rs for oil. Is it correct. On 12/07/09 around 4.30 pm when i asked for 100 rs 2T mixed petrol for my scooty they set Rs 84 in the meter and told two pckets of oil is placed in the funnel and filled before i react. when i complained to the gentle man...

I am consumer of Bharath gas distributor. Supplier and Agent is Thillai Gas, Membalam, Kumbakonam. Tel .[protected]. I normal family man i have single cylinder user only. If I book cylinder is coming after 15 days this is quite normal as well as after delivery customer has to take their recept to go to thillai gas office to collect Rs.30 money for the govt maniyam.

Luckly I have weight machine in my room 4 to 5 months taken...

I had requested for new gas connection on 30th May 2009. I got the intimation letter to collect the new gas connection on 18th June 2009. However still I have not got the connection. Also with a new gas connection I am forced to take a gas oven.

Hi, The contact number given for the Dommansanda Bharat Gas Agency does not work. Also the the gas delivery is delayed for more than 4 days. I had to go to theor agency travel 4 km to get the refill...

I stay at Nalasopara, Taniya gas agency of Bharat gas taking charges of Rs.2800/- for 2nd cylinder booking & saying that u r getting charging battery with it & u have to compulsary take it.If we don't need it why we wil take it, is it nit wrong?
Why we wil spend our almost Rs.1500/-more when everybody has taken 2nd cylinder in around Rs.1000/-
I wan't prompt response for this complaint

I have been provided one cylinder (while connection) and I am asking for 2nd cylinder while i got the connection, but the concern person not giving any response properly he is just saying next week... next month ... its going for 18 months and m in touch continuously ... still i didn't get my second cylinder... pls do the needful.

Petrol pump I am going to mention is located at Chichwad station, chinchwad, Pune. I beleive it is run by bharat petroleum. Whenever you go to fill the fuel at this petrol pump, there are more chances that, you will get cheated. Even if you notice the cheat, those guys will bully with you. Ways of cheating:

1) When you want to fill fuel of 100 rs, and earlier person has filled 50 rs., then they will start fuelling only after...

I had booked for a cylinder on 13.06.2009 . Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made 4 tmes visit & 10 times calls to the desai & company gas distributors HUBLI KARNATAKA and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

This is a case of Chandra Gas Agency, dealer of Bharat Gas at Mainpuri U.P. -205001.

The dealer here refuses to deliver domestic LPG cylinders if the customers dont buy products like tea packets, sweets, gas pipes. peanuts etc that he intends to sell. The helpless consumers have to purchase the products without any need just to recive the cylinders.

i have not heard of any such policies of addional product sale...

This refers to Bharat Petroleum Petrol Pump at Baner Road ( Near Symentac Building), the petrol pump dispenser machine has been tampered, it immediately jumps to Rs. 50/- and the owners & employees of the petrol pump misbehave and also use abusive and foul language with the customers, when the mistake is pointed out to them.
It is requested to cancel the allocation of the said petrol pump or at least should...
