Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have a similar complain that the bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking, while, we had booked our cylinder on 15/june/2009 which we have not received till date. We have no another fill cylinder. Also, the agency generally doesnt responds to customer. The agent is Dammo Enterpries Jhil Mill Colony. Delhi. I think that many consumers like me are facing problem to book a gas. Request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

    Dear Sirs,
    I filled LPG auto gas and petrol at the above Bunk at19.06 on 31.07.09 for a total sum of Rs.750/-. I have signed the charge slip only once. However, I find that the unbilled amount against this transaction in my credit card account shows the amount as Rs.1500/-. I suspect that the card has been swiped twice. Hence, I request you to take cognizance of this aspect while billing and claim the amount once only. I would thank you to inform me the correct position and the action taken by you in this regard.       Dear Sir
      I have already complaint more than one month ago [Feedback ref. No.63354] & i got your acknowledge mail also at my given mail id, but nothing happened as usually happens. actually this is the system where even these complaints are just jokes.
      Despite this Once again i am complaining the same, i have LPG domestic gas connection from bharat Gas Agency [Jai Gurudev Gas agency, near tarantalab, nasik road, nasik], i had applied for another cylinder on same connection, i got not only an other cylinder but also not needed, unwanted stuffs [10 litre refined oil= 2cans] at 40% higher price than the market. & it is mandatory to take this for all customers. how can they do this & Bharat gas company knowingly ignoring this fact...
      i have a little faith in your system,
      its up to urs- keep my faith...

        I PURCHASED CONNECTION BEARING CUSTOMER NO 1182 IN THE NAME OF TAMILSELVAN, 132 ARNOTHAYA MILL COMPOUND, MANIKKAPURAM ROAD, PALLADAM, TIRUPUR DISTRICT, TAMIL NADU FROM S.S.GASS COMPANY, BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTER, 37/2-3, TRICHY ROAD PALLADAM, .THE DISTIBUTOR STOPPED SUPPLY THE CLINDER FROM THE LAST SUPPLY OF 08/04/2009 . THE DISTIBUTOR TOLD THAT TWO CONNECTIONS IN THE SAME RATION CARD PROOF SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ISSUE THE CONNECTION.           I booked my cylinder on 20th July & i still not received the delivery of cylinder till date and
          Whenever i ph. them to know the reason of late delivery, the agency person was talking with me bad words saying wil deliver today but still they have not delivered us our cylinder.
          I mean this is ridiculous you people have no resposiblity for your customers.

          Lastly, this behaviour of your persons and your services force me think to change gas cylinder company.

            I santhosh Kumar.M. consumer No.25138, residing at B-42-B, Behind Shivaji College, Reghubir Nagar, wants to complaint rearding the issue of the second cylinder.I came to know from my Agency(Umika Agencies) that company is not providing additional gas cylinder.2008 May I got the connection but that time onwards I am suffering with the problem.Whenever I am going to the Agency I am getting the same answer.It is very difficult to live in such a metropolitan city with only one cylinder.So kindly do needful as soon as possible.

            Dear Concern, This is inform you that my consumer No.13674 at Pratap Jyoti Bharat Gas, Rohini Sec-1 Delhi-110085. I am having a connection since long time but last 2 months we are facing problems because while booking the cylinder through online but physically we don't get cylinder and we have the massage that you get the delivered which is not done so it means your local person selling in black or misusing. We have visited your office so many times but every time they says will be delivered but nothing having done.Now this is very bad impact on services due to your cause we are suffering.Kindly take a action otherwise we have to go for next course of action.

              I am very sorry to write these words but in one of you filling station in Sec 2 Panchkula, Haryana, India. Persrons who are filling petrol/Diesel are doing cheating with Customers. They fill less feul then the required but charged in Full. I have complainted to owner twice / thrice but no action have taken from either him or staff. Behaviour of employees are very negative & they have told us if you will complaint then they will not fill fuel in our vehicles. Everytime by giving jerks they are not filling the required Fuel. We know that BP have good repoutation but doing such thing they are loosing faith from Customer's.

              Request you to take up the matter very seriouscly with Concerned person's & compensiate me for the short fuel .

              bharat petrolium where the people trust the company authorised fuel pump is also involved in cheating customers by giving them diesel mixed with kerosene because of that although the company outlet has been sealed by officials but still no change in the staff behaviour . my few truks who used to take diesel from your BP MIRZA petrol pump outlet in Mirzapur has been cheating this why the company outlets cant even the company take care of their of own outlets
              This happened to me too today in chennai. I hope they take action soon, or else we might need to go to consumer court.

                I request you to please withdraw the Bharat Gas Agency from Madam Enterprises ASAP. They are exploiting the customers and very-very bad at their service. We customers are paying them full for getting very-very bad services. And I can say confidently that is due to all negligence of Bharat Gas as an organization.

                Hence Bharat Gas should take immediate and necessary action to close Madam Enterprises on poorest possible service ground and give this agency to some good hand to provide better services to the customers.

                Yes, I Bookied on 08 Sep'09. Though I given standing instruction to deliver on Sunday or Late Evening with information to reach house to get deliver the gas but thay are coming in office time between 11.00 am and before 5.00 pm and leaving with affixing DORE Loked sticker, without supply. after that. on 18 Sep'09 they visited & left with sticker, after that I have callee many time but till now 24 Oct'09 no resposne. I have forced to adjust with my friends or neighbours or with house owner by exchanging the cylinder.

                pl.change to some one who not made enough money or non politics related person or the one who willing to serve good to give best services

                I 1000% agree. I have called Bharat Gas HQ in MUMBAI and got Chennai number, from there I got Bangalore Head Office, complained about MADAM Enterprises. I have been complaining about this agency past 2 years. No improvement. To the worst, the service has gone down badly. I am sure this must be run by goondas or political power. No one picks up the phone any time to for booking. All the time it is engaged ( I mean literally 10 hrs ) if it rarely rings, no one dare to pick up. We spend 4 to 5 working days to chase the phone number (worst case, I have dedicated one person for the whole week just to redial this number)

                PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, BHARAT GAS, TAKE SOME STERN ACTION ON THIS AGENCY. THIS IS HIGH TIME.

                This agency provides a pathetic service to its customers and this is eventually leading to spoiling the name of Esteemed organisation like Bharat Gas...

                Unless corrective action is taken against this issue, the time is not very far when customers will start looking for the alternative sources..

                    I always have this problem with bharat gas... I always book the gas and it is not getting delivered even after 15 days... The delivery person name is Devraj... I am always having the problem with this person... He will not deliver the gas even after its nearing the completion of month after booking the gas... Serious action has to be taken against this person... He will shout on us, if we ask for reasons and he says that "I[censored] want the gas, come and take it or else leave"... We cant argue with this person... His phone number is [protected]... Plz take some action against this person... I tried to call bharat gas to lodge complaint against devraj, but they are not replying to our plead... Please do something about this... I am not able to tolerate this problem nowadays...                     My consumer no is 4557.I am a subscriber of Aparajita Gas agency of Bharat Gas for Bhubaneswar city.Every month I have to follow up with the agency for refill.The answer I get is that "gas refill would have returned from your house" Let me confirm I have mother who is a retired person and stays at home 24 hrs.

                    This time I have booked the gas on 29th of July.Booking no is 78.Till now I have not got the gas.Every month I am being harrased, please look into the matter urgently.

The delivery person name is maheswari distributor... I am serving in bsf NE region always having the problem with this Agency...                     Hi is there any one who can help me out in bharat gas agency the kind of pathetic service you guys are providing its horrible it has become a regular practice now I want some strict action should be taken against these guys. I am a old user of this connection no 6170 with Prakash bharat gas sahibabad while booking your gas you will have to call up at least twenty times only then you will be able to book your connection they never deliver it on time this time I am following it up for last twenty days and the way these people are behaving is totally unacceptable.Pl. look into the matter.

                    i am giving compalint about his service which is wrost and nobody responsible over there, who will solve the issues like this problems.
                    I got new bharat gas conection after trying 20 days becouse there is no manager, i think he was in home.
                    After 20 days hard try i got new conection and after 2 and half months i need refilling but my phone no. is not registered. For this issue i went office but same problem no manager... after all his staaf told me today your no. Will be link gurantee, but after 10 days my no. Not registered, tell me who will solve this type of issue. We are in 21 centuary where india growing fast but i am sorry to say bharat gas service like not even 10th century.
                    Now i am using bhart gas by taking black rate in market.
                    Very wrost and ghatiya type of service by maheshwari gas agency chickballapur.

                    I am giving ladooo for hiss service.

                      Sir,
                      My connection No.M-13217. I got refilling of the cylinder booked on 11.07.2009. Thereafter, I telephonically contracted on Phone Nos. 0571/2743068 & 27443368 a number of times. But the person attended told me yours is not the VIP area, hence refilling will be possible only after 10-12 days. By todate, more than 15 days gone, but continue to be ignored by this above agency i.e. Madhav Gas Service. Kindly ask what does he mean by VIP area. However, I cannot help mentioning here I live in an area which is exclusively Muslim populated area that's why this area has not been categorised as VIP area otherwise I could have got delivery of refilled cylinder. I hope you will look into the gravity of allegation and take stringent action against the agency for such a mindset which has no place in the secular values of our country. Prompt action is highly solicited for.

                        I have already booked gas on dtd 14/07/2009. Now it has been 14 days after i booked the gas yet no delivery is made by the agency.At the time of booking the workers in the agency said that they would deliver the gas within 2-3 days. after 6 days I reached the agency for non delivery of gas within the time as was promised by agency, and told the worker that no gas delivery is made. On this complaint they said that " kuch problem hone ki wajah se ab 10-12 din lagenge". Today I again reached the agency and told that gas delivery is not made yet, on this they told that their men returned from your home . now they will deliver it on monday. I think the administration is very poor and they speak very fake, saying untrue. Actually at my home there is atleast one person in home, and how they said that their men returned from home without delivery? I request the authority to take stringent action against the responsible one due to which i have to struggle hard for the delivery of gas.

                        hello mr. narendra.u r very true...d people working in bharat gas r extremely lazy & irresponsible.even i m facing d same prblm fm d last 18 days & nobody at d office is considering my prblm.d receptionst at d arun gas agency is a BIG LIER... it has now become my job 2 call dem twice daily as a reminder & dey r least interested.

                        I have already booked gas on dated 27/9/2013.Now it has been 7 days after i booked the gas yet no delivery is made by the agency.At the time of booking the workers in the agency said that they would deliver the gas within 2-3 days. We also have reminded them 3-4 times.The worker only postponed the delivery every time, when we asked them for our cylinder. now we are out of cylinder and facing problem because of the carelessness of the agency. please do help us. there service is getting very annoying. please take required action as soon as possible. I am unable to get the delivery of gas cylinder till now!

                          with your refrence i am having a complaint about the venkatech gas services, aurangabad i am his costumer since last 3year. unfortunately my gas cylinder was stolen by a unknowm person on behalf of venkatesh gas services on 01/03/08 i have lodged a complaint in the police station nearby. since that time i am requesting the agency for issuing me a new cylinder as per provision but these people are harsshing me here and there for the cylinder.giving me the different dates and reason and even different peoples here and there to contact. i hereby request u to do the needful and solve my problem.

                            Our post man is continously making same mistakes. He never deliver post on time and when we ask he make excuses. This time he dropped my admit card ten house ahead. I am writing this complaint because last time i was unable to attempt my paper as he did not deliever my admit card. This time i got it from my neighborer and now i realized why i was not able to get admit card. Please make it confidential i dont want him to throw my letters here and there again.

                              i am a bharat gas customer since from past 9 months, when i first aproached my area distributor for fresh connecton after obtaining the allotment letter from the regional head office to one Harsha Enterprises, V V puram Bangalore-560004
                              i told to purchase several house hold appliances for almost 3000=00 rupees apart from the deposit and cylender charges, any how i took the connecton after purchasing the home appliances for 2500 rupees, since from past three months im requesting the agency for a extra 2nd cylinder, now again he asked me to buy 3000 rupees worth home appliances apart from the cylender deposit of rupees 1250=00, when i asked the reason, he said its mandatory for every customer to buy these goods when ever they need a fresh connecton or a extra cylender, bharat gas is really harrasing the customers in this way.
                              why should i buy the things which i am already having in my kitchen, just to make the extra profit these people are harrasing in this way.

                              I have booked for my second cylinder past 3 years, where as others my friends who have booked for
                              second cylinder after me have received the cylinder, but till now I havent received the second cylinder.
                              Now the First cylinder is also over & we are not getting after booking it on 20th July 2009 & today is almost 03rd August 2009.

                              When My wife called up the office, no response from the Maruti Gas, Tingare Nagar, PUNE;411015 & then some WALHEKAR picked up the call & said that What to do if your cylinder is gone, we dont have stock.

                              My I ask is this the response towards the consumers. Please take strict action against & I have the proofs that they have given second cylinder to the consumers who have booked after me.

                                My frequency of booking varies from 2-3 months, as i usually keep visiting my native place at Jamshedpur. Moreover, i underwent a surgery in recent past & hence was on long sick leave away at my native place.                                 Bharat Gas — REFUSAL OF CYLINDER BOOKING, DUE TO FREQUENCY OF BOOKING MORE THAN 3 MONTHS

                                  One of the Bharat gas distributor, Dhaniakhali Gas & Appliances, PO-Harpur, Dhaniakhali, dist. Hooghly, C.C. No 461748 (ph[protected], West Bengal, is telling me that i will not get gas unless you buy a
                                  1 kg Mustard oil from them. they are telling me that Bharat Gas is imposing such sell of oil for each cylinder. So i want to know whether Bharat gas is also selling mustard oil. I don't use Mustard oil in our cooking. so the extra cost for oil is unbearable to me. So please sort out any solution.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I belongs to Mahidpur Dist. Ujjain MP. we the family have more than 100 trucks. our trucks mostly operated on rout of rajasthan to andhra pradesh. we almost all time take diesel from pump located at Nandiyal Dist karnool AP named " BP NANDIYAl" its a company operated pump.
                                    Today 17/07/09 at 9 pm, Our vehicle reg. no. CG04 JA 1025 and RJ09 GA 1764 have taken diesel from BP Nandiyal. Our driver also named mohd. Imran got the measurement of diesel suspicious and ask for measure the diesel in 5 Ltr. Measure instrument but its decline by Mr. MVS kumar worked as that pump as OSTS his mobile no. is [protected], after asking for the measure the diesel by our driver more and more time Mr. MVS Kumar and more worker at BP NANDIYAL beat our drivers very badly and said that don’t complaint for it neither at police station nor at our head quarter otherwise I will kill u all, its my area nobody will know where are your vehicle and your dearth bodies, and badly abuse them like ‘teri maa ka chut, mai tere baap ka naukar nahi hu jo diesel napta phirunga, hata yaha se gadi verna aag laga dunga”
                                    Driver called to me to tell the situation than I have make a call to mr. mvs kumar to clear the position but mr. kumar badly Abuse (buri buri galilyan) me and tell me also that don’t tell my headquarter other wise I will kill your driver and fire your all vehicles, on phone also.
                                    I have make a call to Mr. venu (fleet sales officer for BP in andhra pradesh) on mobile no. [protected] to file a complaint but there is a number given to me of mr. sudhir .
                                    I have made a call to Mr. sudhir (sales officer for BP in Andhra pradesh) on his mobile no. [protected] and said about incidence. On another call to mr. sudhir taking Mr. MVS kumar on conference not telling about that mr. sudhir is also are on line, on that phone call mr. kumar also abuse me.
                                    After 3 calls there is no proper response from mr. sudhir side.
                                    After all I want to make a complaint before you.

                                        This is to highlight that, I have been a customer of PRAGATI ENTERPRISES, ALANDI ROAD, PUNE since last one year and never ever my cylinder has been door delivered without repeated follow up. At least 3 times I had to collect from the distribution van due to late in delivery. My last booking was done on 3rd July after a gap of nearly 2 months vide booking serial # 50, and till date the delivery has not taken place.

                                        IT REQUIRES HIGH LEVEL OF PATIENCE TO GET THE TELEPHONE LINE CONNECTED TO PRAGATI ENTERPRISES BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY. SOMETIMES IT REQUIRES FEW DAYS CONSTANT CALLING TO REACH TO PRAGATI ENTERPRISE.

                                        But this seems not to be a case with all BP gas distributors here as one of my friend's experience with his BP gas distributor at Wanorie, Pune is quite good.

                                        IN ORDER AVAIL PROMPT SERVICE, DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE DISTTRIBUTOR?
                                        I AM ASKING THIS QUESTION TO BHARAT GAS OFFICIALS.
