Dear Sir,


My gas cylinder need refilling. I have trying for over one week but the phone numbers of the agency do not get picked up. Repeated redialing is driving me crazy. They also had a mobile number which some times remain off now or it just keeps ringing.


My consumer no. is P-3175. I urgently need a cylinder refill. Kindly book my comlaint and act immediately.

    I am bharat gas user. my gas connection no.4388. my supplier name is "jugal gas agency" nohar dist.hanumangarh rajasthan.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this late services because cylinder sale in black.

    the complaints are genuine as the gas cylinder distributor / agency harasses the customers and not provide satisfactorily services. Concerned Bharatgas authorities should take constructive steps to check thier improper services and adamant behaviour towards the customers.

    so i request to take action as soon as possible.

    Sub:- Request to rectify the Descrepancies in issueing the Gas
    Cylinder to me / or abolish the Dealership the agency
    which is located at Chitradurga – my own – reg.

    With reference to the above subject, I write to state that, I am having Gas Connection of your Company (Bharath Gas) through the “ Mahalingappa Gas Agencies, Chitradurga “ since 4 years. My Gas Connection (Customer Voucher) number is 16602.

    I want to bring the matter to your kind notice that, the above Mahalingappa Gas Agencies, Chitradurga is not supply (issue) the Gas cylinder to me as per your company rules since I purchased the Gas Connection.
    As per your company rules, the Agency must supply or issue the cylinder after the twenty days of booking. But the above your agency is supplying the cylinder after the 30 days of booking i.e., 1 cylinder upto 50 days.

    The other same agencies of your company they issue the cylinder to the customers after the twenty days of booking.
    I collect the almost Advance information regarding the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency of your company that, the above agency is supply the cylinders unaccountly to the higher government officials, politicians, and their wellwishers without keep any accounts etc., But not issue the cylinder intime to the customers also me.
    Also the advance informations reveals that, the above agency is selling the cylinders one to double rate through its workers (cylinder carriers) to Hotels, Commercial Shops and others to earn the profit beyond the limitation.
    Hence, I request you to kindly direct the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency, Chitradurga to issue the cylinder to me after 20 days of booking date properly or abolish the dealership of the agency. Otherwise I am decided to to go Consumer Court against your Company to obtain the Justice in my favour. Once you think that, if the case is litigated in the Consumer court that caused damage to the goodwill of your company.
    I hope that, you do the same and needful action as i am requested above.

    I am yunas khan sun of Nizamudeen khan S/o Abdul khan. my connection no: 5878. my supplier name is "jugal gas agency" nohar dist.hanumangarh Rajasthan. I am very sorrow to say you that i did applying for DBC cylinder five year ago. and my DBC no.416. i am not gating till now. when i am going in the agency they are saying get out and come tomorrow and when i will going next day they are saying as same. 500 DBC is distributed but my DBC not give to me. actually my father going abroad so my mother going there for taking DBC but their adamant behaviour towards the customers. and saying out from hare we are not give to you. lastly my father did come at home they are saying come tomorrow when they going next day then they are saying out come tomorrow. i am completely unhappy with the ''jugal gas agency'' services and their adamant behavior.

    Now Requesting you to please look in this matter. and taking action as soon as possible.

        dear sir
        i am consumer of bharat gas at raghunathpur under RATNODEEP GAS AGENY AT RAGHUNATHPUR DIST PURULIA(W.B).Every time they have delivery a gas cyllender after a month of booking gas perhapes we have consumed a gas cyllender.so what i doing after this?
        it is noticed that in outer market (some places)gas cyllender sold in very high price @ it's rech to non customer or customer very easyly if they paid high price.some times gas cyllender are sold in other places perhapes they are not a consumer of bharat gas. all these matter are known very well to RATNODEEP GAS AGENCY at RAGHUNATHPUR but they could not taken any step .so kindly taken
        any strong step as soon as posible to solve this probelm and call us a happy bharat gas consumer

          Myself Ravindra Singh Negi, Consumer No. 21193,SV.No.[protected] dated 09/07/07, Amardeep Gas Services, Dehradun, have to lodge (2) complaints for my cylinders.

          Sir/Madam,

          1. My gas cylinder has been found to be filled with water 3 month ago. Complaint had been file in at nearest agency at Dehradun, but I found not good response.

          2. After 14th Sep;09 I have not received any cylinder. Although computer data is showing that gas cylinder have been released to some other persons.

            Sir,

            The system of booking, delivery and cancellation of booking now follows causes much difficulty to consumers. The consumer has to wait for the delivery of cylinder from day one itself till delivery takes place. If any customer failed to present at the moment of delivery the booking is cancelled. And the process repeats. There is no limit for period of delivery. Though a delivery is offered with in two week, the period varies from 2days to 45 days.

            Some method of intimating the consumer about the delivery date is very essential. Now a days SMS can be used as method to intimate most of the consumers. Any consumer will be happy to bear the cost of SMS than wait in the home or depend on the neighbor’s mercy (if any) on all the precious days.

            My customer no. is 16724 of Sreemon Gas Agency, Kodakara ccno. 621873
            Booked on 15/9/09
            Cylinder brought on 30/9/09 without any intimation.
            Booking cancelled on 30/9/09 with written advice to rebook because the person who was at home just went out . I couldnot rebook as the phone for booking is not receiving any calls till today the 5 th October 09.

            This is an example . And is not a complaint against agency.

            Please find a method to reduce the difficulty caused to the Bharatgas customers.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have a gas cylinder connection in Bharath distributor of Sree Moogambigai Gas Agencies, Vandalore, Chennai-600 048.

            Comp. No:1
            Few months back i get one cylinder from them. I used it for only 26 days. Within that days the cylinder get empty. Next time i have checked the sealed potion while I am taking cylinder. I am shocked, because the seal was opened. I asked them they are give any proper response to me.

            Normally we will book a cylinder for every 60 to 70 days. One day I saw a cylinder was deliver to a tea shop near to my house. the shocking news is that cylinder was deliver in my name. After that I will book a cylinder within 30 to 40 days and immediately i get cylinder. Again I want to check, Is my cylinder deliver to another person...?

            I had bookked a cylinder on 16th Dec. 09. and then I make a call after one week they said "Today the cylinder will deliver to you". This same reply for another one week. Today{02/01/2010} morning also they have said that same reply, but at 2pm they are saying your cylinder was already delivered. Till now i have not received any cylinder from them.

            Sir, you could see it as a story. But its true and its not only my problem so many people are suffering with this problem. Please take some severe action against this problem as soon as possible.

              I had double cylinder LPG Gas connection from Indane, as I had shifted to Jajpur orissa there was no service of Indane so I had to take Bharat Gas. Now I have shifted to Ranchi where both are available. Its told by my friends that Services of Bharat is very bad hence I would like to take Indane connection. Kindly let me know is this possible if yes then let me know the procedure.

              What is the system to change from BPCL to Indane? I am not happy with the BPCL service and the way they handle their customers. Even the BPCL authorities are inaccessable.

              What is the system to change from BPCL to Indane? I had double cylinder LPG Gas connection from Bharat and i want to shift from ghaziabad to Kerela. There was no service of Bharat near my house so I want to change it to Indane Gas. Pls suggest me Is it possible or not?

                My customer number is 21732. I have placed a refill cylinder with Padmavathy Gas Agency[protected] days ago. Till date they do not pick up the phone to respond to complaints. I went 20 km to their store. It was locked out. No reasons given.

                Their customer care numbers are never responded to. The delivery man says that he is unable to deliver as no cylinder is available while the agency says the cylinder has been despatched.

                Attempts to use the bharat gas website unsuccessful due to poor design (I am unable to register). Attempt to send a complaint gives me a broken link.

                Bharath Gas SUCKS. And I am quite sure this 5 mins I spent in typing this mail is useless but it only serves to vent my feelings.

                  I had booked the LPG cylinder two and half months before but as of now the agency who has a competent authority to distribute the Bharat gas in karaikal M/s chitra agency Ph.No.[protected], 222012 not supplied the cylinder and saying that while asking today we will going to deliver. Further I had registered in Bharat gas web site my ref, no. is 400156 and the same web site have complaint option but the option said after regester the complain as "your complaint is un able to delivered". I was quite vague on that how I could take up this mater further.

                  Sir, we here with request you pl take necessary action against Chitra gas

                    INDANE AGENCY,VIKAS DISTRIBUTORS,NEW TOWN, KOLKATA IS REFUSING BOOKING OF GAS CYLINDER.AS PER THEM AFTER A GAS CYLINDER IS BOOKED, BOOKING OF ANOTHER GAS CYLINDER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PREVIOUS BOOKING.THIS IS CAUSING SERIOUS PROBLEM AS SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS THAT DURING FESTIVALS AND OTHER OCCASSIONS GAS CYLINDER IS CONSUMED WITHIN 15 DAYS AND WE ARE FACING COOKING PROBLEM. IS IT A RULE FROM INDIAN OIL THAT 15 DAYS GAP IS A MINIMUM DURATION BETWEEN TWO BOOKINGS?PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD HOW TO GET A CYLYNDER IN SUCH A SITUATION.

                      I am struggling with this gas agency for the past five years. You will get the reposible answer from the people who work very rarely.

                      All the telephones will be always engaged. In my experience this will happen only when you put down the handset for all the phones at a time.

                      One of the worst Agency I have every seen.

                      Please take some corrective actions against this agency.

                      Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency is one of the worst agency in chennai Vepery. If we need to book gas mean we need to try this agency more than 5 to 6 hour. They never give respect to customer, I have been experiencing this same problem for the past 2 year.
                      I don't know whom to tell my concern...

                      it is one of the worst customer service i have ever seen, their phone is always engaged and never respect to the customers... please take some action change the service provider or people in that company... all customers are equal important for them not their personal customers... may be some 10 to 20% of them will be satisfy not all... make them to learn how important is customer... common chennai plan and do some this we all will stand together for any action...

                        i have a bharath gas connection from ganapathi raja service centre. of course service is ok
                        i had read a mail few weeks back which enlightened me regarding identification of expiry of the cylinder.

                        i tried to contact service provider where nobody picked up the phone
                        next i tried contacting so called emergency service no[protected] whom i could contact only after 36 hrs of dialing. then they gave me head office number which never responded to my call[protected]. then now i am trying to contact my service provider and the emergency number in vain again

                        Bharat Gas — WORST CUSTOMER RESPONSE IN THE WORLD

                        Dear Redars,

                        M/S Sesha Sai Gas Agency located at Kotha pet, Guntur of ANDRA PRADESH. this franches under Barath Gas Distributers,
                        why Bharath Gas People apoint these dummy partys?

                        1. There is no sofficient staff
                        2. Traffic Probulem at the pramiss
                        3. Worst Response like varbal languge
                        4. not attempt phones in working hours
                        5. they dont have complants book, if they have dont will give to consumers
                        6. ATQ for Booking, (Any Time Q)

                        these facilitlys are consumers recving these fraches,

                          I had booked a lpg cylinder in this agency on 23rd sept 09 and after 3 days when i enquired about the non delivery of the service i was told it will take 10 days from the date of booking for the delivery of the cylinder.However when i still didnt get the cylinder on 30th sept 09 i was told that there is no booking of our request in the system and it will again take another 10 days for the receipt of the cylinder.

                            I got bahrath gas connection since 2002 from nellore city andhra pradesh. our bharath gas dealer name is " BHARGAVI BHARATH GAS" located in achari street,nellore. earlier we had one cylinder whose gas was not losting for even 15 days, so we purchased 2nd cyclinder. after that we felt happy and were more gratefull to BP. But later on supplying the 2nd cylinder of gas was stopped by our dealer we dont know the reason.

                            The procedure here for the booking the gas as follows (every time we are instructed to book gas as per his (dealer) convenient.
                            once we book gas we have to wait for 10 days to 20 days. He use to say after 10days we wll get gas.but it was never happend. max they take 20 days. in our house the cylinder become empty after 15 gays. what about rest of 5 days till we recive gas?.
                            once we recive gas we have to wait for 21 days ONLY FOR BOOKING GAS....
                            when we request for 2nd cylinder bookingm they refused to book and more over they use say for one cylinder there is chance how you find 2nd cylinder?

                            I request you Sir, please take care o[censored]s such consumers.. and do the justice...at least we need the continuity of gas for cooking ....where we can go for once the gas finsh?

                            Bharat Gas — Not delivering gas in time

                            Supplier: Bharath Gas.

                            Gas agency: Anugraha Gas Agency, Basaweshawara Nagar

                            I booked the gas on 27/08/2008, till on date (17/09/2008) they haven't deliverd the cylinder. Now we are having food outside, because we don't have gas in our house now. Whenever I called, they are saying that, they don't have stock and not answering properly although i have booked the gas 20 days back. I am not understanding this, why stock is not there to deliver the cylinder. I feel they are giving the gas cylinders in block & make more profit. Does it required more than 20 days to deliver the gas after booking. Kindly help me to resolve these kind of problem.

                            I was geting my Bharath gas in time. But since last two times, the agent - bharath gas suppliters - BTM LAYOUT, bangalore PHONE:26784422/26784411 are not supplyng the gas in time . They are telling us that, they can supply only once in 45 days. I have booked my gas on 26th Sept 2008. My consumer No.13362. Name: Achar Vasanth. Kindly advise the above mentioned agent to supply immeidately.

But unfortunatly this agency not hasbeen providing gas in time. In my enquary, they replaid, " No Stock". They will deliver it after 40 days in every booking. So Kindly take necessary steps to provide gas in time.

                            BHARATH GAS, in Nellore are the biggest CHEATERS.

                            They are NOT DELIVERING GAS IN TIME as result hesitating customers a lot.

                            They are just MONEY MINDED.

                            They sold gas in BLACK very publicly.

                            The RICKSHAW MANS who deliver cylinders to home are also selling gas cylinders in BLACK at the

                            rate of RS.700/- each.

                            Higher authorities of the agency also have SHARE with RICKSHAW MANS.

                            Hence they were Supporting RICKSHAW MAN when I made a COMPLAINT to Higher Authority

                            about RICKSHAW MAN who had NOT DELIVERED cylinder to my house, which he

                            sold in BLACK at somewhere OUTSIDE.


                            Please... Anybody help people to come out from such situation.

                                Hi,

                                Only 'speed' petrols are served in every Petrol Pumps in Bhubaneswar. None of the pumps serve normal petrol, which is of lower cost. They always say that the 'normal petrol' got over. But at any point of time in a day, it is never available. I've seen this as a trend in BHUBANESWAR only.

                                  I am already having a Bharat Gas connection for one cylinder through Ratan Enterprises near Kalewadi Phata Pune. My consumer number is 72416. When asked about extra cylinder, the Ratan Enterprises told duration it should take to get "Minimum 3 years". This is very strange, so what can i do.

                                    I am living in old Arya Nagar and I wanted a new connection of bharatgas in that area. But I am sorry to inform that even after so many reminders to kamala gas service (in arya nagar) I am not being issued a new connection. I have visited the agency so many times but every time I am given so many reasons of not being given connection. This causes inconvenience to the customers. Its not only me who is suffering. I request you to please take some action against them.

                                    Already 40days completed,still I did get any positive response. I have all the documents which were asked by the them.
                                    I visited their office 5 times in last 40 days. Every time I getting new reason.

                                      I have gas connection with Madhu Gas Service, kankar Khera, Meerut,Distributor Code No 527883. Firstly, when new connection was taken no booking book was issued inspite of charging money for the same.Number of times the Agency was contacted. Not only the Book was not issued but the staff was rude.Now they have started asking ID proof.

                                      i have no ration card and dealer of hear demands us for ration card other wise he not delievered the gas cylinder.
                                      i reply that i have a transferable job so i will show you authority letter of bank or pan card or bank passbook but he has not agree

                                        I had applied application on June 2006, for Double gas cylender to Ratan Enterprises, Rahatani pune. but still i have not receved any phone calls regarding distribution of gas connection.
                                        Also if ask to distributer regarding connection status they never co-operate proper.
                                        After Gas refil booking delevery time taking more than 10-15 days.
                                        Due to this type of miss co-operation i am suffering much.
                                        so I request to concern person please take proper action and to resolve problem.
