Very very bad & worst experience in life time so far....

I reside in Bangalore and i shifted my house from Madiwala to Cubbonpet which is inside the city limit of b'lore. I got connection from Madam Agency in Madiwala and since they dont suppy to my new area, i asked for a trasfer of my connection from Madiwala to Rajaji Nagar branch.
First when i approached Madam Agency they told, they dont have form's and asked me come later and i found there a gentleman fightiing /shouting inside the office for same transfer related issue. I didnt understand the reason for that fight at that time and i realised the same when i called them up later to ask whether the form has come. I got the same answer (No form's come later) thru phone again. Even after that a week later i called up and the moment they received the call and hear's that its a transfer related call, the response you will get is "No form's come next week" and i was screwedup very badly and i shouted over phone and after that they told they will call me once the form come's. And i didnt get any call till next week then i went directly. They told it will be done and made me to wait for 20 mins and told that everything is ready Sir, but our Manager was not there to sign and they told it will be couriered to my address on next working day. I was little bit angry with that reply but still i controlled and said okie for that. But now its almost 15 days over, after i was told that it will be couriered and still i havent got it. If i call they will tell we will do tom sir.

I will tell onething, none of the Madam agency staff's are interested in Servicing the customers. The moment they get a call for transfer's they will tell "No form come next week". I dont understnd the logic or reason behind this, whether its really true or they just bluffing something. If that case is really true also, am very much surprised how come the form's will get exhausted in the 2nd or 3rd day itself and how they manage themselves to serve the consumer's. I dont know whether i will get a response for this, but still posting this complaint...

I have transferred my daughter's gas connection from trichy to chennai on 16th april. then i went to Chennai Chrompet, asthinapuram Indane gas distributor M/s kirupa agencies. They have told that the transfer was not yet approved by Indian oil and hence asked us to wait. We are urgent need of it. Kindly look into the matter.- Rajendran
I am karthik babu my bharat gas consumer no.29965 I am lost of my peacefullness whenever booking of lpg at Trichy distributor the Nanda gas agency. They're improper delivery of the refills in everytime. when booking one refill they're deliver the refill upto one month. they're blaming only on bharat gas agency do not send the load properly.

    My consumer No. is 23479 under Kanchanjunga Gas Srvice,Pradhan Nagar,SILIGURI,Darjeeling,WB.

    Its heart rending to recall that 10 yrs back I had to get the connection under provision of Tatkal expending extra Rs.4600/- which was a significant amount that time .(Ref: SV No.159015 dated-16.12.99 The then Consumer No. being B-1742 under M/S CHIRAAG,Siliguri).

    The quality of service catered by Kanchanjunga Gas Srvice is totally disappointing.

    On the cover of the Book they gave two Numbers:
    REFILL BOOKING:[protected]
    OFFICE: 2517526 (I.V.R.S);
    The first one is either always BUSY or is not picked up at all even after a long ring.
    Second one is Out of Service.

    Again,in the Office they displayed a BSNL Mobile No.[protected] which is no longer a valid No.

    In the instant case, I booked my LPG on 16.09.09 and did not yet get it and failing to communicate them I had to purchase a small cylinder worth Rs.180/-
    Is one month not enough for supplying a lone domestic cylinder?

    The Godown beside THE RIVER PANCHANOI should be kept under strong vigil as the story of one of the carriers namely Sadananda Roy who at the time of scarcity delivers Gas irrespective of date of booking for Rs.500/- leads to confusion( I can't produce proof because I am not authorized to conduct an inquiry ,neither I have such spare time). And many people now-a-days are praising HP when the issue of regularity and longivity come up.

    PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER WITH CARE AND SYMPATHY IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SAVE INDANE FROM MASS REVOLT AND PROTEST OF THE CONSUMERS.

    Now lets wait and see how longer it takes to get my Cylinder booked on 16.09.09.

      I M SATISH KAPOOR FRM MORADABAD HAVING BHARAT GAS LPG CONNECTION NUMBER 31019 FRM AGENCY NAME BRISTO GAS AGENCY WHOSE CONTACT NUMBER IS[protected]

      THEY NEVER GIVE CLINDER DELIVERY AT HOME ALWAYS WE HAVE TO GO HERE AND THERE OR IN AGENCY GODOWN AND HAVE TO RUSH WITH THE DELIVERY MAN FOR LPG GAS .

      NOW I HAVE MY BOOKING FROM LAST 13 DAYS BOOKED ON 01/10/2009 BUT THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED TILL NOW 13 DAYS PASSED NOW AND ALSO GIVEN THEM THREE TIMES REMINDER BUT THEY DIDN'T BOTHER . THIS AGENCY USED TO BLACK THEIR CYLINDERS MOSTLY WHICH I HAVE LISTEN.

      EVERY CONSUMER CONNECTED TO THIS AGENCY IS FACING THE PROBLE LIKE ME BUT GENERALLY COSUMERS GO TO AGENCY GODOWN AND TOOK CYLINDERS FROM THERE AS THEY NEVER DELIVER AT HOME.

      BUT I DONT HAVE SO MUCH OF TIME AS I M VERY BUSY IN MY STRUGGLE LIFE.NOW U TELL US WHAT SHOULD I DO. HOW MY PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED.

      AND IMMEDIATE REPLY ME PLZ TILL WHEN THIS MINE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVER.

      bharatgas — non delivery of LPG cylinder

      Booked for LPG cylinder on 15.10.08. Agency name is Bhaskar gas agency, West Hill, Kozhikode. Not received the cylinder till today, 7.11.08. On calling, every time the reply is "today it will be delivered".
      Another feature of the agency is that they take the next order only after 21 days of delivery. Effectively once in two months only cylinder will be supplied.
      Even with two cylinders we are forced to depend on other fuels for cooking.

      BHARATH GAS lpg cylinder domestic — booking and delivery

      SIR,
      I HAVE A BHARATH GAS CONNECTION IN MY WIFES NAME. THE CONSUMER NO. IS 14648 AND THE AGENCY IS PRATEEK ENTERPRISES, BANASWADI, BANGALORE.
      THIS AGENCY DOES NOT LIFT THE PHONE WHEN CALLED FOR BOOKING A REFILL. IT IS CONTIONUSLY ENGAGED ( DELIBERATELY KEPT OFF THE HOOK) AND WHEN THE PHONE RINGS THERE IN NO ONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE.
      ALSO THE DELIVERY BOY DEMANDS RS.20 EXTRA ON DELIVERY AT THE DOOR STEP. WE HAVE ALSO GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. IT SEEMS THAT THE AGENCY IS ALSO HAND IN GLOVE WITH THE DELIVERY BOYS. THIS IS THE WORST AGENCY I HAVE COME ACROSS.
      PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER IF POSSIBLE AND BRING ABOUT SOME DISIPLINE IN THE WORK CULTURE OF YOUR AGENTS.

      Bharathgas-LPG — Cylinder Non Delivery

      I had booked a cylender for Home delivery on 28-10-08, booking No:12101.My consumer No: 5683 of consumer name Prakasan.K.P in Jyothi Enterprices, Sancrit College Road, Thripunithura, Ernakulam-682301, but till the date the cylender is not delivered.Please solve my problem and delivered the cylender at my home.

      Bharat LPG Cylinder — Delay in delivery due to like and dislike of the booking office executive

      My consumer number is 2987. I belongs to Pondicherry union territory of Karaikal district. My Distributor agency is Chitra Gas, Karaikal. While i am booking for cylinder each time, i have been dragged for two or three times even though i booked earlier. I dont know where my alloted cylinder is going.

      At the same time another agency of the same region is serving without any delay. The agency name is Sathya Gas Agency. Please intervene in this matter and bring us a permanent solution. Because we feel so clumsy to ask permission in our office thrice in month to get cylinder.

      I HAVE BOOKED FOR BHARAT GAS DOMESTIC LPG CYLINDER ON DATE 08/01/2010, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME SO FAR. PLEASE ARRANGE THE DELIVERY WITHIN STIPULATED TIME.

      - not delivered till date.

        LPG Cylinder — Poor Home Delivery System

        I am a consumer of PS Gas, Hatigaon, Guwahati and my Consumer No. is 1605. I booked a cylinder on 02 September 2009. But till 12 October 2009 I am not getting the home delivery of the same. They are distributing refilled cylinder whose booking is later than me i.e., 05 September 2009 and as a genuine customer I am facing problem. Kindly give a solution for getting timely home delivery.

        I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 18499 dt. 11/02/2011 but till today on 20/02/2011 I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

        I have been calling to Pratab Jyoti Gas Agency, since[protected], their phone numbers are[protected],[protected] but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

        They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

        Kindly help me as soon as possible.

          Sir/Madam,

          I am a faithful coustomer of yours for about forty years. Till date we did'nt have any complaints. But now in our area in Ashtamichira (Mala), Trissur Dist, Kerala, consumers who have booked right from Aug.25th 2009 have yet to receive their delivery of gas cylinder. Myself had booked on 19th Sept.2009 and my docket no. is 10694.

          My consumer no is 2361 and agency Pereppadan Gas Agency, Mala, Trissur Dist.

          Kindly please look into the matter and help us to procure the gas cylinder.

            hi,
            There is low freqency buses in vashi naka and mahul area in the night time after 10:00 pm we are
            facing lots of problem specially in the night the time gap between two buses is 30 minutes speacially
            for 361 mahul gaon bus. so many people waiting for buses and there is heavy rush in the night but
            inspite of that the no. of buses provided is very low people aren not going on time in there home and for job, I am working in night shift so i know the situvation many time i am not getting bus on time and not going on time on my job location

            so i request you to please provide bus freqeuncy in the night at 10:00 pm to 11:30 time interval
            at least provide buses from chembur camp to mahul gaon beacuse its very easy people to reach
            in chembur camp so i hope your managemet is taking action on it

                Dear Sir,

                I shifted from mumbai to pune since last year. I am looking for new gas connection from Bharat gas dealer in katraj i.e. Rajaram Gas agency.

                But inspite of following for last 6 months I am unable to get the connection.Whenever I go for enquiry they keep on giving dates, excuses and behave in rude manner as if we owe something to them.

                This has upset me so much that I am now thinking of getting a private connection. Is it so difficult for the citizen of india to get a gas connection ?

                  Dear Sir,


                  My gas cylinder need refilling. I have trying for over one week but the phone numbers of the agency do not get picked up. Repeated redialing is driving me crazy. They also had a mobile number which some times remain off now or it just keeps ringing.


                  My consumer no. is P-3175. I urgently need a cylinder refill. Kindly book my comlaint and act immediately.

                    I am bharat gas user. my gas connection no.4388. my supplier name is "jugal gas agency" nohar dist.hanumangarh rajasthan.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this late services because cylinder sale in black.

                    the complaints are genuine as the gas cylinder distributor / agency harasses the customers and not provide satisfactorily services. Concerned Bharatgas authorities should take constructive steps to check thier improper services and adamant behaviour towards the customers.

                    so i request to take action as soon as possible.

                    I want to bring the matter to your kind notice that, the above Mahalingappa Gas Agencies, Chitradurga is not supply (issue) the Gas cylinder to me as per your company rules since I purchased the Gas Connection.
                    As per your company rules, the Agency must supply or issue the cylinder after the twenty days of booking. But the above your agency is supplying the cylinder after the 30 days of booking i.e., 1 cylinder upto 50 days.

                    The other same agencies of your company they issue the cylinder to the customers after the twenty days of booking.
                    I collect the almost Advance information regarding the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency of your company that, the above agency is supply the cylinders unaccountly to the higher government officials, politicians, and their wellwishers without keep any accounts etc., But not issue the cylinder intime to the customers also me.
                    Also the advance informations reveals that, the above agency is selling the cylinders one to double rate through its workers (cylinder carriers) to Hotels, Commercial Shops and others to earn the profit beyond the limitation.
                    Hence, I request you to kindly direct the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency, Chitradurga to issue the cylinder to me after 20 days of booking date properly or abolish the dealership of the agency. Otherwise I am decided to to go Consumer Court against your Company to obtain the Justice in my favour. Once you think that, if the case is litigated in the Consumer court that caused damage to the goodwill of your company.
                    I hope that, you do the same and needful action as i am requested above.

                    Hence, I request you to kindly direct the above Mahalingappa Gas Agency, Chitradurga to issue the cylinder to me after 20 days of booking date properly or abolish the dealership of the agency. Otherwise I am decided to to go Consumer Court against your Company to obtain the Justice in my favour. Once you think that, if the case is litigated in the Consumer court that caused damage to the goodwill of your company.

I am very sorrow to say you that i did applying for DBC cylinder five year ago. and my DBC no.416. i am not gating till now. when i am going in the agency they are saying get out and come tomorrow and when i will going next day they are saying as same. 500 DBC is distributed but my DBC not give to me. actually my father going abroad so my mother going there for taking DBC but their adamant behaviour towards the customers. and saying out from hare we are not give to you. lastly my father did come at home they are saying come tomorrow when they going next day then they are saying out come tomorrow. i am completely unhappy with the ''jugal gas agency'' services and their adamant behavior.

                        i am consumer of bharat gas at raghunathpur under RATNODEEP GAS AGENY AT RAGHUNATHPUR DIST PURULIA(W.B).Every time they have delivery a gas cyllender after a month of booking gas perhapes we have consumed a gas cyllender.so what i doing after this?
                        it is noticed that in outer market (some places)gas cyllender sold in very high price @ it's rech to non customer or customer very easyly if they paid high price.some times gas cyllender are sold in other places perhapes they are not a consumer of bharat gas. all these matter are known very well to RATNODEEP GAS AGENCY at RAGHUNATHPUR but they could not taken any step .so kindly taken

                            Sir,

                            The system of booking, delivery and cancellation of booking now follows causes much difficulty to consumers. The consumer has to wait for the delivery of cylinder from day one itself till delivery takes place. If any customer failed to present at the moment of delivery the booking is cancelled. And the process repeats. There is no limit for period of delivery. Though a delivery is offered with in two week, the period varies from 2days to 45 days.

                            Some method of intimating the consumer about the delivery date is very essential. Now a days SMS can be used as method to intimate most of the consumers. Any consumer will be happy to bear the cost of SMS than wait in the home or depend on the neighbor’s mercy (if any) on all the precious days.

                            Booked on 15/9/09
                            Cylinder brought on 30/9/09 without any intimation.
                            Booking cancelled on 30/9/09 with written advice to rebook because the person who was at home just went out . I couldnot rebook as the phone for booking is not receiving any calls till today the 5 th October 09.

                            This is an example . And is not a complaint against agency.

                            Please find a method to reduce the difficulty caused to the Bharatgas customers.

                            I have a gas cylinder connection in Bharath distributor of Sree Moogambigai Gas Agencies, Vandalore, Chennai-600 048.

                            Few months back i get one cylinder from them. I used it for only 26 days. Within that days the cylinder get empty. Next time i have checked the sealed potion while I am taking cylinder. I am shocked, because the seal was opened. I asked them they are give any proper response to me.

                            Normally we will book a cylinder for every 60 to 70 days. One day I saw a cylinder was deliver to a tea shop near to my house. the shocking news is that cylinder was deliver in my name. After that I will book a cylinder within 30 to 40 days and immediately i get cylinder. Again I want to check, Is my cylinder deliver to another person...?

                            I had bookked a cylinder on 16th Dec. 09. and then I make a call after one week they said "Today the cylinder will deliver to you". This same reply for another one week. Today{02/01/2010} morning also they have said that same reply, but at 2pm they are saying your cylinder was already delivered. Till now i have not received any cylinder from them.

                            Sir, you could see it as a story. But its true and its not only my problem so many people are suffering with this problem. Please take some severe action against this problem as soon as possible.

                              I had double cylinder LPG Gas connection from Indane, as I had shifted to Jajpur orissa there was no service of Indane so I had to take Bharat Gas. Now I have shifted to Ranchi where both are available. Its told by my friends that Services of Bharat is very bad hence I would like to take Indane connection.                                 My customer number is 21732. I have placed a refill cylinder with Padmavathy Gas Agency[protected] days ago. Till date they do not pick up the phone to respond to complaints. I went 20 km to their store. It was locked out. No reasons given.

                                Their customer care numbers are never responded to. The delivery man says that he is unable to deliver as no cylinder is available while the agency says the cylinder has been despatched.

                                Attempts to use the bharat gas website unsuccessful due to poor design (I am unable to register). Attempt to send a complaint gives me a broken link.

                                Bharath Gas SUCKS. And I am quite sure this 5 mins I spent in typing this mail is useless but it only serves to vent my feelings.

                                      Dhanalakshmi Gas Agency is one of the worst agency in chennai Vepery. If we need to book gas mean we need to try this agency more than 5 to 6 hour. They never give respect to customer, I have been experiencing this same problem for the past 2 year.

                                        i tried to contact service provider where nobody picked up the phone
