Regulator is not available Since 1 Month

I got transferred from Mumbai to Pune. I have given my request for Gas Connection But Bharat Gas (Division Near Bombay Sappers, Khadki, Pune) Said, They don’t have Regulator So they cannot provide me Gas Connection. I am waiting since 1.5 month and continuously asking when the regulator will come and the connection will be supplied to me.

But Bharat Gas persons says they can’t help. Please help.

Delay in issue of transferred connection's Regulator & Cylinder.

I have shifted from Mumbai to Pune. Surrenderred the Cylinders and Regulator to gas agency at Mumbai as per their rules. Now I am waiting to get the Regulator & cylinders at Pune, Kothrud from last 20days. Whenever I approch to the agency they tell that the regulators are not available from Bharat Gas company hence can not issue.
The transfer cases must be taken on top priority I have already surrendered the regulator at mumbai...

DELAYED DELIVERY

I am customer with Bharat Gas throuth SRI MURUGAN GAS SERVICES, NAGERCOIL, KANYAKUMARI DIST, TAMIL NADPIN, PIN:629004. The problem is that when one cylinder is over, and reqeust for another one the Agent commands us to call only after one month of the first delivery cylinder. In the middle if the gas got over means we have to do the cooking with the help of firewood or kerosene. this agents rule is that we should call only after one month...

Gas Cylender Home Delivery charges 10/- to on wards. Ye nahi de sakte toh aapka connection hum cancle kar deta hun. Mare boss bhi nahi bolega mujhe. Tum jo kar sakte ho kar lo.

Not arranging to deliver the cylinder as soon as possible even to the single connection

I am the user of Bharat petroleum Gas. I am having only one connection of cylinder.. and as me and my husband we both are working we take atleast two & half to three months to consume one cylinder.

On Tuesday our cylinder was over and we registered the complaint on Wednesday morning and against which I got the replied that there is no cylinder and we will get the cylinder on Saturday.

Now I had one question...

transfer of gas connection

Due to change in residence, I need to transfer my gas connection from Nanded(M.S.) to Baramati (Dist.Pune, M.S.). The required documents are obtained from Nanded Agency, but in Baramati, it is told that they are not having regulators in stock.I had contacted them 1-1/2 months before, and are frequently in their touch.Till date they are saying they do not have the regulators.Pl do needful at the earliest....

I have recently relocated to Bangalore from Mumbai. I got a transfer letter for the gas connection. Connection transfer

I got transferred to Pune from Sangli dist. I've submitted my cylinders and regulator to Bharat Gas Agency at my previous residency. Also collected all necessary documents. Now from last more than 15 days I'm struggling for transferring my connection to Pune (Pimpri Branch). Saying non availability of regulators I'm not getting the connection. I don't understand why Bharat Gas people cares more vendors than customers....

LPG Refill takes minimum of 1 month

I have similar experience with this distributor (Padmavathy Bharat Gas). I require LPG cylinder refill every 2 months as mine is a small family. Whenever you book for the refill, it takes months together for the delivery. You need to call them multiple times. Always you will find there telephones busy . You need try at least 25/30 times without giving any break so that you may be connected once. That is to if you are lucky.

Delay in home delivery of Lpg Gas.

Dear Sir,

Varsha Enterprise.
Saheed Nagar, Phone[protected], 2547239, Bhubaneshwar, is delaying (Every Month) the delivery of LPG Home Gas Supply which is as per rule - 21 days but they says 30 to 35 days. They supply after 30 days with a post dated bill of 21 days.

Hence my family face problems & we are forced to purchase gas at higher cost from the market in Black.

cylinder leakage

We found that the new gas cylinder that we were trying to connect had some leakage. This happened on sunday. Tried calling the emergency no mentioned in the bharat gas book but the recorded message said 'this code does not exist'.

Then we got the emergency helpline no of bharat gas from Just dial. When called it kept ringing nobody picked up the phone. We thought since it was sunday the office will be closed so again...

delay in receiving domestic gas cylinder

I am costemer of bharat gas for domestic cooking gas at Chirimiri, korea, Chhattishgarh.My card serial no. WR 1113056 consumer no. 008427.I have booked gas cylinder on 21April 2009 but I have not recievedgas cylinder till date ( 22 May 2009 ).The gas agency don't bother about the supply of cylinder even after varioue reminder.They have two phone numberwhich are kept busy or not answered.The agency code is 351896.

Additional Gas Cylinder Connection

Hi,

I have booked a new gas connection in bharat gas agency on 25-Jan-09 in vepery.

We have already paid Rs 3000 for the initial first connection.

Now When i apply the additional cylinder the agency told to pay Rs 3000 for getting additional gas connection.

Corrupted delivery men and dealer

Dear Sir,

I am an customer of Bharat Gas having consumer no. 20886 since 2007. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the cylinder within 24 hours of booking. In my case I have booked my cylinder on 5/5/2009(order no. 1737). Till today they did not deliver the cylinder despite regular reminder.

Actually I never received the delivery before 10 days. The delivery men claims extra Rs 40/50. They also proposes to place order...
