I have been transfered From Aurangabad to Pune, so i have surrender the Cylinder & regulator to Venkatesh gas agency aurangabad on 03/06/09.and collected the T.V with sr no3203453 & on 04/06/09
i made a request at Sri ram gas agency Pune for gas connection. they said you are in waiting, from that day i am daily calling them for connection but every day they replies, THEIR IS NO SUPPLY FROM COMPANY & WE CANT SAY WHEN THEY WILL SUPPLY.
So you are requested to look in this matter & do the needful

Dear Sir,

I am Also Facing the same problem in Nasik.
I'm transfer from Nanded To Nasik Dated 25th Jan 2010 & TV submitted to Local Bharat Gas Agency Dated 27Th but till date we was not received the Gas Connection from Bharat Gas agencied( Chandrakant gas agency, Nasik)

Please me also in this regards.

    Dear Sir's,
    My consumer No. is 44601and booked refill cylinder on 08/06/2009 from the Sairam Gas agency Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai a dealer of Bharat Gas. I was assured delivery after two days i.e. on 10/6/2009. When the same was not delivered on 11/6/2009 I called up the agency staff and they assured to deliver in the evening on the same day. The delivery was not done so I called up the agency staff on 12/6/2009 and they tried to evade my call and remarked that there is some problem with my address. When I invited their attention that in the previous month delivery was done on the existing address that too after considerable delay the staff assured to carry out delivery on the same day 12/6/2009.
    Now it has become a daily routine to call the agency staff for refill cylinder and receive the same assurance of delivery every time. At one point of time they made an excuse that the delivery men are new and unable to find my address. With regret and pain I wish to draw the attention of the authorities that till date the refill cylinder has not been delivered and the one in use is about to exhaust any time.
    I am in fact preparing to bring this matter to the top management of Bharat Petroleum with a copy to the Honorable Minister of Petroleum for the letargic and indifferent customer attitude of the Gas agency.
    I sincerly hope that this forum will initiate prompt action and I assure you all cooperation in the event of any enquiry against the named agency

    I had taken Mediclaim Policy from Winners Benefits Trust thru' my Insurance Agent.
    I under went Cardiac Bypass surgery on January 2009 at Sir K.P. Heart Institute, a pannel Hospital for cashless claim. Estimate of Rs 3, 20, 000 was sent by hospital for prior authorisation well in advance but to our surprise, authorisation was given after 4 days of operation, that too for Rs 81, 000 only.
    After discharge, I lodged the claim and further Rs 34, 000 were sanctioned but even after continuous follow up, has not received the claim till date.

      Hi, My name is Pragati Masuraha. I have a serious complain regarding the Bharat Gas Branch situated at Banda, U.P (Address: Aligang, Near to mahila Degree College, banda). Ower is Father and Son. Everytime, When we call to shop number, they will not answer the call, And When we took the connection, They told that I will get transfer letter after 3 months, But its already 1 year now, And we have not received the Transfer letter. Is there someone who can take immediate action on this issue ?
      Shop owner will speak in good way to ladies, they are delievering Cylinder late night at 11:30PM. When we asked the reason to come so late, They were arguing. I am seriously fed-up with the service of Bharat gas branch. They will cylinder almost after 20 days-30days after cutting the receipt. When we will call to shop, they will not receive the call.

      Please take action ASAP.

        Dear Sir,
        I am from Malappuram dist., kerala, India, from my place no any gas agency i receiving new connection application from last 2 and half years. Bharat gas is the one supplying gas in our area. Our nearest gas agency in perintalmanna, and their number is Gas Agency in Jubilee Road perintalmanna[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. 2and half year back i went myself with reation card and did registration in thier book. After that whenever i call they are telling, new application can't take for your area. Please help us in these. Please tell us how to get a new connection.

        My name is Mangat Ram I have applied for a new connection 9/7/07 then after 6 Month I want Dear Sir,
        to talk the distributor but he is not always stay in office, his manager Raman says please wait more than 6 to 8 month than after 6 month I m talking again the manager but he says the waiting no is lots off so now you can wait more 2-3 month his ans is not satisfied .then I m going to the distributor Mr. Vijay he says my company is change the rules now you can apply again, than14/3/09. I was filled the form again but after 6 month he is not giving me the new connection when I want to talk the distributor the manager and his employs is not talking well, they talk roudly he says you can complaint anywhere my approach is everywhere . I m also talking to the sale officer he says I m busy nopw his ans is not satisfied Then I m taking the head office Bathinda Mr. L.N. his office 2430136. He is not in office for last one month. His employee [protected] says, he is going to chandigarh.

        So, every one is not getting any responsibility my problem is so big because I have no any connection please gave me a new connection.

        I had booked for a new LPG connection at Megha Indane Agencies, Kottakkal 2 yrs back. My booking number is 7819 dated 11/02/2008.
        Kindly let me know the status of new connections and how long I have to wait.
        We have a Gas connection in my father name and he is no more now. Can we transfer the same to my name or Mother name.

          Dear Sir

          I am the holder of petrol bonus card No.[protected] and I have redeemed the petrol miles on dated 01.10.2008 and item code was 8284 and 8105 and for the above said items the petro miles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum and till date only one item has bene recieved and the other is still pending i..e. LG Washing Machine. I made so many request and several complaint to the company on toll free number, but nothing has been done even after passing of NINE months. As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within eight weeks now 36 weeks has already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously .

          Kindly change due date from 4th to 8th every month so that SBI Card payment making is comfertable to me. our salary date is 7th of eevery month. i am making payments every month and regularly.

          Plz. consider the fact and change the date of payment from 4th to 8th of each month.
          In case you will not accept it and you will be responsible for delayed payement charges which i will not pay.

          Bharat Petroleum — Not receiving PetroCard after 100 days

          My Father Vinod Deepchand Mehta with customer ID CU[protected] of BPCL PetroCard have applied for Replacement of lost PetroCard on 20th June 2009. According to tems of service they should provide replaced Card within 21 Days blocking old one.

          On 27th June Person who Got Lost PetroCard used it (May be from Vardhan Fuel Station employee as Card is lost from them) and till that day company had not blocked Card as a result Person used all balance from card. Company is not completing procedure by telling we have used petrocard.I have at least mate 18 to 20 times to Vardhan Fuel Station for Replace the Card and more than 20 times I have talked with CUSTOMER CARE of BPCL but they say We need detail.

          On 5th september I made CrossComplent Why my petrocard is Blocked with complent no.2105326 and they got detail and registered new complent for replace card as 2126339 but this procedure also completed 21 days and I haven't Got my PetroCard.

          Now when I call to CUSTOMER CARE for petrocard as soon as I provide complent number Call is disconnected. So I am sure they don't want to support.

          I am agree with the person concerned towards the attitude of dealers, they never cooperate . Whenever you go to a pump they will make lots of excuses for any sort of service . The petro card is not credited as and when presented with amount less than Rs. 500/-, whereas there is a clear expression that every refill as small as 100/- shall be given credit of petromiles.

          I have a commercial vehicle in this used HSD of Rs.1500/= Per Day i.e I purchased Approx value of Rs.39000/= P.M.

          Options No.1. In this case we are using any banker credit card them refund the 5% cost as a reward and bonus point on the HSD purchase value or fuel service chargeses first time charge and reveres as a ties in the statement, In this case you are not paying the credit cards payment within the time and due dates then “Open your all cloths” because the banker charge for you high rate of interest or late penalty and others charges, Your Bonus & Reward point all disallowed and over all harassment for using the credit card customers.

          Options No. 2 -We are using the Debit Cards for purchased of HSD, at the time of swipe the card My bank extra cost charged and debited in my a/c automatically of each transactions approx 2.75 % on Rs.1500/= i.e Rs.41.25Ps per transactions that is Extra cost (None Refundable) on purchase the HSD net Impact in the M/O 1072.50P.M.             I am having a bharat gas connection in PUNE ( MAHARASHTRA ) with a dealer NATRAJ GAS AGENCY in KOTHRUD area my con no is 26530 I had booked refill through ebharatgas on three instances and till date I have not recieved my refill but you all must be wondering that how have I survived BUT the fact is the same delivery man of the retailer ( who says he has no booking of my no ) gives me a cylinder for a extra price when & where ever required. I had complained previously also but in vain so I have resumed to illegal method of obtaining of cylinder.The delivery boy of NATRAJ GAS AGENCY is a great man for his family cos he is one person who must be having a slsry of arond 5000 pm but must be taking incentives of over 10000 pm .

            I am a consumer from your lpg gas Ravidra Enterprises Lalru mandi near Derabassi.My card No.is 485690. New conecton for lpg cylinder are totly closed from a long time.and now we are facing many problem in getting our lpg refill. Agecy holder behace very rudely.and also blacke marketing is also going on very huge level.if you have to refill your cylinder then you have to stand up in a long row 5 to 6 hour ago to booking counter opening.I am repersenting many of others card holders of my type which are not getting there refill even from booking 5 dayas ago.So Sir please give your king attention in this matter to resolve our problem

              I am a regular user of Bharat gas and never faced a single problem in delevery of bharat gas cylender from any of your authorised agency.
              I had changed my connection from Renu gas service Model Town, Panipatto Saluja gas service Panipat ( Haryana) in year 2009 and after that I started facing problem in delevery. Last time I recieved the cylender after ~ 25 days after reminder and this time I have booked my gas on 12.05.09 and till date (12.06.09) I have not recieved the supply despite i am reminding from last week for the supply.
              Kindly ressolve this problem forever.

                I have been using my petro card for the last 8years and to my dismay came across an occasion wherein the BPCL petrol pump outlet (Nikhil Filling Station) at M.G. Road, Bangalore, refused to accept my Petro Card and insisted on my paying cash and after heated exchange of words finally accepted the same reluctantly when I insisted on the complaint book to register my complaint.

                There are a few petrol pumps who deliberately says that they do not have stock of normal petrol and fills in Speed.

                Will BPCL look into this.

                    Your delivery and other services are prompt but When I transfered Sangareddy ( Medak district) to Nandigama (Krishna District) I have facing a lot of problems from sangareddy agency the agency name is Vinay Gas agency Sangareddy.
                    I submitted all required documents to the agent for the transfer purpose. 28.11.2008 till to day I am not yet received any positive things from the agent. I approched so many times directly and indirectly to the agent. and I endorsed one of my relative to this process . but there is no results from the agent.

                      in our area mahmudabad dist.valsad gujrat. bharat gass service is not doing home dilivery of gass and booking of gass has no any roole gass dilivery is on his mercy fully dictatorship is created by him. blackmarketing is on peack .pleas do something because i & all publick of area which is joint by this dealer are very puzile .no any rules are adopeted by him of bharat gass from first dilevery to second dilevery take time near about 45 days.

                      When i call in bharat gass office(Surya nagar) then the person name sonu talls me i will verifiey your
                      address then u shall get new connection.I have personaly visited that office at lest 3 times and called at least 5 times answer was same.But that person has not verifed my addeass.When i went to that
                      office for connection sonu told me you will get connection hardly in 15 days.I am a working person my office is very far from bharat gass office.I cann't go there again and again.
                      My wife is with me.We are faceing lots of problem due to LPG gass.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have been waiting for last 3 and half years for the 2nd cylinder connection from Bharat Gas.

                        I am following this since more than 3 years to get the additional cylinder connection, every time i call them up or go in person they always coming up and saying that there is no load / or no goverment order.

                        I can understand the same for some months, but is for 3.5 years now. Can someone or some higher authority look in to this and do the needfull.

                        I have also given the request through writing 6 months back.

                        It is poor customer service from them for telling some reason with no clear cut date.

                        My sister has account with the agency called Saimangala enterprisese peenya mahalakshmi layout.The customer number is 1288 by the name of Shakuntala.This agecy is one of the worst suppliers in Bangalore.Though they tell us that, it will take fifteen days to suplly the cylinder, they never supply in time.I have booked for the filled cylinder last month on 13th Jan.I was told that, they will supply within ten days time.Since from 20th Jan, I am calling the agency, the only reply I get is that, it will be supplied today, today[protected]today.Now today is 3rd Feb, we are yet to get the cylinder.I appreciate the services of Indane, were the supply is given within 24 hrs time.Is it anything possible to change to Indane from Barath gas.Kindly let us know.We wish to get rid of Saimangala agency which I would again say very worst suppliers in Bnagalore.

                          I got transferred from Mumbai to Pune. I have given my request for Gas Connection But Bharat Gas (Division Near Bombay Sappers, Khadki, Pune) Said, They don’t have Regulator So they cannot provide me Gas Connection. I am waiting since 1.5 month and continuously asking when the regulator will come and the connection will be supplied to me.

                          But Bharat Gas persons says they can’t help. Please help.

                          How should I get connection? Should I wait? If I have wait till How long?

                          This is really a disappointment.

                          I also got transferred from Mumbai to Pune & given the request for Gas Connection (R&D Consumer cop store, Ganeshkhind, Pune). They keep saying that we don't have idea when regulator will be available till that time I need to wait.
                          This is really frustrating...

                            I have shifted from Mumbai to Pune. Surrenderred the Cylinders and Regulator to gas agency at Mumbai as per their rules. Now I am waiting to get the Regulator & cylinders at Pune, Kothrud from last 20days. Whenever I approch to the agency they tell that the regulators are not available from Bharat Gas company hence can not issue.
                            The transfer cases must be taken on top priority I have already surrendered the regulator at mumbai & why same can not be available to me urgently. If company is not able to do this why they ask for surrender befor transfer, I would have been carried it with me only.
                            My family is suffering now due to unavailability of Regulator & Cylinders.
                            The company is not having any office which receives complaint and reply.

                            I got transferred from Avinashi to Thirupattur, Vellore Dist.T.N.Consumer no was 41320.The very next day i.e on 8th June, I approached the agency concerned at Thirupattur(Thirumal gas agency). I was told to sumbit the xerox copy of the original voucher.I did so as per their request. Even after 15days, I am not able to get gas connection . Whenever I ask for connection, they are not responding properly. I have got two kids.I am suffering a lot due to this undue delay. Now, I have misplaced my original voucher. But, I have with me xerox of the voucher and gas book of previous gas agency. Is it ok to get gas connection? Or What should I do to get gas at the earliest? Please tell me the remedial measure to get the connection. Earlier, getting transfer connection was simple and easier. Now, It has become a very tedious.Agency concerned should be asked to register immediately instead of asking to submit xerox copy..
                            Delay in issue of transferred connection's Regulator & Cylinder.

                              I am customer with Bharat Gas throuth SRI MURUGAN GAS SERVICES, NAGERCOIL, KANYAKUMARI DIST, TAMIL NADPIN, PIN:629004. The problem is that when one cylinder is over, and reqeust for another one the Agent commands us to call only after one month of the first delivery cylinder. In the middle if the gas got over means we have to do the cooking with the help of firewood or kerosene. this agents rule is that we should call only after one month after the delivery of each cylinder.
                              Please clarify and arrange to supply gas cylinder as soon as one cylinder is over. We are big family with Husband, wife, 4 children and one old 85 years old lady and ofcourse with the housemaid.

                              I booked the gas (Cust. No-17105) on[protected] and still not delivered. When I called the office ( PRASAND GAS , Cherthala, Alleppey Dist.,Kerala.Agency Code- 621852) they told on[protected] they given for delivery, but still not delivered to me. Actually we are 8 Km away from the town so, third party people are delivering to us and these people are playing in between. Gas is ready if we pay Rs-500/-. Please take some steps to this.

I booked for gas cylinder on 30.9.14 and booking no. is 25406520. No cylinder has been received till now. When I contacted them, I was informed that it would take some more time to get the cylinder. In this connection I am to state that I received only 6 cylinders during this year (from March 14 onwards) as against 8 numbers. This agency is making unnecessary delay in the supply of cylinders by denying the legitimate claim of the customers. Last year also, I lost 2 cylinders.                                 Dear Sir,

                                Main HINDI main hi complaint de sakta hun.

                                Gas Cylender Home Delivery charges 10/- to on wards. Ye nahi de sakte toh aapka connection hum cancle kar deta hun. Mare boss bhi nahi bolega mujhe. Tum jo kar sakte ho kar lo.

                                Sir hum hai perdesi yaha hum is terah ki dadagiri karte hai ki pucho mat.

                                Cylender booking karne per one week bolte hai. Lekin 20 din tak chhakar lagana padta hai. Jabki mare pass har tarah se aapko proof kar k de sakta hun.

                                Please sir is ka reply de. URGENT

                                  I am the user of Bharat petroleum Gas. I am having only one connection of cylinder.. and as me and my husband we both are working we take atleast two & half to three months to consume one cylinder.

                                  On Tuesday our cylinder was over and we registered the complaint on Wednesday morning and against which I got the replied that there is no cylinder and we will get the cylinder on Saturday.

                                  Now I had one question those people who are working keeping their babies in baby sitting and having only one connection of cylinder would they should not cook food for four days… Ok we can have food from outside but what about our babies what we will feed them they only survive on Milk and Milk Products.

                                  I will just request to look after the matter and try to solve this problem.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am Akhileshwar Singh living at Flat No. 302, Arihant Hills, Shilphata, Khopoli, Dist - Raigad, Maharastra having Consumer No. 40420 from Lonavala Gag Agency. His sub-distributor A to Z Gag is supplying the Gas at Khopoli location. I have single gas connection. I had booked for refill on 29.09.09 and making phone calls from yesterday. But they told us refill is not available.
                                  I have following issue
                                  1. While the booking they are not giving any control no. for status& refill booking confirmation.
                                  2. Too many times when I reach there to take the delivery, name is not registered in register.
                                  3. There is no door delivery facilities with delear. In such way I loose more money for transportation. However our building is only 500 meter far way from Agency.
                                  4. Not getting proper feedback and cylender on time.

                                  Please see and take corrective and preventive action to make the door delivery on time.

                                    Due to change in residence, I need to transfer my gas connection from Nanded(M.S.) to Baramati (Dist.Pune, M.S.). The required documents are obtained from Nanded Agency, but in Baramati, it is told that they are not having regulators in stock.I had contacted them 1-1/2 months before, and are frequently in their touch.Till date they are saying they do not have the regulators.Pl do needful at the earliest.

                                      I transferred my connection from Mumbai when I was shifting to Ujjain permanently and when I went to Suvidha Gas Agency, Ujjain who is a distributor of Bharat Gas they told me that I've to purchase a product of worth Rs.1000 if I want to have connection. Without this they won't provide me the connection and when I denied about this they refused to give me the connection as well as destroy my Termination Voucher of Transfer and my other documents (i.e. address proof and identity proof).

                                      Now I am helpless to have gas connection without this Termination voucher which was issued in Mumbai.

                                      Kindly help me out.

                                      why should they doing like that? they always talk roudley and never listening problem and all that?

                                      all juinagar people giving one page sign all telephone no. bcs lot of problems cretaed? the shamla madam in excel service

                                        I have recently relocated to Bangalore from Mumbai. I got a transfer letter for the gas connection. When I called the Bharat gas agency at BTM layout, Bangalore, I was told that the necessary papers for booking is not available and I'll be called in a day time. The person has taken my phone number. I was not called for two days. On Saturday (30-May-09O I have gone personally to the agency and gave the transfer letter and residential proof. I was told that I am in the waiting list of 157 and will get connection only after 1 week time. I asked about the reason for the same as it is only the transfer. The person infomred that they do not have the paper for making entry for new connection and it is not available throughout India. This reason seems to be unbelivable and being a well reputed agency, the same has not been expected from Bharat Gas. I still do not know only because of the unavailability of paper for entry, they have to hold the connection for 1 week. Being a new comer to Bangalore, it is really difficult to survive without gas. Kindly take this as an urgent case and do the needful.
