i m resident of reviera appartments delhi. i was previously staying in chandni chowk getting delivery of gas from your darya ganj agency with the history of atleast 25 years we never get any problem with that branch . but since we shifted to mall road our gas agent was also shifted to kashmiri gate . the hopless people just simply rude . every time we book the gas they say that the gas will be booked after 21 days . if we wait for 21 days and then book the gas they say that 21 days are not still over they enter wrong dates in their system elibrately and argue a lot on the same and then disconect the call as well. now comes if after 30days god blesses us and they take our booking it takes another 15 days to come . wen we ask them that its 7 days for booking there is another argument of the date that the gas is still not booked again delebartely they didnt take the bboking .there is no such rule that they can not take the booking in before 21days . its realy a torcher for ladies to contact them for a single cylender booking and getting delivery of cyclender every month . we are not using illegal gas then why they people trouble us for the same . we latestly booked gas with 1712 number after that we contacted the agency they said that u will not recive that gas if the booking will be maid before 21 days on that number also . over all if we need cylender in black its available daily on aprox. rs 400 . the agency is making fool of bharat gas as well the customers . our neighbours having gas of indian oil but they never ever face such issues that means should we shift to indian oil or go to consumer forum for the same . its not that they have some personal problem from us they do the same with every customer . every one who is having the gas with that agency is troubled the witneess is available with u i[censored] see the complain registered for that perticular agency. thats my request as well warning to bharat gas to ask the agency to accept the gas booking as well the timely delivery or to shift my gas no. to some other agency themselves else they will shortly be taken to consumer forum .

You are fortunate that you could book a cylinder. It is allways very difficult to book a cylinder on telephone as all the numbers either remain busy or no-response. It tooks 3-4 days for hours of dialing to book gas cylinder and then it will be delivered after 7-10 days. The 1712 number also does'nt work these days. Some urgent action is to be taken.
there is surely some critical problem with this gas agency,

becoz i am also facing the same problem,

but who is going to listen it and solve the problem... ??? is the major question... !

    Improper and late service

    Our family is a big family with 2 cylinder booked. The Gas gets over in 20 days and we never get the refill cylinder on time. Today both the cylinders are empty and we have to go out to eat. We have to book on the 21st day after we get our refill and then the gas gets delivered after 15 - 20 days. We are agonized by this. We have availed no help so far. Can someone please help?...

    My Bharat gas number is 1885.Agent name Vengataeswara Agencies I booked on 07/07/2010.Till date they didnot supply.When we ask they saying another 3 or 4 days it will deliver.But they not suppling regularly.

        mob-[protected]..I beg to say that my gas connection is from Madhumita gas agency sanvid nagar.cunsumer no.-9622 and i booked cylinder at 9/12/2009 and the booking no. is 4174 and still 01/01/2010 i don't get my cylinder i booked.
        I talked to hocker and in agency but they can't solve my problem...
        So I kindly request you to think about my complaint and do something needfull for me...

          Sir/Madam,

          I, Neha Patnaik, am a consumer of Bharat Gas bearing Consumer No 17732, with agency Prateek Enterprises, OMBR Layout, Bangalore-43. I had booked the refill of cylinder almost 3 and half weeks back but still not yet received the refill. Since i am working and alone at home, i asked them to deliver on weekends. But still i call them every weekend and they say that it would reach me that evening, but still i dint receive it. This week i am at home and have called them every day continuously but still the same thing. Today finally when i told them that i would place an complaint they said they would send it immediately but am yet to receive it. And then they call me back and tell me that the delivery boy doesn't know my address. I explained them my address and still waiting.

          Please look into this issue as soon as possible. Incase my cylinder gets over then the other one too is empty.

            I have bharat gas cylinder connection in kalamboli, (Navi Mumbai), every times when we require to book the cylinder through phone we find the con no of gas distributer busy, we continualy tried from early in the morning to evening but every times we get line busy. The con no of gas distributer is 022-
            2742194 and other[protected].

            You are requested to look into the matter as we face problem every times.

            Bharat Gas /gas cylinder — Booking of gas

            I am a customer of Bharat gas and here i am trying to book for the gas sylender at the Bharat gas agency for the area of Model town.Contineiously i am trying to call the agency for last three day's but they keep the phone in engage mode & if the line does get connected no one picks up the phone.

            Bharat Gas — Cylinder Booking

            This is regarding Rang Rai Agency for Bharat Gas. The Address and contact number is given below:
            Shop Number 1, Tulsi Niwas, Pushtikar Society, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, 400102‎ - Ph:[protected]‎.

            The agency supplies Bharat Gas, they have given 3 phone numbers but none of them are never available. When we went to the above mentioned address we came to know that the phone receiver is kept in improper position (lifted and kept aside main instrument) the entire day. The phone rings after the office time is over.

            We have been trying to book cylinder since past 1 week.
            I truly totaly agree with above comment, infact am trying from last 2 days but no one is picking up, have tried all the numbers old/new below but no responce... just show busy.

              I am Sasidharan S, residing at Prakulam, Kollam Dist. ([protected]). Consumer No.44147 and agency is MINI GAS AGENCY, KUNDARA. I booked the cylinder through ernakulam (online booking), Booking No:80 on 14/8/2009.You have supplied 2 cylinders and each can use for at least 20 - 25 days. after getting the booking number i am frequently calling the mini gas agency at Kundara in Phone Nos [protected], 2522759, 3250129 they are not attending any calls.The second cylinder also now empty and not possible to book against that.This is a serious offence from the distributor. therfore necessary action may kindly be taken for getting me the gas cylinder.and PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR GETTING THE NEXT CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY.

                I am Pankaj from pune hadapsar, I have two gas connection at my home .Due to time problems , we purchasing two connection. But I call booking office . They told me my both connnection are block because of two connection in same address. But they are no informed me any type of written notice for blocking the two connection. So, What to do now. suggesting me any solution.

                Dear Sir,

                I wanna to inform you that I have taken a new connection of Bharat Gas Service from Renu Gas Agency (Panipat Haryana) Due to trnsfer my job from Panipat to Chanderpur (Maharastra ) I transferred this connection that Place but I didn't take the connection there. After again my transfered from Chanderpur (Maharastra) to Panipat. After that I went to Renu Gas Agency Panipat haryana - 132103 but he didn't give me the gas connection. Please tell me what can I do for it.

                  Refill booking is a pain because phone numbers are always busy,if ringing no one picks up. If your day is good and phone is picked up the staff is terribly rude ,no booking number is given , you keep waiting for the delivery...usually it takes 2-3 follow up calls to their office which itself is a pain and even after that it takes more than 20 days.
                  Though the automatic phone booking is there but it never works unless you make a personal call to their office.
                  The staff is always in hurry to put down the phone without answering the customer query properly.
                  This gas agency management is not at all doing any effort to improvise their customer service .Pl suggest an alternate as we have to go all the way from Marathahalli to Indiranagar for Booking.
                  Bharat gas has very good reputation in Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur.
                  We are your esteem customers for morethan 25 years.

                  I have seen the opertors of the bharat gas that they are cracking jokes with their family members but not taking care of the bookers, if they dont want to receive any call then they put up the phone off the hook ... Very poor services by bharat gas..

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am writing this letter is utter distress. I am not used to complaining , but have been left with no other choice.
                    I am a resident of Skyline Oasis, Link road, Behind Gawade Petrol Pump, Chinchwad , Pune 33.
                    I booked a gas cylinder at your office on the 18th of August. The voice on the phone was of a lady , probably your reception/ management staff.
                    My consumer number is 62211, and I was told that we would get the gas after 10 days .
                    As the gas was not forthcoming , we called again on the 28th of August.
                    We then got a call from the delivery boy asking for the address of the house. It was quite a surprise as we have already received gas at the address. Thinking the boy must be new, we told him the detailed address and waited for him to arrive. Unexpectedly , he did not arrive
                    We then called Raka Gas service , Chinchwad and gave them the correct address again and informed them about the call from the delivery boy. “We have no stock”- was the stock answer but we were reassured [ ladies voice again] that we would receive it the next day. Since it did not arrive we called up again and gave the correct address again. We were told that we would receive it the same day.
                    ARE WE JUSTIFIED IN THINKING THAT THE GAS IS BEING SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE—I THINK SO, or else what could be the reason ?

                    Finally on Saturday the 5th of September we were told it would come . Nothing has happened presumably and today is the 7th of September.
                    If this is the state of affairs of an educated doctor practicing in the area for over 30 yrs , Woe betide any other person who dares to ask for a cylinder with the Gas agency in mention
                    We now write this letter in through disgust as we have no other option
                    Getting Raka Gas agencies land line is a very difficult task and cannot be done by any person who is hard pressed for time. I guess this can be expected as the voices that talk to you from the Gas agency end are very uninterested in what you are saying , and are ‘curt’ to say the least. This is like what Pune telephone complaint staff were like before the cellphone came into existence—typically apathetic.
                    Please solve my problem forthwith, otherwise you will pain me to take further action.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am writing this letter is utter distress. I am not used to complaining, but have been left with no other choice.
                    I am a resident of Pradeep kumar, 12/198-197 malviya nagar, jaipur. pin-302017.
                    I booked a gas cylinder at your office on the 12th of october and our booking no is 356. The voice on the phone was of a lady, probably your reception/ management staff.
                    My consumer number is 12576, and I was told that we would get the gas till 18 october. .
                    As the gas was not forthcoming, we called again on the 20th of october. this time there was a male voice who told us to come to office to concern him..
                    then i went to the office where that person didn't told his name. he told me that they have not proper supply of gas cyllinder and also said that if you have any source or jack then only you can get the gas cylinder. he also said that they do not supply to public on time. while they issued near about 10 cylinder to the other persons hand to hand.


                    ARE WE JUSTIFIED IN THINKING THAT THE GAS IS BEING SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE—I THINK SO, or else what could be the reason ?

                    Yes its very very poor & pathetic service as i shifted from bevewadi to chincwad & i have transfered my gas connection. then i booked for gas connection, lady in raka agency told gas will be decliverd after 12 days but it doesnot delivered when i visited personaly asking why it is not it delivere lady in counter mentioned it was not booked then again requested her to book then she booked it & told it will come after 12 days but after 14 day we called in raka they told it will come today which was NOT delivered & when ask her why gas is sent, lady in raka told it is booked 2 days back so it will come after 12 days which was very pathetic ..i lost 26 days .. mahesh
                    raka gas agency is very worst service i have seen in my life if i think puspam gas agency are far far better then raka gas agency .. Raka are worst, NOT customer oriented, very pathetic service, boys who deliver gas are corrupted (money eater), UNRELIABLE/UNFAITHFULL agency ...

                      I am consumer of LPG Gas , consumer no.9077(s.v.no. and date is 8810343 /[protected] from THALIADAN GAS AGENCIES, T.B.ROAD , OTTAPALAM, PALAKAD, KERALA.
                      CC NO.114648 who is the dealer of the Petrilium Corporation Ltd.
                      If we made phone call to them they are not replaying properly, they are not providing gas at the right time.they supplying gas only after 2 months and above from the time of booking. we are very difficult to prepare food. so we are request you to take immediate action.

                        I am looking for new LPG connection in Noida, and tried to get it from 'Jai Harsh Bahuguna' gas agency of BPCL. Since 1st May'09, I have visited them at least 5-6 times but everytime they have a new story to tell. Today I visited them again and they asked me to come after 15th Sep'09 as at the moment they are running behind schedule for already booked new connections and they might open bookings after given date.

                        I visited other BPCL gas agency in Sec 20 Noida, they have connection bookings open but simply refused that my residence is not under their area and I should go to 'Jai Harsh Bahuguna' only.

                        This is really frustrating and giving encouragement to black marketing and dubious LPG connections.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        for LPG distributuion a new francisee is just open at Hojai Town( Nagaon Distrcit of ASSAM), But at the starting they find these business as monopoly business. the charging 4400 to 5700 for a new lpg connection, they are also reluctant to provide a valid cash memo also. Surprisingly they are charging Rs 2700/- for a mandatory oven, which has a local market price of at best Rs.750/-. This is what they doing at the begaining, what they going to do after few days.. please look into the matter,

                          DALKHOLA GAS AGENCY, completely DADAGIRI is going on by Gas concerned person and totally Gas Agencey is now being controlled by blackia who openly take cylinder before delivery is being started to customer.
                          My customer ID is 971 & distributor code no. 461729.
                          I HAVE SINGLE CYLINDER SINCE 28.09.2002 (plant delivery date 05.05.2009)
                          When i went to know the norms & regulation of issue double cylinder and I applied for double cylinder,
                          the agency person was talking with me bad words & says that its non suppling from Bharat gas agency last seven years.is it true ? I need as soon as double cylinder.my contact Number [protected].
                          I have several times applied for double cylinder.
                          They also sold the gas bottle illegally in market.

                            Hi,

                            My cust no is 48201 (Mahalakshmi Gas distributers, Bangalore). I had booked for refill cylinder before 25 days ( order no: 10663). But it is not delivered still. It is very frustrating to experience such service. When I call, no body picks up most of the time. When rarly picked up, they just say it will be delivered in another 2 days repeatedly. But never done. When will I get? what is the statndard time (no of days) for delivery? Please get back to me as quick as possible.

                            My last gas was delivered 1 1/2 months ago and had to wait 15 days to lapse until I am allowed to book the gas again, and another 20 days since the last gas was booked, the Hoskote gas agent only promises to supply the Gas cylinder the following day but when the next day comes he says the load has not come (this is going on for more than 1 week) . My house cooking is now done on a kerosine stove, and we have slipped back into dark ages.
                            It is rumored that gas is sold in black by Rashmi Gas agency and its sub agency but I do not have the proof. However the way the sub agency at Hoskote does business give strong crediblity to the rumour. I am not given a receipt for the gas cylinder. I do not get door delivery. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited - LPG Business Unit, I appeal to you on behalf of hundreds of affected consumers - fix this problem. I am now considering moving to another supplier Indane or HP ...
                            Dear Sir/ Madam,

                            My consumer No. is 30987 .

                            My last gas was delivered 3 1/2 months ago and several times I went for booking the gas at Bharat Gas agency, Hoskote. But the distributor always closes his distribution centre. It is very difficult to book the gas in Bharat Gas Agency. All of our neighbours enjoying with good service giving by other gas agencies. I appeal to you on behalf of hundred of affected consumers - fix this problem. We are not getting the refiled cylinder in time. This is not a one time problem.

                              Late delivery of cylender and Mobiles are switched off

                              I had complaint to BPCL vide reference number 69621 of my gas distributor about his deliberately not supplying of cylinder for domestic home use but it is very unfortunate on part of company that after the promise of best services can’t respond to customer complaint . I place order of refill of cylinder on Tue, 18 Aug 2009 09:04:31 IST Order No. :340428
                              Name of Distributor: DAMMO ENTERPRISES JilMil, Delhi-95
                              but I could not receive the cylinder after repetitive phone calls to DAMMO ENNNTERPRISES. This agency has cylinder to sell on black but not available for genuine customer. Please do necessary action so that customer get relief.

                                Dear,

                                As per my understanding cylinder delivery should not be charged extra, & by any ways if it is chargeable it should be added to the cylinder cost. This has come to my notice that for past 5 months the delivery person is asking us Rs.10 extra for the delivery of the cylinder stating that it has to be paid to them. When checking the same with the agency they are unaware & not ready to discuss the same further. I would like to know what can be done in this case.

                                I was booked cylinder for last month, but they not yet delivered and saying that next week next week... like that.. I dont know to whom I have to complaint regarding to take seriouly action.
                                Please help on this.
                                Q17. Is it mandatory for the distributor to give “Home Delivery” of refill cylinders? In case refill cylinder is collected from the showroom/godown what is the rebate given by the distributor on the refill?

                                The normal mode of delivery of LPG cylinders by the distributors to the consumers is home delivery only.
                                There is no additional charge for home delivery.
                                However, under special circumstances like riots, curfews strikes etc., oil companies may authorize in writing selected dealers to resort to ‘Cash and Carry’ supply on optional and temporary basis till normalcy is restored. In such cases, customers will be entitled to a rebate of Rs.8/- per refill.

                                    intially it was told us, that after booking is done, the 3rd day Cylinder will be delivered , after 2weeks also there is no delivery of the cylinder, whereas the other companies like HP,Indane are giving very good service, and delivering the cylinder withing 3 to 5 days, i have even heard that people of Bharat gas are selling the cylinders to commercial in black rates which were meant to given be the residential purpose..., this company is making huge money by selling to the commercial purpose...

                                    Your Distributor name is Kalavati Distributor, Bolinj, Virar- West, your service is very poor, everytime we are suffering, and there worker is very roodly answering to customer, if we ask to them for cylinder everytime they replied if you want cylinder then you come and bring a cylinder, otherwise you will get a cylinder after 5 or 6 days, please you ask me how can this is possible, because I have only one cylinder, so kindly look into the matter and take a against action kalavati Distributor.

                                    The staff will never give the regidtratioin no while booking the gas. Thery are simply say that the supply of gas will be issued in ten days.. So far such promise is not fulfilled. And unecessarily delying with a report no gas clyenders are not supplied suffficiently. . when I visited to their office on 13thof Oct, they simply says that your booking is now registered opnly in 29th Oct, and will get suppy in three or four days. today . Again I have visite to your agent today 14th Oct, they entered my register no.as on 29th Sep. and told me you will get til;l one or two days.. am very confused about your Distributers in Salaiyur.I feel they are doing some doing some illegal busness. please advice for the satification of consumer suport.. Are advise me what I can further in this regard?

                                      My consumer no is 49593.. I have booked my gas through SMS 10 days before.. Nobody is available on landline nos.. starting morning till evening there numbers rings as busy.. Even if sometimes ring goes, either they don't pick or they cut the connection. Even delivery person was openly saying there is huge line of booking your number will turn up after a week and now when I am calling his number, he has switched off the phone. They are doing big harassment to us. I lived in sec-52 noida.

                                      I think I need to personally visit them for this

                                      Hi My consumer number is 58058. I agree wid complaint of Shanti Sharma.. I booked a cylinder on 14th dec through sms. No Cylinder was delivered for 15 days . Not even a single number has been answered by Chitra Gas Agency. TOday i booked a new Cylinder thriugh sms. It has been booked on someone else name. Now again m calling since morning but no one is picking up the calls. They think people are fool. I have Indane Gas Agency in sec 56 vey nearby to our house. Planning to change the provider so.

                                      Plz concerned person look into the matter.

No body is picking up the phone calls & after booking Cylinder through SMS I have not received any response or cylinder...??
                                      Nobody is available on landline nos.. starting morning till evening there numbers rings but nobody is picking up the phone and all the time no. is busy.. Even if sometimes ring goes, either they don't pick or they cut the connection.

                                      service is very poor ...???? and now if i can not get any response I'll go to consumer court.

                                      Call is never picked up by Chitra Gas Agency Executives for the refill booking.We are tired of trying the numbers n no. of times.How can all lines be busy all the time.It has been observed at the personal visit to the agency that the phones are hung-up and calls are not taken.It becomes a big trouble for the customers to approach the Agency on phone

What they really think...they are the most occupied persons in the world and every other is free enough to call them through out the day and these foolish guys are even not answering the calls.

                                      Chitra Gas Agency is good for nothing. You have to call for days and if you are lucky then they can pick up the call. If you are luckier they answer your call or they disconnect. These agency must be terminated and all employees must be fired with jail of one year as they are taking salary for free. After calling for few days they pick up the call and asked me that Gas cylinder will be delivered on 30th Apr but not received it even after a week.

                                      सविनय निवेदन है कि मै ०३-०१-२०१५ को आपके सेक्टर-५५ के ऑफिस में भी जाकर शिकायत करने की कोशिस की लेकिन आपका कोई अधिकारी हमारी शिकायत नहीं सूना |इसलिए हारकर मै कंप्लें पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपना दर्द सुनाया |लेकिन इसके वावजूद भी हमें आजतक गैस नहीं दिया गया |दिनाक ०५-०१-२०१५ को आपके भेंडर मो० शकूर से बात हुई तो दिनाक ०६-०१-२०१५ को दे देने की बात कही गई |लेकिन अबतक गैस का कुछ अता पता नहीं है|
                                      यह स्पलायर के द्वारा किया गया गैरकानूनी प्रयास है|पहले भी आपलोग की साथ हमें काफी यद्दोजहद करना पड़ा ही लेकिन अबतक आपके आचरण में कोई बदलाव नहीं दिखा|हालाकि गैस की मेरी स्पलाई काफी सुधर गई थी|लेकिन दुबारा आपका प्रयास उस तरफ इशारा कर रहा है|कृपा कर इस जल्द सुधारने की कोशिस करे|
