My cust no is 48201 (Mahalakshmi Gas distributers, Bangalore). I had booked for refill cylinder before 25 days ( order no: 10663). But it is not delivered still. It is very frustrating to experience such service. When I call, no body picks up most of the time. When rarly picked up, they just say it will be delivered in another 2 days repeatedly. But never done. When will I get? what is the statndard time (no of days) for...

Late delivery of cylender and Mobiles are switched off

I had complaint to BPCL vide reference number 69621 of my gas distributor about his deliberately not supplying of cylinder for domestic home use but it is very unfortunate on part of company that after the promise of best services can’t respond to customer complaint . As per my understanding cylinder delivery should not be charged extra, & by any ways if it is chargeable it should be added to the cylinder cost. This has come to my notice that for past 5 months the delivery person is asking us Rs.10 extra for the delivery of the cylinder stating that it has to be paid to them. intially it was told us, that after booking is done, the 3rd day Cylinder will be delivered , after 2weeks also there is no delivery of the cylinder, whereas the other companies like HP,Indane are giving very good service, and delivering the cylinder withing 3 to 5 days, i have even heard that people of Bharat gas are selling the cylinders to commercial in black rates which were meant to given be the residential purpose..., this company...

Our BharatGas distributor in Chennai, Besantnagar is uncooperative to say the least. Not only do they take ages to deliver, the responsibility taht it gets delivered is on the customer too! They give the mobile number of the delivery man and wash their hands off the matter. It is the responsibility of the Distributor that his man gives the cylinder on time. The delivery men are also frequently obnoxious and demand tips when even the company...

1. My Consumer Number is J 201100. I am a registered user of Cooking Gas with Satish & Co., Hauz Khas, New Delhi .
2. I booked for a refill gas cylinder on 23 Aug 09 . I have been calling them up every day but they have NOT supplied the same as yet ie. 29 Aug .
It is almost impossible to get them on telephone. After wasting over an hour, when I do get through, I am told it will be supplied by the evening ....

I booked Bharat Gas cylinder nearly after three months on 22-8-09. When I called the agent Tel No she said that it was booked on 30/7/09. But I did not book the gas. The fact is that the agent booked the gas on the some customer name in their records and selling in the block market for higher price. I called to them nearly 6 times till 25-8-09. Every time they lie that the gas is on the way. It is very irresponsible and wasting...

i want to know what is the criteria/conditions for getting a new connection of bharat gas. local dealer has clearly refused to give me a new connection....

I got one connection transferred from M/S Milind gas service(code-581852) N delhi-18 on 22-08-06 to M/S Prakash bharat gas(code no-140740).Once the regulator knob got stuck and on giving extra pressure it had broken but the regulator was not replaced by Prakash bharat gas since the no. of regulator issued by previous distributor was not written on the SV issued previously.Checklist for the consumer before receiving SV is nowwhere seen which...

Today Vinayaka Chaturthi i.e. 23.08.09. When i changed the refill cylinder, the gas is found leaking with sssssssssssss sound.

I called the Customer Service cell, only the watchman picked u to tell he has no idea of emergency complaint service.

I went into the website and found the contact number, but in vain. One of the number is switched off; and the other no response. Actually these are called emergency numbers...

I had asked the petrol pump attendent to fill petrol worth 500 Rs but petrol worth only 414 Rs was put in my car and machine was stopped.After protesting against this cheating balance petrol was put in. this has happened at petrol pump BP 44 at gurgaon Haryana. This kind of fraudulent activity of putting less petrol is prevailing in gurgaon. earlier also i have experienced same situation but have not got the petrol pump attendent red handed....

THE STAFF OF PRAMUKH GAS AGENCY AND THE GAS CHECKING PERSON AND THE YEARLY CHECKING PERSON'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS CONSUMER IS WORST. THEY USE A VERY CHEAP SLANG AND DONOT DO THEIR WORK PROPERLY AND ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY WITH US AND THE GAS PIPE WHICH HAS A GUARANTY OF FIVE YEARS THEY FORCE US TO CHANGE IT WITH IN THREE YEARS AND IF WE ASK WHY TO DO SO THEN FOR THE NEXT TIME THEY DONT BOOK OUR CYLINDERS.
