Dear sir,
I sri uttam bhakat,Saithia of Birbhum district,(W.B),have problem for the refill booking and getting the gas cylinder as poor dlivery for long time. My consumer no.NG-1982.My last booking date was 12/08/09,of booking no. 13434,and last delivery date was 08/08/09. But till now ther is no response from the M/S NANDESWARI GAS distributor(code no.461721,Sainthia,Birbhum)despite of repeated reminders.It is most harassing that,either the telephone was always kept busy or they do not receive the phone.
I have complained about this matter for many times to the sales officer of Durgapur but despite of this he is not interested to solve this problem.
And then I send a detailed copy of this complaint to the TERRITORY MANAGER,BPCL of Durgapur on 15/09/09.
I hope, the concern authorities should take a immediate step for supply the gas and take action about my said complaint dated on 15/09/09.

I need to bring this to your kind notice that Bharat Gas Dealer, rajora gas agency balluana(abohar) ferozepur is making mandatory to buy any product(soap, tea) along with every refill of cylinder.
kindly look in to the matter. And forward this complain to Head-Bharat Gas, Bombay.
