I had booked a lpg cylinder in this agency on 23rd sept 09 and after 3 days when i enquired about the non delivery of the service i was told it will take 10 days from the date of booking for the delivery of the cylinder.However when i still didnt get the cylinder on 30th sept 09 i was told that there is no booking of our request in the system and it will again take another 10 days for the receipt of the cylinder.

I had booked a lpg cylinder in this agency on 21st sept 09 and after 15 days not received about the non delivery of the service i was told it will not take action .

    I got bahrath gas connection since 2002 from nellore city andhra pradesh. our bharath gas dealer name is " BHARGAVI BHARATH GAS" located in achari street,nellore. earlier we had one cylinder whose gas was not losting for even 15 days, so we purchased 2nd cyclinder. after that we felt happy and were more gratefull to BP. But later on supplying the 2nd cylinder of gas was stopped by our dealer we dont know the reason.

    The procedure here for the booking the gas as follows (every time we are instructed to book gas as per his (dealer) convenient.
    once we book gas we have to wait for 10 days to 20 days. He use to say after 10days we wll get gas.but it was never happend. max they take 20 days. in our house the cylinder become empty after 15 gays. what about rest of 5 days till we recive gas?.
    once we recive gas we have to wait for 21 days ONLY FOR BOOKING GAS....
    when we request for 2nd cylinder bookingm they refused to book and more over they use say for one cylinder there is chance how you find 2nd cylinder?

    I request you Sir, please take care o[censored]s such consumers.. and do the justice...at least we need the continuity of gas for cooking ....where we can go for once the gas finsh?

    Bharat Gas — Not delivering gas in time

    My consumer number is 61628

    Supplier: Bharath Gas.

    Gas agency: Anugraha Gas Agency, Basaweshawara Nagar

    I booked the gas on 27/08/2008, till on date (17/09/2008) they haven't deliverd the cylinder. Now we are having food outside, because we don't have gas in our house now. Whenever I called, they are saying that, they don't have stock and not answering properly although i have booked the gas 20 days back. I am not understanding this, why stock is not there to deliver the cylinder. I feel they are giving the gas cylinders in block & make more profit. Does it required more than 20 days to deliver the gas after booking. Kindly help me to resolve these kind of problem.

    I was geting my Bharath gas in time. But since last two times, the agent - bharath gas suppliters - BTM LAYOUT, bangalore PHONE:26784422/26784411 are not supplyng the gas in time . They are telling us that, they can supply only once in 45 days. I have booked my gas on 26th Sept 2008. My consumer No.13362. Name: Achar Vasanth. Kindly advise the above mentioned agent to supply immeidately.

    I am a Bharath gas consumer for last 4 years, my consumer number - 29597 from SEENA GAS AGENCY, ANGAMALY, Kerala. I have only one Cylender for may family. But unfortunatly this agency not hasbeen providing gas in time. In my enquary, they replaid, " No Stock". They will deliver it after 40 days in every booking. So Kindly take necessary steps to provide gas in time.

    I AM MR. SUBHASH GORAY A CONSUMER OF BHARATH GAS FOR 15 YEARS, I HAD BOOKED THE CYLINDER ON 5-9-2009 AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE IT .IF I CALL THE LOCAL SUPPLYER (CIVIL SUPPLIES, CALICUT, KERALA) ONLY AUTOMATED VOICE BOOKS THE CYLINDER SO I HAVE REBOOKED MY CONSUMER NO IS 5097 AND NOW WAITING NO IS 122

    BHARATH GAS, in Nellore are the biggest CHEATERS.

    They are NOT DELIVERING GAS IN TIME as result hesitating customers a lot.

    They are just MONEY MINDED.

    They sold gas in BLACK very publicly.

    The RICKSHAW MANS who deliver cylinders to home are also selling gas cylinders in BLACK at the

    rate of RS.700/- each.

    Higher authorities of the agency also have SHARE with RICKSHAW MANS.

    Hence they were Supporting RICKSHAW MAN when I made a COMPLAINT to Higher Authority

    about RICKSHAW MAN who had NOT DELIVERED cylinder to my house, which he

    sold in BLACK at somewhere OUTSIDE.


    Please... Anybody help people to come out from such situation.

        Hi,

        Only 'speed' petrols are served in every Petrol Pumps in Bhubaneswar. None of the pumps serve normal petrol, which is of lower cost. They always say that the 'normal petrol' got over. But at any point of time in a day, it is never available. I've seen this as a trend in BHUBANESWAR only.

          I am already having a Bharat Gas connection for one cylinder through Ratan Enterprises near Kalewadi Phata Pune. My consumer number is 72416. When asked about extra cylinder, the Ratan Enterprises told duration it should take to get "Minimum 3 years". This is very strange, so what can i do.

            I am living in old Arya Nagar and I wanted a new connection of bharatgas in that area. But I am sorry to inform that even after so many reminders to kamala gas service (in arya nagar) I am not being issued a new connection. I have visited the agency so many times but every time I am given so many reasons of not being given connection. This causes inconvenience to the customers. Its not only me who is suffering. I request you to please take some action against them.

            Bharat Gas — Problem for getting new connection

            I am trying to get new gas connection with Bharat Gas (Harikrishna enterprises), ITI layout bangalore.
            Already 40days completed,still I did get any positive response. I have all the documents which were asked by the them.
            I visited their office 5 times in last 40 days. Every time I getting new reason.

              I have gas connection with Madhu Gas Service, kankar Khera, Meerut,Distributor Code No 527883. Firstly, when new connection was taken no booking book was issued inspite of charging money for the same.Number of times the Agency was contacted. Not only the Book was not issued but the staff was rude.Now they have started asking ID proof.

              i have no ration card and dealer of hear demands us for ration card other wise he not delievered the gas cylinder.
              i reply that i have a transferable job so i will show you authority letter of bank or pan card or bank passbook but he has not agree

                I had applied application on June 2006, for Double gas cylender to Ratan Enterprises, Rahatani pune. but still i have not receved any phone calls regarding distribution of gas connection.
                Also if ask to distributer regarding connection status they never co-operate proper.
                After Gas refil booking delevery time taking more than 10-15 days.
                Due to this type of miss co-operation i am suffering much.
                so I request to concern person please take proper action and to resolve problem.

                  Bharat Gas Cylinder — delivery of gas takes 7 days after the date of booking

                  Bharat gas agency at Meethapur,near badarpur takes atleat 5 to 7 days to delvier refill cyclender every time we book the refill.

                  I have made complaint to our gas agency but all is vain.

I want to get a new connection for my home, but am being told to come later, after 10th every month since last three months. And this time as i went on 11th, i was told to come after 25th. Please guide if i will be able to get it from Bharat gas.

                      I have complaint regarding Anugrah Agencies Basweshvar nagar Bangalore-10.
                      First they told me to get Notary as i was not having ration card and they will provide me the new connection, after getting that Notary i went there and now they told giving new connection has been stopped. And moreover they are telling another person they will give new connection. what it means ??

                      i made a phone call as new person and they replied we will new connection, as i suspect that lady want some more money from me. please take action or else i have take some serious action.

                        Distrubutor Name : Jagannath Gas Co.
                        Address : Nr. Samrat Hotel, P N Dindayal Road, Dombivli -West.

                        At the time of booking, we are informed that we will get the cooking gas within 7 days. After 7 days when we enquire, they inform it will be delivered within 2 days. After 2 days they say, it will be done in another 2 days. Like this 15 days pass on. After that when we give a call to inform that if not delivered we will lodge a complaint with the higher authorities, they deliver the cooking gas. This has been a regular pratice by the distributor to deliver the cooking gas not before 15 days of Booking, since more than 5 years.
                        Another problem we are facing due to this is that we cannot book for the second cylinder as they it can be done only after 21 days of delivery of earlier booking.
                        Please look into the matter very seriously, as it has become a headache to book for a cooking gas with the ablove said distributor.

                        I have booked the gas writh our distributer M/S Amar Deep Agencies, Govandi, Mumbai 400088 on 11 TH Jan. 2011. So far gas is not delivered. When I approached the gas agency I found a big queue to book the gas and also another to take the gas personally. As per the proceedure one has to carry either the pass book or the agency card and get a gas distribution voucher. After this one is supposed to to their godown to collect the filled gas cylinder in lieu of the empty cylinder. The place is dusty and about 150- 200 people are seen standing.
                        The reason given for this mess is strike by some people all over India.
                        God knows if this trouble is only with M/S Amar Deep Agencies or it is all over India.Ther is no news of gas shortage in media .Some would listen in BHarat Gas.

                        In addition to that, booking itself is a huge project. Whenever I am dialing both this number for cylinder booking, one message coming 90 % of the time" Ya numberwaril sewa sadhya uplabdh nahi, punha thodya wedane call karawe". And rest other time it comes engage only. After frustration when i visited physically its shocking that they kept receiver aside to avoid further more booking. What the hell?? What they think of others dependency on them??

                        When inquired about SMS booking or email booking, there straight reply " they dont have any and they dont want any".
                        Most funny part is, after 15 days of booking when i didn't got any cylinder officially, i got it from delivery person delivering cylinders in my area. Offcourse i need to shell out 100/- extra.

                          Dear All,

                          My father is having a Gas connection from Bharat Gas, Joshi Distributors, Nashik City , Nashik. Customer Number :- NK 53033

                          Without informing us they changed our distributor from Joshi Distributors to Suvidha Gas distributors. Now they are asking us to submit the documents at Joshi and new connection will be given from Suvidha. My father is now out of station and they are not accepting booking from any other person.

                          They are not answering to our quires

                          Please solve our problem

                            Dear Sir,

                            It is ridiculous, being serving in ONGC, there is no proper response and timely delivery of gas cylinder. I booked for gas cylinder on 03-09-09. The dealer assured to supply in 10 days. But, till day the dealer is messing around. I strongly feel that the gas cylinders that are for home use is delivered somewhere else or to their favoured persons first. At least ten times I have to contact the dealer for supply of gas cylinder each time after booking.

                            BHarat GAS cooking cylinder — No proper response

                            Dear Sir,

                            The government had passed a GO stating the price reduction of gas cylinders from 29/1/08. Having booked my cylinder on 19/1/08 ( according to the un written rules of agency that only 21 days after the delivery of the previous cylinder and the delivery of the next cylinder takes more than 10 days from the booking date). Now the reduction of the cylinder cost will be practiced only for the cylinders booked from the GO date says our agency. Is it true? and also that they are not ready to answer us through phone whenever we raise up any question. The present cylinder booking practice of waiting for 21 days after the delivery of the first and still waiting for more than 10 days clearly shows that one cylinder should atleast go for 32 days at the minimum but sir, if my cylinder gets over earlier they question me like how many members at home and all that which I think is in no way relevant to them. When we call them and ask them many more details they easily cut off the phone connection and there is NIL response for any question asked. Is our democracy so bad that paying money for no service and not even giveing a proper response to the consumer practised so very well in India. Kindly do the needful and teach them basic consumer service details.

                            LPG Cooking Gas — High price for new connection

                            The agency is charging Rs. 7700.00 for a new LPG connection needed for cooking purpose. Other than is unnecesarily forcing to buy kitchen accesories though are not needed.
                            For the same charges at Udaipur are about Rs.4600, very strange as how could it be so high in a small city.

                            Neyveli and Vadalur we have only one agent (UMA GAS DELAR),he says every 21 days only we made booking after ten days will supply full cylinder,but properly is not deliver correct time,because area is very big,customer facing lot of problems,when we are calling he is not answer,allways phone is busy fullday,booking also very difficult,plese indian oil corporation please consider this problems.mainly house wife people facing lot of problems.

                              we booked gas on 02.09.09 through Internet in www.bhartgas.com vide ref No.347123. But so far gas was not delivered. On 15th September we enquired by phone and agency told that gas will be delivered within two days. Once again today we contacted by phone, they told gas was booked on 15th September and it will be delivered after 4-5 days. Why the agency was not responded for online booking? Please reply.

                              Bharat gas agency ( Basaveshwara) - Yelahanka — Bad delivery.

                              I have booked a cylinder two months ago. Each time when I will call the delivery boy will tell he will deliver today. He is not delivered the gas after two months. I went and complained in their office. They told to call the delivery boy. Very bad service from Basweshara gas agency . Yelhanka Bangalore. My consumer number is 16585.

                              Worst service.They dont honor their words.Had gas cylinder defect issue & their service personnel visited and advised me to get the replacement since the valve pin of cylinder had gone in side more resulting gas flow to stove both in ON & OFF condition. Came to know after a weeks time only. Agency agreed over phone to exchange but after going to office with the defective cylinder, faced half an hour torture to get new one & made me to speak to 4 people. They tried to push me back without honouring request. They told you have used some amount of gas & I even voluntarily agreed to pay the amount for the used gas since I was bother about safety of my family.They tried to disobey my request and after continuous argument, paid 200 Rs.extra and took the cylinder my self.By experience Indane gives best customer service.For any quality issue they come to house & get the problem resolved. Because of improper decision by some of agency personnels, Agency name will get spoiled.Request owner to take necessary action.I had not expected this. Please note in some of the areas, bharat gas service is excellent. Think Bharat gas company also get bad name.
                              Request Bharat gas company to pay some percentage of agency commision on customer reviews. With this things will get improved.

                              This is to bring to your notice that one strip out of 3 strips was found damaged, Expired and contaminated which was oberved after taking to home.
                              I had not expected this type of service from Medplus mart where ones Life is taking granted.
                              Photos and Bill copy is attached with this. Also God only can read bill contents. Looks we should not read any content of it and no purpose of giving bill also.Not legible at all.
                              Request to take serious action on the personnel who has originated. Shop Incharge says that he is not responsible since I have ordered on line & coming from godown. Pl.confirm should we continue to order or not. Looks 20% discount is being given for the expired and defective ones.God only has to save since majority senor citizens use this option in absence of their earning to lead life.

                                I WAS A CUSTOMER OF GUHAN GAS SERVICE AMBALATHARA, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA AND MY CUSTOMER NO. WAS 5440. I HAD BOOKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL GAD CYLINDER IN THIS AGENCY ON 3-7-06 VIDE BOOKING NO.KESO/LPH 98625. AS I HAVE SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE, MY GAS CONNECTION HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO K.R GAS AGENCIES TC-55/1741, KAIMANAM, TRIVANDRUM- PH.[protected],2492402 ON 23/12/08. MY CONSUMER NO. IN THE NEW AGENCY IS 25961. REGISTRATION FOR THE ADDITIONAL CYLINDER WAS ALSO MADE IN THE NEW AGENCY ON 21/1/2009 AND A COPYTHE REGISTRATION SLIP ISSUED BY THE PREVIOUS AGENCY WAS HANDED OVER TO THE NEW AGENCY FOR THE RESTORATION OF MY SENIORITY. NOW IT IS KNOWN THROUGH NEWS PAPER THAT BOOKING FOR ADDL. CYLINDERS UP TO 2007 ARE BEING FULFILLED. THEN I APPROACHED THE K.R. AGENCIES ON 3/8/09 AND REQUESTED TO RELEASE THE 2ND CYLINDER . I AM VISITING THEIR OFFICE EVERY WEEK FOR THIS PURPOSE. BUT THE CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED TO ME SO FAR. THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY IS BEHAVING IN AN INDECENT MANNER WHEN APPROACHED FOR THIS. I COULD SEE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS FREEQUENTLY COMING TO THIS AGENCY FOR THIS PURPOSE AND GOING OUT FRUITLESSLY. I REQUEST TO INTERFERE IN THIS AND TO DO THE NEED FUL TO GET THE ADDITIONAL CYLINDER AT THE EARLIEST.

                                  My self is consumer of Bharat gas With Consumer No 5588 my Distributer is Vinu Gas agency ollur , thrissur C C N o : 621878 , i have booked the refilled cyclinder on 30 august 2009 but they have not supplied the fille cyclinder even after 50 days(19/9/2009) . but the filled cyclinders are available in black markets. please kindly take action on the matter as soon as pssible

                                    COMPLAINT 1. IF I BOOK FOR NEW CYLINDER THEY NEVER TAKE PHONE SUPPOSE BOOKED THE PEOPLES ON RECEPTION SAID BUY MALIGAI MONTHLY GOOD WITH US THEN WE WILL DELIVERY CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY OTHER WISE WE DELIVER AFTER 20 DAYS ONLY.

                                    WHY THILLAI GAS IS LIKE A BEGER DOING AND BEGGING TO THE CUSTOMER TO BUY MALIGAI AND RICE AND MONTHLY OIL ITEMS IN GAS DISTRIBUTION SECTION. THIS COMPANY ONLY FOR MALIGAI SHOP NOT FOR THE GAS DISTRIBUTION.

                                    COMPAINT 2. I WENT TO APPLY 2ND CYLINDER THEY ARE ASKING 3,300 RUPEES FOR SECOND CYLINDER. IN THE BHAVANI AND MURUGAN AGENCY IN INDANE GAS ONLY 1500 RUPEES FOR SECOND CYLINDER NOT LIKE THIS.

                                    WE HAVE TO BUY INSIDE THILAI GAS OFFICE FOR COOKER OR RICE OR OIL FOR THE BALANCE MONEY WITH THEM. THIS STUPID OWNER IS WASTE PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY REMOVE AGENCY FROM THAT GUY AND SAVE CUSTOMERS AGAIN ONE MORE SUN TV COMPLAINT WILL ARRISING SOON.

                                    WE ALL CUSTOMERS SEND A LETTER COMPLAINT ALREADY INFORMED MINISTER KO.C.MANI AND G.K.VASAN AND ALL OTHER TOP POLITICAL LEVEL. THE SAME LETTER TO TRICHY REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION OFFICE THEY RECD BRIBERY WITH THILLAI GAS AND HIDE THIS INFORMATIONS TO THE TOP OFFICIAL. WE ARE SENDING THIS COMPLAINT TO DELHI AND STATE GOVT. ALSO NOW.

                                    PLEASE I SUGGEST THE TOP OFFICIAL AND DIRECTORS OF BHARATH GAS DISTRIBUTORS TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY AND REMOVE AGENCY TO THIS CONTINUOUS COMPLAINT OWNER THILLAI GAS AGENCY.                                     THILLAIGAS KUMBAKONAM — GAS CYLINDER NOT RECEIVED

                                    SINCE AM A Mr.L.MANICKEM AND CONSUMER NO : 12345 AM A MORE THAN A YEAR of Thillai Gas customer & AM A BUSINESS MAN LOCATED AT CHEENAI FOR TEMPORAILLY, MY BROTHER WILL BE TAKING CARE OF Gas Receiving & Booking status. He’s also Branch Manager of reputed concern. Since WE ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS FROM THIS SUPPLIER TO DELIVERY GAS ON TIME. NOT ONLY ME. ALL THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS IN THILLAI GAS AGENCY OFFICE FIGHTING & SOUGHTING INSIDE EVERYDAY THIS IS ROUTINE PROBLEM IN THEIR'S OFFICE. IF WE CALL NO BODY WILL PICK PHONE FOR BOOKING OR ENQUIRY. Last 2 month back we were booked a Gas booking from Thillai gas kumbakonam.morethen 30 days not received the same. While we enquiry with gas centre, they said door closed and irresponsible word. As they said day my brother marriage, whole the week were in home/. After Continuous fighting with them we got a Cylinder more then 30 days. Due to this I will preplanned to book the gas on last month 06’Th Dec'2010 on same customer care desk, they are assured on delivered on before 15 days. According this the they give Ref NO: 262677, Again I will confirm with them please provide the same correct Day without any fighting and shouting with your end.

                                    But till date not yet received a single cylinder from them. We keep 2 empty cylinders on my home. Most of the time, their suppliers are sold the cylinder on illegally. The agent a known this kind of activities. Aswellas More then 5 times my brother had visited their office, they badly responding very casually and replied irresponsible words. The customer care desk replied to us, will ask the status to get it, they simply replied us to surrender the booking or cancelled. Not only Customer care and their Branch in charge are also taking very roudly.

                                    Today { 10.01.2011} my brother got a hectic and bad experience with them, till the day I will not get the cylinder, so my brother directly meet MD, he also behaving argent and way of approaches was bad. He’s never heard my words and customer compliances. His acceptances for his staff words and not consider customer words and situation. He doing violent. Without my knowledge and permission he blocked my booking and he’s not ready to recovery the problem and not moving politely. My brother getting bad things and got an Mental Agony and he really Upset, Disappointed of their behaviors.

                                    As a Consumer we need to get proper solution against to them. We should to do Necessary step & right decision and right things for my complaints.

                                      One of the Bharat gas distributor , Dhaniakhali Gas & Appliances, PO-Harpur, Dhaniakhali, dist. Hooghly, C.C. No 461748 (ph[protected], West Bengal, is telling me that i will not get gas unless you buy a
                                      1 kg Mustard oil from them. they are telling me that Bharat Gas is imposing such sell of oil for each cylinder. So i want to know whether Bharat gas is also selling mustard oil. I don't use Mustard oil in our cooking. so the extra cost for oil is unbearable to me. So please sort out any solution.

                                      Yes I totally agree with him, this practice is not in West Bengal, in jaipur they had forced to buy not 1kg, nor 2kgs, its 5 kgs of Mustard Oil and 5 kgs of basmati rice that to on a very high prices.

                                      I think this practice has been carried all over the country and may be Bharat Gas himself had compulsorily instructed their staff for such practise.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I sri uttam bhakat,Saithia of Birbhum district,(W.B),have problem for the refill booking and getting the gas cylinder as poor dlivery for long time. My consumer no.NG-1982.My last booking date was 12/08/09,of booking no. 13434,and last delivery date was 08/08/09. But till now ther is no response from the M/S NANDESWARI GAS distributor(code no.461721,Sainthia,Birbhum)despite of repeated reminders.It is most harassing that,either the telephone was always kept busy or they do not receive the phone.
                                        I have complained about this matter for many times to the sales officer of Durgapur but despite of this he is not interested to solve this problem.
                                        And then I send a detailed copy of this complaint to the TERRITORY MANAGER,BPCL of Durgapur on 15/09/09.
                                        I hope, the concern authorities should take a immediate step for supply the gas and take action about my said complaint dated on 15/09/09.

                                        i Sheel kumari ADD- G-1/61, phase -1, budh vihar, Delhi-86, Near rajini gupta hospital.have the problem for refilling of booking and and getting the gas cylinder as poor dlivery for long time. My gas no.5352.My problemis 1 they don't pick the phone.if we go to book the gas the delivery was very late every time M/S ROBIN GAS SERVICES ROHINI SECTOR-5 DELHI 110085.despite of repeated reminders.It is most harassing that, either the telephone was always kept busy or they do not receive the phone.
                                        I have complained about this matter for many times to the sales officer of but despite of this he is not interested to solve this problem.

                                        I hope, the concern authorities should take a immediate step for supply the gas and take action about my said complaint.
