I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) vide No. DE-32002, issued from Rohit Gas Agency, Bawana, Delhi. I want to state that the said connection is on the name of my mother, Mrs Uma Mehra. We have been trying to book for the pat fortnight but the numbers are always engaged. Pl. suggest???

I ve tried booking thru online but i dont know if it will work??

    Dear Sir,



    I am your one of the customer in recent 45 days and I am now complainting your product due to the low quality supply which gets not worked after only one cook.



    Weight valve is not working and gaskette is very poor and top closer is very very poor quality.



    How I purchased this????



    Here is a story - I am working in Tirupur, tamilnadu, coimbatore dist. And as i have come from out side for my career growth purpose, i purchased "NEW BHARAT GAS CONNECTION"



    The bharath gas agent, from kongu main road, asked us to buy compusary one - prestige cooker and one-butter fly stow. (both are duplicate) other wise, they don't issue the "NEW CONNECTION"



    Hence, i bought the same due to my personal requirement. Now, i asked them for replacement or repair... they gave me the no. [protected] (mr.karthik) of your company service man. I called him and he said to give it in "ramanath chettiar shop" for servicing there, he will come and repair it.



    Now, I am totally disappointed with the way i purchased like this duplicate items. I am now, thinking to go "consumer court"



    Before, i go there, i wanted to pass you this message. Tomorrow, you should not blame me..



    So, pls revert your feed back to me. and i am expecting favour reply

      My consumer number - 2107 (in the name of P.K.Ramakrishnan Nair)with Gauri Gas Service, Edathala, Aluva, Kerala. Tel -2838788. We had booked on 10/10/08, but till date they have not supplied. The staffs are not answering properly. Would request someone to intervene and do the needful.

      I Mr.A.Anthony had booked the cylinder on 27th of november 2008 our SR. No.GG75 every time we are delayed with the supply of cylinder by more then 15 days, Inspite of calling them and giving them a reminder call they are not providing the cylinders in time.

      and also sometimes dealing in BAD LANGUAGE. TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAINT.
      i have booked my cylinders on 23/2/15 with booking no.[protected] and yet now i have not received
      they are just saying your cylinders will be delivered within 2 days but they don't.
      PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION OR ELSE TELL ME A METHOD TO CHANGE MY LPG GAS COMPANY.

        I am very much astonished and depressed about critical behave of your resister gas distributor M/s Shyama Bharat Gas Distributor, Bandel More, Bandel, Hooghly, (SV NO[protected], Phone No[protected] & 64158876. They delivered my booked gas in this morning and with this bound to take one liter mustard oil pack rupees 80/-. It is not only first time situation like that.

        Please take an immediate lawful action.

          This is actually bull dozing of the customer. I have been working outside Kerala for some time and since then I applied for a connection in Bharat Gas at the nearest agency near my home so that I thought of taking it to the location I am moving.
          Recently I moved with my parents and was trying to book a cylinder on my name the company refused to book it saying that they can't deliver 2 cylinder per month per house. Never knew something of this sort exist. The fact it that they refuse to take the booking which we are trying to make for sometime.

          It looks stupid why my connection be linked to my parents connection or for that matter why they are refusing to take my booking.

          Is there a rule saying that they can't give more cylinders than one cylinder to one home?

I want to complain against my distributor Delhi Gas Agency Uttam Nagar, My grievance is that after booking a cylinder, I have to wait for almost a month for its delivery. When I call on the telephone numbers provided by the distributor, no one ever responds. These numbers are 28565371, 25642250, 25563130.
          After exhausting all my resources, I am finally writing to you. Please take necessary action to solve my problem at the earliest.

            The telephone number - [protected] & [protected]- provided by the LPG Gas Distributor (the Manvir Enterprisers of Bhajan Pura, Delhi-53; India)for the booking of refill of HP Gas remains busy all the time. Therefore, booking of the Refill has become a tedious and time-consuming task.

            On visiting on shop, you can find that telephone is always misplaced intentionally.

            Please arrange to provide the customer with the facility of booking the Refill of HP Gas through internet or more telephone numbers for easy booking.

When i was call my Gas Agency they regret to give the Cyliner after 1 week if we find the delay they said the Gas Cyliner shortage and they do not have the stock short supply received from head quarter, this problem repeat every month when i was booked my cyclinder (through SMS) and called after 10 days they said the cylinder is not avaliable.

              YOU KNOW WELL ABOUT THE INCRESED PRICES OF GAS CYLINDERS BUT EVERY MONTH THERE ARE SOME UNACCEPTABLE OFFERS RELATED WITH THE DELIVARY OF GAS CYLINDER. IN THIS MONTH THEY FORCED ME TO PURCHASE A MUSTERED OIL PACK WORTH RUPEES- 80.00/.                 Hi,
                I Have transfered my connection from Visharantwaid, Pune to Pimri, Pune. I show rent agreement as a adress proof doc.They took 50 Rs. as a Administrative charges but did not give any receipt on it. I fight a lot eventhough he has not given me any receipt.

                Then after he said now you need to also show up the Ration card for booking of second Cylinder that way he is trying to harase me.

                Please let me know whom should contact to restrict such type of corruption.

                  Me, in our family have two different comsumer no.'s form bharat gas and livin in joint family, normally a cylender of 14.2 kg runs around 20.23 days. Our distributors are M/s Ambica Gas, Sikar Road, Jaipur and they hardly pick up the phone once in a time of constant dialling for more than 40-50 min., on getting connected they try to avoid to book a refill before a period of 21 days after having delivered previous refill and they supply the refill after 7-10 days from the date of booking. Now sir, plz you tell me how it is possible to continue with this situation.
                  Kindly help if you can.

                    I get gas from Revathi distributers, Hafizpet, kondapur. We are asked to book a cylinder after 20 days and the delivery is done only after another 20 days. Thats too long a period for a cylinder to last in a family of 5 adults. Every month we end up cooking on other means.
                    On my calls to the agency, I am told the delivery will happen the same day or the next, but it never happens.
                    We moved to Gachibowli from Himayatnagar, where we always received our cylinder with in 15days.
                    Either this place needs a new gas agency or the existing agency is not handling the things correcly.

                      I booked for gas on 10/10/2008, one month & 2 days now, but till today the staff only promisses to deliver the gas in an hour. Fedup of Calling, I visited their office, again they say that it will be sent in an hour. The staff is very rude, misbehaved and manupilative.

                      I hope that Bharat gas heeds to my request and delivers the gas as soon as possible.

                      prateek Enterprise — Non delivery of GAS

                      This may sound like very common complaint but Bharat Gas needs to something about this. Everytime we book gas with Prateek enterprise. The standard commitment from them for the first time is the Gas will be delivered in a week. (Everyone know this will never happen). After a week you will have to start following them on daily basis and the the standard answer you get for seversal days is that boy will come today...After this you are totally at their mercy till the Gas is delivered.
                      We are also facing the same problem with the PRATEEK..
                      There is bangalore customer care number. Try that. But they are also not picking up.

                      I have called the agency to know the status of my booking. The Girls deployed on Phone ARE VERY RUDE, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE QUARY & WILL HUNG UP PHONE ABRUPTLY. I FACE THIS PROBLEM EVERY TIME. INSPITE OF REQUESTING TO TALK CALMLY THEY WILL GET MORE RUDE.

                      H.N Enterprises — Bills not given to consumers

                      The boy at the cash counter didn't handed over the bills for the product purchase made at their outlet and when asked, he gave a order cheque which is not a bill copy. On our further protest, the actual bill was made and handed over to us. This practise is not new in this shop and has been warned earlier also. Since the item is food it makes things even more critical as all these food items are perishable in nature and also it is a punishable offence of evasion of tax by the dealer, would request you to take strict action against these kind of practices.

                      I booked for gas on 27/03/2013, last week, yesterday the delivery boy show the bill Rs.920/-. why they given that much? I called many times the prateek Gas agency 2 hours try thee no.s every time is busy. before I booked gas it will come minimum 20 days will come. this time they give gas with in 2 days.

                      I hope that Bharat gas heeds to my request and delivers the gas as soon as possible.
                      One of the worst and pathetic Customer service ever
                      the people who attend the phone are absolutely unethical and barbaric
                      they do not care what you have to tell never ever ready to listen all they have to do is drive you away
                      Every time when i book the gas, they will tell that it will be delivered in 3 to 5 days. but finally it will come at all. After repeated calling, in the office they will say like that have sent the bill and they will give the delivery person contact no. If I call that person, he will say one or other reason. And this will keep continuing daily. finally i will get the cylinder after 15 to 25 days of booking.

                      This is the usual story with this agency. In spite of our busy work, we need to track this every month.
                      Very poor service. I had booked gas on Nov 10, 2013 and till now didn't get the gas. After repeatedly calling them (mostly phone goes busy), they said the delivery guy came to your house and no body was present at the house. I enrolled for delivery on weekend service. haven't yet got the gas till now. I called the delivery guy, he is very rude. doesn't understand english. He says it will be delivered today but never does it. When i call to office, they say call to delivery man. No service offered to working couples as they should instruct the delivery man to atleast inform people when they are coming so that someone can be at home.else you need to stay home just to keep waiting for the delivery guy to turn up.

I have tried calling up the boy..he is also in a hurry or he doesnt pick up the calls...its really frustrating especially for office goers, who have to do regular follow ups...Bharat gas if you have to maintain a good image in public, please take action against this agency for their rude behavior.
                      waited for a month after first booking and then rebooked, but still didn't get the refill after 45 days. have spoken to office staf[censored]mpteenth time and visited them only to get false promise everytime. have put up complaints in the ebharatgas.com on this but still haven't seen any action. watch out for malpractices if you are a consumer of them. or better get rid of it.
                      I am facing the same problem from the day one for delivery of cylinders. Even though I pay the boy 500 for cylinder. The BPCL needs to close the distributorship from Prateek to someone who can provide better service. I had earlier connection from Mahalaxmi who were relatively better but for some reason they aligned to Prateek. It has become nightmare for us. We have started using hot plate instead as we have tired of these people. I am thinking to switch the gas agency. Is there someone listening or people are just venting out their emotions.
                      All the above points which customer mentioned are true.
                      Every time even i face the same problem since we are working people we cant stay at home from the booking date to delivery date . I booked the cylinder on 19th nov-2014 today i called the office about this they said that it will be delivered today then i called the delivery guy he didnt respond to my call for an hour later he picked and said its door locked .so I kindly request you to give us a pre message so that we can arrange someone at home to recieve .I requested the guy to deliver after 4 pm or on sunday or saturday but he asks me to provide a letter to the agency.If you could kindly sort out my problem I will be grateful to you because I wont get leave to come to your office. My customer id is 23144 and its prateek agency -Banaswadi.
                      They claim to have come and the connection is cancelled because the consumer is out of station - whis is crap and a lie. No one even called - let alone come and this happened twice!!

                        I have Bharat Gas Cylinder and we have a agency named Mukta Gas Services who handles the distribution of LPG Cylinder. I have booked a refill cylinder on 18-10-08 and till date I havent recd the delivery and since 6th oct onwards I call up everyday to follow-up for the cylinder..and they have a patent way of assuring "ek to din main bhijwate hain" and thereafter it never actually happens.
                        I hope a way has to be found out for this.

                        if any body not willing to give the delivery charges they taken back the cylinder. If there any delivery charges fixed by bharat gas? then advertise we will follow you, otherwise instruct that agency and take necessary action infavour of customers.

                          I want to register following complaint against Abhishek gas agency.

                          I want to get a new gas connection from Abhishek gas agency ashoka gardan bhopal.
                          The agency is forcing me to take Gas Stove. Already I have gas Stove with me. I told the agency there is no rule to purchase Gas Stove along with the new connection.                               When we purchase Refile cilender all cosutmer were given 250gm of tea power complsury with add cost 50Rs. extra on cilender, if we argive that we don't want tea powder agancy refuse to give refile cilender,

                              i had complant for Refile cilender on 25/9/10. also send e-mail if i complaint about that to Owner Mr, Raipure then i get easily refile cilender, but there Staff work very casuly.                                 Pls. refer that I've been forced to buy the new gas pipe with new connection against transfer from Indore to Alwar irrespective of I'm already having new bought in Jan'07 (5 years warranty). Also they charged forcefully for hot plate testing by saying that it is compulsory without giving any receipt & till date no body had tested the same. Pls. arrange to recover my money back against the New Gas Pipe & Hot Plate Testing.
                                Also gas delivery these people are committing after 15 days of booking while there is no shortage.

                                Dealers are dectating their own terms even for delivery of cylenders.
                                Inspite of booking in advance refils are being supplied even after more tahn 15 to 20 days whereas booking period itself is 20 days from the date of cylender.One cylender does not run for 40 days.
                                My consumer no.9461 and I am a resident of Bareilly. M/s Raj Gas Service
                                (Code --) is the distributor for my connection. I have booked my gass on dated 08.05.09 and are trying to contact the said agency for the supply.
                                since 08.05.2009 over phone deseperately continously (atleast 8-10 times)for the delivery of gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 3291651) are not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been supplied till date 25.05.2009. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem .

                                Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas booking and non delayed delivery. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

                                I have booked my gass on dated 28.10.09 and are trying to contact the said agency for the supply.
                                since 28.10.2009 over phone deseperately continously (atleast 8-10 times)for the delivery of gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them.At Home my parents are 62 years old.Unable to walk "n" nubers of time at gas agency for getting gas cylenders.With the available record with your system in mentioned address four time gas has been delivered, now he is saying that address has been wrongly filled in record so unable to deliver the gas.

I used to get the cylinder from your Dealer M/s Rahul Agencies, 31/5, Jangpura Ext Market, New Delhi-14, But now I feel very bad to tell you that, the Agency is not supplying the Gas for us over THREE months. I went there many times and they were Misbehaving to me. They were not picking the Phone. I have seen several times that they are selling it in Black for more Money. Earlier I was getting the Cylinder much Delayed. Many of the consumers getting cylinder from this supplier is not satisfied. Hope you will do the needful.

                                You are very ture, i am from Vadodara and i got the same response from gase agency "Ramdev Gas Agency" of BP. They forcefully asked to change pipe and service, and in even their tester asked to sign on blank paper on denying to change the parts. In Rules of BP they have no where mentioned that we must have to use their products. I am agree that we should go for quality testing but in quality testing they are doing nothing but to force to change pipe and all. They have denied to refill gas if we are not following them. This happen yesterday and i am planning to register case in consumer by tomorrow. Please let me know if you have any higher authority contact no.

                                    Today i.e. 7/11/2008 when I called to book our cylinder Mr. Parmar who attended my call told me that his agency person will come to our place after 2 days for verification and checking of gas pipe and if the gas pipeline is damaged they will replace our gas pipe for that we have to pay Rs.140 and also we have to pay Rs.40 for verification. When I ask him why you are charging verification charges, verification is done for companies information purpose to update your data then why you are demanding money then he said very arrogantly that if you do not want verification then in future if some problem occurs we are not responsible for that.
                                    I would like to know whether your company is really not responsible by just saying the above words if so please give me this in writing.

                                    I agree, Sunil Gas Agency, has also stopped delivering cylinders. They say there is acute shortage and it takes 15-20 days. Inspite of waiting for 25 days, there still claim there is a backlog of 5-6 days. Their staff encourage you to take on spot delivery from their godown. How's that? If there is actual shortage, how come cylinders are available at their godown, whereas they refuse to deliver the same to you citing reasons for shortage?

                                    but he not come yet, we tried call on his cell number and office landline, but his cell number is switched off and office landline are busy continuosly.

                                    this is third time in three months instead of booking forgas 20days prior i have not recived cylinder i have to go and collect from agency. reason given that delivery man (Mr. sheetaram.)couldnot found adress.but same person is delivaring on same adress for many years. how suddenly he is not able to find the same address. but when i go to the agency they say first it has been delivered. but when i tellthem that i have not recived. i think there is some false play going on . please take notice and do the needfull.this is causing lot of inconvieniance.

                                    Please start online payment system so it will be easy for us to make payment& also this rediculas things get stop.
                                    A mechanic came to home to fit cylinder in regulator as we cud not, did it.[Its free service]
                                    This Mr Shrishupal [mechanic] scared us of gas leak from a pipe which is 16 months old, we agreed to change.
                                    He put 2.5 meter pipe and charged 1100/- rupees n put old pipe in his bag.
                                    When I asked him to show old pipe, it was only 1.5 meter costing only 190/- rupees + 250 rupees of his visiting charges.. so I demanded him to change to 1.5 meter instead of 2.5 which cost 3 times..
                                    Mr Shrishupal made excuses of manipulation, charged 800 /rupees and left..

                                    Now a days, all gas pipe mechanic scares you for pipe leak to some burner issues, comes for x problem, recommends y and invariably takes[protected] rupees for some or other things and noway to verify..

                                    Same experience of neibour with HP gas before one week
                                    I dont understand why they dont pick up the phone. Incase we need any help there is no proper nos. They dont understand the urgency of their customers.consumer no. 07139

                                      Subject: Inordinate delay in supplying domestic cooking gas by M/s Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM Layout IInd Stage, Bangalore

                                      With extreme anguish I would like to bring the following to your kind notice and immediate action

                                      I’m the Customer/Consumer no-11690, to the authority of the above Distributor. The length of the Customership/Consumership is since the year 2003.

                                      I have received the gas cylinder on 30 sep 2008. Thereafter I booked a fresh refill on 19 oct 08 through online booking (www.ebharatgas.com). It was accepted and booking number 290691 was given to me. I understand that as per your company rules, bookings are to be accepted after 21 days of taking delivery of the cylinder and thereafter the gas cylinder will have to be delivered within 5 days of the booking. But I regret to inform you even after 17 days I have not received the cylinder. Therefore I contacted the agency[protected] and inquired about the position. The concerned person instead of helping me spoke rudely and insisted that the fresh booking should be done only after a month of delivery of the previous cylinder and as such he has taken our booking date as 29-oct-08. Thereafter I contacted your consumer grievance redressal cell[protected] and explained the matter and requested for making arrangements for the delivery of the cylinder as both of my cylinders are exhausted. The concerned lady agreed that the booking should have been taken as 21-oct-08 i.e. after 21 days of delivery of my previous cylinder and not as 29-oct-08 and by this time I should have received the gas cylinder. She also assured me that she will see to it that the gas cylinder is delivered positively by today[protected] evening. But to my surprise I have not yet received the same even now (21:00)

                                      As per your own rules the booking should be accepted after 21 days of delivery of cylinder and next delivery should be effected within 5 days of booking. I am at a loss to understand how the concerned agency is insisting that the booking should be done only after 30 days of the delivery. Secondly never in the past 3 years the cylinder have been delivered to me within 5 days of booking. Usually they take 10-12 days and sometimes even 15 days to make the delivery after the booking which means we will have to be without refill gas cylinder for 40 - 45 days. I hope you agree with me, a gas cylinder for a family of 2-3 members can be used only for 30-35 days even with minimum amount of consumption. As such the fresh cylinder invariably has to be delivered atleast within 30 days without which consumers are unnecessarily put into lot of trouble and inconvenience.

                                      Now even after 36 days of taking delivery of last cylinder and even after 17 days of booking I have not received the refill cylinder and the existing cylinder is also exhausted. My lodging a complaint with your consumer grievance cell has not yielded any results. Now I have left with no choice but to go to a hotel or borrow a cylinder from somebody else. Please put yourself into this position and imagine the plight.
                                      May I request you to look into the matter and take immediate corrective action and instruct the concerned to deliver the cylinder to me forth week.

                                      I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas at Vinod Gas Agency at Balaramapuram in Trivandrum. I have booked on 23.09.08 for the cylinder. Till now ie 10.10.08 I didn't get the cylinder delivered. My residence is at Venganoor which is only 5 km away from the agency. This practice is doing for the past several months. It is difficult to contact over phone as they never attend phone. I humbly request that please intervene this situation and make remedial measures to put an end the ordeal suffering by the customers like me.
                                      This is regarding the non delivery of gas cylinder refill.
                                      I would like to inform you that i have LPG connection with Fuels India, no.19 thiruveedian street, gopalapuram, chennai-400086.I have booked a gas cylinder for refilling on 3.11.2008 .The Fuels India intimated me the refill will be delivered after 5 days(89.11.2008).For the last four days from 11.11.2008 I have contacted the distributor for the non delivery of refill gas to my residence.Everyday the distributor is telling the refill gas cylinder was already given to the delivery boy on 10.11.2008.But still the sais refill gas cylinder has not reached my residence.It is of my opinion that the delivery boy has done some mischeif.Daily I used to go in person to the Fuels India dealers place in person regardinf this non delivery of the cylinder but there was no proper response from their end.Like me many of the customers are suffering like this.Even by shouting at them there is no proper response to the customers.I request you to kindly look into this issue seriously becoz each time when me and other customers book for a refill gas the same delay and mischeif is happening.This is a evry month problem to me and others.So request you to take the immediate action at the earliest and solve the customers problem.

This time also I am facing same problem. I had booked on last Monday, 24th Nov, 2008 but till now there is no sign of cylinder. Even on visiting personally, to show case, they noted down the consumer no., but not yet delivered. Although the cylinder is easily available with delivery boys when we enquire to buy on black.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,


                                      I, Bhawna Kapoor, a bank employee resident of B-715 Raj hans Apartments Indirapuram Ghaziabad wish to lodge a complain against your distributer M/s Vishnu Jyoti gas Service siutated at Brij Vihar hazaiabd. We had booked the gas on 16/1/09 and booking no as 531 was allotted to us against our Consumer no V 27525 but we regret to state that inspite of regular follow ups the said gas has not been delivered to us as yet Morever even the landline nos are not working and senior officials are not coming on line ( not even on mobile nos obtained through their delivery guys) It appears that uneducated delivery guys are more interested in providing services but not getting support from their officials posted at said outlet. We have been given the dates for subsequent delivery only and none is providing us exact reason for non-delivery/ delay in delivery for the same.We even don't have a spare gas cylinder and managing somehow for the last 20 days but not it has become height of things. Even if stock is there delivery guys are not delivery b'coz of non-receipt of instructions from officials at said outlet. Lack of co-ordination and casual approach has caused lot of inconvenience to us

                                      Kindly arrange for delivery of gas cylinder at the earliest and initiate approprate measures so as to rectify the things at their end at the earliest so that consumer should not suffer at least from non-receipt of essential services. Please also ensure to get displayed grievance channel at the premises / printed in booklet itself so asto help consumers in getting things rectified at the earliest

                                      This is regarding the wilful negligence occured to me from the above-mentioned agency of LPG cooking gas cylinder of Bharat Petroleum in our area (Mundur, Palakkad, Kerala).

                                      I have been getting my BP gas cylinder refilled from M/s Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency; Palakkad Road, Mundur PO, Palakkad district, PIN-678592, KERALA. Phone number[protected] and[protected]. DISTRIBUTOR CODE: 641767, ISSUING COMPANY BPCL. DPR NO A 344235.

                                      I had booked for refilling my existing cylinder about one month back (My customer id 000576) in the above organization, who are the authorized dealers of BP in our locality. My house is only 2 km away from their office. They had been demanding Rs. 15/- for home delivery charge for every refilling, which I came to know is illegal. And last time, I did not pay them the extra Rs. 15/- and hence I have not got my cylinder refilled yet.

                                      When I enquired about this, they are telling that they had came to my home, but there was nobody there at that time which is not true.

                                      I had booked a complaint approximately a year back about the same agency for delay in booking cylinder and afterwards, Vigilance Officials from Coimbatore called me and told me that they are going to cancel their registration, and they apologized and promised me that in future, they will not behave like that.

                                      But now, they are making false statements that they came to my house and they found nobody there.

                                      So kindly do the needful to avoid such malpractices and thus ensure proper and timely delivery of refilled cylinders in our area. Kindly also assure that no extra payment has been demanded from customers for home delivery in the nearby locations.

                                      I would like to direct your kind attention to the previous complaint which I have to make about the same agency. It is given below:

                                      POOR SERVICE AND DELAY IN GETTING REFILLED
                                      Respected Sir:

                                      I have an LPG sylinder (Bharat Gas) and have been getting it refilled by M/S Hi-Power Bharat Gas Agency, Palakkad Road, Mundur (PO), KERALA. PIN - 678592 (whose DISTRIBUTOR CODE # IS 641767, AND PHONE #[protected]/[protected].) for the past one year.

                                      Each and everytime when I contacted them for a refill, after booking the cylinder well in advance at least before 20-25 days, their response is "the cylinder has not been booked, and it will take another one month to get it refilled due to scarcity of the same. My CONSUMER # is 576.

                                      Today, when I went to get the cylinder refilled, the person in charge told me that it was only three days ago that the cylinder has booked.

                                      And moreover, they says that there is a rule (Dont know whether it is made and implimented by themselves or by the Bharat Gas company itself) that WE CAN BOOK THE CYLINDER ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFILL OF THE CYLINDER. I have not heard such a rule in regards to any other LPG companies in India.

                                      So, you are requested to do the needful to confirm that whether actually there is such a rule or not because they have not booked my cylinder yet, and for assuring prompt service from their side excluding such delay in future.

                                      I have received the gas cylinder on 21 Aug 2009. Thereafter I have been trying to book the refill since September 14through telephone, but Bhavani Bharatgas was declined to book the cylinder.Even Yesterday September 19 also tried but they again declined to book. I understand that as per your company rules, bookings are to be accepted after 21 days of taking delivery of the cylinder and thereafter the gas cylinder will have to be delivered within 5 days of the booking. But I regret to inform you even after 28 days they are not accepting my booking and are not giving the booking number. . The concerned person instead of helping me spoke rudely and insisted that the fresh booking should be done only after a month of delivery of the previous cylinder.
                                      As per your own rules the booking should be accepted after 21 days of delivery of cylinder and next delivery should be effected within 5 days of booking. I am at a loss to understand how the concerned agency is insisting that the booking should be done only after 30 days of the delivery. I hope you agree with me, a gas cylinder for a family of 3-4 members can be used only for 30-35 days even with minimum amount of consumption. As such the fresh cylinder invariably has to be delivered atleast within 30 days without which consumers are unnecessarily put into lot of trouble and inconvenience.

                                      May I request you to look into the matter and take immediate corrective action.

                                      I booked my gas on 5th october at Golden Gas Agency, Peelamedu, coimbatore, Consumer Number 67146. They told me that it will take 15 days, but still the gas has not arrived. Even the response on the phone is not satisfactory. Please look into it.

                                      Bharat Petroleum — Inordinate delay in supplying refill

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have been consistently facing inordinate delay in getting refill for the LPG gas. My consumer number is 31407 and am residing at V.G.P.Nagar, Mogappair, Chennai-37. Though the agent has provided 4 telephone numbers, most of the time the telephones are engaged or are not attended. Ultimately I am required to travel more than 5 kms to book the refill in person. At the time of booking they assure that the refill will be supplied in 5 days but invariably they supply it only after more than 15 days and sometimes 20 days. Whenever, we enquire they say that it would be delivered on that day itself. As for example, my present booking was made more than a fortnight back with M/s.Venkateshwara Gas Agency, Anna Nagar, Chennai 40 and my booking reference is 3131. I have so far made four trips to the agency and made at least 10 calls but the refill is yet to be delievered. I would like to know from M/s.Bharat Gas as to (1) Can the booking for a refill be made 10 days after the delivery of a refill? (2) After a booking is made how many days would it be required for supplying a refill.?

                                      I the undersigned beg to submit that, the BPCL has allotted me a Retail Outlet Dealership at Paradsinga, Dist Nagpur, State – Maharashtra, under reserved category of scheduled tribes vide BPCL`s order no. NRO. Village. Paradsinga Nagpur dated 05.07.2007.{ Copy enclosed }. As per term`s & conditions of this order the BPCL is bound to establish the petrol pump by purchasing a suitable land.
                                      There is no doubts that, the BPCL has also given the advertisement to acquire the land for petrol pump at Paradsinga for three times, but there was no response. I have also taken so many personal efforts to acquire the land for petrol pump at Paradsinga and approached to the Hon`ble Collector Nagpur for land but there is not available the suitable land, due to irrigated land in Paradsinga areas. The hon`ble Collector also informed me that there is no suitable land for petrol pump at Paradsinga village vide, letters under reference no. 2&3. { Copy enclosed }
                                      The BPCL has established the petrol pumps of other candidates those who have been selected along with me, within six months, except me, and I being scheduled tribes person am suffering for justice, since long period of five years. I am continuously following up with the Territory Manager Nagpur to establish my petrol pump, but there is stereotype answer to me that, “no land is available at Paradsinga” for torturing to me. The BPCL has never tried to acquire any land at other places instead of Paradsinga in my case, with true spirits to implement the Govt. policies of reservation to give the justice for Scheduled Tribes candidate. I have made a huge correspondence with the Territory Manager Nagpur and Corporate Office Mumbai to change the place of Paradsinga or allot a coco petrol pump, but no action has taken by the management since 2005.
                                      It is, therefore, requested your honor, to kindly order to the concern offices to take action to allot a ready petrol pump as per terms and conditions of the order, otherwise I have no alternatives, but to start agitation in front of BPCL`s Office, Nagpur wef 15th August 2010, and the management of BPCL will be held responsible for arising further situations.

                                        I am a customer of bharatgas service my consumer no. is A42382 and distributor name is Ambika Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur. I always try to book the cylinder over phone (5 lines) but non of the phone nos. are responsed, even when we personally go and book they don't receive calls and they react very rudely.

                                        The delivery is also very poor and never comes in stepulated time. Even the Agency Manager is not responding to our complaints and says do what ever you can.

                                        Please help us in this regards.

                                        I am also one of the Bharat gas consumer if i want to book for cyclinder I had to spend my time nearly two to three days in phone but in vain later I had to visit the agent office personally to book living all my duties and also I have to travel nearly 25 kms to book the cyclinder when we ask why there is no response in phone they reply lunch time some time after 5 we will not attend even in peak hours when if we visit the agent office we can see they not bother to respond to phone ringing we are fed up like this service and they demand more than bill to supply the cyclinder.

                                        I am a consumer of Bharat Gas and Gas Agecy is Ess Ess Enterprises Nehru Vihar, Delhi.
                                        I have booked for home cylender on 12th December 2009 by various time trying on phone (because all the time they kept line busy) and today is 19th of December they have not delivered.
                                        Today since morning I have been trying to talk on phone but all the phones the put on busy.
                                        In this condition a consumer has no option what to do.

                                        I heartfully request to the responsible authority to look into these types of problems and please try to solve.
