Address: Pump near Dum dum Airport

Yesterday, I purcased pertrol from one of your pump(Neoti Highway Service) located near Dumdum Airport, Gate 1, opposite to the Masjid. I used your company fuel card (SBI BPCL) to make the payment. The delivery person couldn't use his card machine as it was not working. Instead o[censored]sing another device he made me wait for 10 mins and kept on discussing this with others. When I requested him to use other machine from the counter as I was getting late, he misbehaved and rudely replied that I have to wait and he cannot take payment from other machine. Later another delivery person asked him to use other machine and then the payment went through. I told him that for no reason you made me wait for so long. On that he started abusing me verbally and uttered that I should use cash or debit card instead this BPCL card, then the payment would be easy.
I want to know if the customers are harassed for using BPCL card then why you insist us to avail that??
It is your salesperson who adviced me the advantage o[censored]sing this card.
I was unexpectedly harassed by your delivery person over the counter and he was in a mood to physically harass me if other people were not there.
It makes me feel that going to your pump and using the BPCL card is actually putting myself at risk to be killed by your employed goons in disguise of delivery person. I want you to take strict action against the pump owner and specially against the delivery person to set an example of customer relationship, otherwise if this kind of instances continue then it can take a very ugly shape in future for any customer

        Subject : Subsidy not received against gas refill delivered since after 2015 onwards, Bharat Gas on
        the name of JK Rana ( Cust. LPG Id.[protected], Consumer No :12228 with Saurabh Gas Service ( North west Delhi ), Rohini Sector 24.

        Dear Sir,

        Subsidy not received against gas refill delivered since after 2015 onwards . Details of which is given
        below. I am visiting personally to Saurabh Gas Service ( North west Delhi ), Distributor address : SHOP NO 82 POCKET 13 SECTOR 24 ROHINI 110033 . I had almost reached 7 times in the month of June
        2021 to discuss subsidy issue but still they are not supporting me . I had made complain almost 4 times on portal also but token closed without any discussion with me .

        Again and again they are miss guiding me wrong by saying Bank NACH software link & Delink need to get done from Canara Bank, Sec16 branch, Rohini Delhi,

        Sometimes name JAI KISHAN RANA is wrong so get it corrected at distributor end with processing fee Rs.675, As per Aadhar details are wrong name should be J K RANA.

        Sometime straight away saying govt. has stopped subsidy system so backlog subsidy due from 2015 will not be transferred.

        Sir please help me to get the subsidy due from 2015 to transfer into my accounts without any further delay as I am senior citizen. I require this money for support of my family as covid 19 pandemic had
        made situation worse for me and my family. Kindly support me in this regard on urgent basis and arrange training program for Saurabh Gas, Customer representative as they are all uncivilized person with lack of knowledge.

          I am Mandar Suhas Apte. Having my father's (Suhas Waman Apte) bharat gas consumer number[protected]mobile number [protected]) with M/s Soundarya Bharat Gas agency. Recently we have booked gas cylinder on[protected] on cod basis. The agency is not responding properly and giving false commitments regarding delivery of the gas cylinder. We are also facing gas cylinder subsidy amount to our beneficiary bank account from more than one year. We have written a letter from the same (attached herewith).
          Request you to look at the issue seriously and do the needful.

              See on theses days now petrol cost 101.30/- Rs for middle class people this cost is too much when we go to.fill the petrol always we check but if display meter is write then why petrol was less it was showing for 150 /- Rs petrol was 1.47 ltrs when I start my ride my bike got reserve for only 8 km for 150 /- Rs pertol I get minimum 90 km milage but when it's 68 km for 150/-Rs it's really filled petrol 1.47 km?? What the hell where is other .47 ml of petrol whom can I ask now, dear maintenance team please don't do this for customers are god's for your business please treat them as a atleast human.

                I had done a booking with I'd number 22447 on 25/6/21. I recieved a message on 26/6/21 that my cylinder was delivered, which I have not recieved. Tried calling Navjeevan gas agency but they don't pick up calls Please look into the matter and revert

                      After intimating agency, still delivery boy asking ₹50 for each single cylinder please help to find solution for people..
                      If delivery boy deliverys 50 cylinder par day it becomes 2, 500
                      For 26 days = 65, 000🙄🙄!!!
                      Excluding salary...
                      Please help people out of this already petrol and corona crises people suffering like hell...

                        I want to be aware about the fraud done last night with me on Bharat Petroleum Pump. Actually, I have request to pump attendant for full my car Diesel tank On Dt. 21/6/2021 (time: 00:45 AM) then I found that something doing wrong (dishonesty) in quantity of fuel when they was fill my car tank  because Hyundai company have mentioned 45 liters tank Capacity according Hyundai Manual and still some fuel was available (around 4-5 liters) before full the tank of my Car. Now they have a charge of fuel after filling the tank is 4216 Rs (against 47.97 liter) which means how possible 45 liters can be consumed 54-55 liters (almost they are charging 15 liters extra). This is totally fraud against customers, and it's broken the Bharat Petroleum loyalty, faith, goodwill. No one can have faith in Bharat Petroleum if this type of incident happens at BP filling stations. So many times, I have listened about this type of complaints of this petrol Pumps even I asked pump attendant this is totally fraud but they guys deny, and miss behave with customer.

                        I have already registered a complaint in your website grievance portal. See Complaint No 7099053.
                        So, please take strict action against this Petrol Pump because it's breaking the faith of customers.

                                  Yesterday I had raised complaint regarding my gas delivery and your customer care executive assured me to deliver the same as soon as possible but sorry to say it is not delivered till yet and my work is suffering. If your whole team is not able to deliver the same pls let me know so that I can apply my new connection in other gas agency. Your pathetic OMKAR GAS AGENCY is not able to answer and you also. Need immediate solution.

                                    My name mahesh sahu, today at 2:30 pm fill a petrol on bharat petrolium akot but nozzle operator misbehaving with mi when I was asked him to show the zero reading . Operator told me that our petrol pump never do fraud then why you asking zero reading then that person shouting on me, his tone get high and he abusing mi . After that manager came and many staff members gather around me like all them want to hit me . After that I move to home. This incident very much disappointed, very bad behaviour of staff members towards me. BPCL is reputed but this type of incidents spoil everything. I want apology from that person who misbehave with me. So I request you take action as early as possible.

                                      During this pandemic situation we moved from one district to another in the same state, so at the time of shifting we carried our cylinder with our household materials and now we need to change the address to our current location but Bharath gas has no such address changing option in online and also they dont have address changing facility from one district to another district even in same state, which is really annoying !
