Salesman misbehaving.
Early petrol pump closed every day.

Hello, I am vimala bohra from secunderabad (telangana) I've made online payment for gas cylinder (Order no: 133537) at the time of delivery, the delivery person charged extra rs15 for cylinder and rs 20 for tea. I had to pay rs35 extra for cylinder. It is of every month, please take necessary action against them.

I was driving my bike through old highway no. 6 of Amravati, suddenly the Bharat gas company's Truck (MH27-BX-4375) came in between from right side road with high speed which not good even for small vehicle, certainly it was a rash driving.

I could have dashed with that truck and could have been crush by back wheel. How can the driver be irresponsible.

Please register my complaint against Truck no. MH27-BX-4375.

I have applied for new bharat gas connection in Kokapet Ranga Reddy area. The name of the distributor is MAHESHWARI BHARATGAS AGENCIES - 500008. From last one week the status is showing documents under verification. My new gas connection id is: 80113543

Please resolve this issue asap.
Requesting Bharat gas customer care to please ask the dealer to update the status.

Bharat gas customer care please take some action and ask dealer to verify my documents. I want the issue should be solved asap, or i will move on to a different lpg provider company.

i ​am from coimbatore, tamilnadu.
Delivery boys asking delivery charge of 50 rupees per cylinder.
I come to know that delivery agency gave instruction to the delivery boy to collecting money from the customers, and delivery boys are not properly responding when asked.
If we refuse to pay, they are not bringing cylinder next time when we book cylinder.
Delivery agency name is shree pranav bharatgas agency.

Your staff at G Lal Petrol Pump Jhunjhunu misbehaved with me when i ask them for wheel air pressure check and said to me to do it myself. Today i have purchased petrol of Rs. 450.00 for my Bike RJ18SC0919 and i was not satisfy with the quantity of petrol for which they have mis behaved with me.

My registered mobile number is [protected], Today at 8.56 PM got this message:- Cash Memo no. 185020 of Rs. 888.50 generated for booking No. [protected].
Whereas, I have not done any gas cylinder booking .
How come my number is used for this false booking ?

This happens each time I pay the amount online. I get the sms as cylinder is delivered, after two days after calling them the agency says sorry and delivers it.
I guess the following reasons:
1 The delivery guy and agency are hand in glove in this.
2. They are interested only to deliver quickly to consumers who pay cash on delivery and not online.
3. When consumer pays online the money goes directly to BPCL account and not to them.
4. They have a short period by which they are supposed to pay the cash collected to the BPCL account.
5. Between this time, they are rotating the cash for quick interest (day money market trading).
6. If 100 cylinders get delivered in a day they get cash of ₹90, 000. They or the delivery guy rotates this cash among needy shop keepers for high short term interest.
7. They want to punish consumers who pay online by delaying the delivery, so that they stop this online payment.
Dangers to consumers:
1. If the delivered cylinder is malfunctioning and bursts in the other house (remember that your cylinder goes to some other house, while you get sms of delivery) you the consumer will be questioned by the police if any death or injury happens. It is your cylinder in another house!!!

BPCL has to adhere to OTP pin concept while delivery as done by Indane urgently.

My consumer no is 31402738. I made a booking thru paytm on 21st Sep with the booking no 72333.

Today evening at 6:00PM on 22nd Sep, I received the message that your cylinder is already delivered but I didn't receive it any delivery.

My agency is PAL BHARAT GAS, Gurugram, Haryana 122004.

I would request to look into it asap and send my refill by tomorrow.

I tried to book a gas cylinder on Hello BPCL app on 14th july 2021. I made payment using Amazon pay upi. After making payment successfully, my order got failed on BPCL app. Its been more than 3 months, I have not been received my amount (Rs 853) yet. I have complained about this on BPCL customer care number many times, still I have not received any refund. Please help me to get my money.

The BPCL petrol bunk situated in Nagapattinam town near main bus stand and opposite to head quarters hospital have been received much more amount against the actual price. The bunk employees refused to draw the amount from debit card by using card machine. By compulsion for the beneficiary if the employee use machine but he can rounded the amount as against the original amount. example if the cost is Rs.300.25 rounded to Rs.301. it is against the rights of the beneficiary. The bunk has already seized by the local authorities for adulteration. again doing some this kind of activities.

Maine 09/09/2021 ko cylender book kiya tha jiska booking no. 176032 hai jo ki 10/09/2021 ko delivered ho gaya hai lekin cylender mujhe nahi mila jis karan kaphi paresani ka samna karna pad raha hai call karo to koi response nahi milta hai jab ki allready advance payment bhi ho gaya hai ye booking may paytm apps ke thru book kiya tha lekin payment hone ke bavjood bhi mujhe gas cylender nahi mila.

I got this mobile number somewhere in 1999 in my name.

It is very surprising because I was never holding any BPCL connection. Before getting IGL piped gas connection in I had one IOC LPG connection in my name and that too was surrendered on 07.11.2011, following the proper procedure.

I Asim Kumar Biswal, BPCL consumer number 72397155, was surrendered my Bharat Gas connection to Rajeshwara Gas Agency in 2019, but still my aadhar card not removed from system, so I unable to take new connection in Mumbai, as its showing your aadhar is still linked with other BPCL Gas connection. Kindly remove my aadhar, so it will help me to take new connection in Mumbai.

The employee is not good or it is not in order to talk like a costomer. Or every time the bill is deducted more than the amount. Bol then gets ready to fight. Either I am not with you or all the customers are with me, do something about it

I have booked a cylinder for refil on 27th Aug 2021 but not yet received despite raising 4 complaint on their customer care number. It's seems they don't care at all. Customer care take complaint in the morning and complaint department close the case in evening without resolving the issue.

I ask them for escalation methods but it seems they don't have any clue.
