Dear sir / madam
I have paid 900 rs online for LPG cylinder through BPCL billdesk scanning code yesterday morning at 9.15 am.
Today the cylinder has been delivered at my address. Delivery boy told that your online payment is not done and you have to pay cash So I paid 920 rs cash to the delivery boy.
Later I called Jagnath Agency and told him about this, then he said, please complain by mailing on the side of Bpcl billdesk.
So sir 900 rs has been debited from my bank which has not been received in Jagnath Agency, then I want that money back.
Along with the transation details have been added, you can check and I request you to return my payment to me as soon as possible.

I went to the petrol pump and I asked him to fill petrol in my bike rs 190 and they cut my petrol when I went to petrol pump my bike in reserved and after that it will remain same after filling 190 rs petrol they cheat me plz fill again

Yesterday evening I put petrol on Laxmi petroleum Maan, Today I have problem in my bike, lot of time and money loss by this cause Pure for sure not applicable to this petrol pump. Lot of water present in petrol .I have total 600 rs loss today by this problem, pls look in to that properly take necessary action on that

Cylinder Delivered by the agent which is already expired (C-21).I have mentioned about this to them. But they don't exchange the cylinder not yet. It was Delivered on 19th October.
So please make arrangements for exchanging the cylinder

Dear sir,
Myself K Nayak, consumer number 22990449 belongs to Jajpur district of Odisha.Today I have made an online payment for my booked cylinder booking id 5427. It show me Rs. 941.50 payment.I have made that, after amount was successfully debited from my account, error in transaction report came to screen.
Plz help me sir, either refund it to my account or update the paid payment for same booking ID.

Dear sir,
My consumer ID is 22990449. Now I have made an payment of 941.50 for the booked cylinder. But after payment is successfully completed, error in transaction message came to screen.Now I found from my app, still shown unpaid.
Kindly intimate me sir, it will be updated in next few hours or amount will be refunded to me???
After that I may do another transaction.

It was morning time near 5:15am.
I told the person to fill the petrol of 300rupee.. first he misunderstood n he filled 110 rupee and than i correct him than he filled 190.
I started the scoty it's not even near to half.

అలా కంప్లైంట్ మీద మీరు ఏం యాక్షన్ తీసుకున్నారు మాకు తెలియపరచగలరు స్టిల్ ఇప్పటివరకు కూడా నాకు గ్యాస్ డెలివరీ కాలేదు పండగ రోజు గ్యాస్ అయిపోయి చాలా ఇబ్బంది పడ్డాం కావున మీరు ఏం యాక్షన్ తీసుకున్నారో తెలియపరచగలరు

This is to inform you that, the petrol pump BPCL of Ordnance factory Balangir, District Balangir. Odisha has not receive payment for petrol through credit card which is issued by SBI. They are receiving Debit Card only.
So, sir kindly give a direction to above mentioned petrol pump for implementing the credit card please.

Toady i have made the payment of Rs.909 to book gas cylinder, payment was done successfully through Google pay UPI and payment was debited from my Axis bank account but it's show payment fail error of Hello BPCL app, also i have raise a complain to BPCL customer care Service request no. - 7562307.

I am facing a big problem at shakti fuel point in kiratpur dist bijnor uttar pradesh,
When I reached at shakti fuel point in kiratpur. I says to salesman debit money to my card salesman replied me I have not the card machine and says to me you are refueling the petrol other side, but your employees have the card machine,
I says the salesman call your manager salesman replied me ja ander Baitha hai,
When the manager came I explained everything, salesman and speak to me loudly and said that kar wa Liya kuch,
Then I said to the manager this is misbehavior, manager replied me you are the customer go out from my site,
So please do the needful

Hello, I am vimala bohra from secunderabad (telangana) I've made online payment for gas cylinder (Order no: 133537) at the time of delivery, the delivery person charged extra rs15 for cylinder and rs 20 for tea. I had to pay rs35 extra for cylinder. It is of every month, please take necessary action against them.

I was driving my bike through old highway no. 6 of Amravati, suddenly the Bharat gas company's Truck (MH27-BX-4375) came in between from right side road with high speed which not good even for small vehicle, certainly it was a rash driving.

I could have dashed with that truck and could have been crush by back wheel. How can the driver be irresponsible.

Please register my complaint against Truck no. MH27-BX-4375.

I have applied for new bharat gas connection in Kokapet Ranga Reddy area. The name of the distributor is MAHESHWARI BHARATGAS AGENCIES - 500008. From last one week the status is showing documents under verification. My new gas connection id is: 80113543

Please resolve this issue asap.
Requesting Bharat gas customer care to please ask the dealer to update the status.

Bharat gas customer care please take some action and ask dealer to verify my documents. I want the issue should be solved asap, or i will move on to a different lpg provider company.
