I had applied for new connection.
Request ID number 74580420

Paid online with ref. no.[protected]IGAKDPVGO3. But not able to get receipt
Due to maximum otp limit exceeded issue.

Dealer asked for reciept otherwise cash payment in office.
What to do now ??

      I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 21/12/2020 and made online payment on the BPCL website Amount ₹700.79/- was deducted from my bank account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. As per BPCL website information I got is as

Subsidy credited to my account but while downloading bharatgas app and entering registered mobile no.it shows you are a blocked consumer. Distributor code is199138.My registered mobile no.is [protected] and my email is athar.[protected]@gmail.com. please solve the issue and forward the same to my email along with lpg id.             My problem is that nihal gas services I call him company for my gas automatically booked & diliver I have called company this no. [protected] she says me company policy has been changed now I disagree with policy to auto gas booking please find attached & solved my problem

                    This is regarding the service provider of BPCL out let in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh Sri Venkateswara Pure V R COLONY.The service in this out let is very very poor no proper response with the filling boys and today I have faced a disgusting service with the employees. Rather providing proper service the staff talked with me in disrespectful manner.
                    Also every time i ask for air the machine will always out of order or no employee will be attending the air machine. This kind of service i have faced many times till now. Hope this time some action would be taken from the company. Waiting for your positive response.

                        I applied for new bharat gas connection on the bharat gas online registration portal... after successful document verification i paid the requisite amount for single bottle connection... but the session timed out and the money was debited from my credit card.. when i tried to check the status of my connection, error was coming with message " maximum otp limit reached. Kindly inform about the status of my connection.

                          In 27 November I booked LPG Cylinder using SBI net banking and rs. 618 debited from my bank account.
                          But in payment status of bharat gas site it shows me pending status.. and today it shows as failure status.
                          Kindly look in the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                            I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 29/11/2020 and made online payment on the BPCL website using amazon pay upi. Amount ₹ 661/-was deducted from my bank account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through BILL DESK. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

                            I have booked my refill cylinder on 28/12/2020 Booking no 142204 using amozon pay upi, amounting 732rs, my money was deducted from my bank account but bpcl website shows payment status as failed, my booking was converted as COD and I payed my cash payment to delivery person, online payment was still not refunded to me, (03/01/21) Refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Online Bharatgas New Connection Payment Deducted but Payment Status Failed.

                                Sir, I Have Make A Payment For New Double Cylinder Bharatgas Connection and Make Payment of 3694Rs through Phoanepay online Mode and Amount Deducted from my Account and when i check Payment Status on Bharatgas, It show Ststus: Failed. And Amount Is Not Refunded to me and No any Massage form Bharatgas Related Payment. So Please Help For this issue. My Id is :74255411. I will Attached the Payment Status Screenshot with this.

                                    I booked the cylinder on 11/11/2020 and the cylinder was delivered on 12/11/2020. The guy said he didnt receive the online payment so i had to pay the amount 649.00rs again to receive the cylinder . The amount was debited from my bank account which i paid through Google Pay UPI. Please solve this issue and help me get the refund.
