During this pandemic situation we moved from one district to another in the same state, so at the time of shifting we carried our cylinder with our household materials and now we need to change the address to our current location but Bharath gas has no such address changing option in online and also they dont have address changing facility from one district to another district even in same state, which is really annoying !

    On online booking for refil of LPG, i hadnt recieved the delivery in three days. But surprisingly my status of order no[protected] is being shown as DELIVERED.

        The complaint I want to register against SHREE PRANAV GAS AGENCY(bharat) located in venkitapuram, coimbatore tamilnadu. The delivery man names Robert already prisoned due to theifting customers empty cylinder.. In same pattern name called Murali an delivery man from the same agency [protected], who visiting customers home and providing bills but not providing the filled cylinder, , he tricking the well known customers by informing filled cylinder is in their vehicle so he will place it within 5mins, but never come back once getting money and empty cylinders.While complaining in the agency they ignoring the complaint by saying what was the need for trust with delivery person.Its a pure scam from delivery guy upto owner of the agency([protected]). They informing to complaint in police station, they cannot do anything.May be one or two people may lie, If your team person visit to the agency surly it will make many changes and the public get their missing cylinders and funds too. An old lady suffering lot by this, please help on this.

          Yesterday I went to BPCL PUMP at 26 th mile, Kanjirappally, Kottayam District
          I have no money in my pocket as well as no ATM card in my hand but I am using Google pay and yonosbi also
          But pump owner said that no facilities implement at our pump
          I asked him to his bank account number to paying for fuel bill but his answer to me, there is no such system here.He has the most money. If he has the most cards, he will give you petrol.

            Hello Sir my name is shubham Dhavale and Cylinder register on my mother's name So when i order or book cylinder i call delivery boy for deliver my cylinder this guy always say ok i deliver but after 1 day he ignoring phone calls and always saying your cylinder delivered tomorrow and deliverd time he switch off there phone So what can i do know because i have only one cylinder connection i have facing so many problem because of Cavalry gas agency ahmednagar and behavior of biller is very bad not providing information but insulting every bady i not saying any thing because he is elder so please reloved it and delivery boy over charger at the time of delivery please help us and resolved it otherwise i Show to this biller and delivery boy what can i do or my behavior to this two man i insulting this man front of all customer please resolved

                    I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 17.05.2021and made payment using upi on bill desk portal. Amount of Rs. 812 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
                    I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.

                        I booked Bharat gas on dt 08.05.21 and made payment through PHONEPAY through my Kotak Mahindra account at 10:04 am, amount got deducted but BPCL app was showing payment is still pending so I made payment again through PHONEPAY SBI account at 10:16 am and payment went successfull against my consumer ID[protected].Please help me out in getting refund of my first payment.I have attached the payment receipt of first payment.

                          I made a transaction of Rs 809.50 towards refill of bharat gas on 29/04/2021 through the transaction ID[protected] through gpay UPI.Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill desk.But at the bpcl bill desk they told money is not credited.So they delivered refill through COD
                          .My consumer no[protected] and order no 39165

                          I contacted gpay several times but they couldn’t resolve the problem yet.I contacted BPCL but they are repeatedly telling that the payment is a failure.
                          I have attached the photos.Kindly help me in this matter and get my money reverted back

                                I want a valid reason as in why our gas booking has been blocked without giving us any intimation before hand or not calling and informing us about the blocking of our account. IF the account has been registered twice which we are not aware of your should have atleast given a call or should have dropped a mail for informing that the account or mobile no has been registered twice and please change the registered mobile number at the earliest before the account is blocked from our side. We are senior citizens travelling in this covid situation is not possible for us therefore we want a valid reason as is why our account is been blocked without given any information before hand.

                                  Reg 3903837, Muzaffar from Customer Care called to me on my mobile no 9700XXXXXX on 24th April, 2021 at 3:35pm, He spoke to me very ridiculously and ruthlessly. With a raising voice/rude voice he is asking me 'Did you raised the complaint or not' which is not at all acceptable by any consumer. There are some basic protocols and behaviours which Muzaffar does not have. I request to take stringent action against Muzaffar.

                                        Sir,
                                        I made a transaction of Rs. 814/- towards refill of LPG on[protected] through the transaction ID[[protected]] through BHIM UPI. Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill Desk. But at the end of the bpcl bill desk, they told money is not Credited. Therefore I had booked refill again through COD. My consumer no 27604555.

                                        I had lodged complaint through their customer care. They investigate of the matter and reply through mail that the transaction has done successfully.
                                        I attached some screen shot for your reference.
                                        I hope you attend this issue seriously. Otherwise it is my obligation to approach consumer forum for justice.
