    Dear sir/madam,

    Hi my self mr. Piyush p. Patil iam one of customer of your bharat gas my consumer id[protected] i am staying in ulhasnagar-4
    & i am purchased new connection in harjas gas service on dtd.14/12/19 (Singal gas). But covid-19 lockdown sigal connection is not sufficient
    Befor 1 month i am tring (Dubal gas cylinder) connction enquary many time but service provider not give us positive responce.
    He give us reason new connection process is closed no one help us for gas cylinder.

    Request you please provied us dubal gas cylinder

    Take nassasary action for the same.

          Cash memo number is 13394 generated then it shows that your lpg cylinder was delivered on 27th may 2020 after enquiring they told us that it will be delivered within 2 hours after making a thousand calls today it’s 9june 2020 we still haven’t received our cylinder.

          Look into this matter and
          Please provide us our gas cyclinder asap!

            I booked cylinder today on bharatgas app. Amount is deducted from account but nothing shows in app and asks for cod. Please check. Images attached for reference.

              Sir, i feel very upset of distributor work. Bpcl guidelines shows that-"get cylinder refill delivered and installed at your residence by deliveryman"this guide line is not obeying by the distributor and also not obeying this-when cylinder is supply to the customer they are not weightning the cylinder in weighting scale. So i kindly request to bpcl official please take some action to this distributor. The name of this distributor is - baikuntha gas agency. Which is situated in - town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, pin-781307, state-assam.

                      I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 29.05.2020 and made payment using upi on cc avenue portal. Amount of rs.579 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
                      I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder

                      Kindly help me in getting a refund of money deducted on online payment.

                          I went to mauli petrol pump and asked the attendant to fill for 550rs to which he feeder the amount in the machine and did not leave the lever while filling and when asked as to why he is not leaving the lever as it works on auto - filling basis.. He replied it's not working and when asked to demonstrate he refused. This is continuously happening in the lockdown period in the particular petrol pump. He even said the manager is not there in the pump and can't be called. They are very unprofessional and wrong behaviour.

                            I am not getting any response from bpcl my problem is-i am a customer of bharat gas. My consumer number is-13222. I feel very trouble because of my subsidy amount of 10 refill is not credit in my account till now. I have been complaining so many times in bharat gas customer service about my problem but bpcl official rejected to solve my problem. 5681984, 5676630, 5650230, 5639826, 5617113, 5603244, 5595344, 5594402. These are compliant number that i complained in bharat gas customer service. I belongs to a very poor family. I have already complaint in this subject to consumer complaint forum but not getting any response from bpcl. So i kindly request to consumer complaint forum please help me to get my subsidy amount.

                              Sir, i have placed order of bharatgas cylinder on 26/05/2020 but while paying money online using upi payment method my money got deducted but transaction failed on bharat gas website. Please help me to get the full refund of rs.572/-. The upi website shows as successful transaction status. I did receive the gas cylinder delivered on 27/05 and delivery man took rs.572/- from me. Hence i request you to refund rs 572/- asap.
