They have blocked my connection for adhar de duplicacy but i have only one connection so please reactive my connection.. If there is any quiry please call me on [protected].. Thank you when i am calling at service centre they tell me visit the distributor but when i visit there they are too busy to solve my problem

    Dear sir, my consumer no. Is my original name is n. M. Nagoor gani but instead of this m. Nagoorkhani is registered in bharat gas account as a consumer name. At the time of opening the account i wrote n. M. Nagoor gani clearly but due to mistake of agency my name is misspelled. I have repeatedly approached the agency for the correction of my name but no action has been taken yet. But now it is tough for me to link my bharat gas account to my bank account or adhar card as n. M. Nagoor gani is written in all my certificates and document. Here, i would like to mention that i have already submitted kyc form to my agency (Safi bharat gas 77-4, 8th cross street, al ameen nagar, k. Pudur, madurai 625007) in the name of n. M. Nagoor gani as i have failed to get my name corrected through agency, i have no option but approach you to give advise and procedure to correct my name at the earliest. With regards, (N. M.       Dear sir,
      My self anup yewale consumer number 70097262 and my distribute agency code is 161770. I am facing a problem regarding subsidy transferring in my account from last one year. Have already submitted my bank details and adhaar card details again to my distributed
      My adhaar card is updated in lpg distributor and also updated in my bank account and confirmed with bank also. But not updated in npci data base. It is showing aadhaar linking status "inactive" (Subsidy payment is not getting processed due to: aadhaar not active) as per npci.
      So. I am not getting subsidiary. Please help me.

          I am J. Elumalai, residing at Chennai - Ambattur .my gas connection no- 19524 by mistake my children was applied opt out subsidiary. He is 5 years old opt out subsidiary activated by unknowingly.

          We will ensure this kind of mistake should not happend in future.

          Request to deactivate opt out subsidiary one time basis.

              I have booked bharat gas on 11 th nov 2019. But i dint receive gas after 3 days. So i lodge a complaint. My complain reference number 5007772. But till now (19 th nov), i have not received gas. Its veri disappointing about bharat gas. I think i should give up using bharat gas service as they are not taking customer's problem in seriously. This is the worst service ever. I will switch the connection to another service.

                I booked bharat gas cylinder over phone on 13/11/2019. Booking number - 175522. On 14/11/2019 i have received sms about payment receipt had been generated. But after 48 hours of payment receipt generation gas cylinder is still undelivered. As previous cylinder delivery time i disagree to pay 50/- as delivery charges. I just gave delivery boy 35/-. So this time no gas cylinder was not delivered till now. Now i am in big trouble. Please help.

                  Dear sir,

                  Today i visited the revathi agencies bharat gas at around 10:30am for address transfer. The person officer/manger who is authorized the document asking for me wait 5 minutes so i waited and after 5 minutes again i ask for my document process as i was late for my office. But the guy started unethical behavior on me and asking again for wait. After some time he started my document process and he speak louder on me as i missed one page in rental agreement copy. I requested him to please take one zerox copy as i had the copy with my mobile phone but he declined my request. Also i have attached the declaration copy of my address. Here is the matter of the person behaviour, i am not asking to take action but minimum respect they should give to a consumer.

                    I have book my cylinder and received on 23.10.2019 today my old cylinder got empty and after changing it to new cylinder the gas was not effective enough to get lit and wasn't working properly, i checked the gas stove and switched to the other stove and changed the regulator and pipe as well but was not still working. It seemed as if the gas was not pure and was mixed with some other stuff and further the family has to wait for the food for 3 hrs and had to eat outside at last, kindly send your respective person to check the same and rectify it with a proper solution at the earliest.

                      I have honour to inform you that i am a customer of bharat gas.in our town the the agency is illegally imposeing personal tax in every cylinder. The name of this agency is baikuntha gas agency. The market value of cylinder is rs-724.50 but they are collecting of rs-730 of every cylinder from customers. When customer wants to know why they collect the excess amount of rs-5.50 they said that rs-5.50 is office charge. On the other hand they are not accepting coin currency also they are not obeying the rules and regulations of bpcl. So i request you please do something and help our people.

                        I am a bharat gas consumer[protected] of mata rani gas agency dimna mango jamshedpur. The agency has delivered a gas cylinder on 5/11/2019. The weight of the cylinder is 3 kg less. I have complained to the agency but they refuse to change. Then i talk to sales manager mr. Sudip topno and he told me to change the cylinder by tomorrow. But till now i am not recieed cylinder and mr. Topno is not reciving the cylinder.
                        Therefore i am requesting you to please resolve my problem.

                          Bharatgas payment showing failure. But success in cc avenue. But still bharatgas payment status showing failure. Also i got a message that "your transaction has failed/aborted. You may try again now or your order will be automatically converted to cod (Cash on delivery)."

The actual price of a cylinder is rs-724.50. But the baikuntha gas agency is collecting rs-730 of every cylinder. When customer wants to know why they are collecting excess amount of rs-5.50? They replied that rs-5.50 is office charge. So i have a questions to bpcl — who gave the authority to charge rs-5.50? On the other hand baikuntha gas agency is not following the rules and regulations of bpcl and also they are not accepting coin currency. The employee of this agency is illegally collecting money from customers every day. I am very disgraceful to bpcl why bpcl are not taking any action to baikuntha gas agency. Their agency code is-134512. I hope bpcl should take necessary action to the agency.

                              I had filled diesel at bhari auto services, diamond garden chembur mumbai 71, on 20th october 2019 at 9 pm later my vehicle started giving trouble, next day i showed it to my nissan authorised service center where they found there was kerosene mixed in the diesel, the approx cost is 15 thousand

                                With due respect and humbly submission i have honour to inform you that i am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, state-assam. I am very astonished to bpcl because in our town baikuntha bharat gas agency is imposed personal tax in every cylinder. Now the market price of lpg cylinder is rs-724.50. But they are collecting of rs-730 of every cylinder. When customers ask to agency why they charge of rs-5.50 they replied that rs-5.50 is office charge and if a customer give coin currency they not accept coin currency they said that they accept only paper currency. The employee of this agency is illegally collect money from customers every day. The agency is not follow the rules and regulations of bpcl. So i kindly request you to take necessary action to the corrupted baikuntha gas agency their agency code is-134512

                                    Bp petrol bank-vetrivel agencies in med avalkal, chennai. Asked to fill 7 litre petrol which costs 530.74 as of nov 2, 2019. Gave my card for payment and the girl asked if she can pay by wifi access. She then said it's not working and asked to enter pin and in that screen it won't show the amount. I entered pin and went away as i was in an emergency. After couple of hours noticed that 5300.74 was swiped. Got contact no from google and called them. As soon as i said that "i put petrol for 530rs" the person started explaining the drama. Later i went directly and got my remaining money back and noticed that guy had too many such payment copy for 3000, 6000 etc. Looks like they do intentionally and many o[censored]s doesn't notice how much was swiped. Always get customer copy and proceed to avoid this.

                                      I am surya prakash facing a repetitive problem by our gas agencies manver gas agencies e 2 chand bagh bhajanpura my consumer no is 35406... The delivery boy delivers gas cylinder which is not appropriate in weight (Which is around 24)... When i ask for the same the told me talk to agency i cant do any thing they showing very rude behaviour... I am facing this problem since last one years i would like you to take a look in this and take serious action in this matter.

                                        cylinder showing delivered but actually it is not delivered

                                        I booked gas cylinder on 18.9.19 and on 20.9.19 sms comes that gas delivered. Then i call the delivery boy he says will deliver in few days. Then i call distributer he says it will be deliver soon. Today is 2.10.19 i. E 12 days past but still not delivered. I dnt know why the harrash normal peoples. They sell gas to some shopes from where they earn more money. Bpcl must take care of it...
