Hi my name is philip and i'm complaining on behalf of my dad mr. Marcel lakra you consumer for bhart gas.

My dad is a retired peon of a pvt school and he is 60+ of age

By mistake he just clicked on opt out subsidy and now he is not getting subsidy.

How can you expect a 60+ of age and a retired peon of pvt school can opt out subsidy.

He is hardly living alone and has all we give to live in.

So its a humble request to you all to please kindly deactivate the opt out subsidy from ny dad's account. And please deposit the subidy for the previous gas he has booked.

    I was booked my gas cylinder online on 29.08.2019 vide booking no 125212. Today ie on 25.09.2019 i was received messages that - your booking no 125212 lpg cylinder was delivered on 25.09.2019.in fact i was not yet received my cylinder yet.

    Please let me know where is my cylinder? Whether the delivery men has wrongly delivered it to anyone other person or what?

    Please arrange delivery of my cylinder to me urgently.

      We booked gas on 15.09.09 through umang app vide ref no.[protected]. But so far gas was not delivered till date. On 21 september we inquired, agency told that gas will be delivered within two days. Once again today we inquired personally in dealer office, they told it will be delivered in 2-3 hrs but till time gas not received from agency. Why the agency taking lightly everything? Please reply...

        Just now 22-sep-2019 got a call from bharat gas agency call center asking for inspection and saying rs 177/- is the inspection fee.

        They are saying its mandatory, and i dont see any news channel report or news paper report for the same.

        I wonder is it a scam? As there is no public info what so ever.

        I read on-line that this is mandatory and is a way to mint money from the people.

        Hi, i have booked cylinder on 15.05.19..but still now not deliver.. coming thursday we will plan to go to tirupathi and return back sunday only..
        pls ask your team to deliver before wednesday...

          Bharat petroleum, Gola Rd, Patna पर मैं 23.09.19को सुबह 6.20AM पर RS300 का पेट्रोल लेने गया पर वहां के स्टाफ 2000 रुपये के चेंज देने से मन किया।फिर मैं केशियर के पास गया परन्तु उन्होंने भी मुझे गाली(भोंसड़ी के चल भाग) देते हुए भगा दिया(जब कि उनके पास बहुत सारे खुल्ले मौजूद थे)।मजबूरन मुझे अपने दोस्त के कार्ड से पेमेंट करना पड़ा।और जब मैं कंप्लेन की बात कही तो उन्होंने कहा "कंप्लेन से मेरे झांट न उखड़ेगा" जा जो उखाड़ना है उखाड़ ले।
          अब आप बताओ मेरी क्या गलती थी।क्या कंपनी कस्टमर से ऐसी ही व्यवाहर और ब्लैकमेल करने की पालिसी रखती है।ऐसा नही की ये सिर्फ मेरे साथ हुआ है वहां इस तरह के और भी लोग थे जिनको परेशान किया जा रहा था।
          अब देखना है कि सही में कंपनी कुछ उखाड़ पाती है या नही।

          Fruitless to launch complain against any agency/system . There is no given any reply or status about complain.
          Booked my refill on 7th September. CM generated on 13th September. But delivery yet to happen. We are suffering monetary wise as well mental torture due to the delay

            Sir my name is murugan. I m a bharat gas customer. I m residing at hosur, krishngiri district, tamilnadu. The” sanmuga sabari sai bharat gas agency” is in our area. They are delivering gas cylinders to our homes. My problem is, whenever i m booking cylinder, they take more than 20 days every time. For that also, i m calling to the agency minimum 50 calls. I m very frustrated on this issue. This month also i booked my cylinder on 03/09/19. But till now (22/09/19) not delivered my cylinder. Whenever i call the agency, they say tomorrow & tomorrow. Many times not lifting the phone also. My consumer no is[protected]. Distributor code-165778. Please do need full action sir.

              I have notice that bpcl employee are not behave properly yesterday i am going to bpcl petrol pump and fill tyre air but no one is there and i will ask the fuel filler employee but he is no reply my problem suddenly i have seen air filler but he has not talking properly and i am wait for 30 minute to fill my car tyre air half n hours come the air filler and said that i am not in duty to fill air in your car and he is abuse me and said fill car tyre air i am not in duty half and hour i am wait but no one can fill my car tyre air i am faceing so many problem in petrol pump

                My consumer no is 22850. I have booked the cylinder 7-8 days back. Your booking desk person committed to deliver the cylinder after two day. but we have not yet received the cylinder. We call many time times, every time we get reply that your gas delivery receipt not generated yet.

                Please look in to matter & resolved the issue.

                        I have booked the gas in Bharat Gas consumer No. 53352534 to Basaweshara Bharat Gas Agency, Yelahanka Old Town, Bangalore -64 on 03.09.2019, the booking no. being but till today have not received the gas cylinder. Every time I or my wife rings up to the agency they reply that it will be delivered tomorrow. It has become a story book name If Tomorrow Comes.

                          But the payment status of my order is still showing pending.
                          I paid from Phonepe app and their customer service saying that the transaction is successful.

                            Shreevari bharat petroleum gas agency located at vidyanagar hubli, one of the worst gas agency in hubli. I had never expected if we order gas through online will take more than one month. Still i have not received gas. Giving fake promise to the customer that tomorrow we will supply gas. If we go and ask they will tell "gas stock is not there, delivery boys are not there. Today your area service is not there". One of their staff behavior is very very rude. He doesn't know how to treat their customers. And telling that u can go and complaint any where. Wow such a customer service i had never ever seen.

                              Shreevari bharat gas hubli 580021, is one of the worst gas agency /distributor in hubli.1 month i had ordered gas cylinder till now i have not received gas cylinder. Giving fake promise that tomorrow we will provide. One of their staff behavior is very rude. Not at all giving respect to customer telling that you can complaint anywhere, i don't care. Such a worst customer i never ever had seen.

                                This is to report black marketing of gas cylinder is happening.
                                i booked cylinder on 5th September which is delivered to me on 10th September.but when i get subsidy 2 times then i check there is 2 deliveries are showing one on 9th and one on 10th.
                                i took one cylinder on 10th September.
                                so i think one cylinder is sold out on 9th which is officially mine.
                                but they sold it and delivered to me on 10th September.
                                so as a good citizen of india i do not want to get wrong money and subsidy.

                                    My Bharat Gas Consumer Number is 31656036

                                    I have taken connection from Maruti Bharat Gas, Tingre Nagar, Pune. I have booked request for refilling my Gas Cylinder on Monday. Till Friday I am following with this agency for refilling of my Gas Cylinder but every day they gave me assurance that today it will come, today it will come.

                                    When today I fed up with this and asked for Bharat Gas Customer Care head number they denied to provide the same. More over today they told me that your connection is transferred to some other agency which I was not informed or intimated. As a consumer I have full right to know that if my connection being transferred to some other agency, it is duty of that agency to at least keep me in loop so that I am aware of this.

                                    But this agency instead of apologies this they are saying it is not their duty to inform us and it is the duty of other agency to inform us regarding this.

                                    Here I have two complaints -
                                    1. Since last 5 days I am following with Maruti Bharat Gas agency for refilling my Gas Cylinder but every time they giving excuse of today today. Their today is still not come. As as customer I am suffering.
                                    2. They directly changed my Gas agency without informing or intimating me and now when I complained for issue no 1 they are telling your agency is changed and connect with other agency. This is clear lack of responsibility on the port of agency. Bharat Gas company should penalize them for providing such a bad service to customer and there by spoiling image of Bharat Gas company.

                                    I am not at all satisfied with the above service of Bharat Gas agency.

                                    Hoping for some action on this from Bharat Gas Company side.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      My name is Rajapalanivelu T. My gas consumer number was 1170 before 3rd September, 2019 and it was changed to 37209599 thereafter. I booked for my second cylinder on 22nd August, 2019 and on 3rd September I received a message stating that my gas booking order has been cancelled and I have to visit their office for further details. When I inquired through phone, A person from their office diverted me to go to another gas agency stating that my connection was shifted there. But they checked and said that my name was not found in the list. The next day again when I went to Pranav Gas Agency, where another one said that my connection was not transferred to another agency, and I will receive the gas the next day itself. But until today I didn't receive the cylinder. The lady who is attending the call is saying repeatedly that i will receive it the next day, for the past 4 days. 24 days have passed. Still I have not received the cylinder. The service is very very poor. I am terribly dissatisfied with the irresponsible service. I don't know in what priority the cylinders are distributed.

                                        Sir, i got a connection from bharat gas under ujjawala yojana. My consumer number is[protected]. My first problem is my ph number is not registered by the agency in my mention consumer number. I have been complaining so many times in this matter on the agency. But the agency is not responding my problem. My second problem is i am not able to getting my l. P. G. Subsidy on[protected]. I have been complaining this subject on bharat gas online complaint portal. My complaint number is -4695675. But they are failed to solve my problem. So i kindly request you to solve my problem immediately.
