Two times complaint to bharat gas through online castonarcomplaint complaint no.3719256 reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake, but now i want to get subsidy and join dbtl. Now when i want to join dbtl through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue. Name-umesh jana, my consumer no.4222 and my id no 26940067, distributor name - maa nachinda bharat gas, west medinipur mob. No.[protected], mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. Please sir solve this problem.

    Dear hod,

    I am widow and employee of indian navy been harassed by the irresponsible person deployed at hari gas matunga service station.
    This letter is pursuant to the official policy / agreement to pay subsidy towards our payments to hari gas services dated from the start of the subsidy till november 2018. I am widow and have been made to run pillar to pillars asking to check and verify why the subsidy amount has not been deposited to my deceased husbands account as we didn’t found any amount been deposited. We found some messages coing on the registered number as it was deposited but later also found messages stating they failed raising the concern about whats going on is inappropriate and we decided to get this verified however to our surprise rather assisting me with the details officially through letter as which account it is getting deposited or was deposited and till which date so i can cross verify, i am been harassed by the local hari gas matunga staff hence i waited calmly till the account transfer of the ownership from my husband’s name to my name process was going around.
    Later one fine day i took an off and walked down to discuss this with your branch staff along with the bank passbook of my husband who expired in 22/02/2017 to re-verify and they didn’t found any subsidy amount been deposited. Mr sandeep who spoke as concern person at that moment clearly said that it’s not possible to get the old subsidy after the transfer of the name from deceased mr pramod a shringarpure and can’t be claimed. My question here is isn’t this the company responsibility to show where is this money gone if i have received the message showing amount been deposited by the hari gas team and which account they have deposited (Is this amount flowing into their personal account). This hard earned money which was charged in the name of subsidy nor refunded to any of the account lies with hari gas

    Your failure to pay as per the amounts till date or show where these amount s have been diverted is a breach of contract and injustice to widow and employee of indian navy.
    Please acknowledge receipt of this letter within five business days. Please make your payment (Insert means of payment as per your contract terms) no later than jan 02, 2019. If you fail to respond, i will be compelled to pursue legal action.

      My self ranganath,
      Took gas connection in 2016 at rashi gas agency. Onwer of this agency is not at all interested in providing services to customers.in between 2016 to 2018 he hardly opened agency for 4 to 5 months. Its very difficult to refill cylinders.. Because of this problem brokers here selling cylinders at very high price
      Please resolve it very soon. Its my humble request...

        I will use my petro card regularly filling petrol in bpcl petrol pumps and that will be always in my bike, unfortunately i have lost my petro card no.[protected], i already paid duplicate card charge fees 50/- on bpcl pumps on 28/11/2018 15:29:09 so please requesting to issue me duplicate card at an early date other wise i will lost my all petro bonus points.             Inspite of submitting complaints till date no result has been received. Though i have made booking and received msg that cash memo generated but till now no such delivery has been made. If such type of delay continues what is the result of such service. This means such type of has no meaning. They generated the cash memo but if at all is not not their responsibility to ensure the delivery of the gas cylinders. Even yesterday as well as today i was bound to contact the delivery agent to deliver the gas cylinders. This is the condition of temperament of service providers and condition of consumers.
            Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            While in service, I had given up subsidy. After retirement, when I asked for restoration of subsidy, the agency informed that there is no chance of restoration. Only option to surrender the gas connection.

            Please issue necessary instructions for facilitating for restoration of subsidy.

                  I just placed by mistake the option out subsedy i was just watching the options on the app and i just click on the opt out subsidy and click yes i just wanted to cancle the option out subsidy option my grand father uses this account they are not felling well and they have medical problems so we are not able to pay the amount with out subsedy please resolve our problem

                      I have not received my gas subsidy last 6 months. My consumer no, is 600438 and id no[protected]. I have submit the aadhara number with distributor as well as sbi. I received the subsidy upto july 2018. Kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangement to release my subsidy. I also contact several times the distributor over phone no. [protected] name of the person contacted kalpataru regarding npci not activated. I enquired my bank account the aadhara number also activated.

                                I have taken gas connection from m/s sri bharat gas, khapuria cuttack, odisha. But the time schedule of delivery is so bad that instead of repeated contacts they fail to deliver the gas in time rather i am compelled to bring the gas from the office finding no cooperation from the staffs working therein. Being dissatisfied with their delivery system, i am compelled to submit complain if any justice can be done to the instant customer who is paying money with expectation that in time necessity can be fulfilled. But everything is in air.

                                  I have sb account with iob and the account no. Is [protected]
                                  The bank's ifsc no. Is ioba0003450
                                  My aadhaar no. Is[protected]. The bank has informed that they have mapped the aadhaar no. With the sb account number.
                                  But the gas company has given the report that adhhaar no. Is not linked with sb account number and hence i would not be getting gas subsidy.

                                  Please confirm whether i will get subbsidy in my bank account if i book a gas cylinder.

                                    I filled petrol for 200rs to my two wheeler on 13.12.18 between[protected] hrs on mooken devassy pump thevera kochi. The filling boy took out the nozzle before the flow of fuel stopped and he behave harshly and use bad language as i asked about it. He is telling the has shown 200 and ask me to get off from there. Plz check video in pump for clarification.
