    Inspite of submitting complaints till date no result has been received. Though i have made booking and received msg that cash memo generated but till now no such delivery has been made. If such type of delay continues what is the result of such service. This means such type of has no meaning. They generated the cash memo but if at all is not not their responsibility to ensure the delivery of the gas cylinders. Even yesterday as well as today i was bound to contact the delivery agent to deliver the gas cylinders. This is the condition of temperament of service providers and condition of consumers.
    Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    While in service, I had given up subsidy. After retirement, when I asked for restoration of subsidy, the agency informed that there is no chance of restoration. Only option to surrender the gas connection.

    Please issue necessary instructions for facilitating for restoration of subsidy.

          I just placed by mistake the option out subsedy i was just watching the options on the app and i just click on the opt out subsidy and click yes i just wanted to cancle the option out subsidy option my grand father uses this account they are not felling well and they have medical problems so we are not able to pay the amount with out subsedy please resolve our problem

              I have not received my gas subsidy last 6 months. My consumer no, is 600438 and id no[protected]. I have submit the aadhara number with distributor as well as sbi. I received the subsidy upto july 2018. Kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangement to release my subsidy. I also contact several times the distributor over phone no. [protected] name of the person contacted kalpataru regarding npci not activated. I enquired my bank account the aadhara number also activated.

                Forgetfully i register my consumer no.83928705 in add my sbi account but subsidy is credited my another account but forgotfully my another account is closed. Option. I contact to our gas agency this regard and he told me update your adhar card in bank or open a new account so i was opened new account so many days before but subsidy is not credited. How is possible? Please reply me. My details below:

                    Dear sir, my name is jaya bhuyan. I am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari district-barpeta state-assam. I belongs to a bpl family. So i am able to get ujjawla connection. I have submitted all documents in 8th march 2017. But the agency is not release my connection till now. When i go to agency they slung me and said mother # and sexually abuse me.                         I have taken gas connection from m/s sri bharat gas, khapuria cuttack, odisha. But the time schedule of delivery is so bad that instead of repeated contacts they fail to deliver the gas in time rather i am compelled to bring the gas from the office finding no cooperation from the staffs working therein. Being dissatisfied with their delivery system, i am compelled to submit complain if any justice can be done to the instant customer who is paying money with expectation that in time necessity can be fulfilled. But everything is in air.

                          I have sb account with iob and the account no. Is [protected]
                          The bank's ifsc no. Is ioba0003450
                          My aadhaar no. Is[protected]. The bank has informed that they have mapped the aadhaar no. With the sb account number.
                          But the gas company has given the report that adhhaar no. Is not linked with sb account number and hence i would not be getting gas subsidy.

                          Please confirm whether i will get subbsidy in my bank account if i book a gas cylinder.

                            I filled petrol for 200rs to my two wheeler on 13.12.18 between[protected] hrs on mooken devassy pump thevera kochi. The filling boy took out the nozzle before the flow of fuel stopped and he behave harshly and use bad language as i asked about it. He is telling the has shown 200 and ask me to get off from there. Plz check video in pump for clarification.

                              I have applied for new bharat gas connection online on 12th november, 2018 and have submitted all the revelant documents in the portal. Its have been 30 days but still the online status shows as new connection request no 60178814 is under document verification process.

                              Please suggest how many days it will take to get the verification process completed so that i can get the connection and gas at the earliest.

                                  my aadharcard no. is not linked to my account and linked to anothers customer's account name- Mr. Pritam Sawant (consumer no[protected]. I had submitted my complent to bharatgas distributor office as well as to customer care service many times, but not getting any positive response from both side since 21/01/2015. Distributer just taken my bank account and aadhar card xerox and said that, he had done his work but incharge officer not taking any action. and customer care service just give querry no.[protected] on date 30/12/17 and 3515286 on date 21/11/18 etc..) i m getting lots of querry no's but they said that they cant do anything except forwarding your information to their seniours. now my all this subsidies goes to anothers (mr. pritam sawant) bank account. Now i am helpless so please take any serious action.

                                      I am receiving my lpg subsidy through bank from canarabank and then indian bank and then state bank lastly dena bank. The dena bank is about 15 km distance from my residence and i have not opted the bank for my lpg subsidy. I closed the account due to my immobility. I opted city union bank chinnalapatti branch for my subsidy they have activated my s. B ac no. But bharath gas agency dindigul is saying the npci is not yet mapping my account my mobe sms shows that subsidy transfer failed intially and then my aadhar is in active.
