      Sub: T. Muraleedharan Nair, existing LPG connection transfer request to
      Thiruvananthapuram reg.
      Ref: Consumer No. 7187

      I would request that my 29 years old LPG connection, Consumer No. 7187 of Bharat gas with Remya Gas Agency, Changanacherry, Kerala, now, need to be transferred to Thiruvananthapuram as we are settling there. In this connection we have already surrendered two empty gas cylinders, regulator and the passbook including the original deposit receipt to M/s Remya Gas agency, Changanacherry requesting them to transfer the connection to Thiruvananthapuram. But they were not successful so far to issue the transfer papers so far, though we have put in our request some two months back. This being a very old connection and as we still wish to continue the gas connection of your company, please intervene in the matter and issue necessary papers for enabling us to obtain the gas connection in Thiruvananthapuram. Anticipating your urgent action in the matter.

        non-availability of pos machine

        The BPCL outlet at Jatni PIN-752050, Labanya Filling station does not have a POS machine for digital payment since last one month. I have returned thrice without refilling petrol. When ever I went there for filling my bike in Dec'18, the attendant would not tell that the POS machine is not available. On my query he used to tell that it would be made available next day.
        I may mention that on my persistent complaints last year, the POS...

        But not subsidy opted in... Why?

          Subject : correct of "opt out subsidy"

          I have a gas connection with customer no 9479 with amar jwala gas service, 463 a, mumfordganj, allahabad, a distrubutor of bharat gas service. Last four days back we installed bhart gas app in my smartphone due to our prime minister shri narander modi digital india compain unfortunately lack of app knowledge we put the options, "opt out subsidy" kindly request you please correct the options "yes" in my connection no 9479 because i am unemployed person we are not surrender lpg subsidy. Kindly update and correct in future my subsidy transfer in my bank account.

            Respected team, i have take bharat gas connection in april, 2018 but representative has charged rs 3000 without chulha.
            Now i have asked for 2nd one cylinder that he told me of rs 3000.
            Connection is related to jamni pur gas agency, disst dehradun, uttrakhand.

            Please tell me exact price that was in april for new connection and exact price for second cylinder

              Hello,
              I hereby wanted to bring into notice of the responsible authorities that the person delivering the cylinder at my doorstep always demand 15-20 ₹ over and above the printed invoice amount in form of chai-pani. Is this practice allowed or asked by the distributors to the delivery men?
              Also i have tried to make the payment online but couple of time it throws or not allow me to make the payment online. So due to tat i have to pay the sum on delivery and such evidences of chai-pani occurs.
              Request you all to look into the matter of discipline and service front. You may supervise the delivery process in my location if you want to see it and confirm it.

                His behaviour towards ladies is disgusting. If only ladies are there at home he will peep inside house and sit in the chair like an invited guest. He also takes additional delivery charges. For each delivery he takes approximately 40 - 50 rupees. Today I got a delivery. Cylinder amount is 811 but he took 850. Bill attached.

                  My bharatgas consumer no. Is 30201294.
                  I booked and paid for th lpg cylinder online on 31.12.2018, with booking reference no. 36149.

                  My distributor is maaruti bharatgas distributors at old bowenpally, secunderabad. Distributor's code is 199160.

                  I received an sms today saying the "lpg was delivered on 02.01.20019 and for any queries contact the distributor"

                  I called up the distributor on their phone no.[protected]. They replied that they do not have any information and will see.

                  Repetition: for my last booking also, the same thing happened, and it took 3 days follow up to get my cylinder delivered. That time the gas boy said, by mistake it was delivered to some other party. The distributor said, it would not repeat in future.

                  But again the same problem is reprated by them, i receved this sms of having delivered the cylinder where as it is not yet delivered.

                  I followed up over phone about the delivery with the Distributor, and
                  Cylinder is delivered to us along with the Bill and Refund of excess amount paid online.

                  Bhratgas should explain:
                  1.Why the SMS of having 'already delivered" the cylinder, without the actual delivery of the cylinder. ?
                  2. How this phenomenon is recurring every month ?
                  This wrong handling should be stopped immediately.
                  If a satisfactory reply is not forthcoming from Bharatgas, I reserve my right to get the answers from higher channels. Take it with all the required seriousness.
                  1.Please read the Consumer number as 30301294. I wrongly typed it as 30201294, in my complaint. I regret for committing that mistake.
                  2. Spoke with the Distributor today also. They said they are sending the cylinder. But they are taking the SMS that read 'as already delivered ", very light and casual.
                  3. Cylinder Not yet delivered.

                    My lpg distributor name alok gas bharat gas, delhi. My adhaar no :[[protected]]. My connection no is 15836. My bank name dena bank nawada delhi (Ifsc code :bkdn0711159)
                    Nawada village, uttam nagar, new delhi. My adhaar card is updated in lpg distributor and also updated in my bank account and confirmed with bank also. But not updated in npci data base.
                    It is showing aadhaar linking status "inactive" (Subsidy payment is not getting processed due to: aadhaar not active) as per npci.
                    So. Iam not getting subsidiary. Please help me.

                          Hi sir,
                          I am a bank of baroda customer and my aadhar number is also linked to bank of baroda saving account. And also linked with bharatgas agency.
                          But agency people say that aadhar details are not sent to npci from bank and bank status shows as sent to npci as "yes".
                          Hence i have lost my 3 subsidies amounted to almost rs.1000/-.
                          In the month of november i got msg from bharatgas that "dear bharatgas consumer your aadhaar number is found to be inactive in npci database, please contact your bank to activate the same to start subsidy transfer".
                          What should i do? I am in big trouble.
                          Also could you please provide any complaint registration mail id so that bank can reach you.

                            I live in badlapur west and want to know what steps does bharat gas company takes against the mafia who runs the delivery guys who deliver cylinders... They literally charge any amount ranging from 20-50rs per cylinder... That counts to nearly 500rs daily earning apart from salary they get... Why should we pay this much just to get our cylinder delivered??? Aren't we paying enough for it already... Please look into this matter because its plagued allover the cities

                                I been a lot of times to the bpl gas distributor namely new pamposh enterprises, nallabal nowshera, sgr. Kmr regarding my issue for not receiving a single rupee of subsidy from 2015.in 2015 march, when tried to reach them and complaining about the subsidy issue they simply told me wait for 4, 5 days it takes time to get deposited in your account, but after a week i did not get a 1rupee of subsidy and again i went to distributor, they told me we had some issue with your account now you will get definitely your subsidy after the 2, 3 months i recieved the subsidy of 3 cylinders but again from 2016 same thing happened i purschase almost 6 gas cylinders till now and i am not recieving 50paisa subsidy of these cylinders.

                                one more thing i would like to add in my complaint letter that the workers of this distributor agency never tries to contact with their consumers.Evenr if they find an issue or problem regarding any thing (lik subsidy bank ) with the consumer

                                  Sir i beg to know about the matter that i have newly connected with bharat gas before that i have a connection with hp gas due to transfer of my work place. I am a central government employee newly connected with bharat gas. When i got connection the dealer demend rs 2350. After that he again demend rs 830 for cylender and rs 30 for van fare. So when i asked him about previous amount the dealer told me rs 850 for a tawai out of 2350. He forced me to buy this product in name of company. So sir this is my humble request to you is product buying mandatory in transfer case. Please look into the matter and feedback me as soon as possible and oblige me thereby

                                    Bharat gas lpg agency in kolkata - bharat gas megacity in action area 1 new town... Is worthless customer service is very poor.. Have booked a gas cylinder 10 days back but have still not recieved the lpg cylinder. They are non cooperating complacent about the service.. They ask me to order online and the online booking is saying it has already been booked
