Sir, i made online payment of bharat gas lpg cylinder through upi online (Payment gateway ccavenue). The amount was debited from my bank account, but the indian gas site failed to pay the payment so the delivery was paid on cash.
Sir, i contacted the office of bharat gas and told them that i have made online payment has been completed, you have got money here. And then i requested them to refund my money because i paid the money while taking the gas cylinder as there was a need to pay on the invoice.
Sir, i also contacted the bank by email and going to branch, but after a few days from there, he replied that the status of payment is successful, that means we can not get refund from the bank. You have to contact the merchant site.
I have not received a refund yet.

I have opted out of subsidy by mistake trough online. I was trying to join DBTL but Click the wrong option bymistake.
But now i want to get subsidy & join DBTL.
and i have not received my subsidy of Dec.18.
So Please look in to this matter & Resolve my issue.
