I have visited the bsnl, bahu plaza, jammu for the 3 times in order to get the duplicate bills / payments made by me for the period of july to till date against my postpaid bsnl mobile. But the concerned clerk is not able to provide the requisite information as their emails are not working and they are not allowed to give any hard-copies. When the issue was brought into the notice of concerned accounts officer mobile, sh. Prem sagar, he very rudely said that modi ne sab band kar diya hai... Kuch nhi milega.. Jaao yahan se... And refused to provide any information.

    I recharged my BSNL no.[protected] by STV 444. When I recharged on that time
    3G net speed was approax 150 KBps and after 3 days 3G speed reduced to 10-30KBps. And from here the process starts after complaining to customer care many times after 10 days net speed became good only for 1-2days. And this process is going on till now 19/12/2017, when I complain to customer care after 7-10 days problem resolve only for 20-26hours. This problem is at Amauli, Fatehpur, UP PIN code-212631. Now you tell me is 10-30KBps speed of 3G? No this is not the speed of 3G. After that I started contacting BSNL officer

    they are so rude that they cut phone without listening to my complain.
    I paid money for service and I am not getting even a single bit of service. I want my money back against this rude service.

      connection closed but still receiving bills

      I closed the bsnl landline connection 6 months back. The agent came and took the instrument. He provided me a receipt and asked to submit to the nearest bsnl office. I kept searching but could not find near my place. I enquired several times to bsnl office but they gave wrong address, never respond post that. I am yet receiving the bill monthly. When the bsnl agent has already collected the instrument, connection is already closed, there...

I was told that i will get the refund of deposit in my account. Till date i didnot received any amount. I cant go around the office to collect my deposit refund.

Every time they send a following message "dear customer, complaint with registration number — on phone number — has been resolved. If the complaint still persists, kindly contact 1500 or [protected] for any further queries. Thanks for choosing bsnl as your service provider." without actually attending the problem.             I am using bsnl prepaid number last 9 yeas but i suffering out going call bars problem last 2 years. I visit to customer care office many time but they told me the sim card is active no problem from here, i recharge many time validity recharges rs 37 for 6 months but out going calls problem not resolve. I have given this number in any where the bsnl number is [protected].
            Please resolve this problem.

              Dear sir,

              I have requested for an mnp for my jio number [protected] on 11th of this number. The mnp is from jio to bsnl. Now when i checked with bsnl, they told that the request is rejected by the donor operator.

              I dont know for what reason they rejected my request. I purchased my sim on 11th of september 2017 and i requested for the mnp on 11th of december 2017 which is after the completion of 90 days.

              The upc number i gave for mnp is jl726477 which is valid until 22nd of december 2017.

              Hence i request you to sort out this issue from jio with immediate effect and to activate my bsnl sim with in the time limit of 7 days.

                  complaint on making pre on post as mandatory without informing details

                  I have chosen a postpaid plan in jio after being a member in jio membership.
                  In the month of june my services are stopped, so i had called to the customer service then they told me to recharge with 399 so that your connection will be back
                  I recharged with 399rs and my services started.
                  After few days my service had again stopped, so again i called the customer service and then they are explaining that they have used...

                  I want to tell you that i was traveling in train & don't know how but unfortunately i lost my phone in the train. I do not want anyone to make use of that opportunity and do something bad with it.

                  Therefore i want that my sim should get blocked as soon as possible. So that there is no possibility of misusage of my sim number.

                  I am not receiving any OTP for any of my on line transactions, this BSNL no is a prime no for me. How will I go cashless. with this short of service.

                  After consuming this balance, I have no option except portability.

                    Hi i sent request for port out from bsnl.
                    Number [protected]
                    But did not received still.
                    I sent multiple times to 1900.
                    But didn't received after 1 day as well.
                    I am having BSNL Pre paid SIM .Now I want transfer this sim to my wife's name .Pl sent the procedure to change the name of the SIM as i want to change my sim in my wife's name
                    Fraud activation of bsnl hungama plan on my number [protected]...deactivate it asap or I will go to tray
                    I paid my bsnl landline bill worth rupees 1847 by paytm (Ph.no [protected] A/c no.[protected] Dated 7/12/17 at 9.39p.m) but oprater says bill has not paid.

                      I have taken up with Apple & they have confirmed no issue.
                      I have been speaking to BSNLhelpdesk but no help forthcoming.
                      Recently I have been receiving extra charges on my broadband bills with plan 470. the additional amount of Rs.500/- one time charge higher speed for 20GB. please deactivate my account from one time charges plan.

                        Bsnl — recurring charges - broadband installation charges

                        R/sir,,
                        I am individual landline domestic customer and broadband service started w. E. F. 24.10.2017. I shocked when i received invoice for the period 1/10/2017 to 30/11/2017 with extra recurring charges ie; rs 931.64 and 2 times broadband installation charges. Please make a necessary correction to enable us to pay the bill before due date. Kindly advice me confirmation about this modification done by bsnl

                          My bill for the period 01/11/2017 to 30/11/2017, i find usage charges amounting to rs3208.66. After allowing discount and adustments etc the net billed amount isrs1579.80 and the total amount due is given asrs1580.44.
                          On the back side of the bill, in dteails page undr non roaming calls, gprs/wapcalls (Kb) duration is given as2814312 and the corresponding charge as rs2814.96! I am baffled by this figure. Even if i had made phone calls, it should not have come this much! There is some thing obviously wrong in the biling.
                          Will the authorities reduce the amount?

                            I have surrendered my telephone on july'17 following aii rules ®ulations & submitted all necessary documents on 13/11/2017. My name was registered as pabitra mukhopadhyay, though the cancelled cheque affixed with the documents named pabitramoy mukhopadhyay. The dealing clerk who received the papers did not say anything about the anomalies, i've not got the refund yet, pl look about the matter & do the needful.

                            I have registered my complaints regarding non - receipt of refund of money against surrendering my landline on 14/12/2017 (ID 1807563) but I got no response from bsnl .pl do the needful.

                                Request for refund amounting rs.429/- and rs.50/-.
                                Transactions id are fcvw[protected] dated 30 nov 2107 and fcvw[protected] dated 30 nov 2017 respectively. Recharged through net banking on 30 nov 2017 to bsnl (Mob no. [protected] & [protected]) from my vijay bank branch nscbi airport account no.[protected]. Where as recharge was not done. Please as soon as refund my money to this account.
