I am vignesh using bsnl landline with broadband ([protected]), my billing address was wrongly addressed in hard copy as well as online generated copy, so i can't use it for address proof, please kindly do the needful.
My current correct address:

Address in bill:wrong address

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Though we have registered complaint frequently this issue is still not being resolved.
Though complaint is being registered and the issue being unresolved for the past few months there is no action taken to solve this issue.
We request the to resolve this issue as early as possible..
I am really dissapointed with the service. Always this billing issue is there with Wimax.
