429 recharge done many times i make a call to customercare very poor response i did recharge on bsnl site my number is[protected] net speed is not more than 10 kilobyte per second this is new nano sim free data speed was very good after 429 recharge speed is zero at the same time star 1 2 3 hash is also not showing stv recharge operators are blocking my bsnl number from which i am calling one by one all three so that i cannot call to 1503 please recharge my 4 29 rupees in my mobile number as soon as possible

I am not aware about the steps but after one hour of launching the Complaints my net is now working fine

My prepaid bsnl sim stop working from 22.12.2017 there is no network connection. Please do the needful to solve the problem as soon as possible. I don't have any network connection and can't able to make any call or message or internet connection.
For the past few months there is no internet connection .
Though we have registered complaint frequently this issue is still not being resolved.
Though complaint is being registered and the issue being unresolved for the past few months there is no action taken to solve this issue.
We request the to resolve this issue as early as possible..
I have already paid the bill for the month of oct 2017 for A/C no[protected] but, again it has come in bill of the month for nov17. Not it is showing 2 months pending bill. Also connection is disconnected.
I am really dissapointed with the service. Always this billing issue is there with Wimax.

I have got full signal in my cellone sim but it only mentions data connection only and I'm unable to make calls or receive any calls inspite of balance and validity. My mobile data even works but no calls is possible. Please fix this problem as it is my official number.

      I am using BSNL sim in Odisha. But when i make calls to a person in Maharastra, its saying ALL THE ROUTES ARE BUSY, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER . I have tried many times but its always saying all routes are busy...
      But calls are possible when the person in Maharastra is calling me.

              I surrendered my landline telephone ([protected] installed at house 247/5 channi himmat jammu) on 24/08/2017. I also deposited the telephone apparatus with bsnl on 29/08/2017 so that no deduction on this account is made from the refund amount due. The refund cheque stated by the bsnl to have been sent on my address on 20/11/2017 has not actually been received. I have visited the bsnl office several times only to be told that bsnl has large number of such cases pending settlement. This suggests fishy despatch process of refund cheques in the bsnl office. Could you help me out of the difficulty.

                Landline telephone installed at house 247/5 channi himmat jammu has been surrendered on 24/08/2017 followed by deposit with the bsnl office the telephone apparatus on 29/08/2017. After several visits the bsnl office indicated that refund cheque has been despatched on 20/11/2017. The refund cheque has not been received at the duly registered address. On enquiry it has been indicated that several such cases are pending disposal with the bsnl office which suggest fishy despatch process of refund cheques. This need to be probed and complainants helped out of the difficulty.

                  But according to tariff plan i am unable to use tariff plan. I have tried customer care toll free number but they have not provided me proper solution. At last they block my number. Customer care executive provide false information regarding my service. I have exhausted about their service. So i want legal process for not behaving proper

                    I have done the payment online for my father's landline, the money is debited from my sbi account, the pic below shows the detail. But at the online portal the status is showing pending.

Still i have not received the refund of security deposit.

                        I am a subscriber of bsnl land line (Chathanoor, kollam, kerala) since 1999, i have many complaints regarding bsnl service like call clarity and noise on the calls. Some times the phone will not ring, it will be in dead status. Some time service will come and goes with the wind. I have complained multiple times but no permanent solution is happened till date. Rather than servicing they are forcing us to disconnect the service.

                        Here in Bangalore there is always lack of mobile internet connectivity.
                        There is some problem with network at belgharia with 7 days interval. If first 7days the network of BSNL 3G is running, next 7 days is interrupt the service and we can't use the NET service. This give me a miserable problem. Please do something for good network at belgharia town (PIN -700056) .

                          I have visited the bsnl, bahu plaza, jammu for the 3 times in order to get the duplicate bills / payments made by me for the period of july to till date against my postpaid bsnl mobile. But the concerned clerk is not able to provide the requisite information as their emails are not working and they are not allowed to give any hard-copies. When the issue was brought into the notice of concerned accounts officer mobile, sh. Prem sagar, he very rudely said that modi ne sab band kar diya hai... Kuch nhi milega.. Jaao yahan se... And refused to provide any information.

                            I recharged my BSNL no.[protected] by STV 444. When I recharged on that time
                            3G net speed was approax 150 KBps and after 3 days 3G speed reduced to 10-30KBps. And from here the process starts after complaining to customer care many times after 10 days net speed became good only for 1-2days. And this process is going on till now 19/12/2017, when I complain to customer care after 7-10 days problem resolve only for 20-26hours. This problem is at Amauli, Fatehpur, UP PIN code-212631. Now you tell me is 10-30KBps speed of 3G? No this is not the speed of 3G. After that I started contacting BSNL officer

                            they are so rude that they cut phone without listening to my complain.
                            I paid money for service and I am not getting even a single bit of service. I want my money back against this rude service.

                              I closed the bsnl landline connection 6 months back. The agent came and took the instrument. He provided me a receipt and asked to submit to the nearest bsnl office. I kept searching but could not find near my place. I enquired several times to bsnl office but they gave wrong address, never respond post that. I am yet receiving the bill monthly. When the bsnl agent has already collected the instrument, connection is already closed, there should be no further dealings.

                              My question is why the customer should go to the bsnl office to complete the formalities? They ask to submit letter, cancelled cheque etc along with the receipt.

                              When the person has already collected the device and closed the connection, why the customer has to bear all these pains?? Bangalore is already troublesome when it comes to going to governement offices. When i called the customer care several times asking for the address, they are rude and do not respond properly, never gave the correct address.

                              Bsnl has to change this policy. This policy is only to trouble the customers.

                              I am yet receiving the bills as pending amount, instead of refund of 1000/- that bsnl was to repay me, when i returned the device. Do i have to pay this amount from my pocket?

I was told that i will get the refund of deposit in my account. Till date i didnot received any amount. I cant go around the office to collect my deposit refund.

I visit to customer care office many time but they told me the sim card is active no problem from here, i recharge many time validity recharges rs 37 for 6 months but out going calls problem not resolve.                                         Dear sir,

                                        I have requested for an mnp for my jio number [protected] on 11th of this number. The mnp is from jio to bsnl. Now when i checked with bsnl, they told that the request is rejected by the donor operator.

                                        I dont know for what reason they rejected my request. I purchased my sim on 11th of september 2017 and i requested for the mnp on 11th of december 2017 which is after the completion of 90 days.

                                        The upc number i gave for mnp is jl726477 which is valid until 22nd of december 2017.

                                        Hence i request you to sort out this issue from jio with immediate effect and to activate my bsnl sim with in the time limit of 7 days.
