My landline [protected] is dead for past 10 days and a complain has been registered. I got sms stating that one chikkanna will attend to the complain. Nothing has happened for 10 days.
What is compensation bsnl will provide for deficency in service. As per trai guidelines if the landline is faulty beyond 2-3 days than compensation of rs 100 per day is payable by bsnl.

Sir i have surrendered my bsnl landline no: 25591435 in january 2013 i have not yet received any deposit amount. When i call from customer care, he told "your deposit amount is rs.1850." requesting you to refund my security deposit as soon as possible by present address: 514, sivakami amman colony, 3rd cross, 8th street, vyasarpadi, chennai - 39. I did not get any receipt regarding disconnection of my telephone kindly do the need full. I have attached the surrender letter and last total out standing bill detail and payment receipt.

It is requested that the officer in charge may be directed to get the services functional properly so that i may not suffer. Hoping for early redressal of my grievance.

Just forget it. I surrendered my telephone line 2 years back and I still have not received the refund. BSNL does not pay refund at all.

Last two days i am trying to send sms to register my account in sbi quick service but fail. My mobile is dual sim one bsnl and other airtel. I can send sms through airtel but not with bsnl. We surrendered our telephone (Landline) in 2015, no.[protected], consumer name mr. Ravi. P. This is 2018 till now the deposit money they didn't refund. Every time they are telling it will come but almost 3 yrs completes it won't. What is the next step can you help us. On 2016 onwards my mother with my daughter (She was 1 yr old) going and aaking about this and she doesn't know what is the next. Today i called her that time only she is telling she is in bsnl office they are telling its not ready, she asked with them they told it will come when they can't assure also.

Actually disconnected only on 05/12/2017. Pl explain reason of such long
Delay.

My telephone bill (Issue date 07/12/17) for bill period between 01//11/2017 and 30/11/2017 was rs800.74 and has been duly deducted from my bank account under ecs. I find that no relief has been granted because my bb service was withdrawn very late. No explanation has been offered for this delay even though i docketed my grievance as stated above.

My land line not working for more than a week. I had made a complaint on 03.1.17 and no one had come to check or rectify the fault. Today i had received an sms stating that the complaint had been resolved.
Is this how bsnl treat their customers of four decades relationship? This is not acceptable and enquiry shall be made to find out who had attended the fault and how it was closed.

I tried recharge of amount RS 30, Rs 50 and Rs 70 in all three amount deducted from my acount but recharge got failed.. with 'Invalid recharge amount' message.

What is BSNL topup plans ?

What it getting failed?

Not what is the process to recharge BSNL prepaid card.

My bsnl no is [protected]and it was bought around 8-10 years back. It has gotten blocked and for unblocking, it is asking for the puk code.

I tried getting by sms number provided in the online forums and also other methods but have not not received any details yet.

Unfortunately we do not have much idea on the address and name under which the simple was submitted as it was taken almost 10 years back.

Kindly send us the puk code to unblock it
