We are requesting you please disconnect our landline service ([protected]). We are regularly facing the problem of phone dead, voice disturbance & call jumps are problems which we are facing regularly due to that we are requesting to disconnect the service.

I will be thankful if you people needful at the earliest. Looking for earlier response.

On 19 dec i lost my mobile and 2 bsnl prepaid no.[protected] and [protected] therefore i made online fir and requested to bsnl customer by email for blocking my sims.

On 20 dec i got reply from bsnl customer care as "dear customer,

"would like to inform you that outgoing services of your bsnl no ([protected], [protected]) has been barred on 20-dec-2017 at 11:59 am hrs as per your request. Kindly visit nearest bsnl csc, for unblocking outgoing call facility and issue of duplicate sim along with these documents.

Then on the same day i got the dublicate bsnl sim by submitting desired documents to them.

When i got my new bsnl dublicate sim outgoing calls were blocked in the new sim then i visted rohtak bsnl csc and they didn;t help me at all and they were saying it can be unblocked from that office from which you requested for blocking the sim and then when i contacted there they are saying that rohtak csc will help.

But till date no one is hearing me and my outgoing calls are still blocked and they are just saying visit here and there. Therefore i request your good self to take the proper actions as it is leading to my operational loss.

All the academic and administrative works of the university of north bengal are being seriously affected due to nonavailability of bsnl link - the official service provider. This is the 4th and last working day of the year where the connectivity is not restored. Student admission, registration and examination related works etc. Are being seriously affected.
Such failures for a couple of hours at the worst may be admissible. But how such wastage of human resource due to bsnl can be compensated?

My mobile phone was lost today
I lost my lenovo mobile phone in erode around 5 o clock in the evening. I request to block my sim card with the number [protected] to avoid future problems. Sorry for the misconvience but i request to block my sim card number as soon as possible to prevent further misunderstanding.

I got a call on my bsnl landline from hungama (I know this was surely from hungama as it was 5.15 and bsnl offices are not working so late and also i tried to reach to kalyan bsnl after that. But my call was not received at 5.15) hungama person said that whether you are facing any problem with your bsnl net as i was having it from 1 month i said yes then he told me that you will have to send an sms for that from your registered mobile bvas to 56677
But i thought something fishy is going on as i never complained within this week.
So i searched the net and saw many people receiving this call so i hanged up the phone and try searching but my luck was with me and i saw message on my bsnl sim that if you want to activa te hungama services send bvas to 56677 so i angrily asked him and i hanged up.

My name is saurabh maurya i am from ambedkarnagar uttar pradesh my mobile is lost in mp so i want my mobile no close immediately [protected] bank company because my phone lost so we want secure my account balance with very high quality so we request to close this mobile number so i am very sad due to this reason so i regard that my problem can easily solved

Please send the call details for the period[protected] as during this period we had many family functions and celebrations and other events. We need to track the callers as we have lost many over the period.

Some of the callers have left india and many are moved out of bangalore to other parts.

Now for us it is time to consolidate those who took much initiative to attend and in many cases send representatives. Many like to be remembered of our association of long period and also those who joined caused by additions to the family by marriage and other events

Please closed my bsnl landline connection from 01.01.2018 due to my transfer from here. Because this reason that connection could not be continues and not possible to given another person and also not taking service for this landline due to mobile connection

429 recharge done many times i make a call to customercare very poor response i did recharge on bsnl site my number is[protected] net speed is not more than 10 kilobyte per second this is new nano sim free data speed was very good after 429 recharge speed is zero at the same time star 1 2 3 hash is also not showing stv recharge operators are blocking my bsnl number from which i am calling one by one all three so that i cannot call to 1503 please recharge my 4 29 rupees in my mobile number as soon as possible

I am using BSNL sim in Odisha. But when i make calls to a person in Maharastra, its saying ALL THE ROUTES ARE BUSY, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER . I have tried many times but its always saying all routes are busy...
But calls are possible when the person in Maharastra is calling me.
Therefore,
You are requested to solve my issue at the earliest.

I am vignesh using bsnl landline with broadband ([protected]), my billing address was wrongly addressed in hard copy as well as online generated copy, so i can't use it for address proof, please kindly do the needful.

I surrendered my landline telephone ([protected] installed at house 247/5 channi himmat jammu) on 24/08/2017. I also deposited the telephone apparatus with bsnl on 29/08/2017 so that no deduction on this account is made from the refund amount due. The refund cheque stated by the bsnl to have been sent on my address on 20/11/2017 has not actually been received. I have visited the bsnl office several times only to be told that bsnl has large...

Landline telephone installed at house 247/5 channi himmat jammu has been surrendered on 24/08/2017 followed by deposit with the bsnl office the telephone apparatus on 29/08/2017. After several visits the bsnl office indicated that refund cheque has been despatched on 20/11/2017. The refund cheque has not been received at the duly registered address. On enquiry it has been indicated that several such cases are pending disposal with the bsnl office which suggest fishy despatch process of refund cheques. This need to be probed and complainants helped out of the difficulty.

I have recharge 429 tariff in bsnl.
But according to tariff plan i am unable to use tariff plan. I have tried customer care toll free number but they have not provided me proper solution. At last they block my number. Customer care executive provide false information regarding my service. I have exhausted about their service. So i want legal process for not behaving proper
