We have bsnl cdma wll phone with ph no: [protected]. It was installed almost 8 years back when we shifted our location near asthalakshmi temple, margadarshi colony, road-5, kothapet as a replacement for a wired landline. We are facing the following issues with the wll phone:
1. The battery does not stay longer we need to keep charging 24/7.
2. The call gets disconnected when picking up the call.
I have complained about it to our nearest bsnl office at lb nagar but no use, they are not replacing the phone.
Kindly replace the phone or give a wired landline instead of this.

My BSNL postpaid SIM has been lost.
Kindly block my SIM.
By mistake my daughter has wrongly selected caller tune, I kindly request you to remove the caller tune.
We have two prepaid connections in our family

we r unable to send sms from both numbers, though we r receiving notifications & other in coming messages i had changed my hand set recently . previously i never had any problems it is only with this new hand set the out going messages r bloced

    I am a psu employee posted at trichy, tamilnadu. We are being transferred throught the india frequently. So i registered aadhaar at my permanent address of home town in bihar.
    I have been using postpaid services of bsnl in trichy circle of tamilnadu state. As per directive it is mandatory to link mobile no. With aadhaar, otherwise services shall be terminated.
    But the bsnl representative, refused to link my aadhaar, stating that it is outstation aadhaar. It was shown to him that on aadhaar intimation letter it is clearly mentioned that “aadhaar is valid throughout the country”. Also it was informed that other organizations like bank and other telecom operators also, are accepting any aadhaar based on the caption written on aadhaar intimation letter.
    But the bsnl representative, still refused to link my aadhaar.
    As a result, i could not link my aadhaar with my said mob no.

      He has mentioned that they promise jobs and dont do follow ups which is completely wrong and fake.
      What if the complainant is a competitor agency and trying to spoil our agency name and mentioning things which do not exist.
      Please give us a solution as n number of people can create id's and lodge complaint against our agency which do not have a concrete base at all.

          I have given an application to remove the safe custody status of my telephone personally on 20/11/2017. That person told me that by noon they will release but didn't get connection till now (27/ 11 2017). They don't have any number to complaint. Whether they will work or not will get their salary every month after that pension also. Only public will suffer.

                I have booked a land line connection in my name of g lakshmi reddy which was booked on 19/05/2015,[protected], till now, and on regular follow up with jto mr kalyan rama rao and his assistant mr raju and both are behaving with high handedness, in spite of rigorous follow up, in fact mr kalayan rama rao has come to my home and checked up my aadhar and said he will give connection in next few days in 2015, till now no action from bsnl. Even inspite of complaining so many times no one has courtesy to solve our problems, as my parent (S) are very old and needs medical attention all the while, in fact my mother left my house as we do not have telephone connection in my residence. Very sorry state of affairs with bsnl, pl solve this problem at the earliest...

                  With reference to the above i like to inform you that i am using bsnl mobile no. Since 2008 of west bengal circle. But the sim is deactivated now due to not recharging within the grace period. But this no. Is very important for me because the number is registered to banks and many different websites like school service commission, public service commission etc.

                  Hence considering the above you requested to reactive the sim or advice the reactivation process for the same.

                    I have port/switched my contact number from tata docomo to bsnl.
                    Earlier this month, i got to contact to one of the bsnl customer executive related any query. That time i asked her of 429 rs plan that i have already done. She told me that since i have port/switched the number to bsnl, i will get internet for free with lesser speed after 1gb of data. This means i will not be charged for any extra bytes of internet used after consuming 1gb data. Now, yesterday, i. E., on 25th november 2017, i consumed the data more than 1gb and it charged me of my whole balance i. E., rs.971. Along with some extra balance of 61 rs and now another customer executive is saying that i have not been provided any facility of free internet above 1gb of data and he also informed that i have debit balance of around 100 rs also.
                    This is a very big blunder from bsnl side. I did the only thing which was guided to me by their customer care executive and they have done exactly opposite of that.

                    Sir kindly guide what to do and how to claim my balance that has been charged by bsnl in wrong way.

                      On 1st Nov bsnl upgraded there plans saying people will get 10 mbps download speed since than its been around a month going to bsnl office daily, some says ur port has problem and changed port, some says ur port needs upgrade even did that, some says ur this plan is getting stuck somewhere changed the plan so even did that, some says line is faulty so I changed the whole line still getting between 5-6 mbps speed.
                      I am fed up of all this!! these people r lier they r planing to fight against plans of jio fiber, airtel etc but with service like this they r only other companies to grow more. when government own industry cannot provide a good network why to pay them our money we earned from hard work but for them it just waste, we r paying money every month it's not for free so we demand to get the desired speed they promised for without compromises.
                      These people dont have speed they fool people and make false promises that u will get 10 mbps speed worst 10 mbps getting 5.87 to 6.25 max all false promises and
                      all fake advertisement
                      Either resolve my problem or I would need to major steps.

                        I have activated international roaming facility on my bsnl mobile no. [protected] on nov 7th 2017. I used the number for some of my calls while in abroad from 10th november.
                        The connection was stopped abruptly on 22nd nov without any prior notice. On enquiry it was revealed that my bill has risen to rs 69000. And the tariff was also revealed only then. They told me that the incoming call cost is rs. 2700 for eight minutes.
                        My complaint is that they should have stopped the facility once my bill was about rs 10000 as i had deposited an amount of rs 5000. Also the tariff should have been clearly mentioned.
                        Or atleast there should have been a prompt about my bill before letting it rise to such a high price.
                        This a fraudulent behavior on bsnl's side.
                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide a resolution.

                          My mother was using bsnl sim no. [protected] and now it is deactivated due to not recharging in time. Please reactivate my mother sim. For any enquiry contact me in the no. [protected]. She is now travelling from saudi arabia to vijayawada. So, this sim activation is much imporatant to contact my mother. So please activate this sim on urgent basis.

                            BSNL hungama plan has been activated on my landline number few days ago without my consent. I do not want this plan anymore. I want to deactivate this BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. My land line number is[protected]. Just now I called to the Customer care no [protected], but the number is not responding. So I am sending you this mail. Please consider my request and do the above needed as soon as possible.

                              Pepper price is falling down from last 6 months contentiously because of import from veitnem and srilanka with less price and quality also very low but still our country importing this crop from abroad,
                              In india we are means agriculturist growing pepper more than the market demand.
                              Am not understanding why pepper imports from other country if it is not required also.

                              Because of import we are suffering, 1 year before 650 /kg but today 380/kg

                              Am requesting prime minister narendra modiji please stop the import,
                              Our bread and better is pepper crop now we are difficulty to get daily butter and bred and milk.

                              Please take it as serious issue and take a necessary action earliest.

                              Agricultural is the back bone of indian economy... Yes right know

                                I am not ready to pay bsnl bill without using my connection. So i request you, please disconnect my bsnl connection from today on wards[protected].

                                  In Hingoli city Bsnl office is not an office its just a place for time pass, i[censored] go for any work they have the reason for not doing the work such as no connectivity, come after 4pm, sir is not present etc.
                                  And the office staff don't help in any case, just hangout and do the time pass. In Bsnl office there is lack of service and because of bad service I am porting my pospaid card as well as i am closing two landline connection. I hope...

                                  I have surrendered my landline no.22294496 and sent a request for refund. I have received telephone bill via mail. The bill no. Is szdtn[protected] dated 1.9.17 indicating that a s um of rs.4632 is due to me. Ihave received a refund of rs.2744 on 28.9.17. But so far i have not received the balance amount of rs.1888/- pl. Arrange for the refund of rs.1888/- early.

I amnot recieving the telephone bill for last one year, thats why i had to pay fine due to late deposit of money. But it is the responsibility of bsnl to send bill to my home address, but after repeated complaints i didnt recieve the bill, though bsnl is charging service tax. Please see into the matter.

                                      I am barindra lal datta a senior citizen having bsnl landline no[protected]. I am from durgapur, west bengal. I have not recieving bsnl bill for last one year. Everytime i have to call them for the bill and they say the amount in phone. But as a central public sector bsnl is suppose to send me the bill to my home address, becausr they are charging service tax, but not providi g the service of sending the bill to my address. After repeated complaints, there is no result. Please see into the matter.

                                      There was no internet at all and I complained many times, but all they said was they can't do anything. After all I stopped using internet and also bsnl itself disconnect the internet. But after two months, there is no internet connection but still they are sending me monthly bills on add on and add on. What is this? it is so annoying.
