Respected sir, regarding above subject i have complained you becuase this service provider call on my bsnl landline number [protected] and tell me to send bvas to56677. But they wont tell me that is for activation of this type of service. They are fraud and cheated us by telling this that you have complain us about broadband and send reply on th 56677. But after sometime i saw they cheated us. Plz take action against them.

    Request for shifting my telephone[protected] from rr nagar exchange, bangalore to anjananagar exchange where my new residence given on march 1, 2017. Today is november 13, 2017 and nearly 8 months have elapsed. On making enquiry at anjananagar exchange a few months back, the staff at customer service verbally told that providing landline connection is not feasible in the area i live now. Kindly clarify this matter and whether i can surrender the connection. I had been a user of bsnl landline since 1996 and also using landline adsl broadband since 2004 in bangalore.

    Reff. the above subject, We have surrender our Land line phone before 6 month from today, & i continuously followup for payment of deposit. but no body can answer when can get the refund amount.

      Reply is still awaited against Grievance Registered; Docket Number Is : APR/CO/2017/3976.

      That as per tariff facility showing unlimited 2G/3G DATA (4GB/day) valid from 26/10/2017 to 23/01/2018on Rs. 489/- recharge (photo copy is attached here). As per my need I recharged the same on 02.11.2017, but the data was provided to me only 2GB/day.

      Hence, I requested to give the facility as per the given tariff plan which is urgently required to me please

        I submit an application for disconnect my landline and broadband connection on dated 09/10/2017. But after more then one month till date it is not disconnected. And sending telephone bill. I contact kapurthal bsnl office many times but they said that tomorrow it will be done but that tomorrow is not came. So, please disconnect my landline immediately my particulars are given below :-

          Everything is fine.. The message centre number.. The network..
          Still i am unable to send message through my bsnl number..

          I am unable to send messages to anyone whereas I am receiveing the message..

          I have BSNL Mobile number from past 2 months and the call drop is huge. Every time while doing Mobile banking this [censored]ing call get disconnected and even during the customer call. Such a [censored] service. I am fed up with this. This is almost 20th time I am seeing this. very poor network in this area as well.
          I made a recharge of RS.100 on 6.10.17 towards mobile no [protected] erroneously. The number actually belongs to MTNL and not BSNL. I was charged with a debit of RS. 102 on my card. Kindly refund

            I recharged my bsnl number [protected] with data pack 1099 on 12/11/2017. On website bsnl has mentioned that it is unlimited 3g without speed restrictions. But after using around 10gb data, my speed dropped to 10kb/s. If there is fup then why is bsnl fooling customers. And same problem many other customers are experiencing. It is not only me. I need my money back or give me unlimited 3g without speed restrictions as promised. Also i have restarted my phone, changed my sim to other device. But still 10kb/s. Worst company. Fooling customers in name o[censored]nlimited 3g. Resolve this issue asap.

              Sir i have been done internet 3g recharge of rs 444 on [protected] in 4 nov 2017.in plan 444, bsnl is provide 80 kbps 3g speed but bsnl give me only 5 to 25 kbps speed. Then i call many times to bsnl customer care but he does not solve my problem. He speak only technical issue and said i call back in 30 min but not any call again. I have already complain (Date 6/11/17) in bsnl customer care. My bsnl complain number is 2k06728200 but not any response from bsnl. I am very tired plse help me sir..

                I made a request on 25 sep for checkbook which got undelivered by courier company and send back to kotak sector 125 noida branch. After that i contacted branch they said they will call me once check reached to home branch. It's going to more then 40 days. Neither i receive call nor i got my check book till date.                   I lost my sim card i called customer care but they are saying you have to block it from the state it belong
                  I bought my sim from gujrat but now i have changed my residency so how could i go to gujrat just to block my sim

                    Since around two years we have this bsnl wireless internet. Every month they are coming on time to collect the fee. But almost every month they forget to update the account data. So two days later the account is expired and internet is not working anymore. So we have to call them to enable the account again. Sometimes the account expires after two weeks. And last month they had "problems" the internet was not working for over a week. Do you think we got a refund for that? Ofcourse not. I hope their boss is reading that and lowers their salary.

                    I called them again on monday on the phone numbers[protected] and [protected]. They said everything is fine, it is working. But still I got the message "Error: You are already logged in - access denied" when trying to login. Yesterday my login was working. Today again it failed with the same message. How difficult can it be to configure this router properly? I wish they would just check the hardware address instead of doing that funny login procedure. Also it would be nice to be able to pay online and check the account status online. You know, it's not 1990 anymore...

                      Network of bsnl mobile are not available in recently two days in the area of as other block district fatehpur uttar pradesh-212620. Although tower of bsnl are situated at village asother. There are no any reason for non availability of network. Network of the service provider are available in same place but bsnl network are not available. Kindly look in to the matter.

Internet is too slow that even small sites can't be open properly in time. I am a resident of bangla bazar lucknow. Because of this i can't be able to use my data pack efficiently.                           There is unlimited service internet connection and we paying approx. 2000 per month charge but the local staff of kumher dist. Bharatpur not co operating since last 3 days while there is not internate serive and we suffering our business of lpg distributorship

                          Last time atleast 15 days connection was down due to cut down of line and the department issue full bill.

                          Presently also staff not co operating and say that there is mistake in your computer.

                          While other internate serive are good.

                          If your staff do not want work then please remove our connection.

                                (1) I had never asked for hungama plan but it is being charged unnecessarily on my phone number [protected] please arrange to deactivate this immediately also a number of times my phone was not working and it was assured that rental will be waived off but it is in vain
                                (2) Similarly my Telephone No 2447517 was not working for last twenty days in July 2017 earlier there was fault of ring but later it became completely dead the same was brought to the notice of BSNL Authorities and I was assured of exemption of Rental of non working period. It is pertinent to mention that whenever the complaint is made the auto generated message is received stating that the same has been set right.
                                (3) The connectivity of BSNL Mobile Services in Sec A area of Shantipuram is very poor it was also brought to your kind notice. It can be verified and may please be rectified.
                                I am writing this letter, from Guwahati, with a request and hope that my trust towards this great Organization shall remain unaltered.

                                I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at EMC2, Doddnakundi Bangalore. My mobile n . Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately
                                I am using BSNL Combo landline + broadband under BBG-COMBO 675 Plan.

                                  I gave given complete for balance deduction from my account on 6th. Complaint docket number for my complaint is - 2k06985820.

                                  Today i have received message for deduction of balance from my account.

                                  Though i have not activated for any services my balance is deducted

                                  When i have activated for dnd, how can i get the calls

                                  Why my account balance is deducted even after lodging the compliment.

                                    I have recharged my bsnl no. With the plan 429 on 30.10.2017 but it is very very slow since recharged. After repeated complain my problem is not being solved. Eventually i am very much frustrated with the plan & have decided to institute a consumer suit against bsnl. It is a very very grave matter of concern that the costumer service of bsnl is very very poor.
