Regarding my post paid mobile bill which i am getting after the due date, and hence not able to pay in time, also informed pgm bangalore thro mail, but no news from him also, this is happening since last 2-3 months. Last month the due date for paying bill was[protected] but we received the post only on[protected] that too with seal dated[protected] from post office, hence it is a clear case of negligence from bsnl side may be intentionally, but i am getting bills after the due date, even i[censored] take the duplicate bill, what is avilable is only without barcode, which is also difficult to make the payment in bangalore-one etc.

    I have surrendered my landline no [protected] at ozar bsnl office 0n 14/04/2017 due to shiffting of house from ozar township to ozar. After that i got one message from your department that dear customer your ph no [protected], a/c no[protected] has been billed with rs -2957 on 24 may 17 and due date is 12 june 2017. This means i should get refund above amount.
    But still date i did not reacived any amount from your department. One of my friend l. S khairnar landline no [protected] has also surrendered his number on same date, we both have surrendered our landline on same day. But he got his refund two month back. I several times contacted at your office {cashier [protected]}but all times they replied that for such things it takes time, we have send your proposal to mumbai.
    Sir if we both friend have surrendered our landline on same day and he had got refund his amount two month before then what is the problem for my amount refund. Sir pl look in to my matter and do the needful help.

      I am facing unauthorised otp generation in my bsnl prepaid mobile from 57171 on my number.
      It has become problematic and causing me meaningless trauma and stress because i don't know where is it generated from and for what? I am concerned about the security of my perspnal data and financial security. Kindly do something about it or i'll be forced to take legal actions.

        I have recharge through my paytm id recharge of rs.550/- top up of bsnl operator ref. No. [protected]. Dated 01/10/17 time 01:58 pm recharge mobile no. Was [protected] but no. Is wrong

        Pls arrange to transfer balance in my correct no. [protected] from wrong no. [protected] or refund in my paytm a/c. Even though i have send message from my mobile no. I. E [protected] for the reversal of recharge immediately but till date amt. Not yet refunded

        I therefore request kindly look into matter sought out my financial issue as early as possible

          Sir,
          I sukumar sarkar a staff of doordarshan kendra allahabad applied for new telephone connection and paid rs. 500/= on dated 04/09/2017, and a telephone no.[protected] alloted to me. After one week i call customer care and want to know the status, the bsnl representative said you are in que and connection will be given soon. On dated 12/09/2017 a sms from bsnl received that your telephone number[protected] has been cancelled. Again on dated 30/09/2017 a sms from bsnl received that your telephone number[protected] has been cancelled. Till then i have not given any telephone connection from bsnlin the registered address. After that a new phone no.[protected] alloted to me without giving any physical landline connection. Yesterday, on 07/10/2017 i received a sms from bsnl that your ph. No.[protected] has been billed with rs. 535/= on 01-oct-17. And due date is 25-oct-17. I call bsnl customer care again, bsnl representative replied that your telephone number[protected] has been activated from 30/09/2017. I said him that i have not given any connection from bsnl till now. Sir i want to know, how it is possible that without giving telephone connection, tel. No.[protected] activated and billed rs.535/=. Kindly take necessary action please.

            Sir, i have recharged through internet banking for my mobile no [protected] on 7/10/17 for rs220/- at about 20.38 p m. Recharge is for bsnl prepaid phone and the ref. No. Is igacdqpqs4. But my phone no is not credited with the amount. I have recharged through state bank of india internet banking and this is the second time i have experienced this kind of difficulty. Earlier i have this experience with the no [protected] even though i have received the amount earlier i don't know why this is happening? What mistake i was making? Or any other technical problem?

              My landline no.[protected]lost internet connectivity on[protected] @ 10.45 am and still not resumed along with this total line disturbance which makes unfit to use landline in either ways. The problem keeps on occurring on a regular basis. I would like to ask why there has been no action taken to solve the problem on a permanent basis. Plz take this matter seriously and do the needful such that services are restored immediately.

              we used broad band connection on last one year Phone Number:[protected], but this past two months internet not working properly every 10 minutes disconnect and then connect we complained near our BSNL department Ayyampettai, Thanjavur (dt) one time only one technician came he told me tomorrow i will come solve the problem but till now he did not come

                  I've paid a monthly postpaid bill amount of rs. 620 through paytm payments portal for the month of august 2017. For my bsnl account no.[protected].
                  A reference number was also communicated from bsnl through paytm. But the same acknowledgement wasn't updated at bsnl portal and no receipt was generated against this payment. On portal, payment against this bill still showing pending.

                  I've registered a complaint regarding this issue on bsnl complaints and grievances section on date 21/09/2017 but no resolution or communication has been initiated from bsnl.

                  Though i've communicated to bsnl cce for this but no corrective action has been taken.

                    But no serious action not taken. Please see the land line no is repaired and work.

                        We have registered your grievance with docket number :bsnl/hq/2017/em-76231.
                        Following this complaint the original bill of rs 1808/- due on 27th september was reduced to rs 329 on 22nd september.
                        The due date was 14th october but already paid.
                        Today i receive another bill of rs 4161. Besides bsnl has stopped sending the bill through email which they were sending earlier. Kindly look into the matter

                          From the time i have ported my number from reliance (Tamil nadu) to bsnl (Karnataka) i could not recharge my number. I ported my number in the month of october, 2016.

                          Though i am getting calls and sms on this number but could not call anybody.

                          On bsnl website i could not lodge complaint because it denies that the service provider is bsnl.

                          I think there is some problem with porting process.

                          I tried calling bsnl complaint numbers several times and did not get a response just once.

                          Please do the needful or else i will do the last thing i can do to get rid of this problem that is port it some other provider atleast they listen to the problems of customers.

                            I can not utilize both broad band and land line services peacefully for the past 2 years inspite of several complaints made both personally and registered in the complaint register provided in the bsnl office. Frequently the service goes out of order. The only thing i am doing is making the prompt payment in time. I do not understand why the bsnl could not solve the problem permanently and satisfy the customer. The strong record is that i have paid 2 years bills for dead phone.

                              I am a senior citizen and a retired employee of rbi. Bsnl hungama service has been thrust upon me by fraudulant means. Somebody telling that he represented bsnl, telephoned to me in the forenoon of 4th october 2017 on my landline phone and asked me about my internet problems, if any. As i had to change my broadband tariff plan online but the request was not being accepted online, i asked him to help me in this regard, if he could. He advised me to send an sms 'bvas' to some number (56677) and collected my email address and mobile number. After i sent the sms a reply came stating me that the mobile number from which i sent the sms was incorrect and i was asked to resend the sms from the registered mobile number. This sms came to me three or four times during the day. I did not resend the sms.
                              In the evening, two sms messages and an email came to me intimating me that my hungama account has been activated and i was asked to login using the given password. I was surprised. I did not activat bsnl hungama at any time and i was not interested in having hungama service. The person who telephoned me, did not tell me that he was from bsnl-hungama neither was there any discussion regarding my subscribing to hungama. I did not know that 'bvas' means 'subscribe to hungama'. It was a misrepresentation and suppression of fact on the part of the bsnl hungama employee and any consent purported to have been taken from me by these means should be null and void.
                              Such forcible connection amounts to fraud and it is unbecoming of a public sector company of the stature of bsnl to have collaborated with a company which resorts to such fraudulent activities. As the forum knows, many other bsnl customers have been duped like me.
                              I tried to contact hungama over phone but phone service was closed. I also tried to contact through email but the email addressed by me to the sender of the mail which i has received, bounced back as hungama mail was from a 'no-reply' mail.
                              I don't want to subscribe to bsnl hungama service and i don't want to pay any money for the subscription not used by me.
                              The value added service has been added to my telephone account by fraudulent means.

                              I have sent an email to hungama to immediately deactivate hungama from my telephone account and cancel the subscription offered to me suo moto, without my asking in case you have done it.

                              I request indian consumer complaint forum to help me in this regard.

                                  I have written bsnl, kalyan to provide me mobile number of my choice which was closed by my brother. But one year has passed and no reply is being given by them. Now i have received sudden reply in rti that this number is allotted in pune.. I am surprised how this happens. It seems bsnl employees are not interested in any work as they get free salaries. They dont attend to any customers complaints. Government gives them free salaries.
