Regarding my post paid mobile bill which i am getting after the due date, and hence not able to pay in time, also informed pgm bangalore thro mail, but no news from him also, this is happening since last 2-3 months. Last month the due date for paying bill was[protected] but we received the post only on[protected] that too with seal dated[protected] from post office, hence it is a clear case of negligence from bsnl side may be intentionally, but i am getting bills after the due date, even i[censored] take the duplicate bill, what is avilable is only without barcode, which is also difficult to make the payment in bangalore-one etc.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
