Sir, i am tumpa maji dolui, i have a bsnl broadband connection. Last three month there is no internet connection & last six month the land phone is dead. I complain repeatedly the local operator but there is no solution still date. Bsnl authority continuously send full bill. My business is damage due to this.. I have lost minimum 60, 000/- due to this. You are request to take action against it

    Sir,
    From past 4 months the services provided by bsnl is unsatisfactory with respect to landline calling (High level of disturbance) and broadband. A no. Of complaints have been registered but no actions to solve the issue permanently are taken, all sort of fiscal engineering is carried to make temporary corrections to show that the complaints are attented and the problem standstill. My area need upgradation of cables, the control room has made a habit of saying "due to intrusion of water" for any sort of complaints, i wanna ask why water enter the system? Why can't proper engineering steps are taken.
    I want to highlight my area "gousiya town islampur main road old hubli"where bsnl service or response or any sort o[censored]pgradtion is at bottom levels, despite of complaints no one really available to answer our call.
    I have attached a photo showing quality of work done by bsnl.
    Please concern this matter and do the needful.

      Bsnl send sms to link aadhaar with the mobile number. They have very few centres in chennai.

      My friend, old lady of 80+ went to a bsnl centre for linking aadhaar. She had obtained aadhaar card with eye scanning. The bsnl chennai does not have provision for eye scanner for linking aadhaar. Their tiny scanners do not recognise her finger print.

      What is the alternate arrangement made by bsnl for linking aadhaar. Without such a arrangement, why do they demand linking and also issue threat of disconnection of the mobile connection.

              I'm using bsnl landline broadband services over a year. From this month (Sep-2017) we're facing a speed reduction, and we complained this on bsnl service center. It already been over a week. But its look like they never cared about it. We totally irritated with their service. As per the plan i should get 2 mbps (Mega bits per second). But i'm getting 0.1 to 0.6 kbps (Kilo bits per second).
              Briefly i'm dissatisfied with
              1.) reduction in the promised speed
              2.) improper customer care

                Bsnl services are the worst, once, only once i ran more internet than i was allowed to in a month and i was supposed to get a warning. As soon as i open any document or file or website or anything that uses even a hint of internet it used appear, unable to find following command: http://173//bsnl/132/promotionalmessage.
                And it was in html, luck for me i knew html i ran across every document extracting then.. Finding a way to open up things and finally
                I ended up finding nothing, how do you ask? There was this weird signal hitting my computer and destroying every html document.
                Now even my kids game says incorrect details by updator, and this wont stop, i dont know until when.

                  There are 2 mistakes in our landline bill, namely:
                  1. Name: you have not added our surname,
                  2. Customer type: should be residential
                  If the name is too big, please don't use the middle name and also, about the customer type, it is showing commercial.
                  We need this urgently,
                  Problems we are facing because of this are:
                  1. Aadhar card is not getting linked
                  2. Cannot enroll in mutual funds.

                      Our landline phone has been dead for over two months. We have registered complaints at least ten times during this time. No action has yet been taken by bsnl. Our staff has visited the local bsnl office four times and every time they are sent back saying that the complaint can only be registered on phone or online and not in person!!

                      I have also registered my complaint on the website and on the grievance site. There is no response at all from any of them! I am amazed at the apathy shown by such a large and important government organisation.

                      How can one get this resolved? Can anyone tell us?

                        Our store land line number +[protected] is registered with bsnl on the name of mangi lal dudhoria. 113a netaji subhas road kolkata -700001 but the service provided by your side is getting worst day by day.

                        Till date the problem hasn`t been resolved. And i am not able to receive or make calls since eleven to tweleve months.

                        And we are going on giving monthly payments for the connection which are not working.

                        So after making the payment we are not able to make use of the landline number. And it`s becoming too difficult for us to contact our customers and family. At burrabazar market you providing these type of worst services. So give us an proper connection without disturbing and start the connection once again.

                        So, i request you to kindly look into these matter as soon as possibe. If it is not possible from your side then we will switch into another network connection.

                        From many days we have been watching that you are taking necessary actions, and after that no representative has arrived till date. After clearing all my previous dues against the bill there has been no necessary actions.

                        Since last 4-6 months the connection has been dead and from which business has been hampered as the landline number is quite old and customers have been contacting through the landline number. Therefore, i heartly make you a request to send the representative to start the landline connection.

                        Kindly treat the same as most urgent. Hoping your kind co-operation into the matter.

                              Please help and resolve, i padam prakash singh authorized person of "ayodhya eye hospital" have applying so many time port out request from bsnl to airtel but from bsnl side always they rejected under "contractual obligation violation"
                              I have already exit any of contract from bsnl and also submit the request to bsnl on authorized letter head for no any contract for further.

                              We have again given the request for ported out to airtel, kindly escalate to bsnl they not rejected from this time.

                                Dear sir i have converted my bsnl post paid to prepaid on 16 february 2017 clearing all the dues regarding my post paid number. Sir after that i applied for refund of my security deposit on 16 april 2017 giving complete details of my bank account number. Sir till today amount has not been credited to my account. It has been approximately 6 months and i have visited the bsnl exchange several times and they tell one excuse after other. Kindly address my problem.

                                    Hi i'm a resident of midnapore, west bengal pin-721101, im my locality near manikpur road and barabazar we all consumers have same problem of not getting the desired signal we need. The calls are poor in qwality and sometime lags & the internet connectivity is also poor hardly one or two bands are available out of four, speed is hardly 150-300kbps.

                                      I have ordered ime - 9 but they sent some other medicine. Called them several times but they are not bothered. Now they say ime-9 is out of stock. They are not replacing the medicine. We are fed up of calling them again n again. There is no supervisor anytime. They said they will call back but they never do that. We only want our correct order to be delivered

                                        Sir, i received a message "enjoy 200 local & std minutes for 28 days at rs.44/- recharge with rc44 or dail *121*44# to activate" so, today morning i recharged rc44 now customer care says its only rate cutter. Please give credit of 200 minutes otherwise your fault information will be disclosed complaint in consumer court for recoveries. I hope you understand.
