Bsnl flower bazaar office functions very pathetic. I'd posted a courier for establishing ecs (Auto debit payment) for my monthly bills. It reached them 29-aug-17 as confirmed by courier company. Today is sep 20th and they still have not activated ecs for my connection!! More harrowing than this is the fact that i can't reach to any of their staff in that office.

I've tried[protected]They said it is mobile section when i called first time. After that, i called thrice but they never picked call!!),
[protected]A lady attended my first call and said i’ve to come in person!! Then, what's the point in me sending a courier!! When asked for branch manager number, she didn’t give and just hung up the phone in the middle!!)

I also called 2539 6767 and[protected] but nobody ever attends the calls!!

I also called bsnl helpdesk centralized number[protected] they at least listened to my issue but ultimately told action is pending with concerned branch and asked to check after a week. But even after 3 weeks, nothing changed. And these helpdesk guys have no way to reach the flower bazaar branch guys!!

Really pathetic customer service* i don't get why they can't given an easy online facility to enroll for ecs - so many other phone companies do that so easily. No wonder people are running away from bsnl!!

Bsnl does have an online complaint site - i registered a complaint there - but they simply closed it the next day without resolving the issue and without even calling the customer — again another pathetic example of customer service

    Sir,
    I'm m. Navin goud from raichur, karnataka. My landline telephone no. Is[protected].
    I would like to inform to you that my bsnl broadband internet network is getting
    Disconnected frequently, in the beginning it started to disconnect every two months,
    Then every one month, then every fifteen days, then every ten days, then every week and
    Now it is disconnecting every alternate day. Whenever i contact bsnl customer care
    [protected], they would assure me it will be rectified within 24 hours. I even complain that
    It is disconnecting frequently. Nothing is done to rectify it. What is the use of rectifying
    It within 24 hours as it will be disconnected again the next day. Bsnl is providing a very
    Bad service as far as myself is concerned. I'm fed up of complaining every other day.
    Please i request you to resolve my concerned problem. Whenever i lose the broadband network
    One of the lights fade-away & it is the 'alarm/voip' light on the modem, while power +
    Lan4 + gepon lights remain switched on every-time. Please rectify it as soon as possible.

      Sir/madam,

      On 19.09.2017 at 3.17 p. M. When my son tried to open his e-mail, a security risk message was flashed and a four letter code word was sent to his mail asking him to send the code to number 56677 through his mobile. Believing it to be a code for e-mail security he sent it to the given number. But, immediately he received a call from the bsnl-hungama services telling him that they have activated bsnl-hungama services on our landline-broadband. Also he received messages on our mobile telling that they have activated the following:-

      (1) bsnl-hungama service entertainment unlimited (Rs.170 per month),
      (2) bsnl-hungama service blockbuster (Rs.170 per month) and
      (3) bsnl-hungama service gaming cafe (Rs.70 per month).

      They also sent us the messages giving newly opened e-mail ids in our name and passwords to open them. But we became alert and so far we have not opened them.

      We do not want these services which have been opened without our consent. We also came to know they are cheating on innocent customers like this.

      So, i request you to kindly deactivate the above shown bsnl-hungama services immediately and also please refund us the amount that has been charged on account of this on our bill.

        1. I have strong doubt that my bsnl land line no 2459999 is being tapped. I have already submitted a complaint in this regard and i have received a call from the telephone department inquiring about the complaint. I was told that it is not possible to tap my landline. However what if some one who is an ex-employ of bsnl and have access to the exchange operator will definitely
        Be able to listen to my conversation.

        2. Subsequently my mother received a call from a lady saying she is calling from bsnl telephone exchange, wherein she inquired abt the complaint and was advising my mother not to discuss family matter on phone. I ask, who is she to say anything like that?

        3. Previously also my mother received a call from a lady again indicating that she is from bsnl office and she was asking that many call are made on a particular number and was inquiring about the owner of the number. I believed no telephone company has any right to ask such question to any cunsumer.

        4.in view of the above i would request that the matter be investigated and i may be informed accordingly.

          The bsnl selfcare portal doesnt have an option to request for discontinuation of landline services.
          The phone is dead for over a month and still the rental bill comes. If the bill is not paid in time the connection will be barred from outgoing.
          On making a telephone dead complaint there is absolutely no response.
          The equipment lies dead for close to half of the year and by the time the service man comes and repairs, the billing cycle comes without the usage.
          Unnecessary 700+ inr is being paid on this useless bsnl landline connection and with the same amount we will get good amount of talktime on any subscriber.
          Hence requesting for connection disconnection of number:[protected]

              We have installed broad band, land line phone since last year and pay more than 5000/ rs but not use a single minute of broad band and not more than 40 days of land line due to very very poor service. Now last week i have given application for disconnected the broad band and very soon i will disconnected land line also. It is very bad experience of my life with bsnl.

                My mobile no.[protected] has been deactivated by ao (Tr) cellone for non payment of dues. I submit that i were outside the country from 3rdjune to 3rd september 2017. And could not get my communication thru. As the otp sent by my bank sbi could not be obtained in view of bsnl 's unilateral action. I paid all dues to bsnl on return including that of airtel (The mobile no. Was transported to bsnl few months back.) the ao is adament and said that i should procure allreceipts including airtel which is elusive. I request you to cancel the deactivated mobile and hence forth i will not be responsible for the usage.

                  I have a landline and a broadband connection of bsnl. From last two months i have a issue in broadband connection, i used to complaint in bsnl office in bapawar kalan tehsil sangod dist. Kota. But no one even listen to complaint. There is not proper staff in bapawar and most of the time the office remains locked. Plz solve the prblm for following details

                          The bsnl broad band and bsnl phone service of domohana kni d. Ed training college has been disconnected bsnl phone (Death) from 2015 but unfortunately as per advised by sde purnia more, dalkhola we have paid the unused bsnl bill from 2015 time to time. The office again and again said that they will reconnect our i hone number ([protected]) but unfortunately bsnl did not reconnect our said bsnl phone number till now.in this regards i have personally contact bsnl office again and again but result is zero. I have complain this portal bearing complain number - dotel/e/2017/26256 and dotel/e/2017/26670 but unfortunately they reply on this portal that the bsnl connection is disconnect due to flood nearby our college.in this regards i inform that now there have no mark of flood in our district. (Was there flood from 2015 to 2017. It is totally wrong and like this ways we have been misguided by bsnl office)
                          In this regards it is noted that as per the rules of ncte 2016, govt. Of india we have to start online class system at our college immediately (Here we need broad brad net) but unfortunately we can not start online class system due to disconnect our broad band bsnl net)
                          I would, therefore, requested to the bsnl to be kind and sympathetic enough towards us and kindly active / connected our bsnl broad band service so that we shall start the online class at our teachers training college as early as possible. This bsnl costumer care staff r told me to it was activated next 7 working days. Sir its the mnp rule? If it is the mnp rule. This is very very worst... Rule. Plz change that rule immediately.

                              I am having land line no. 0253/2370134, since last 12 years, it is very digressing to inform that since installation by one or the other reason the phone is not working, after complaint, something temporarily is done and again it goes faulty, the bill is being paid regularly, if it is not sorted out permanently & immediately, there will be no option left with me to go in consumer forum and also give the wide publicity in the media as will be available for me.

                                  I am residing at the above address. Telephone box is placed in the house wall instead of placing in the compound wall. But in my neighborhood house it was kept at the compound wall (Images are attached with this letter). At the time of taking connections from the telephone box to other house. They want to enter into the house for taking connections or repair, but if the house owner is not there. They want to jump over the compound wall or gate for taking the connection or repair. So for avoiding this please place the telephone box at the compound wall which is same as kept at my neighbor house wall for taking further connection in future.

                                    I am resident of Mundali, Cuttack, Odisha. I have a BSNL broadband connection. But for last three months I am unable to use its services due to very poor connection provided by BSNL. Despite of giving many complaints to the customer care, nearby telephone exchange and also to the SDO in charge of BSNL, No steps are being taken for required repairing from their side. Under the Digital India initiative you are trying so much to provide internet service to every possible remote areas. But people here are not even bothered to do their duties.
                                    So, I kindly request you to take some necessary action towards the matter so that we can continue to use the services.

                                      My new connection broadband number is [protected] which I got in 03 days before and its not working at all and modem is not available till now . I have tried to call bsnl person whose number is [protected], he not pick phone. I have called to customer care as well. I really like to able the govt broadband facility but such type of incident are really bad impression for customer. I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful asap.

                                        I have got two pre-paid bsnl sim cards, both are belonging to gujarat circle.

                                        On last monday[protected] i have visited the nearest csc at naranpura telephone exchange, ahmedabad for ekyc verification with bio-metric system. During the course of bio-metric verification my first number got successfully verified for which the otp received and also confirmation sms received stating that caf relating to that number as been submitted successfully. But pertaining to second number - when the officer-customer care at the same counter on the same computer when tried, second number could not be verified. Although otp received on my second mobile biut the bio-metric verification failed. So second number could not get ekyc verified or linked with aadhar.

                                        As per my knowledge the bio-metric verification is required once and a customer who holds more than one sim (More than one connection) of same provider can add upto 7 numbers when he successfully verified his first number. This the information i learnt from reliable sources. Despite repeated attempts by the officer-customer care could not verify my 2nd number. And interestingly this was continue to happen with other customers also who were in the queue and possess more than one number.

                                        May be lack of knowledge of the customer care executive, the second number could not get verified. When a customer is verified his biometric with aadhar successfully with first number his second number could also add on the same verification i think.

                                        Anyway. If the second number do not get verified, i will stop using the number any more after the time limit of ekyc verification
