Sir,
Kindly send the details of call history list of all incoming & outgoing calls including sms of my bsnl prepaid sim no:[protected] from 01.09.17 to till date, where as iam working in malaysia i want to know secretly about the call details without informing any of them because this sim card belongs to me just i want to check, kindly help me to guide my relatives in better way status.

I'm using bsnl landline broadband services over a year. From this month (Sep-2017) we're facing a speed reduction, and we complained this on bsnl service center. It already been over a week. But its look like they never cared about it. We totally irritated with their service. As per the plan i should get 2 mbps (Mega bits per second). But i'm getting 0.1 to 0.6 kbps (Kilo bits per second).
Briefly i'm dissatisfied with
1.)...

Bsnl services are the worst, once, only once i ran more internet than i was allowed to in a month and i was supposed to get a warning. As soon as i open any document or file or website or anything that uses even a hint of internet it used appear, unable to find following command: http://173//bsnl/132/promotionalmessage.
And it was in html, luck for me i knew html i ran across every document extracting then.. Finding a way to open up...

There are 2 mistakes in our landline bill, namely:
1. Name: you have not added our surname,
2. Customer type: should be residential
If the name is too big, please don't use the middle name and also, about the customer type, it is showing commercial.
We need this urgently,
Problems we are facing because of this are:
1. Aadhar card is not getting linked
2. Cannot enroll in mutual funds....

Our landline phone has been dead for over two months. We have registered complaints at least ten times during this time. No action has yet been taken by bsnl. Our staff has visited the local bsnl office four times and every time they are sent back saying that the complaint can only be registered on phone or online and not in person!!

I have also registered my complaint on the website and on the grievance site. There is no response...

Our store land line number +[protected] is registered with bsnl on the name of mangi lal dudhoria. 113a netaji subhas road kolkata -700001 but the service provided by your side is getting worst day by day.

Till date the problem hasn`t been resolved. And i am not able to receive or make calls since eleven to tweleve months.

And we are going on giving monthly payments for the connection which are not working.br...

2 time i have my submit paper in airtel counter for porting, and one time on jio counter but all time bsnl reject my porting request
Bsnl say :- contractual obligation violation
Pls. Help and porting my sim into jio.

My telephone no 260351 alwaya giving problem, my house is in remote area where no communication means are available BSNL mobile signal also not available, staff will provide only temp repaire not the permanent one.we are the subs of bsnl since bigining of exchange. kindly do the needfull....

Please help and resolve, i padam prakash singh authorized person of "ayodhya eye hospital" have applying so many time port out request from bsnl to airtel but from bsnl side always they rejected under "contractual obligation violation"
I have already exit any of contract from bsnl and also submit the request to bsnl on authorized letter head for no any contract for further.

Dear sir i have converted my bsnl post paid to prepaid on 16 february 2017 clearing all the dues regarding my post paid number. Hi i'm a resident of midnapore, west bengal pin-721101, im my locality near manikpur road and barabazar we all consumers have same problem of not getting the desired signal we need. The calls are poor in qwality and sometime lags & the internet connectivity is also poor hardly one or two bands are available out of four, speed is hardly 150-300kbps....

I have ordered ime - 9 but they sent some other medicine. Called them several times but they are not bothered. Now they say ime-9 is out of stock. They are not replacing the medicine. We are fed up of calling them again n again. There is no supervisor anytime. They said they will call back but they never do that. We only want our correct order to be delivered...

From the time i complaint about my phoneon your site i am getting fake calls by the name of lenovo headoffice. I have called at the lenovo headoffice they are telling that they have not received any complaint from your side. Are you the fraud site and not providing the privacy to the complaints posted by the person. What should be done of these calls coming to me. I don't know how you will solve this problem...

Dear sir, my bsnl number is [protected], i recharged the amount ₹429 (Unlimited call offer) after confirming the one of the bsnl customer care. The customer care executive tells us to this offer applicable in roaming also but now after recharge i did not call to anyone...

Strictly speaking if i did not get refund my money i registered the complaint in consumer court... I have voice record of your customer executive......
