I am using bsnl sim from past 7 years and from past 6 months my outgoing message is not going i want to port my bsnl prepaid to bsnl postpaid may i plz request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Sir i am using bsnl no-[protected]. Without my permission e shiksha services has been activated on my land line number and bill of 898.40 rs added to my land line bill. They said to me that you will be asked before activate it. But they didn"t. They misguided me. I want to deactivate this service and i will go to consumer court againt bsnl and e-shiksha if my balance is not refunded. I request you to help me if possible. I shall highly obliged...

When i call 20 seconds talking after call is single side voice and seconds are running but call not discunected. I try to cut the call but no hopes. This is not my first problem, so many times it's faced but i hope to improve the services. I don't know english fluently so i write shortly. So i hope to improve the signals and calldrop problem. I am regd on selfcare portal for my ll[protected].in past i could login to the portal and change the tariff plans for my broadband connxn but not the portal says to contact nearest csr to avail this facility.
Kindly let me know why it has been withdrawn and want to have this facility working so that i can change my bb plans as and when required without going to bsnl office everytime...

Bsnl has not provided us the services (Both landline & broadband was not working from 22/07/2017 to 31/07/2017) and we have made the above complaint (Also the mail was sent to bsnl portalhelpdesk) but there is no response till date. Last month we received call from bsnl executive that this amount will be refunded next bill but there is no refund in my current month bill.

These people are scam. I got a call today by a representative of bsnl, she asked me whether my internet is working fine or not. I told her i had complained earlier this morning regarding internet problem. Hi, worst experience, bsnl cut off our services as we didn't paid the bill, next day i paid the bill through paytm, now almost 3days we did not get any service from bsnl, still phone is dead & broadband server is off, whenever we are calling our local service providers bsnl office they are not giving proper response, some time they say some wire cutt off & etc... No one is taking our issue seriously.

I got a call from bsnl 7 8 months back. They said about some free music, free games, free movies. They asked for my email id and i gave it, i did not even subscribe to ur plan. But from that month my landline bill is above 3000. We dont even use landline. All this is because ur hungama plan. Who gave u permision to subscribe without our permission??? I was using a bsnl combo broadband plan of 1199, but since we wished to upgrade to higher speed plan, we gave a written application in the camp branch of bsnl office in pune. We requested them to kindly activate broadband plan of 2841 which according to the online information, provides a speed upto 16mbps uphill 100gb.

Bsnl flower bazaar office functions very pathetic. I'd posted a courier for establishing ecs (Auto debit payment) for my monthly bills. It reached them 29-aug-17 as confirmed by courier company. On 19.09.2017 at 3.17 p. M. When my son tried to open his e-mail, a security risk message was flashed and a four letter code word was sent to his mail asking him to send the code to number 56677 through his mobile. Believing it to be a code for e-mail security he sent it to the given number. But, immediately he received a call from the bsnl-hungama services telling him that they have activated bsnl-hungama services...

The bsnl selfcare portal doesnt have an option to request for discontinuation of landline services.
The phone is dead for over a month and still the rental bill comes. If the bill is not paid in time the connection will be barred from outgoing.
