I would like to file a complaint against bsnl. My complaint is, our phone is fully out of order, no speech and murmering sound. I'm already called the bsnl exchange office (Pathiyoor exchange kayamkulam kerala) three days before. And no one (Bsnl employees) came our home and they didn't check our telephone line. So bad of you... Everytime this pathiyoor bsnl employees did the same issues.

    I am not being able to make calls from my bsnl mobile. Every time i try to make a call, it says recharge immediately, though i have balance of over rs 100/.
    I am having this bsnl sim for about a year and i did not face problems till about two weeks back.
    When i tried to call, it was just quiet. After several attempts, it said, "recharge immediately". I recharged, i got confirmation of a balance of rs 75/, i called and the call got through.
    But next day, the same prob;em with the same advice, "recharge". I tried to recharge online, could not succeed. I recharged from a shop and received confirmation of having a balance of over rs 100/
    But when i tried to call this time, got the same advice "recharge"'.
    I do not understand what the problem is and the bsnl helpline did not respond.

      Today, i unlocked my phone in the morning and suddenly, a message appeared saying that 3 rupees has been deducted from my account for subscription to something, and while i was checking what caused that, i got another message saying that 99 more has been deducted form my bsnl account for some game on my micromax mobile.
      I know i never even touched the games section of the mobile, and so i need my money back

      My mobile no is [protected]. For the past one week i am trying to send an SMS for issue of DSC which is mandotory and unable to send. with this problem i was not issued DSC till date, which is a process of 1 day.
      Please refund the Security deposit deposited with interest as on date against my Land Line No.[protected] as I have surrender the instrument on dated 15.02.2017 at BSNL O/o SDO(T) Salipur, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar.

        Sir (S),

        I am a customer of bsnl kankaria branch which has been worsening broadband services with scamming and frauding the customers like me with (Pre) re-charging for 3g broadband services but provided with 2g or even no services frequently in the validity period.

        So, i in a mood to screw the happiness of bsnl especially kankaria branch personnel for their approach and attitude to helpless customers in the real need of service and follow up. They are pretty careless due to their permanent government jobs and targetless performance in the same job!!?

        So, why not to make them realize unsecured in the job when they performing repeated failure with drastic carelessness and playing with time, money and energy of moral customers?

          My phone number [protected], bsnl, andhra pradesh. I have recharged stv444 plan on[protected] which provides 4gb/day for 90 days. But my plan got expired on[protected] without any notification & my money 232rs was debited from my main balance for using mobile data without any intimation. I want my money refunded back to my account & see such incidents do not repeat again.

          There was no intimation that 30th September 2017 is the last day of my plan. And so I turned mobile data on and using on 30th sept night. The plan got expired and without any intimation it started using my main balance. Later my mobile data got turned off due to no balance & showed me 0rs balance. I have lost 232rs of main balance due to improper intimation of plan expiry & no acknowledgement to use main balance for data continuity. Its mere fault of bsnl of not intimating about the plan expiry and simply debiting my main balance without any intimation.

            This is Ahamed Munaskhan ([protected]) From Adirampattinam, Thanjavur District. Adirampattinam having Two Bsnl Tower. One is Bsnl Exchange and Second one is Big Jumma Masjid. If anyone call me the customer is out of coverage area message will come to bsnl.

            Main issues is Signal drop and customer is out of coverage area.

            Bsnl, i agree has got good coverage in india, but the worst part is that the signal is really bad.Inside and outside buildings the signal drop is so bad poor network

            After so many complaints, its still the same. I am sure if bsnl signal problem is not rectified, there are lot of customers who have been using bsnl for so many years, will shift to another provider when the mnp comes into effect.

            I kindly request bsnl to sort this signal problem at the earliest.

But at signing in app my std code was. Wrong instead of5341 it was registered 5342. Sors 5128 was debited from my debitcard. Please help me.

                Sir, since last 03 months this phone is not working and more than 10 times complaint lodged but without attending it is closed with the remark problem resolved. Recently complaint no. [protected] not attended and closed. If you can't resolve the problem in 03 months better to disconnect this phone. Our landline no. Is[protected] and installed at 235-patho ki magri, subhash nagar, udaipur - 313001. More than 03 times such complaint lodged to bsnl but no positive response.

                        A phone came from BSNL Broad band service to enquire about service on my landline[protected]. For proper maintenance I was asked to send a code from my mobile number [protected] to 56677. Then a message came that BSNL HUNGAMA service has been activated at charge of Rs 170 per month. This may be deactivated.

E, steam. I am a proud bsnl broadband user but i am now depressed with the fact that the steam service is not launching...                                 My landline doesn't work. Even-though the call from mobiles lets a ring, but our landline doesn't work or it-seems similar like a dead phone. Since we need the landline in working condition, we request the operator to go through our issue and solve the problem most earliest as possible.                                       I am holding a BSNL Land line connection, my address printed in LAND line bill is correct except the pin code which is printed as Bangalore-560016 instead of Bangalore-560048. Please update my BSNL land line bill with proper pin code as Bangalore-560048.
                                      मैंने अपना फोन नं0 07532—234219 दिनांक 07/09/17 को कटवाने के लिए आवेदन दिया था। कई चक्कर काटने के बाद भी विभाग द्वारा कोई रुचि नहीं दिखाई गई और न ही धरोहर राशि रिफंड नहीं की गई है।यदि उक्त तिथि के बाद किसी प्रकार का बिल आता है तो उसका भुगतान मेरे द्वारा देय नहीं होगा।अगर ऐसा हुआ तो विधि सम्मत कार्यवाही की जावेगी जिसकी समस्त जिम्मेदारी BSNLकी होगी।

                                        On 25th sept 2017, around 11:00 p. M. I tried to recharge stv 155 from bsnl portal website. ₹155 got deducted from my credit card but the webpage thrown a message saying "timed out". My data plan was not recharged.
                                        Again, second time i tried to recharge ₹155. Amount got deducted from my credit card, webpage thrown an error message "timed out", but data plan was not recharged.

                                        Kindly requesting you to refund my ₹310.

                                        i retied on 31/05/2017. more then three month but pension not credit to my bank account so per.and so many times call to the cppc centre bangalore.i hope you will do the need full action please.

                                        Its been 4 days and still I haven't received any sort of communication from BSNL Customer Support relating to this posted complaint.
                                        Kindly let me know when will BSNL refund my Rs.310

                                        Sir i retired on 31/05/2017. and all claims are settled but pension not credit to my state bank of india hirekerur branch.so per.
