I would like to inform to you that my bsnl broadband internet network is getting
Disconnected frequently, in the beginning it started to disconnect every two months,
Then every one month, then every fifteen days, then every ten days, then every week and
Now it is disconnecting every alternate day. Whenever i contact bsnl customer care
[protected], they would assure me it will be rectified within 24 hours. I even complain that
It is disconnecting frequently. Nothing is done to rectify it. What is the use of rectifying
It within 24 hours as it will be disconnected again the next day. Bsnl is providing a very
Bad service as far as myself is concerned. I'm fed up of complaining every other day.
Please i request you to resolve my concerned problem. Whenever i lose the broadband network
One of the lights fade-away & it is the 'alarm/voip' light on the modem, while power +
Lan4 + gepon lights remain switched on every-time. Please rectify it as soon as possible.
