    But no one are giveing me the solution but this problem. And net is full slow

      My name is m d ramegowda, my bsnl landline number is[protected], mallenahalli kabbala (Post) hosadurga (Tq), chitradurga (Dist)

      From past 3 months my landline is not working. I have lodged the complaint in bsnl costumer care as well as in bsnl exchange office but, no one has visited.
      If i ask in exchange office, he didnt respond properly, he said"we dont want ur landline service"

        Sir,
        Our landphone has not working. I have taken the phone to bsnl muvattupuzha office. First they you cone on another day.

        Again on last month i have visited bsnl office. They told no phone is available to replace it and no technician is available to repair it.

        Better you repair it outside with your own money ir purchase new with your money.

        Last 2months our phone is not working and simply we are paying the rent without usuage.

          Sir, I was recharing my prepaid sim with rs 10 but recharge not done and deducted rs30 from my boi a/c this is not fare. I received message that rs 10 has been debited from ur a/c but still recharge not happened. Pls refund my money.answer me complete detail?In previous other unnecessary deduction is happened specifically when I recharing prepaid sim.pls sort out my problem.

            I have bsnl broadband connection. Last week it was not working and i complaint to customer care. Then next day i got text msg on mobile that your complaint is solved. Then i again booked a same complaint and next day i recieved a call from customer care and he ask me to visit on bsnl office with your modem. I refused to go there and tell him to come at home and resolved the issue at my home. Then after one hour i again got a text msg aginst a complaint that has been solved. Then i again complaint and same next day i got a msg that your complaint has been solved.. And no one visit home to solved and my broadband is not working. Then i call a friend which have knowledge of it and my friend solved the problem.. I simple asked that is this right that customer is go to bsnl office with moderm to solved there problem or customer care employee visit to the customer home and solved it

                I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card vishakhapattam. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials mr. Ram say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                  I have given for porting 2 numbers [protected], [protected] on 28th July. The representative told me to do one more time to do. I had done on 4-08-17 but still not done mnp. And then told me to do rechg of rs 36 I have done that also. Now I had done msge on 10-08-17 for porting. Still unable to go in reliance. Throw into dustbin or what to do ?

                    For mobile number [protected] i have opted for caller tune. I have selected a tamil song from tamil category and the charges was deducted. But the song setted by them was hindi. I thought there must be some technical issues. So i called customer care. The call was attended by sumithra and she told there must be some charges for changing the song and am ready to pay it. While am asking what's problem why the song was setted wrongly but she replied harshly am only selected the wrong song and point out me for the problem. I have asked her how can i select a hindi song from the tamil menu she continually told me they are correct and am only selected wrong. So i have booked an complaint. Now am not ready to continue with this irresponsible operator. So now i want my deducted charges back.

                        I got a phone from bsnl they ask me any complaint of bsnl broad band services i said about the low speed of broad band they said send sms bvas at 56677. I send the sms and i got the reply that my no. Is incorrect i. E. Not registered. After some time i got 3 to 4 massages from bsnl hungama services that i have activated the service and it;s bill will come along with broad band bill. This way bsnl hungama activated their hungama service from me and they cheated me. I want to deactivate the service on immediate effect.

                            I have a smart phone of very good quality (Moto g5 plus) and strengthen of receiving / showing the signals by mobile are excellent inside the house but not able to speak or receive a call how and why? Secondly, sometimes strengthen of signals become zero for 4-5 minutes and disturbing disturbing even outside the house how and why? Is there any solution for this problem?

                              I am parth h ravani from karanataka. I got a call on my landline[protected] from a bsnl ofiice, bangalore they asked me to send sms "bvas" to 56677 for getting the new tollfree number for future queries of my landline and broadband services. As instructed i sent the message and they asked for my mail i gave it but after few minutes i got the mail stating that i successfully subscribed for bsnl hungama entertainment services @ rs.170/- pm, gaming cafe @ rs.70/- pm and blockbuster @ rs.170/- pm. I was like when did i subscribed for these services for the whopping amount of rs. 410, i m not satisfied for these kind of services. I think this the new technique of robbery.

                                  I have been trying to call my contacts of reliance jio from bsnl landline for the past 2 months but i always get a message that this is not the right number. First i thought that it is an exchange problem but later realized that for all the jio numbers i am either getting an engaged tone or the above message. I don't know that am i the only person who has this problem or there are others too.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I was a bsnl cell one customer and my number was [protected]. It was a post paid connection in kerala circle. Later i ported from bsnl to another provider. Now in the portal, the due is showing as -₹639. So that means ₹639 as credit. Kindly do the needful to get it credited to my account as soon as possible.

                                      I am trying to login to self care web portal. I am a registered user of cswc. I did not used it for a while. At the time of initial registration, my cellular number used for the same (Registration), is different of what i am using right now.
                                      When i opened the site https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in/tungsten/UI/facelets/login.xhtml. it is prompting to enter my user id which is my new e-mail id, then asking to enter captcha of letters (Capitals). Then click login, next screen opens to enter password along with the already existing user id displayed. Then click next tab in the bottom right of the screen, which opens another screen, which states account details which displays blank details, as i have not yet entered my account details, where at the left bottom of the screen has a tab named add account details, then press next tab at the bottom, then the account details screen opens to enter the details of the account land line, where we can choose wireless (Land line) or mobile, then normal/eps customer, which i have chosen wireless and normal for respective fields. Then enter other fields like customer id, account number and the service id (Land line with std code) then click next tab which opens another screen for account details to confirm mobile number initially registered with the self care portal, which displays a portion of the number for example 11xxxxxx11, then when you fill the available mobile number in the confirm mobile field, it will send an otp to the initially registered mobile number. Then the account is updated with the latest details. Here i am stuck with the confirm mobile number, which was deactivated for not using it for a long time issued by airtel, my initial registered number, so i called our customer care service of both landline and broadband services, and brought to their kind notice that my initial registered mobile number (Sim) is no more working or with me due to the deactivation for not using it for a long time, also initially there is no gsm or gprs service entailed to that old mobile number, that is the same time when broadband is not in use or installed, only dialup modem days.
                                      So i requested them to update, reset or activate my new mobile number, so that i can add account details and use it as usual. Even in my customer profile has options to update or edit my e-mail address and mobile number, still, when i go to that very last screen to confirm my mobile number, it is not showing the newly registered or activated or reset number to enter into confirm mobile number field, so that i can enter the otp sent to my new mobile number and update or register my account details and use it here-forth.
