I am parth h ravani from karanataka. I got a call on my landline[protected] from a bsnl ofiice, bangalore they asked me to send sms "bvas" to 56677 for getting the new tollfree number for future queries of my landline and broadband services. As instructed i sent the message and they asked for my mail i gave it but after few minutes i got the mail stating that i successfully subscribed for bsnl hungama entertainment services @ rs.170/-...

I have been trying to call my contacts of reliance jio from bsnl landline for the past 2 months but i always get a message that this is not the right number. First i thought that it is an exchange problem but later realized that for all the jio numbers i am either getting an engaged tone or the above message. I don't know that am i the only person who has this problem or there are others too....

I was a bsnl cell one customer and my number was [protected]. It was a post paid connection in kerala circle. Later i ported from bsnl to another provider. Now in the portal, the due is showing as -₹639. So that means ₹639 as credit. Kindly do the needful to get it credited to my account as soon as possible.

I am trying to login to self care web portal. I am a registered user of cswc. I did not used it for a while. At the time of initial registration, my cellular number used for the same (Registration), is different of what i am using right now.
When i opened the site https://selfcare.bsnl.co.in/tungsten/UI/facelets/login.xhtml. it is prompting to enter my user id which is my new e-mail id, then asking to enter captcha of letters (Capitals)....

Hi, i have bsnl number o[censored]p west. I have taken this in jan 2012. Now i have shifted to delhi ncr. I have submitted a port request to port in airtel. But bsnl always say contractual obligation violation when i make port request. I have tried to port twice, but every time i get same error. Customer care is not telling the issue of this problem. They always say call us after 2 hours...

I want to port my bsnl up west number to jio uttarakhand. But bsnlhas rejected my request due to the contractual obligation, which is false. My mobile number is prepaid and there are no dues with bsnl hence why they are creating a problem by rejecting port out request. Kindly pass my mnp request and let me port out my number [protected].

1. I have been paying my bills regularly .
2. I have noticed from long time that my telephone often remains as dead.Sometimes the broadband remains active despite that.But when telephone remains dead without any ringtone, if i call to my landline from my mobile then i get the reply that my telephone...

I ch muralikrishna having land line[protected] not woeking since 21 days, giving complaints to 198 docket complaint booking and without rectifying closing the the docket. And i got the bill as usal for the entire amt of rent without using the phone for incoming also. Actually i used broad band connection for the same phone as it si not working for so many days, i finally left the broad band connection for the same reason. I request you...

Without taking my prior consent bsnl have sent a message on 25.08.2017 on my mobile phone [protected] that you are subscribed for a paid service live aarti and deducted my rs 30 for it after talking so many times to bsnl customer care my refund has not been revert back to my account.
So kindly look in to the matter and refund my money which is deducted without my consent...
