Sir, i received a message "enjoy 200 local & std minutes for 28 days at rs.44/- recharge with rc44 or dail *121*44# to activate" so, today morning i recharged rc44 now customer care says its only rate cutter. Please give credit of 200 minutes otherwise your fault information will be disclosed complaint in consumer court for recoveries. I hope you understand.

On 6th september 2017(11:30 am) i contacted the customer care to register a complaint. The call was attended by "MUNEER" .I had a bad experience while talking with him. He didnt answered correctly and he was trying to make me fool. Please take action.

From the time i complaint about my phoneon your site i am getting fake calls by the name of lenovo headoffice. I have called at the lenovo headoffice they are telling that they have not received any complaint from your side. Are you the fraud site and not providing the privacy to the complaints posted by the person. What should be done of these calls coming to me. I don't know how you will solve this problem but i want that this problem should be solved by you as fast as you can or i have to complaint it to the police.

Dear sir, my bsnl number is [protected], i recharged the amount â‚¹429 (Unlimited call offer) after confirming the one of the bsnl customer care. The customer care executive tells us to this offer applicable in roaming also but now after recharge i did not call to anyone...

Strictly speaking if i did not get refund my money i registered the complaint in consumer court... I have voice record of your customer executive...

I have surrendered my landline phone[protected] along with the instrument and accessories in march, 2017. The landline phone had been disconnected in march, 2017 too. Other formalities also have been completed in march, 2017.

I regret to inform you that i have not yet received refund although the benchmark time limit of 60 days have elapsed.

I visited the accounts section at uttarpara telephone exchange of hooghly district and talked to the official concerned who assured that the refund will be credited to my bank account soon but in vain.

Kindly look into the matter and pay the refund as early as possible.

I was using prepaid mobile number since long and decided to change it into postpaid. I had applied for prepaid to postpaid connection with my mobile no [protected] on 05/09/2017 to ms rekha mam bsnl office ghaziabad.
She said the mobile sim will be active after 24 hours and if any problem occur then bsnl will contact you till today it is not activated neither any call from bsnl office regarding this. Activation of sim is very urgent to me and it affect my daily routine as earlier prepaid sim is now not working.
I have no any contact number to contact her. Pl activate the same and inform

I have ported my bsnl prepaid number 94266# to idea twice for port but both times bsnl rejected my port request. I went to local bsnl office and register a complaint and they said its resolved now you can port successfully but nothing happened same port request rejected by bsnl. Idea said we cant do anything unless your service provider release you from their network. So i register complaint here to get resolved porting isuue.

My landline connection is not working however not able to work on internet. I have register this complaint on 4th sept 2017 having id [protected] still no one come to resolve it. Its a ridiculous to say bad service provided by bsnl. Your sla is 24 - 48 hrs after register a service request and its now 4 days gone and no body came to resolve this request.

Sir,
Our landphone has not working. I have taken the phone to bsnl muvattupuzha office. First they you cone on another day.

Again on last month i have visited bsnl office. They told no phone is available to replace it and no technician is available to repair it.

Better you repair it outside with your own money ir purchase new with your money.

Last 2months our phone is not working and simply we are paying the rent without usuage.

I have bsnl broadband connection. Last week it was not working and i complaint to customer care. Then next day i got text msg on mobile that your complaint is solved. Then i again booked a same complaint and next day i recieved a call from customer care and he ask me to visit on bsnl office with your modem. I refused to go there and tell him to come at home and resolved the issue at my home. Then after one hour i again got a text msg aginst a complaint that has been solved. Then i again complaint and same next day i got a msg that your complaint has been solved.. And no one visit home to solved and my broadband is not working. Then i call a friend which have knowledge of it and my friend solved the problem.. I simple asked that is this right that customer is go to bsnl office with moderm to solved there problem or customer care employee visit to the customer home and solved it

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card vishakhapattam. My mobile no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials mr. Ram say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

I have taken a broadband plan to use mainly on Saturday and Sunday as these days are my off days. but the Broadband connectivity are very poor.

I have been making numerous complaints one after the other since last 5 months in BSNL Digboi office. Yet they have fail to solve the problem.
