My bsnl number[protected] is locked with puk code, i called the customer care-[protected] but he told to dial the helpline but when i dialed the number it said that the number-[protected] does not exist.
Please help me out as i am not able to use my internet connection which gives 3gb per day.

For that i have requested so many time to local officer for refund of my deposit i have given written application and neccessary documents and i have inform customer care also and requested to do needful but up to today i have not received the deposit [refund]. I would like you to deactivate my bsnl hungama account. My bsnl landline number is[protected], billing account no is [protected], customer id is [protected]. I was misinformed over land line that it is a free service but after receiving email & sms i found it is a paid service. Who misinformed deliberately did it for greed of money. The quality of landline phone provided by bsnl has been very poor. First of all it doesn't support tone dialling, the keypad has to be pressed hard and there is frequent noise during calls. On the top of that the line stays dysfunctional for most of the days. I want bsnl to improve upon its services and provide me with a new handset that has tone dialling feature....

Our house phone is causing disturbances for last one month... We complained on 198 many time... Ur staff came at home n check and said for buying a new wire... We bought wire... Now they not responding... We complained many times on 198.. Please look after this as a single lady in my home and she anytime use the landline phone but now days its very bothering for her......

We have had practically no internet in the month of july. The fault booked on 2nd july was rectified only on the 26th july. The engineer in charge of calangute, goa said he would report it to the billing section and get a reduction in tariff. I even contacted the general manager's office panaji goa to report the same on 18th july. The cables were replaced on the 26th july. However, this does not reflect in the bill for july....

After repeated intimation the bsnl authority has not taken any steps to upgrade the mobile network or install any 2/3/4g tower within the over crowed area of new karimganj railway station, bakarshal which is situated within 5 k, m area of karimganj town, where more then 400 prepaid/post paid customers were connected with bsnl. I have registered my complain many times on 1500 and even at the local complain booking office but my problem is not getting resolved. I am just getting the monthly bill which i am paying. I had paid rs.333/-in june 17 for data package for three months which became due to renewal on 21/8/17 and it was renewed on the same date vide receipt no [protected]dtd 21/8/17 from bsnl. But the data package has not been working and i made 4 calls yesterday and 8 calls today to their online service centre 1503.
