The applicant possessing the mobile no.[protected] most respectfully submits as under:-

1. That the applicant has been using the above noted mobile number since long back. But on[protected] at 11.04 a. M.,[protected] at 11.37 a. M. And last on[protected] at 3.05 p. M. Without making any call on serbia no.[protected] from my number [protected] and without making any call each time i got sms that the amount of rs.54/- from my account has been deducted.
2. That it is further submitted that being aggrieved by the said sms coupled with 2-3 times deduction of rs.54/- from my number the customer care of bsnl had been contacted severally and latest on[protected] at 5.20 p. M. But the cc representatives instead of replying affirmatively had feeling helpless raised their hands.
3. That making complaint against said call and deduction has went in vain and my amount rs.54 x 3=162/- deducted sans my fault of calling on the serbia number too mischievously has not been refunded which tantamount to harassment of a free consumer.
It is therefore requested kindly to take note of this complaint and by stopping/ blocking such type of fake sms/call may kindly refund my rs.54 x 3 = 162/- in the account of no.[protected].

    I have recharged my bsnl mobile number [protected] with stv-333 for 90days data pack with 3gb 3g daily and after 80kbs /per day. After recharging i got only 80kbs speed. I raised a complaint to the customer support. They haven't resolved my issue. I keep on raising a complaint. There is no response from them. If they don't provide exact service why they introduce these kind of plans. Many operator has introduce daily 1gb with 4g speed. These bsnl is giving only 3g and that too with less than 2g speed with representing 3g with 3gb daily data. If you can't provide good service to the customers. Kindly shut down your company.

        I ch muralikrishna having land line[protected] not woeking since 21 days, giving complaints to 198 docket complaint booking and without rectifying closing the the docket. And i got the bill as usal for the entire amt of rent without using the phone for incoming also. Actually i used broad band connection for the same phone as it si not working for so many days, i finally left the broad band connection for the same reason. I request you to kindly take the action immediately for the comlaint lodged for land line atleast.

          Without taking my prior consent bsnl have sent a message on 25.08.2017 on my mobile phone [protected] that you are subscribed for a paid service live aarti and deducted my rs 30 for it after talking so many times to bsnl customer care my refund has not been revert back to my account.
          So kindly look in to the matter and refund my money which is deducted without my consent

          I am Rahul Gadia, i disconnected my land line and broadband connection no.[protected] in march 17, but deposit amount of rs 1350/- is not refunded till date.
          Officers told me that the amount (cheque) will be given with in 3 months to ur postal address, but till date no any msg or cheque i recved.

              My broadband telephone number is[protected]. Please deactivate the hungama games, movies and music immediately which is not required. I have already given a written complaint on 20.07.2017 in this regard because my december-2016 andjanuary-2017 telephone bills it was charged for hungama movies, games and music. Later the amount was adjusted in the telephone bill of july-2017. Again it was charged rupees 489/- in the current telephone bill received. As such it is requested to deactivate the hungama games, movies immediately.

                My bsnl number[protected] is locked with puk code, i called the customer care-[protected] but he told to dial the helpline but when i dialed the number it said that the number-[protected] does not exist.
                Please help me out as i am not able to use my internet connection which gives 3gb per day.

                      I would like you to deactivate my bsnl hungama account. My bsnl landline number is[protected], billing account no is [protected], customer id is [protected]. I was misinformed over land line that it is a free service but after receiving email & sms i found it is a paid service. Who misinformed deliberately did it for greed of money. Also customer support team

                        Bb multiple ip addresses, repeated breakdowns, extremely delayed reconnects, poor/low or no internet connectivity, acute problems since february / march '17, delayed repairs, multiple ip addresses, frequency of such incidents 2-3 times a week. More than 50% subscription money wasted.
                        Correct ip address - 192.168.1.2
                        There is an ip address conflict with another system/s on the network. Some of these other ip addresses are:
                        Ip - 117.200.172.131
                        Ip - 169.254.195.153
                        Etc.
                        Bsnl can view my complaint booking records.

                        [protected]/ uco bank nagpur regional office isdn not working. UCO bank have a backup ISDN connectivity, which is down since long time due to local lead issue. ISDN connectivity has been provided from local BSNL exchange. When we are dialling ISDN no from any BSNL telephone, call disconnecting. It need to check from local bsnl exchange...

                            The quality of landline phone provided by bsnl has been very poor. First of all it doesn't support tone dialling, the keypad has to be pressed hard and there is frequent noise during calls. On the top of that the line stays dysfunctional for most of the days. I want bsnl to improve upon its services and provide me with a new handset that has tone dialling feature.

We bought wire... Now they not responding... We complained many times on 198..                                     We have had practically no internet in the month of july. The fault booked on 2nd july was rectified only on the 26th july. The engineer in charge of calangute, goa said he would report it to the billing section and get a reduction in tariff. I even contacted the general manager's office panaji goa to report the same on 18th july. The cables were replaced on the 26th july. However, this does not reflect in the bill for july.

                                      After repeated intimation the bsnl authority has not taken any steps to upgrade the mobile network or install any 2/3/4g tower within the over crowed area of new karimganj railway station, bakarshal which is situated within 5 k, m area of karimganj town, where more then 400 prepaid/post paid customers were connected with bsnl. Further the authority has not taken to upgrade the ll/bb services within the bakarshal area refreshing the torn & backdated u/g cables, where 7/8 nos. Ll consumers subscribed unlimited broadband connection & 5/6 nos ll consumers are waiting to subscribe bb after up gradation of the services.
                                      Please see the attached scan copy of petition signed by 43 nos. Bsnl customers of bakarshal area.

                                        Respected sir/madam,

                                        I have been having this issue since last week. I have my internet balance done in my bsnl card yet i am not able to receive any kind of internet access. I am fed up of this. I have been trying to connect with the servicemen but the issue is not yet resolved. I am a final year student. I need to finish off my assignment and projects. I need the internet. I pay rs.333 for 4g 3gb internet with validity of 58 days and most of the time the internet access is not present. I will be very grateful to you for resolving this issue as soon as possible.
